right there've been some big transfers in The Summit in the Premier League so we thought it was the perfect time to get our guests to give us their top 10 the rules are very simple as you can see the Saturday social whiteboard has been changed from part one very quickly uh and the guests we got to pick their 10 in reverse order culminating in the best signing so far now you're not agreeing on it you've got your own list which is good cuz I think there's quite a bit of disagree loads of disagree which is what we like let's start with number 10 then who is the 10th best signing of the window so far for both of you shy I've gone full full crew yeah Gone full crew I'm interested in this because West Ham have signed lots of Strikers over the years yeah and it hasn't worked not all of them work no how full so this one you know this one I think with full CR is interesting because he's 31 you know he's not spring chicken he's 31 but he's someone I feel like he's a striker who because of that age I think it could work a bit better it maybe a bit less longterm with with f but you know's he's more sure of himself he's he's had a long career so far he's played in Germany all of his career uh you know he's now like a cult hero in Germany fan favorite he is isn't he like one of the Euros a lot of fans were actually calling for there was ation they want to start so he's a good Striker good in the air good goal scorer and I think he could be the one that maybe brings West Ham back into the European football okay and you with Archie gray yeah Archie gray and just a a bit of a long-term prediction the World Cup England yeah and you think it be in squad for the world I think he yeah I think he's his development and intelligence throughout the season for leads you forget how young he is throughout the season I'm not saying he should be thrown in at the deep end of Spurs um as long as they get the position right with him see how they utilize him where do you think he will play is it right back I think a reason why Spurs have signed him obviously as a Spurs fan is the fact that he is quite versatile he can play fullback can play in the middle and I think an likes that if you look at how Spurs play he often uses a lot of players in a lot of different positions so I do think it'll be fascinating to see where he will play I was literally about to ask you where you think his best position is then because you said Bo box it reminds me a lot of leoka who are really like my favorite players you'll notice of him do you know like when you watch football on TV and you see space like free up he like fills that space before you even noce age I think that's right let's get them on the board next up number nine um number nine we can spend a bit less time on because there could be an agreement in here oh wow you got to say one both at number nine both got Amad an AM Anana yeah 50 mil from Everton yeah I mean he's a good player he's obviously we wanted them we linked to him a lot Arsenal um but vill managed to get him they did lose Douglas Louise which isn't obviously an easy player to replace but I think he's such a good player I think he's he's so young as well he's only 20 what 22 you know I thought was a bit older than that Belgium he impressed me in the Euros I think I thought he was more of like a destructive midfielder I've seen in at Everton you know he tall good presence in the box but Belgium I mean seeing him in the your I think he's really good on the board moves the ball really well and I think he's going to form a good partnership with kamaro Aston Villa okay let's stick him on the board total agreement for nine uh in E we'll come to NE first for eight then yeah NE who have you got in at eight yeah big Sig in this for Brighton isn't a lot of money yeah and they've made a few big signings as well this is the one that excites me the most I think he's a really like audacious footballer I was really impressed uh watching him just how good his close control is he's really versatile as well which you see a lot of clubs are going for versatile players now um as we're looking to have more and more players that can fit in um in in the squad but yeah I'm really excited for G yeah I think players like Minter and that coming into Brighton as well really good window for them but you also yeah I love Brighton's Window West Ham obviously spoke about how good their window has been uh this is only alone at the moment but I think you know replacing that you know filling that hole in defense with him and kilman I think is so good he's such a good passer of the ball good progression uh Progressive player of the ball press resistant as well I think he's going to be really really good in the Premier League I think people are going to be surprised how good his player is highly highly TI think was man united Spurs I think man united wanted him if it wasn't for that connection he probably would ended up at Old Trafford so let's get them on the board Shy part the part of the bar Squad of course that won the league title in 1819 so shy big fan of West Ham's transfer window so far with two out of the three players watch out by the way he'll I bet you he will score some bottom left and bottom right goals watching the way he does his through balls I think he'll apply that to his shooting expect that from him we will flip that up fingers cross be another knee moment yeah I like that uh Kamar yeah I spoke about him briefly earlier um you know reunited with with glna free transfer I love free transfers I mean I did my list based on of course how how much the teams need these players but also like maybe how much it signed them for and everything how good a deal was as a whole I think a free transfer of Kam I mean turned down who did he turn down he turned down a few clubs to come to and turned down also extending the contract as well um work with glar in the past as well think solid player good good good little player and I think this is a great signing for Crystal Palace I think for attacking um threat the goal scorer opening there Joe is happy with this pick I am when he scored I'm thinking oh that's brilliant that's brilliant for me going on Sky tomorrow putting him in this list CU I think he's been a bit Mis profiled by some hasn't he is this sort of cuz he is quite a big presence but he's not out and out number nine is he he's not talked about himself being a nine and a half but I thought that was a really natural finish and I like his patient runs into the box he isn't the striker will place himself in the box but he'll make that patient run he just gives United such interesting options now with Bruno and Holland and the Wingers as well and I noticed they're trying to really play a little bit narrower and focus on that buildup into the box and he'll help with that a lot because he's really comfortable passer of the ball I think he'll definitely help with the Wingers as well you know garach and rashford two goal scoring wde men that want to get into the box Joshua xery pulling players out and linking play with brute I think is a really nice fit so let's get them on the board okay number six right number six love this move sh this is one of my favorite signing of the summer yeah I'm so impressed by this signing this is such a good move froma soon as I saw him confirmed this I was like they've smashed it with this one I think he suits Emory's play style so well I I think the way he gets involved in the attacking in the attacking system Emory Lex is you know very high playball they play a lot in the opposition half I think Matt is such a good player going forward of course he had a big second half of the season with Dortmund going to the Champions League final and I think this is almost a perfect signing for Aston Villa I mean I almost put him higher but I kind of like the signings I put above him but this is such a great signing yeah I think's a good shot and we've got Ste already up what made you put him a couple spaces higher do you think uh just the pure level of improvement that on the player that you the options you've already got a club to bring tobo in when I saw that they signed tobo agree wow Juventus was so close to getting that over the lines to compete with Juventus for that signature huge crazy not doing that very impressive there we go right we getting to the uh the top half now your top five best signings so NE let's come to you first with your fifth best signing there has a lot of it doesn't end there either ites yeah Somerville good again another West Ham West Ham fans will be loving this feature they're everywhere quite rightly so they've had a good win though why is Somerville specifically in five though above the players you picked yeah I'm I'm super excited it's more of an excitement thing as someone who I enjoy the championship a lot oh my days like the amount of times where I felt like Leeds they would not have won that game if it wasn't for Somerville he takes the game by the net I think you need that in the Premier League you need that one player on your team who if everyone else is not quite in the day that they should be having he'll create something just by himself by driving it driving the ball passing the ball doing something one thing I would say as well is we haven't spoken about the transfer fees and the value for money in this lot that's 25 million for a 22 year old who scored 19 goals and nine assists for leads and was named efl Championship player of the season so not only have West Ham got the recruitment wi but actually the value for money they're getting on these players I think that is a great signing in a in a lot of aspects I think it's a brilliant shout I totally agree talking of valy for money by the way lovic you know I mean I you know what this this player I think he's I saw him in the Euros as well I mean they went out in the group stages but they didn't concede many goals I think theyed the two goals in the groups which is obviously Euros is a lot of goals I I was like I like him you know and I feel like whoever signs him is going to be a lucky team Forest are similar to Chelsea sign a lot of players right they ConEd 67 goals last season I think only four teams conceeded more and three of them went down they seeed a lot of goal so they needed to replace their defense they needed to improve their defense and I'm so happy for them that they got this player made his name in Italy you know did really well out there but I think good value you look at the work he was able to do at the conference league with f seriously large presence in the Box as well and Forest from set pieces were very very suspect last season so let's get them up on the board shall We There we go four ah yes getting to the top signings now your favorite signings Matt's via is this the Pascal gross replacement do you think the thing is I think they still need to replace Kao and meliso before you know say they got so much Replacements but finally there's a player at least in that area of the pitch that they've they've bought in and is a really good player by the way did really well at fard obviously on the on slot F used uh data right this whole like meticulous data prr to choose the team to sell him to yeah you know for the best step for his career and I mean I'm a big fan of Brighton everyone knows I love Brighton and and what they do and you know their Recruitment and you know how they sell players but this is a very good player very good player and I and I think people going to realize that this season great pass for the ball great pass selection you know and I think maybe they still they still to strengthen that Midfield but if they do I think he's going to be the the St yeah if those are aware of him 24 years of age DM 25 million from final 29 League appearances five goals for final last season nine caps such as well so a big player they've identified and you've gone with the Arsenal man yeah yeah I've gone with CI uh I've gone with him because when you are Arsenal or you are Manchester City and you've already got near Perfection but you need to take it to the new level to find a player to do that it's impressive I think Arsenal have looked at City they've looked at the success of gardel having that player on the left hand side you can drive up with the ball you can find those passes and they've got that with him but they've also got a play who's going to be aggressive and step out as well which I think they needed and that and the interest in Mikel Mourinho makes me think that he's going to go down the approach of really supporting Martinelli this season as well which I think is is totally needed I think so physicality too your thoughts as an Arsenal fan yeah yeah yeah I think he's not in your list he's not he's actually not I me for me it was like I was going off I mean a lot of my side a lot of my players are I mean teams that are outside the conventional big six teams CU I feel like they've made some solid signing for players they need more agreed of course we CIF is going to add massive to the squad and also we got Timber who is basically a new signing hasn't played a tour last season yeah um but yeah I mean we've we had the best defensive record last season so I thought of course it's even better to improve it but I think some teams have made more important signings that's I mean I'm so happy with that signing let's stick him out and we're going let's go into your top three now so let's reveal your third best signing so far uh two with Manchester United links n's gone yo you've gone W let's start with NE then yeah I've gone with Lenny yoro and I think it's so important that people are patient cuz I think he's still really raw but only 18 years still only 18 but he's been playing Center back since he was 16 as well and just his his physicality and composure and focus it's of someone Beyond his years but there's also a lot of development to be done as well and I mean we will'll talk further about another signing that I've got that will allow United to be a bit patient with him but I think Real Madrid's interest in him all throughout last season but the fact that United who finish eighth last season were able to secure that and they wanted him from the very early doors they got their player and I'm excited about it's a different T from United isn't it because classically we've seen United go out and sign players like Varan casemiro who are going to come in and have shortterm impacts on moments but Len Oro at that fee feels like a very un Manchester United style signing over the last few years inos clearly going down a very different track aren't they yeah absolutely yeah I mean I agree give him time he's very young um I thought like people like thinking he's going to start straight away obviously injury made that not happen but yeah I think it's going to come out good but obviously not an immediate fantastic Talent yeah great talent great speaking United one that they let go yeah I think I think this is going to go well for him and for West Ham as well I mean West man united I think is the biggest pressure in the world playing for Man United um do you of any I think obviously you got like Real Madrid and all that stuff but I think man united especially with the Premier League with social media and everything I think playing for Man United is is one of the toughest places to go uh I think he obviously everyone knows he's a great 1 V one Defender everyone knows how good of a defensive player he is and I think now west Ham's New Look defense he'll play regular he'll play very regularly and I think he's I'm going to be watching very closely bak and West Ham but I like that new look defense and I think he's going to do really well yeah top two good value 15 million pounds I know he in the last year his contract but that whatever way you cut it 1550 million pounds a good fee okay number two Del what a signing D come he's played three season for that team Golden Glove winner wow you know Golden Glove the best people last season in the Premier League you know already had him at the had at the great signing yeah about the L it's really interesting with El I remember watching him um for a spur in both legs and thought wow this kid is one of the best young center backs I've ever seen it was just incredible and then his career progression since then obviously he's gone to Big clubs had big moves was starting behind Eric Dy last season wasn't really some started spread that someone spread that rumor right I don't know who it was started 14 in the last 16 games he had times on two he wasn't featured as regular as perhaps people would and paulj start every knockout game other than but it is interesting the come out club has been is what I'm saying I think I think he's a fantastic player I think he's as I said when I saw him play one of the best young center backs I've seen it just surprised me the M moves exactly I'm going to stick up for United a little bit here because I feel like when United make a sign in people are desperate for it to not be right so they'll pick up a a narrative to like squash it and the FLIR about and there so many myths floating about with him this High Line myth that he can't play in a high line but what did he do for Ajax what did he do for Juventus what did he do for Bayern he played a high line Netherlands as well um I think you've got to manage your expectations when you finish eth said that before so to be able to pull in a player of this magnitude in a position that you desperately needed players I mean the Domino effect this will have on United in terms of depth throughout the season it now means their third choice Center back their fourth choice Center back is so much better so they can keep to a consistent was playing Center back last year I know I mean and when casmiro gets to play in the position that he wants to play and he's got a bit of support around him he's actually a very good player and we've reminded of us of that yesterday as well and also what it means is because he can play a high line United will be able to push up as well get close to the Midfield I think we'll see Onana as well he's a really good aggressive goalkeeper so I think we'll just see a much improved Manchester United off the back of this yeah don't give I I think it's a really signing and also value as well 42.7 million for player 7 25 like the amount of man united players you got in top three League yeah what I'm talking about so your best signing of the summer so far let's reveal who you've gone with shy Arsenal fan has gone with a Spurs player I know I know talk us through why you've got as your number one I just I just think you guys needed a striker I think you needed a Striker and you know I mean he only got announced couple like a week ago so up until last week I was thinking yeah Spurs they don't have that attacking threat you know Son by himself isn't going to carry that richardon you know could be hot and cold you got Teo you got ki's also been hot and cold last couple Seasons brenon Johnson's there but still you didn't have anything and I feel like I do feel like salanki um Spurs is the highest level I think he could have he could have played I don't think he could have gone to a team bigger than like you know on Arsenal or a city or even in Liverpool I think Spurs is the perfect you know it works it works I agree I think it's a really nice I think he suits the way wants to play as well Spurs the way he wants to play um he's going to have to I mean and said he has to adapt a little bit of course because the way Spurs train is different but I think it's a good signing and I think he'll do well stick him on so that is shocky's best signing of the summer s SV Savio Savio yeah I don't know what yeah what's going on there we'll go with svino though uh yeah so basically I've gone with him because something that I like about pep is that he seems to be one step ahead of everybody else in terms of making the signings I think this is another example I think it's what Arsenal need to do and they've not quite done that just yet is something a bit new and different in those attacking options to keep it alive and you look at San when he used to run in behind Sterling as well since those two I think harland's been the only one for City that's done that so the fact that he's coming to the team obviously he can play on the right he can play on the left he offers that the movement the amount of ground that he covers when he plays it'll help them on the transition um because of that as well and I think it'll allow Bernardo Silva to play a few more games in Midfield where he's a lot better um and we'll get more out if possible so there is confirmation of nean sh's top 10 transfers of the summer so far let us know what you
