Trump SCREWS himself with INSANE confession

you voting yes or no on Amendment 4 in Florida so I think 6 weeks you need more time than 6 weeks I've disagreed with that right from the early primaries when I heard about it I disagreed with it at the same time the Democrats are radical because the 9 months is just a ridiculous situation that where you can do an abortion in the ninth month and you know some of the states like Minnesota and other states have it where you could actually execute the baby after birth and all of that stuff is unacceptable so I'll be voting no for that reason that was Donald Trump making perhaps one of the biggest missteps in a campaign that is already steeped in missteps here he's announcing that he'll vote against amendment four in Florida which is the referendum on Florida's ballot protecting the right to an abortion and most tellingly the reason he gives is a complete lie that women are having abortions into the 9th month and that in some states you can just execute a baby whenever you want a lie so pervasive that Republicans have gone Allin pretending that it's whether we're talking about choice and her stance on defending a woman's right to choose versus Donald Trump who eliminated a right to choose in this country well he sent it back to the states to be fair let's be very clear he is proud of the fact that he demolished the national right to choose in this country period but there are states that are figuring this out I mean there are some that are I mean it's nearly impossible uh a six we ban or less but there are others there are states in this country that allow no restrictions up until the due date of a there was right to choose in this country law of the land for 50 years which the vast majority of Americans believe was the right thing to do but Donald Trump made a promise when he was a candidate one of the few promises he actually kept by the way you know he didn't keep his promise of 6% economic growth he didn't keep his promise to draic to deal with well but even before the pandemic even before the pandemic America went into a manufacturing recession which really hurt places like where I come from in the industrial Midwest but anyway my point is my point is he broke his promise for that kind of economic growth uh he broke uh his promise to pass an infrastructure bill right he said he would do that he failed to do it the Biden Harris Administration got it done uh he even broke his promise to that January 6th mob when he said I will be at your side when you march down to the capital but he actually did keep two promises he kept his promise to destroy the right to choose in this country and he kept his promise on tax cuts for the rich and if you want to know what a second Trump term would be like I would start by looking at those rare promises that he actually managed to keep he did say that he wanted to get rid of Robie Wade but again send it to the states where they are EMP the states to eliminate women's access to abortion and also as you know the Republican Party continues to be interested in a national abort he's disavowed completely yeah he's disavowed a lot of things I don't believe him think because he lies all the time you think that his his uh pledge that he would not pass a national ban is one that it's one that's going to go down with most of the and broken but it's Donald Trump or his dutiful little mouthpieces on Fox News here are the facts there is zero evidence that women are aborting up to the 9th month just because they want to there are only 0.9% of women who get abortions after 21 weeks and of those abortions the actual evidence shows that they're happening because of fetal anomalies or health risks to the mother or because of obstacles to abortion Services post earlier in the pregnancy and by 30 weeks the number of abortions is down to virtually zero so when states allow abortions without restriction that is a good policy because it's there to ensure that when women need it which according to the data is the only time it's used they can get the appropriate care when they need the appropriate care and not be subject to the whims of some Christof fascist politicians who thinks that they're in government to enforce the Bible when they should be focused on putting themselves not between a woman and her doctor so when Republicans like Donald Trump suggest that women are casually having late term abortions up to the 9th month they are lying to play on your emotions because they think you're stupid in fact I literally heard this same right-wing talking point spouted by RFK Jr when I interviewed him and I wasn't about to let up on him either when you say that there are a huge amount of abortions that would necessitate some federal intervention where is the proof of that well I you know I would have to look at the data again and which I'm happy to do um but the data that we were shown was that there were were a large number of abortions that were elective in the end at the end of pregnancy so if there you know if there are any abortions at that point it's wrong you know it's a viable child at nine months and you know let's say nine months in one day should you be able to abort I mean do you think you should be able to abort a perfectly healthy child and nine months there's no evidence that women are doing that that's that's the that's the whole basis for what I'm asking when you impose Federal interventions against women who the dat show are dealing with fetal anomalies health I should that no government bureaucrat should be litigating that that's a decision between a woman and her doctor because these issues were personal so for everybody watching when you hear this tired right-wing talking point ask one simple question where is the evidence that women are abusing abortion rights versus simply using them when those rights are most urgently needed I'll give you a hint they're not going to be able to give it to you now Li aside this is also just horrible politics by Donald Trump and Republicans this is Trump announcing that he's going to vote against a referendum to guarantee abortion rights in a state where there is a six- we ban in place one of the most Draconian bans in the country this after Republicans have lost elections on this exact issue in Kansas in Ohio in Kentucky in Virginia in Alabama and now with about 60 days to go until the next election Donald Trump continues to put himself squarely against those seeking reproductive of freedom in this country which probably explains why he continues to come out almost on a daily basis and stay stuff like this and we were I was able to do that every a lot of presidents have tried you know roie Wade I'm not telling you any big secrets people have been trying to end it Terminator for years it really is telling that this guy is so desperate to take credit for things that he continuously takes credit for the least popular policy in modern American history now commis campaign has issued its response writing Donald Trump just made his position on abortion very clear he will vote to uphold an abortion ban so extreme it applies before many women even know their pregnant Trump proudly brags about the role that he played in overturning Row versus Wade and said there should be punishment for women who have an abortion so of course he thinks it's a beautiful thing that women in Florida and across the country are being turned away from emergency rooms face life-threatening situations and are forced to travel hundreds of miles for the care they need and understand he is not done as a part of Donald Trump's project 2025 agenda he and his allies would limit access to birth control threaten access to fertility treatments and ban abortion Nationwide with or without Congress I trust women to make their own healthc care decisions and believe the government should never come between a woman and her doctor when I'm president and Congress passes a bill to restore reproductive freedom I will proudly sign it into law the choice in this election is clear and it's not just KLA Harris herself Tim walls' wife Gwen has also come out after her own public struggles with fertility have made her an unwitting spokesperson on this issue and we certainly won't stand for Donald Trump trying to rewrite rewrite his record um on reproductive Healthcare you tried that yesterday teachers you can smell that a mile away can't you yes and in the classroom we believe in telling the truth right so here are the facts and there aren't any alternatives to these Donald Trump is the one who took down row and put access to ibf at risk that's a fact and he's running on a platform that puts these treatments at risk Nationwide and that's a fact but he knows that that position is wildly unpopular and guess what that's a fact so now he is trying to convince us that he won't follow through on it if he wins well we won't let him get away with it right and that's a fact so no matter how many false promises they make we know that Donald Trump and JD Vin simply cannot be trusted so as hard as Donald Trump tries to Gaslight us into believing this lie that legal Scholars wanted row overturned as did the majority of Americans we know what it looks like when we are being gaslit we know what it looks like when our rights are being taken away we know what it looks like when rape victims are forced to give birth to the rapist children we know what it looks like when little girls who've been molested becomes moms in middle school we know what it looks like when women are forced to carry nonviable fetuses to term even when it threatens their own future fertility or their own lives Republicans have waged a war on women in this country and they're about to
