FAVORITE TO TAKE HOME THE GOLD. ALL RIGHT, LET'S TALK ABOUT OUR FORECAST RIGHT NOW. BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN, WE'RE TALKING ABOUT IT BEING A FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY. IT'S NOT BECAUSE OF WHAT WE'RE GOING TO SEE. THIS MORNING. IT'S BECAUSE OF WHAT WE COULD SEE THIS AFTERNOON. MUCH LIKE YESTERDAY. >> SEEMS WITH THE TIMING ON THIS, RON. >> YEAH, VERY SIMILAR TO YESTERDAY. YESTERDAY THOUGH WAS BECAUSE OF OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES KIND OF REMNANTS. AND WHAT WAS COMING OUR WAY, THE RIPPLES AND WAVES COMING IN OFF OF THAT. THAT WAS THE CHANCE FOR SOME STORMS. SO WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HEY, THAT MAKES IT A LITTLE BIT HARDER SOMETIMES TO TRACK. AND SOMETIMES, EVEN THOUGH WE DID SEE SOME STRONG STORMS IN THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND EVEN YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, THEY ACTUALLY HAD A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH BEING ISSUED. CERTAINLY WE DIDN'T SEE THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS. CERTAINLY GOOD NEWS. NO WARNINGS BEING ISSUED YESTERDAY. I DON'T THINK WE'RE GOING TO BE AS LUCKY TODAY. STRONG STORMS COMING OUR WAY. THEY ALREADY HAVE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING AROUND THE CHICAGO AREA. AND THIS IS GOING TO BE YOU CAN SEE IT RIGHT THERE. WE'RE PAINTED AS A LEVEL TWO OUT OF FIVE RISK TODAY FROM THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER. THE REASON WHY IS THIS COLD FRONT THAT WILL BE HEADING OUR WAY. NOW YOU CAN SEE THE RAIN IN THE STORMS UP IN MICHIGAN. THAT WILL BE KIND OF PASSING US BY, KIND OF BRIEFLY BRUSHING US, BUT IT'S GOING TO BE LATER INTO THE DAY. THIS WILL BE INTO THE AFTERNOON WHERE THE BACKSIDE OF THIS IS GOING TO START TO ROLL IN THE FURTHER NORTH YOU ARE, THE HIGHER THE RISK OF SEVERE STORM, INCLUDING LARGE HAIL, GUSTY WINDS, EVEN A TORNADO CAN'T BE RULED OUT AS THIS LINE OF STORMS CONTINUES TO PUSH THROUGH. IF YOU'RE IN PITTSBURGH, ALLEGHENY COUNTY PROBABLY LOOKING AT THE PEAK TIME FOR SEVERE WEATHER, THE HEIGHTENED CHANCE FOR SEVERE WEATHER COMING IN STARTING AT AROUND 5:00, GOING THROUGH AROUND SEVEN, MAYBE AS LATE AS 8:00, REALLY AT ABOUT 8:00, THINGS START TO FALL APART. SO PLACES IF YOU'RE SOUTH OF I-70, EVEN THOUGH YOU STILL HAVE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM RISK AND WEATHER RISK TODAY, YOUR RISK IS GOING TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN EVERYONE ELSE. WE'LL CONTINUE TO SEE RAIN AND EVEN SOME THUNDERSTORMS AROUND AS WE'RE STARTING OFF THE DAY TOMORROW, BUT THIS IS ALL GOING TO BE ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-70, SO PITTSBURGH SHOULD BE DRY COMPLETELY AS WE'RE HEADING INTO WEDNESDAY. THERE WILL BE SOME RAIN AND STORMS AROUND, THOUGH FOR SOME OTHER FOLKS. SO OVERALL TODAY, TORNADOES, LARGE HAIL, GUSTY WIND POSSIBLE, ALL OF THOSE THINGS THIS AFTERNOON. THE TIMING OF THIS BETWEEN 3:00 THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH 9:00. AND DEPENDING ON HOW FAR NORTH YOU ARE, THAT TIMING WILL BE A LITTLE BIT RIGHT AT 3:00 ALONG I-80, RIGHT AT 5 TO 6. IF YOU ARE IN PITTSBURGH, IF YOU ARE SOUTH OF I-80, SHOULD SAY, YEAH, I-80 THAT YOU'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT, I SHOULD SAY I-70. YOU'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT YOUR WRIST FAIRLY LATE AS THOSE STORMS FALL APART. WE STILL CONTINUE TO HAVE A CHANCE FOR RAIN ON WEDNESDAY. AND THEN ON FRIDAY, THE REMNANTS OF DEBBIE, WHILE INDIRECT, THEY'RE GOING TO ACTUALLY HELP TO FUEL SOME RAIN SHOWERS, MAYBE EVEN SOME STORMS HERE LOCALLY TODAY, FORECASTING A HIGH OF 88. WE DID HIT 90 YESTERDAY FOR A HIGH. WHAT I FORECAST 74 IS YOUR TEMPERATURE RIGHT NOW. WINDS ARE CALM. IT IS MOSTLY CLEAR OUT THERE. WE'LL CALL THE SKIES FAIR.
