[Music] Teo first it's good to see that you're moving around and stuff how are you feeling today and have you had an MRI and have you heard any updates just yet uh yeah it's it's definitely uh better today uh you know uh not a to W normal but uh it's way better than last night uh mid and CT scan were negative thank God it was nothing broke I just uh take the day today do some activity tomorrow to see how it's going maybe Monday or Tuesday get back in the field so it's good that you feel like an i stance not going to be necessary at the moment no I don't think so uh thank God I don't have to go over there and uh you know I'm going to be able to to be back in a couple of days how worried were you last night when that happened just about the severity of what it might have been I thought it was worse uh honestly when I got hit and like after couple hours I feel like the pain wasn't going away so uh today I was expecting real back news but thank God it was nothing to worry about it and uh I'm going to be ready in just like couple towards like the ankle like where did it where get you it's uh it was uh close to the to the ankle uh right in this area right here but uh you know uh thank God it was an out spe pitch it wasn't a fast ball does it help to put ice on it or is there anything they can do to help with the did just you know the normal things yeah you can go contracts you can do a marro and try to reduce the the inflammation the best that that they can and just uh try to make it better for me to feel good to to be able to to play so you think Monday or Tuesday just kind of depending how it feels the next couple days yeah I'm going to do some activity tomorrow to see how it feels when I'm running and uh I go from there seems like there is still some swelling but has some swelling come down just from yesterday yeah yesterday I had a big uh ball in there uh today just a little bit but you know uh it's going to take uh maybe a couple of days to go completely uh up to normal noral and then uh I can be able to to go back you often see now a lot of players whether it's handu shoe guards things like that do you think you might be adding a a shoe guard I guess moving forward I don't think uh there's any guard that can cover that part of the food uh my whole career even when I was in the mono leagues I never got hit over there so uh I don't think it's going to happen often but uh let's see
