what I like to tell men like Tyrese gibon is this and that's through my professional life and career is that nobody gives a rat's ass about men's suffering and many men many people pretend like they care but deep inside they really don't give a damn unless you're their brother maybe their son or maybe you have a family member or whatever else they might care about your suffering but in general they might put on an act for the camera but generally speaking they don't care let me switch the camera around so you guys can get a idea of what I'm looking at in the morning time I'm on my early morning walk on the path so I wanted to share this guys with you because for me it's all about peace but getting back on topic what gives a rat's ass about your suffering the women that pretend to care it's not non-f family members is that many times it's fake sympathy or they may say to themselves you know what I wish I had a sucker s like that I wish I had a sucker simp like that a resource simp oh my God all my bills would be paid uh Samantha Lee Gibson you lost yourself a really good simp it's never out of a place of respect or gen genuine empathy or any of those things they just wish that you were their simp the guys behind your back is are laughing at you and they look at this rich ass dude got played man you're a that's what they thinking on their face they're pretending to care but they don't care and the general Society itself don't even care that's why I encourage men you're going through something like that get a professional masculine male therapist I always recommend the coacher condition on this channel it's my brother salute to him where you can get genuine help get on a good workout program a good diet program get in the gym get in shape do self-improvement right now I do about 2 hours plus early morning self-improvement before I get my day started and because nobody's going to take care of you like you the older you get the less friends you're going to have the more you're going to understand the the less you're going to tolerate you're not going to people going to start talking and if they come into you with garbage right off the bat you're going to be like yo beat feet with that man somebody set up a encampment over there you're going to be like yo I got time to be listening to this you talking and the truth is nobody cares women don't give a damn about what Theresa is going through they pretend they do or they don't like I said and especially the women out here nowadays is just a resource grab you know so he could be on The Breakfast Club and crying and all that other stuff like that man think charlott mean the God cares about you you're crazy dude don't give a rats ass about no no dudes spent all day long pandering the women this to go on like a maybe a 36 hour fast or something like that and we going to start that workout program that training program we're going to put you with a good mental health therapist and we going to get you squared away that's how I roll because nobody feels sorry nobody cares the truth of the matter is nobody cares if you're sitting on the sofa hoping for the World to Change or something happen you might as well get your ass up right now take your ass one of these long walks in the park you said that nature look how beautiful that Sunset is walk that out get up get your ass up on the couch don't even bother drinking that damn liquor put that liquor bottle down put them cigarettes down put that weed down and get your ass out here and start walking work on your cardiovascular system bring your stress level down because the truth of the matter is nobody gives a rat's ass if you self- delete and why would you do that to yourself when you know that nobody gives a rat's ass about you look at that Sunset oh my God how can you not be in a good mood looking at this in the morning Madness and that's why I talk particularly about men whatever you whatever that comes to you that you're going to enjoy are you're going to find valuable in life is going to come from you good morning folks good morning good morning morning morning man how we doing on not going to come from women it's not going to come from your kids it's going to come from you and the things you do for yourself to build yourself especially protecting your mental health protecting your health itself make sure when you go to the doctors all your numbers is down make sure you're doing the best you can to stay in shape I'm not no damn preacher from the top of the hill you do the best you can to stay in shape take care of your health but because nobody gives a rat's ass that's it and you should ask yourself the question why should anybody love you more than you love yourself why don't you love yourself why don't you like yourself you expect women to like you you expect the world to give a rats ass about you you're sitting there not taking care of your health not exercising not eating right why should anybody else give a rat's ass about you if you don't even like yourself you don't even care about yourself that's the question you're going to ask yourself why should women like you if you don't like you now you give a rat's ass about these women nowadays but why should a woman love you if you don't love yourself ask yourself that question why would why would I hate to use women cuz equality women today is so so bad I'm not talking about the unicorns but in general me take women out the conversation because if if women was a was to be added to the conversation we'd all be homeless fat and broke considering what's out here today we' all be living out the back of some trash can or something like that cuz that's the quality that's out here in the streets in general not the unicorns not my good sisters of all racist that are good quality respectful women I'm talking about the 95 percentile you know either they're ball busting feminists or undesirable women that cannot create peace in a man's life or just parasites but there are some good ones out here if you're lucky enough to find one good morning good morning good morning well this is what I do to get my early morning relaxation and motivation Going H puts me in the M let me tell you something man when you see me on the streams and whatever that's why I'm always in a good mood morning brother good morning that's what I love to see in the morning man brothers getting it in yeah I don't tolerate a lot of man you know and I always tell the brothers to be either unapologetically ma masculine or quiet I'm either going to say what I think or I'm going to be quiet and not say nothing which is probably the best thing in most situations but you can't expect anything out of the world that you're not willing to do for yourself good morning folks morning morning but any I wanted to leave that quick message out there but for brothers that teres and whatever else the truth of the matter is this prevention is the best cure that's why I talk about men's adaptation you got to adapt that's it adaptation prevention is better than the Cure prevention is the cure I'm sorry my apology prevention is the cure nobody is perfect mistakes are going to be made but you got that 48 hours and if you you have to get around a bunch of brothers that are going to if you have that type of circle that's great otherwise get with the therapist a masculine male therapist not ni goddamn damn liberal uh male feminist therapist or feminist therapist that's going to just tear you apart and try and get you back on what serves everybody else except you somebody who's going to work on you focus on you as the main target of everything not about some other making you better for other people or everything they talk about when they talk about men is
