hi it's Mitch from picd do.com here with your free pick in the Pirates versus Cubs Major League Baseball matchup on Tuesday August 27th 20124 you like all the free picks we do at pic dogs you'll love our premium picks our Best Bets you just go to pic doogs docomo click on the link below in the description we also have VIP packages meant for people that make really big bets thousand or more per game $10,000 plus bankrolls looking for longterm plans those are VIP packages you can text the number on the screen for that if you're looking for just one day or one game or all that stuff we have that at the regular premium as well as longterm the VIP is meant for those big betters but let's get to it got the Cubs taking on the pirates for both these teams playing for another year I'm not sure which one I would rather be in the grand scheme of things I think the Cubs generally a bigger Market team so if they have holes like they have now going out and filling those they we know they have the money to do that but uh still if you bet on the Cubs every game this year you've lost money same with the Pirates you know you've lost money Believe it or not with all those games that they won as underdogs but you know the Pirates you know they certainly have the the good young pitching staff which I think I'd rather kind of be be have the Pirates you know because you got skin you got Keller you know you got Ortiz you got Jones who we haven't seen in a while but still you know you've got some good young pitchers and that can take you very very far of course you also have O'Neal Cruz and you know some of these other young players on this team so I I just like the way the Pirates are positioned just a little bit better for the Cubs Justin Steel on the mount for this one and you know steel certainly has good stuff and you know we see him he's either a high high guy like you know where he's really really good or he's really really bad but his last four starts he's been really good and the Cubs have won each of those last four starts he's actually picked up two of the wins there for the season 3.07 ER giving up 11 bombs in 123 Innings he was um on the injured list for a little while he's got 125 strikeouts has walked 32 batters over his last three starts a tidy 1.20 ER over that span look at the way these teams are hitting the baseball coming into this game and uh you know the uh the the Cubs just uh 235 versus righties and 203 versus lefties over their last 10 games while the Pirates not much better 229 and 228 versus righties and lefties so basically the same against both but the Pirates Bullpen has been pretty solid with a 2.41 erra over their last 10 while the Cubs check in at 3.89 so steel you know he's they're going to have to give him a pretty solid lead you would think for them to be Dependable the Cubs are 9-2 in their last 11 in Pittsburgh but just three and N in Steel's last 12 Road starts so uh in this so you know they haven't really played well in that and that's that's what I said like the thing about steel is he's been really good and he's been you know really bad it's kind of like very very extreme and the Pirates while they're just six and 14 and their last 20 overall um you know a lot of those games were on the road where they really had that bad losing string I don't care I'm going to take the Pirates in this one and that's going to be my free pick of course while you're doing your picks putting your bets in use our free betting tools at sportschatplace.com 100% free and they'll help put you on the most favorable bets on the board today
