[Music] [Music] hey friends I'm Steve and I'm Angela and we are midlife cruising so in today's episode you are going to see a day in the life we are still not living on board but we thought you want to see what it's like for us getting here every day what we do on the way here um what we do once we're on board what we eat how we keep busy right so we're showing you all the things so it is a day in the life now with that we realize oh that's constant filming all day long so we did this over the course of a couple days so just a little heads up um but you'll get to see what a typical day looks like for us here on board oh let's listen so you this is released on a Tuesday the 3rd is when this video comes out and we just found out that sea trials are not Monday which is tomorrow so we had a little rough night sometimes we have to be a little sad and frustrated but they've been pushed to Wednesday so if you're watching this on Tuesday the 3D they should be tomorrow if you're seeing this on Wednesday hopefully I've said they're doing sea trials so yes it's getting hard it's getting frustrated but we're hanging in there the best we can um um so here we go again and don't forget at the end of the video we have some amazing bloopers yes and if you aren't one of those who watch to the very end we try to always add the bloopers at the end they're just silly things and mistakes we make but we thought you uh would like to see them if you haven't been sticking around stick around to the end for the bloopers I do do some good bloopers don't I you're yeah I don't even know what to say of coffee Midway for our walk from the hotel to the ship so we thought we'd show you the paper cup so tasty yum yum [Music] [Music] and behind me you can see the enormous what are they called what are those called the Harland and wolf cargo crate container lifters I don't know what they're called [Music] [Music] [Music] and as you can see there's the Titanic Museum behind us we pass her every morning and give her [Music] way these Amazon trucks where the Odyssey is that is where the Amazon warehouse is I got my Amazon order in here it [Music] comes we also passed the Titanic Studios on our walk here every day both of those buildings is where the majority of all indoor production of the Game of Thrones was filled all eight seasons if you're a go fan [Music] what in the world is that c Rose all right for all of you belf fascians what ship is this it says Ser rose on it it's been under construction since we first arrived a few months ago and it's come a long way so if you have any clue of what she is let us know [Music] [Music] this is part of our walk we're down here at Thompson Dock and behind me back here is Titanic distillers uh they actually came on board and did a presentation and uh offer the residents an opportunity to buy their distillate I don't even know what it is Irish whiskey I guess so those huge shipping containers uh unloading over there I think they're grain for Irish whiskey or that's what I'm thinking in my head but if it's something else let me know in the [Music] comments and now time to enter the security building have a good day thank [Music] good morning morning good morning how are you today I'm good how are you thank good morning so much [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we had a late walk today so now we're going to lunch I change shirts cuz I'm sweaty Steve just living in the sweaty shirt I'm sweaty look I'm eating healthy anyway what to do look at my my friend eating this canoli how is it Paul Lo I'm a little bit jealous after my salad [Music] [Music] [Music] but because of problems with its weather and gearbox it still hasn't left the port our Island correspondent Sarah gin has the story for those on board this is the adventure of a lifetime a residential Cruise taking in cities across the globe but they spent more time in one city than they bargained for the moment passengers spend their days on the ship or on different trips but sleep in hotels there have been frustrations but the passengers we spoke to have faith the ship will launch S sure we've been frustrated at times but really it's all been part of the adventure you know 3 months in Belfast wasn't on the itinerary but we just made the most of it it's been amazing to learn a new country a new culture uh all the food all the drinks um so I've enjoyed getting to know it all the Guinness all the Guinness what are you looking forward to the most now departure and it's hope departure from Belfast will take place next week once sea trials are completed when you are the first at doing something uh you're going to run into hiccups that's not me making excuses that's just the reality of how things are um although we were late um we will uh launch and um the the vision and the dream of our residents will become a reality it may not have been the start to their dream that they planned but for the next few days at least passengers
