we're back on get up bottom of the hour our next game is called believe it or not here we go Jeff if I said we are destined for a Chief's ners Super Bowl rematch believe it or not I don't believe it not because I don't love both teams because I do and I think they they both look great just statistical probability says something's going to happen for one of these teams or possibly both these teams that don't allow this to happen I would love to see it I just don't foresee everybody staying clean all the way through and getting two best teams right now back in the super it's been a rarity in NFL history but it has happened Dallas Buffalo and a few others NE if I said this Green Bay Packers team is going to miss the playoffs because of Jordan Love's KNE believe it or not I believe it you did the stat to start to show that how difficult it is if you go down 02 to make the playoffs if you go down 03 which is likely to happen with uh the quarterback situation that they have now it's only going to get worse and the expectation is that Jordan Love's going to come back week four and be one 100% And they're just going to rip off win after win after win n this feels like it could be a season Ender good throughout this game zekiel Elliott looked better than we suspected in in week one that offer FR maker so I truly believe we're going to see a version of the cowboys that we haven't seen in recent years we're going to talk about them in a moment but let's let the man who owns the team talk about them first Jerry Jones as you may have heard gave Dak Prescott the biggest contract in the history of the NFL and then yesterday he was talking about his expectations listen that we've ever made players the highest played uh player uh game we won Super Bowl that is factual right I mean it is an accurate statement actually Dak has played eight seasons troyman won three Super Bowls in his first eight seasons in Dallas that's the one thing missing from we just have can we just we have can we just have a moment just a Feelgood moment like we finally got to the point where the guy got his money and here comes Jerry Jones already making us you know talk about about you know Dak on the hot seat essentially like I just like I was there I was there at that game talk we talked to Dak after the game this F this felt like Elation this felt like yes they finally got our guy and Jerry starts off the week with yeah well you know obviously the expectation is like super bowls which he's not wrong he's not wrong but the expectation for this team under as much pressure as any player in the NFL for the longest time does having now the biggest contract in the history of the sport does it increase the level of pressure a player feels yeah I I can't imagine that Dak Prescott can feel feel any more pressure than he's felt through the course of his career at every turn it's been us talking about it them talking about it Jerry holding out the money to the last minute every single time I don't think this matters to Dak Prescott maybe it matters to Jerry but he should take some responsibility no mistake it's all on Dak right now did Elliot look better for sure Red Zone they scored which they couldn't do last year all that is Improvement howy Roseman got the Eagles better too Detroit is better San the teams you're playing are legit Jerry didn't go he signed his guys that he and stepen didn't bring in guys to help the squad or bolster the squad and and G was here yesterday saying well they believe in their back okay well so does every other team but they go out and help they they they're not just asking Dak play above the numbers play above the X's and O's to carry your team cuz if that's your ask these other teams are better than you if anything him getting his money actually probably relieves reliev some of that pressure right this is his second big contract he got what he was after now he can focus on playing and being the best version of himself and some ways when Jerry says this I take it as him like complimenting himself like listen yeah you got to know I'm not just some guy right and he's being like every time I give somebody money it's because they're going to bring me a Super Bowl so that's what it felt more like than than than putting him on a hot seat K you were there did that game in the building I know how we handled it Monday did that game feel like it was more a referendum on how good the Cowboys are or how not so good the team they were playing was that the the pregame was all about Zing his money post game it was what what Deshawn Watson was that that's really the storyline so not a good showing by the Browns and that wasn't a great showing by the Cowboys they were a playoff team a year ago with uh Joe flacko at quarterback that team is really good and the Browns you're talking the Browns that team is really talented and very good particularly on defense I think the Cowboys should be proud of the way that they controlled that game from start to finish and answered some of the questions they're going to need to continue to answer these questions but they answered some of the questions we had about their offensive line and their ability to stop the defense yes they play a Saints team that that just obliterated Carolina another one are they really much better was that just about the Panthers this is an
