SMALL GUARDS ARE HERE TO STAY IN NBA 2K25.. LIKE IT OR NOT..

all right what's up y'all it's ler fan here as you can see by the title of today's video whether you like it or not 59 point guards are here to stay in NBA 2k 25 now I will say it's not like it was in 22 where they were the Undisputed absolute only build that you could run if you wanted to be a viable point guard but I will say they didn't Nerf this too bad like this is the build that my point guard shots is going to make and I mean this is just it's got so much ridiculous potential so with the cap Breakers in mind and yes they do look like the first five are going to be pretty easy to attain at least for you know the general player base I would say so you keep five cap Breakers in mind boom you're putting three three-pointers to the build right here and two ball handle that's 96 ball handle and as you're going to see I'll just use this as a display but 96 ball handle gets the Hall of Fame unpluckable as well as Hall of Fame ankle assassin so that's what you would essentially do with those ratings but I mean man look at the build so we've already tested the Trey young floater and like the whole layup package itself it's so good so 80 driving lay as a small guard already Sauced I mean that that's like really really good 96 three-pointer again it starts off with a pretty pry decent threshold I mean that's literally the difference between 94 getting like four hall of fame badges right here so 96 is still pretty good and then on top of that too like we said the three cap Breakers are going to move you from all of these badges being on gold or Hall of Fame to Legend I mean it's insane bro even something like Shifty shooter we have enough agility for because the defense is high enough so as you can see you only need 82 agility to get Legend Shifty shooter but we need the 99 three-pointer and you will get that eventually 85 pass act still capable of throwing plenty good passes I've seen a lot of people come out here with builds that have 75 or lower pass act on their their point guards I think they're tripping personally 94 spew ball Legend lightning launch you get every dribble style in the game with this but I've already tested it and you guys have seen in the videos now at this point that the Trey young dribble style that you only need a 90 to even get is also still good so if you even wanted to you could make a build like this with 91 Spiel ball we're actually going to Showcase another variant of this that I'm planning to run two of these in comp program fellas I'm telling you I'm ready to sweat on the fives with two of these Builds on the court at the exact same time and I'm telling you I think it's going to be pretty nasty So the plan would be that we're going to have both those builds playing up top on the wings like in a two three style defense essentially it's very traditional as to what teams run in regular comp Pro where they just have like two perimeter defensive oriented guards but normally they're not this small you know or they're a pure lock down but I'm telling you a build like this guarding other team shooting guards I think sounds very appealing in my opinion I mean we even have a freaking point guard out here that's got bronze movable enforcer the strength was extremely cheap to get by the way as you can see like I can take it all the way down to the threshold point of wherever it starts bringing attributes down like PR so like the difference between 47 strength and all the way to Max is literally one perimeter defense rating and it doesn't even or steel rating I should say but like man this is so valuable of strength you get physical finisher strong handle and a movable enforcer all on silver gold and bronze and I mean overall I just think this is a menacing point guard build you have 96 steel for the glove and Interceptor on Hall of Fame 92 Prim like we said with Challenger on ball Menace and a movable enforcer Lanes in the game already look really good for that matter and again people think this build's just going to get bodied and baby down low you're going to have a hard time getting there in my opinion you got to you got to get the ball to the guy who's being guarded by this player somehow and again the lanes are going to be nasty you're going to be Hawking your way to just making it hard for teams to even pick on you in the first place and the threat that a build like this is offensively is just insane I mean not to mention any year where something like mini Marksman is in the game just justifies the fact that these small point guards are at least like even more viable to run you know I mean there's a whole badge implemented to help you you know uh resist theot contest the smaller you are so I'm just saying that I think this is looking really good right here now we have another version that I want to show you guys as well which is actually going to be the one that my shooting guard is going to be running so as you can see we have a 59 185 61 wingspan right here and we're going double 96 on this now what I really want to do and plan for and let me go ahead and re revise this real quick to show you so if you were to make a build like this and wanted to plan for it to be more of a pure lock as you can see the plan would then be to use your first five cap breaker points you put five points into steel and Prim D combined so three perimeter defense and one and two steel and the reason I'm doing that is just cuz steel is cheaper if you technically wanted to 97 Prim gives you the Hoff pick Dodger it would be more worth going for 97 Prim rather than steel but this is the cheapest way to afford it and obain everything that we would like to have on the build so I mean between the fact that it still has the tray floater it still has the strength and stuff that we just mentioned on the other build to be able to get strong handle physical finisher and a movable enforcer and this one featured in as more of a lock down 88 speed 86 agility with 96 Prim 97 steel the the ability to eventually get double 99 on defense with the primity and steel while still being a good secondary ball handler I mean let me show a video comparing what this looks like compared to a real pure lock as far as what it provides offensively and I get it y'all probably don't even like the way this build is built in the first place like you can see we have such little offensive implementation on this but the problem is with a build like this it kind of forces your speed with ball up with putting your speed up in general and same with like ball handle as well you're just kind of finding your way in the ratings that you don't want whereas on the other build it's obviously something we do want we want ball handleing speed a ball you know and pass accuracy and all that so I'm telling y'all I understand that you think a build like this is going to be way Superior on defense which it will a 67 pure lock is going to be nasty you know the versatility that you can provide as well with a block and the interior defense being better and more formidable at 67 but remember mini Marksman is a thing and 59s catch on obviously you're going to be you know about what that's like 8 to 10 Ines shorter yeah it's it's literally 10 inches shorter than the people you're guarding and I don't know man I'm just saying Legend mini Marksman with 99 three-pointer might become a problem in that aspect whereas if you just have 99 primy at 5'9 you can't even get mini Marksman fellas I'm just saying that this concept is here to stay and I'm not here to say that it's going to be the only thing that could possibly be runnable but in proam I am putting it I'm justifying it that we are going to be running two of these things one more per lock oriented the other more point guard oriented but they're both both be guarding hashes and then we're going to have like double bigs in the corners to double rotate and then I'll be on back end with a 68 playing like you know the pick and roll defense but yeah just get one more glimpse of this I mean again the finishing is very low just like the other build is but the other build still provides the Trey young floater which is a very good Dynamic paired with an inside big man in my opinion cuz even if the person on the back end does get a contest on that floater it's going to be a free rebound easy so the floater is definitely something that's going to be worth having not to mention obviously the jump shots are very limited in this aspect it's a 78 3o and you know I'm just trying to explain this to y'all in the aspect of to be a pure lock you do have to max out that Speed and Agility to make it worth in my opinion or you make it a 68 like this right here but then obviously with the versatility comes a little bit lack of specialization in terms of like you know the defensive stuff that you can provide which I still think a 68 build like this is going to be nasty for playing on ball D I mean it's got really good strength speed the dboard is definitely making it versatile the good Prim D steel block all that stuff I think this is a really good build but again offensively it is lack and when you compare that to what we're looking at on the other end right here I mean man fellas like this is a crazy build right here you have every Sig in the game pretty much besides the uh the Steve Francis Sig size up and then you have the best dribble style in the game too paired with Hall of Fame lightning launch I'm just saying this is a nasty combo man it's going to be so lethal and then as far as the Max Plus ones you would use probably just one of the things on shooting or playmaking or even defense for the time being until you can get all your stuff all the way maxed but as far as what to use for your tier too there's not a whole lot you probably find yourself using a movable enforcer to be honest and get it to Silver it's actually one of the few badges that might be worth running you could do Diemer too get Hall of Fame Diemer on a build like this and mind you guys this is a two guard build if you wanted to be like everybody else and just make it with 75 pass here's the deal now you can go like 99 three-pointer or like 98 obviously we could you know uh finesse a couple extra ratings to get 99 or something like that or we could just go 96 boom get the 97 primy and that gives you that pick Dodger off rip or if you're looking for a super crazy combo in terms of to use those first five cap breaker points you could even come up with something like this where it's really in the in the medium between all these ratings but you're going to be able to use like one Steel Two Prim two three-pointer that's a total of five you'd have triple 99 on all three of those ratings that is crazy playing for the long game obviously you know I'm not here to justify it because I think the 70 pass Act is going to be pretty bad but if you wanted to be a specialist in those regards this is what you're looking at and this is like what some two guards do you know they just come out with low pass ha make a build that can shoot really crazy dribble good and then play good defense and that's what this would do for that matter so I'm just saying it's it's an option it's out there you know but obviously I wanted to bring this to you guys because I I would like to think that not a lot of you guys are really going to be a big fan of the 59s but I'm I'm preparing you for what's to come cuz I'm telling you there's no way a build can be this good in the Builder and then not be good in game I'm I'm telling you the steal the way the lanes are played the fact that this is just going to be good point guard movement and the point guards who are supposed to be bad defensive players to be able to be that good on offense are able to just still be a presence on defense like fellas I'm talking when we make builds like this in comp proam in the past it's usually something where like to get these ratings right here you got to be like terrible defense like I'm talking enough for like silver Interceptor or something like that and then the prim as low and non-existent as possible while still keeping your you know desired speed with ball and stuff like that I I'm just saying like this is what dudes come out here with normally to make this work and you're able to pretty much buy those three cap break points right here that we can't even afford the 99 three-pointer with now to be able to just do that eventually and that 96 to 99 is putting in work man I'm telling you that that cap break stuff is going to go crazy same with that 94 to 96 as well is going to be a really good value so anyway just wanted to prepare you guys for what's to come in my opinion and you will see more gameplay we will be backing this up me AK and Bonnie like that's going to be the trio for a lot of Threes runs of like proam backourt and stuff like that you're going to see it on defense as well like we're going to have these two builds guarding the hashes and I'm going to be on backend with two bigs in the corner on defense for the rotations and stuff like that and rebounding and all that so I'm just saying it's going to be crazy but anyway that's all video I hope you enjoyed if you did for to drop a like sub if you new to noties all good stuff like
