I made the Texas Longhorns a DYNASTY on College Football 25

now back when NCAA 14 was the only college football game we had Texas was really in a very different place they were not back for a while the 2010s were kind of a brutal time based on what you typically expect with Texas's high standards 2005 national champions should have been national champions again in 2009 but Colt McCoy unfortunately got injured but we're not going to dwell in the cawi Shoulda so why is my title rebuilding the Texas Longhorns or something comparable they're rebuilt Steve sarkeesian's done a tremendous job and really what it boils down to is that this is my childhood team I grew up a Texas Longhorns fan so much of my family went to Texas I was a Texas Fan from early and then of course when you have a superstar player like Vince Young how do you not fall in love with the team even more however after the 2000s it became kind of rough after that 2009 season Texas was really up and down they went through kind of a revolving door of coaches m brown kind of struggled near the end there but Charlie Strong Tom Herman and then finally Steve sarkeesian who seems to finally have the program back which I am exstatic about I'm kind of shocked Texas is not a five star like they're one of the Blue Bloods of college football and that's kind of what these five stars are but anyway I thought it'd be one of the easier ones just could be fun to use my team and uh kind of see what we can do try to turn it into a dynasty we'll see if we can bring in some monster recruiting classes and uh really you know make this team the best team in college football for sure now the one of the things I said I would never do back in the day was oh you know I might be a college freak or Football freak love the NFL love the NFL draft love college football I'll never get into college recruiting that's too much I've been super into recruiting over the past few years it's it's been bad but uh Texas actually today did land a five-star receiver in Jamie French to go along with a five-star receiver in KH Lockett so not going to see any of those guys in this rebuild unfortunately you know we can't import high school players or anything like that but uh we'll go over the team briefly it's a really really good team got Quinn yers of course a quarterback we all know who's sitting behind him it's Arch Manning and I don't think I've got to hook him in this video yet we're pass due on that if you look at running back super disappointing that CJ Baxter is going to be out for the year tour his ACL he'll be fine for us in this video but we do have Jaden blue as the backup SL these guys are going to split carries or we going to split carries blue is one of the fastest players really in college football kind of surprising he has just 93 speed but 96 acceleration is amazing so many five stars I think Jerick Gibson ended up being a high four star but really really good team have done really well in the transfer portal with the addition of real speed sta Bond I'm a huge Matthew golden Guy brought him in from Houston I think he has NFL Talent so I'm really excited to see how he gets used and then of course you have like either high four stars or five stars depending on where you look like jonte cook Ryan Wingo you know this is a stacked group of receivers Amari nbl's a transfer from Alabama the offensive line led by Kelvin Banks is really really solid there are some questions about what the actual starting five is going to look like maybe Netto umio Zulu uh Works into that starting five you know maybe Conor Robertson gets in there Texas has kind of had a group of guys play including Cole Hudson who was awesome before injury he should honestly be rated even higher DJ Campbell's a former five-star and then I think oh interesting so Jaden Chapman and Malik agbo agbo is really like almost a jumbo tight end that is how they use him but uh the starting right tackle is actually not even here so I suppose that cam Williams did not opt in so I guess Jaden ch is going to start here for us Trey Moore is a big time transfer from uh UTEP nope UTSA I I said it I'm like that's not right and then Colin Simmons is a big time five star now I was shocked he only has normal Dev trait they actually have made it so you can now edit players but can you edit Dev traits normal I'm not going to change it but normal feels really stupid maybe you can't edit ratings on on actual players I know you can on you know autogenerated recruits now but how is the former five-star Colin Simmons uh a normal Dev player it seems ridiculous but they're a bunch of really fun Edge players Colton Vosk you know expect some big things from Ethan Burke could end up being a really really nice player Baron cell in there as well has been solid of course you lose Byron Murphy and tandre SWAT probably the two best interior defensive linemen in the draft last year and in college football last year and you don't really have too many established pieces behind them Alfred Collins has kind of always been that guy that you really hope would take a big step up and it really hasn't happened he made that huge play in the Colorado bowl game uh one-handed interception and since then he's pretty he's been pretty quiet of course they brought in some transfers as well like Bill Norton and uh CA but Sadir Mitchell from New Jersey hoping for big things from him uh and then Darion glette is a freak athlete I'm not going to talk about the entire team Anthony Hill Jr is a beast as well as is Malik Muhammad but I'm really excited about this team a bunch of five stars all over the place aier fils me and it it should be a really really fun rebuild to do you know this is kind of like my excuse to just talk about Texas football for an hour or two however long this video ends up being I actually think Jay Baron is going to play corner now so I guess we could move him to Corner is it too late to do that I think Juday Baron's going to play corner do we want him at corner though I don't know he's been one of the best nickel Corners in college football over the past several years but I think he was even talking about potentially playing on the boundary and that's part of why he came back and this could also be a fun time to predict the Texas uh record here because this is their actual schedule of course and it's an interesting one I'm going to tell you I expect them to win probably about 10 games I could see 11 I could see n the toughest games on the schedule at Michigan but Michigan got a lot worse they lost a lot of talent and then this stretch of Oklahoma in the Red River game and then Georgia you do get to host Georgia but these games back to back it's going to be a tough stretch Oklahoma just beat the piss out of Temple tonight as I record this and expected their Temple but I didn't really think Oklahoma was going to do too much this season but they look all right I know it's just Temple but they look they look quite good with Jackson Arnold and that defense was flying around Georgia is obviously extremely tough probably will be at this Vanderbilt game going to Nashville or I certainly will be so say hello if you see me and then I think the A&M game could be tough I think Aransas and Kentucky could be tough but I would say I expect them to win every game except for the Georgia game and I think they'll probably drop one more to either Arkansas Kentucky A&M or Michigan Mississippi State could be tough but I I expect them pretty much to win every game Florida is on a downswing Georgia OU A&M and I think Arkansas or Kentucky could be some pretty close games but I think yeah 10 wins maybe 10 and two and that should be good enough to make the playoff or it will be if Texas goes 10 and2 I don't care if they lose to Colorado State and Louisiana Monroe they're going to be a playoff team Rick Cleland okay we got some pretty good players that want to be here of the top three players in the entire class all three of them are highly considering going to Texas that's why this rebuild should be pretty fun cuz it should just be kind of easy because Texas is kind of like that established power house again we know they've always had the resources just haven't necessarily always been able to turn these top tier prospects into really good college players at least in the 2010s we got a yura in here one of my favorite players ever ocura with the New York Giants but um we're pretty much just going to add everybody with interest it's it it's almost more than not here in the top 100 it's kind of insane and it seems to be a different uh group of players and positions so we're not even going to be you know heavy at one position or another kind of just all over the place and we really shouldn't have to recruit quarterback too much because after Quinn ERS you have Arch Manning now we could go ahead and look at deshan deania try to bring him in from Ohio and he could wear the red shirt and then come in after Arch cuz we should do more than a few seasons in this so uh this first week is all about scouting hopefully we'll Identify some really really good players and then add them to our recruiting class we have a ton of hours even with the first time head coach here Jean dangus who I did not change the likeness there in the top right but even with the first year head coach that's going to make recruiting slightly more difficult right but overall it shouldn't be too much of a challenge and we'll get more points of course as we go through more seasons so I'm excited this should be kind of easy I don't know how it's going to work in simulation I've have not simulated even one game uh with college football 25 so far so I'm not sure how good this team's going to be but expectations are Skyhigh I'll say that 're starting out with a gem safety with 94 speed I'm not going to be able to show you guys everybody this video is already going to be extremely long as it is but you know hopefully we're able to identify some really good players and add them to our class that's that's the name of the game we're already at risk of Isaiah Bond and Matthew golden transferring the season hasn't even started yet they just transferred in they don't want to leave I promise you they don't want to leave why would they want to leave also I like that the five stars not really getting a ton of offers right now we could wrap up this is a festar gem number one player in the class we can rip him out of Louisiana I want this recruitment over now I want it over yesterday I want it over before the season even started LSU has not even offered this guy a scholarship we have 900 hours it's time to win some of these recruitments already now we are going to be at a disadvantage compared to some of these other schools because they have more hours probably and they can put in more effort on individual players but that being said uh we are going to try and obviously get some of the best players in the class and a lot of the time that's going to involve putting 50 a full 50 on some of these players now some of our coordinators actually let us add a little bit more than 50 I guess on defensive line so that's kind of nice but as I've said kind of like the whole year so far the way you want to do recruiting is identify early the players that you really want it's kind of a shame no real abilities on some of these players but identify who you want early and try to win these recruitments as quick as possible that's what you want to do as quickly as possible just end them so do full 50 on a lot of these players as I had 25 to two different ones it it doesn't always work okay and the quicker you can get into these different players top five the quicker you can change the way you're pitching them and going from sending the house to actually as we probably will get locked out on somebody here no we're not actually but the quicker you can go from you know using your full 50 to send the house to get into the pitches which are less expensive so it's only 40 to Hard Sell so the minus 10 with the advantage of you know getting maybe even more of a boost if the interest align so we're looking pretty good right now and unlike in the Madden rebuilds I have to go week by week I can't just simulate to the mid-season Mark and hope Auto recruiting does a good job my class will be terrible can't really do that at all so we go week by week looks like we're 1 and0 beating Colorado State and I kind of want to jump in already I kind of do take on still ranked Michigan at home or at home for them right I think that'd be kind of a fun matchup now the thing is we might not need to put the full 50 on Rick Cleland I know he's the number one player in the class we obviously want him he's a monster even though scouting apparently thinks it's 0% the guy is a monster player I don't know what his coverage is is really going to be all like I see 76 Z but we don't know man coverage we don't know how good he can possibly be in that area I just don't like that we're not closing out this recruitment that quickly LSU is not offered a scholarship yet but I worry that if they do we could be in some trouble so I don't love that but because some players are already you know really down the wire we can go ahead and start selling instead of sending the house so of course I've talked about how to recruit a billion times I keep getting advice on it I know how to do it but um you know you you can't always figure it out instantly like in the case of Tim Pettis here like we can make an educated guess about what his best interests are because we see the deal breaker being brand exposure so we know that if we were to hard sell them it's going to have brand exposure plus something else like it it could be potentially TV time we sawell Championship Contender and playing time but there might be a combination that includes brand exposure that has something that we don't know about like this so it could be to the house as well it can't be Workhorse it can't be starter so it's one of these two so I'm going to gamble that it's CV time cuz our grades are are great in that regard so we'll put 40 now on temp Pettis we could schedule a visit I do want this recruitment over as soon as possible but uh I I'll probably just do the 40 for now Andreas Knight likes proximity to home again we could get him in on a visit we know two of three so we can pretty much just guess and have a pretty high likelihood of being correct not 100% it's probably aspirational though but it could also be no it can't be that okay so it's aspirational that's what it's going to be so I'm just going to leave it at 40 for now I like the impa uh impact that that gets I'll change it and add more if I have to but I'd like to use those 35 hours on either somebody else or maybe even multiple players and we do need to potentially consider getting visits as well we don't have the hours to do it right now but I put him on Devon Buell Rane Buell Texas Legend not really and to put 25 on Tu aamu as well the thing or teamu remember Jordan teamu what a player but Texas loves the big humans on the offensive line you got to be like 350 and up to get a chance but uh we are going to be locked out on Dakota foko at corner don't think we ever really tried to recruit him too hard and then also Conrad Melvin another corner so corner is going to have to be a position we kind of go out and prioritize and we did end up unfortunately losing to Michigan which can happen and we are one in one but we're really close to ending a lot of these recruitments for the uh players that I put the 40 on you know maybe Arizona State tries to make a push we could add more but it is time to again rearrange take off send the house and start individually pitching some of these guys as we try to close out these recruitments deal breaker is pro potential again we can pretty much just figure it out so if you don't know it's fairly self-explanatory but you know look for pro potential look for the possibilities with the question marks over the x's and it really seems like it's going to be Workhorse with the deal breaker we know so it is 100% going to be Workhorse right I mean it's got to be we only get four there at showing but I think that was the right one for sure I think it was the only option we do get our our first recruit of glass though it is fourstar right tackle for mosqu Texas Andre Knight was hoping for a little bit more in there probably will give up on seak East if I have not already we're three and one so far had the loss to Michigan we knew that could be a potentially tough matchup I even think I don't know all these SEC teams I I see a lot of Texas fans and I'm an optimistic Texas fan at this point they tricked me every year for a while but I'm optimistic and Texas fans like myself get pretty wrapped up in it but I the SEC is not the Big 12 right Texas could have a very successful season in the in the SEC for sure but these games are going to be a lot closer and look at last year right Texas probably should have lost to Houston they got the benefit of a really really really bad spot you can't be in close games with Houston and oh we're just going to steamroll uh A&M and Kentucky and even the Gators could pose a tough threat right even though they're on a down swing right now they're still talented okay these teams are tough in the SCC all of them and and Texas fans like myself will remember that Arkansas game you know a few years back where Texas just got bodied by Arkansas it was that you really saw the difference in the trenches with the SEC Talent versus what Texas had going on at the time they're bigger and better now I still have some questions about the dline but they're tough matchups they really really are and I mean we're on the verge of losing some of these recruitments here Georgia I don't really like where they are they have a week 13 visit I think if we bring in Lester blunt even during the bye I think is going to be worth it cuz this recruitment is coming to a close but um we got to make sure we can win some of these we're very very close but we're not quite there yet in fact I might have to um and we didn't even offer a scholarship on forier because he was a bus probably we might even have to rearrange some points and just say hey we're giving up on somebody so that we can guarantee getting everybody else that we want you know Jimmy hope with the week six to Arizona State's a little bit scary to be honest we might have to just remove somebody from the board right now and say hey maybe another time or Matt Lindley is great but we don't need to put a full 40 on him at this moment yeah prob I I'll just do five and then take some points away from somewhere else I still want to progress that I still want to get that commitment but it's not exactly super pressing at the moment Andreas Knight is a gem by the way fourstar top 65 player in the class looks to be very good yeah seak East we actually were going after uh that's just a player that we unfortunately don't get that's just we are going to have to make that tough call which is okay plenty of fish in the sea right the fact that it's going to allow us to put way more uh players into our class pretty much is all that we need to see Alabama now going after Rick Cleveland don't like that don't like it at all and we're going to get plenty more points next week as well because we're going to get some new commitments we just have to weather the storm here for a minute I'm afraid to take off some points I think cuz we're already going after some running backs Terrell daily okay Terrell uh is going to have to be somebody that we back off of a little bit for now I don't really want to lose these players right but we need to stay in the battle on plenty of other players who are probably just a little bit more important at this moment I don't know how balor's so high on Harvey ream they're not they don't even have him on scholarship have not even offered a scholarship how are they pacing okay we need another visit or actually Jimmy hope needs 10 more points we're going to have to continue to clear points unfortunately uh we'll take off five onum Ura that recruitment has a wild to go and Tyreek Sullivan are we in your top five yet we are okay beautiful we can rearrange we can get some points this is a wonderful thing also are these videos just going to end up being recruiting simulator I I don't know I mean the rebuilds typically are simulation based but I do want to jum jump in we'll probably do that when we get to the playoffs if that ends up happening of course I'll tell you what Angulo probably commits after this week anyway but we not get him in on the buy do we have four already o why are we not able to schedule him on a visit doesn't make any sense to me why would it be locked I don't know that's so bizarre well I'm really worried that he's not going to commit he's going to then visit Georgia and then he's going to commit n no you know what it's week five no we'll probably get him no I'm I'm overthinking it we're probably okay but I for sure need to get Josh Davis in on a visit now Angulo unless he had a visit already scheduled for week six oh he did he's going to Florida they're just locked out I didn't even see that it's not a glitch he's just he locked them out uh before visiting that's kind of funny all right well we should be receiving a lot of positive news following this week I'm thinking at least two commits we'll have to see there's Jimmy hope that also positive getting some of these guys committed early we get more points back that we can use on other players four star right tackle Jimmy hope four star Corner Tim Pettis we did get two Lester blunt to Georgia wow before we could get him get him on campus even I was saying that was funny well damn it's not that funny now we were so close top 10 player of the nation to be fair from Georgia this was going to be a really tough one to win but we got him on a visit this week unfortunately he is not going to be flipping he's going to be at Georgia for sure we freed up a lot of points with that but we don't get blunt unfortunately illegal in the state of Texas anyway but that hasn't stopped plenty of people what am I even saying Georgia making quite a push for Angulo and I think he's got a vis visit this week to Georgia I'm oh no it's week seven he's got a week seven visit still they're making up a ton of ground where are they making up all this ground from where are they getting this so it's going to be a choice does he want to come to Texas more or does he want to come to uh Georgia more go to Georgia that's those are the options it's neck and neck I unfortunately feel like it might end up being Georgia the it's not going to play an effect so that is not what I'm worried about but I mean we'll see it's going to be a 50/50 really a true 50/50 okay well we got one big time player to sha deonia from akan Ohio five-star quarterback we get Maris lanir fourstar guard which I don't like that we're not seeing another five-star Germaine Smith fourstar outside linebacker from California Deion Clemens four-star wide receiver from Houston which means unfortunately Angulo has picked Georgia writing was on the wall with that one unfortunately uh I said true 50/50 but Georgia had gained up too much ground even before a visit uh it was going to be a really really tough task for us to get him and this is a player we went pretty all in on and for it not to work is pretty heartbreaking and if we want some big time Edge rushers we are going to have to Pivot Rick Cleveland is the number one player in the class he is on the verge of committing but we got a five-star QB and three big four stars we're going to get a lot of points back that's going to be good not only for scouting but also for securing some more commitments we're in a great spot unfortunately you can't get them all and now that we're in the SEC I mean you can see we're going head to-head trying to bring players out of the deep Southeast and Georgia is just cleaning up it's tough this could be a tough one 4-1 Texas against 4-1 Oklahoma both undefeated in the conference up to this point and then of course Georgia is the next week this is going to be a big one got to win this game can we beat Oklahoma we do get five star safety Rick Cleland from Baton Rouge imagine going in to a guy in the city where LSU is dragging him out of Louisiana love it rick Cleveland Big Five Star got a four star defensive tackle Tony Warrior love that fourstar D tackle Enrique Mangold oh that's unfortunate Josh Davis picks LSU I keep like not liking what I'm saying imagine going into Texas and Texas count is not close to Austin at least but God it's really annoying to lose another big time five star Josh Davis to LSU he's going to be going there added a running back to our board that we hadn't previously been going after same thing another Edge rusher uh we got in too late couldn't make the top eight and if we got in just a week earlier we would have totally been there what is Ohio State doing really making a push out of nowhere for this receiver where are they doing this from how how is this happening that's going to be another disappointing recruitment to lose but do beat Oklahoma to 5- one this is huge do have a pair of five stars though in the number four class in the nation right now 10 players already committed and I think there's a pretty decent chance we could end up with the number one class of the nation we're in a pretty good position for it if you look at everyone we have two of the top three unfortunately VY little is going to be going Ohio State that's just what's going to happen I don't know where they're getting this big Boost from but that's what's going to happen uh I think we could get Billy John son probably a tight end at 63 240 but we'll have to see we're going to end up with a really good class one way or another just how good is it going to be all right you know what this might as well be a playoff game number three Tex is taking on number 10 Georgia Let's uh Super Sim see if we can jump in maybe make a big play happen now we're not really passing for a lot of yards in simulation that's why Isaiah Bond's potentially going to be transferring which is probably he's probably going to head to the draft anyway right so I'm not really upset about a transfer we're up 14 now 17 nothing Georgia finally on the board 1710 we've kind of been stalled out a bit here 1713 2413 need to get this offense back in gear here as Georg is not really that far behind it's now a three-point game as we go into the fourth quarter this is not where we want to be who's got the football Texas does second and two four minutes on the clock touchdown essentially wins the game that's what we're playing for let's try to get it to Gunner Helm little flip out to him he's going to be stuffed let's try CJ Baxter Decent Block and Baxter is going to get it 12 rushes for 38 yards of course is injured in real life but he's good to go here in the game the game doesn't know that he tore his ACL thankfully we can't play for a field goal here either cannot do it that'd be going up by six late in the game you're just incentivizing Georgia to score a touchdown and beat you with an extra point so definitely need to find the end zone we do want to waste Georgia timeouts but in college football 25 uh 40 seconds is almost too much time you don't want to score with with 40 seconds left that's why open Silas Balden don't score just go down Georgia has called their final time out now if we do the math on this we have not officially won the game yet right because we could give Georgia the football back with about 20 seconds here's my plan I think we try and go for it no okay no we're going to take our points we're going to take our points in my head I'm like okay Georgia would have to go 90 yards and 20 seconds but they would only need a field goal so they wouldn't need to go 90 right I think going up by six in this spot at this stage of the game is probably more valuable meter's running so slow which is nice but it's a chip shot and it's Bert Auburn so I like that Kick's going to be good Georgia has 20 seconds they need a touchdown one stop that's all it takes and that's going to do it was that Trey Moore off the edge you got there I think it was George is going to try and spike the ball but I mean they're going to need a miracle at this point 9 seconds is time enough for about one play and we're blitzing galani McDonald somebody get there quick throw out all right they'll get one more play that's kind of why I like blitzing sometimes in these spots we still back everybody up and say get way deep play way over the top um but we also Force the football out really really quickly and Carson Beck airs it out deep Malik Muhammad is there and he intercepts it Manny muhamad with the game clinching pick and we have beaten number 10 Georgia we're going to increase weekly recruiting hours for wide receivers and tight end that may be able to save us with the recruitment of this big time wide receiver I don't think it will to be honest but maybe maybe one way or another we're about to get a lot of points back please tell me we can steal this receiver away from Ohio State nope de and re Matlock though we get one of the best lawyers of the nation Matlock out of Zachary Louisiana we're doing well in Louisiana Big Time Corner get a big time Right Guard fourstar Harvey ream but unfortunately valy little has decided on Ohio State it sucks and he likes brand exposure I don't know what Ohio state would do to potentially you know go down below B uh brand exposure I don't think it's possible they're a plus everything they're five in one yeah we have no chance for a flip sucks sucks we do have Billy Johnson on a week 11 visit here and we have more points that we can put on him now this is one we can win the motivations here just don't really line up that's why this has been a tough recruitment overall like this is where you might consider a sway the only problem with that is that and it's kind of a big problem the recruitment is kind of over so do we have the time for a sway to actually work and you really need two of three and I guess we'd be playing to get an A+ over the B+ which is a slight boost you really need two of three getting a c minus in there is just not that good recruitments keep rolling in though tyres sven's a four-star left tackle from California we get Devon Buell Devon Bell from Toledo Ohio four star fourstar running back Terell Daly from Paradise Texas George Ali A four-star tackle from Aurora Colorado we do unfortunately lose Lamar Bryant to Bama never went after him though so not really that upset about that one locked out on ship rank though um we're in a really good spot overall I don't know if those offers are new on a manura that's definitely a player we want to get Billy Johnson's a tough one the playing style gets worse by the day it really does we really can't Hard Sell when we have a D+ in there like it's okay but it's it really it isn't that good like I mean you can do it right if the other grades are good enough but it's just not especially ideal we got him in on a week 11 visit this is one of those recruitments where I really don't think we're actually going to get him Matt lindley's on the verge of committing Amman umur is in a great spot we have the points right now so I'll probably just try to get him in on a visit and just guarantee it that's kind of what I want to do I want to guarantee commitments it's the name of the game so we'll do a little bit of an update here cuz right now you're just seeing names it's kind of going in order we have a quarterback committed we have a running back committed we're trying to add another back ideally we would take at least two in the class at wide receiver we just have one but we're on the verge of getting a minimum of two I think I would like to add Steven liins to the class we can drag him out of Georgia he is a gem that would be nice it is doable I think what's his deal breaker Championship Contender it's really good for us right now if we go all out I think we can do it now I'm slightly skeptical about you just choosing a thing and guessing I don't think we know enough right now for stepen ligans so we'll just keep things as is we will need to add a different tight end Billy Johnson's going to go to SMU there's not really anything we can do about it four offensive tackles three guards I mean we're really going crazy on the o line might even add another we have a center we're done with offensive line recruiting we're perfectly fine dline is a bit of a different issue D end is not good we have two D tackles could definitely do better at outside lineb backer please tell me Zeke wy's good he does look really good but is a bust we'll probably try to bring him into the class anyway we need linebacker badly we don't have anything going on at linebacker and Lawrence Thomas is definitely going to go to uh so proximity to home is not going to help us corner is okay Davon Hermon or German is not going to be a member of our class and then safety looks pretty good yura is definitely going to join the class I mean almost certainly right so we're going to be good at safety it's really the front seven that needs the biggest boost at the moment Matt Lindley fourstar receiver from Pennsylvania joins the class as does Kevin Corley a four-star from Louisiana we continue to do really well in Louisiana uh but we get some pretty awful news regarding every other player golly we're seven and one Lawrence Thomas goes to uh we knew that Adrien countis who he recruited so hard the entire season very recently the class is pretty much done I mean we're pretty much to the point as we're eight and one now we're pretty much to the point where we really can't add anybody because all the good guys actually I wanted the offer and then I'm going to commit somewhere else or lock you out instantly like is the case with a number of these players I add it I told you I wanted to get better in the front seven and um I mean yeah we we just got in too late I even scheduled some visits I mean the running back looked awesome and we don't necessarily really need running back but we only have one in the class I would potentially like to add another but I still need to add better defensive lineman I don't know we maybe one of these guys is going to be sick maybe unlikely another offensive lineman Tua teamu from Oram Utah and we lose James hog to TCU we have enough offensive lineman in the class at this point not really too upset about that one eight and two do we lose to Arkansas brother ky's also ranked incredibly highly right now yura is about to commit that'll be another top 50 player to add to the class we finally get aani Yura from bro Bridge Louisiana top 50 player Zeke Wy as I'm calling him from Akers field fourstar outside linebacker we unfortunately do not get Allen Spire he picks U Over Texas in the Houston area there in Cyprus okay locked out on Ibara that's fine but we did find Donovan Carver who looks really really good just not a gem or anything but looks really really solid as a player the recruiting class uh is basically full at this point 9 and two so we do end up beating Kentucky that was a really important game to win Carver check out this though and this is someone we could potentially get 81 speed 85 finesse moves 81 tackle 80 strength I like that I like that just Pro potential we can't really do much more than that right now Teddy Bryant we're not going to get TJ warmac not going to get but I mean we're trying to solidify this class A number of good players in here but uh really stinks to lose out on Allen spires we need corner right and I mean I guess Eric Doss is going to get added to the class but you know what that's probably about fine I we have more hours but I don't really need to even use them I think the class is in a really really awesome spot we pretty much have everybody that we need we're not the number one class anymore Miami and Georgia have more five stars and we really can't add any more five stars but maybe adding a couple more four stars will Propel us back to number one it's a possibility do get four-star receiver Steven liins finally winning out on a recruitment from a player in Georgia Ramone Peter three star linebacker from Texas and the rest of these recruitments are still active Oregon is running away with Donovan Carver so we're not going to end up getting him I'm upset I even mention him and there's just nothing we can do at this point we can Hard Sell and guess I hope he doesn't like proximity to home that would be incredible L tough but he's going to that's almost certainly going to be something he's interested in maybe not but it it is for sure and we have terrible proximity to home so uh all we know is pro potential it's not great that one's just not going to happen and sometimes they don't that's something we have to live with sometimes we you can't always get what you want and that's okay organ if they come out of nowhere to get Parker zra I'm I'm going to I think be legitimately annoyed even though we don't even know if if he's good he's not even that good in fact you might be doing me a favor I don't even want him anymore yeah Carver to Oregon that's fine I mean it reminds me of Nevada Dynasty right where Oregon would steal everybody we had we're 9 and3 6-2 in the we're in we will be playing NC State as the current projections go let's see if that remains true Eric Doss joins a class four-star corner from Florida we get a three star running back from Georgia miles onu jogou it's a fun one and Alex Machado joining the class would be nice I don't think it's going to happen and I say a Bond's going to transfer almost for sure Jaylen milro wins the Heisman no Quin yers unfortunately and we will be playing NC State in the first round of the college football playoff 12 team should be really really interesting 60 coach points okay if we check out these stats and Records I might end up changing the Playbook from Texas I don't know that it simulates all that well Quinn yers throws for just 2600 yards 22 touchdowns to six interceptions not really throwing the ball or running the ball that well we don't even have a thousand yard rusher man this team does not simulate well on offense oh my God these are terrible numbers really really awful uh 10 sacks though for Ethan berkele of the way and you got to remember this is college football so fewer games you're not really going to compare it to what the numbers look like in Madden clearly but I mean these numbers are absolutely abysmal we will check out early national Signing Day though we can finally see some Dev traits Andre Knight has e Elite which is huge on the offensive line I don't really know that I've ever seen that or at least not very often Jimmy hope with normal impact for Tim Pettis and desan deania I was hoping for more for a five-star quarterback number three player of the nation Germaine Smith with impact Elite for Maris lanir another Elite Dev offensive lineman Deion Clemens has Elite wide receiver star for Rick Cleland impact for Tony Warrior and Enrique Mangold normal for Matt Lindley impact for Yura impact for Sullivan and teamu and Bell star for Kevin Corley Elite for Terell Daly okay we didn't need a ton of running backs we got the only one we needed oh he looks like he's going to be insane then Ali with normal Matlock normal impact for re Elite for Eric Doss is insane normal for eeke w or Wy impact for Steven Liggins and Ramone Peter and still trying to get Devonte bibs onu jogu has star Harver has star unfortunately did not end up getting him though obviously but okay I mean the two running backs we're taking are pretty awesome Can't obviously do anything else with the recruiting right now just wait and watch we're going to add Devonte bibs we're maybe going to get Noble we're not going to get Machado and we might get Columbo if we're lucky but this is a great class we're number three we're probably going to finish at number three the transfer portal maybe could change things we're going to end up having the cut players which is fine but overall we're doing great and our coordinators are awesome I don't really well our DC at least I don't really love the West Virginia pipeline but Paul sakaria having Elite recruiter is uh really good for us so not really in a rush to fire him and so say 84 overall they always do really really well in simulation by the way maybe that's a Playbook to to potentially use playbooks do matter a lot in Sim we showed so much of the recruiting here in year 1 I think that's good for year one kind of set the table for some of the players that are going to be involved on this team I don't think I'm going to do as much of that in season two have an early touchdown here that post is going to be wide open Isaiah Bond touchdown 007 for seven it'd be sick if they got his signature celebration in the game maybe if he starts going crazy for Texas which is is a high likelihood of happening I think big possibility but that that would be pretty cool Bond could become a superstar with Texas can we get that in there I mean almost certainly not what am I thinking they're just going to let us run the ball in fourth and three there's nobody in the Box I mean I don't know how you possibly thought you would stop a run if we decided to do that it was three yards if it was fourth and seven fourth and five even it's not really a concern but I don't know fourth and three just don't have anybody in to stop a potential run at all Matthew golden touchdown the uh transfer comes up clutch and now it's two touchdowns by two transfer receivers and that's going to be probably a trend for the Texas offense in 2024 with silus uh Bolen being a transfer from Oregon state with Matthew golden being a transfer from Houston and I hope he just doesn't end up being a return man same thing with Balden I want those guys to play and play well and of course isai bond from Alabama but you got some really good young receivers jonte cook and Ryan Wingo cook a sophomore Wingo a true freshman I think those guys are going to fight for some play time I don't know I don't know what that decision possibly was for me just throw a jump ball and double coverage to Juan Davis that that can't ever be see any film on him in the past year so I'm excited to see how he fits into the May or the Michigan defense from Maryland I guess probably taking over for that Junior Coulson spot and we'll see how he plays but apparently could be fairly legit which I'm excited about and that is not where I thought that was going at all we just had like four throws in a row it felt like not four but three throws in a row just not go where I wanted when the check down were fairly open uh that's a little bit annoying but I mean they could have been picked also like CJ Baxter couldn't even get out of the back field plus QB I mean I like that Arch Manning is going to get a shot now but still dude it would have been would have been nice to have a 90 plus overall player at QB although Arch is probably going to be in that that type of range anyway draft results does Quinn get into the first round he does not Kelvin Banks Jr of course is a first- round pick Andrew makuba goes in the fourth didn't really talk about him Clemson transfer I have high hopes for him as well another one of those guys that's had his experience playing corner and safety Alfred Collins Jay Baron and Silas Balden all drafted ji Baron I think is going to go higher than round five but we'll see what happens slot Corners are never that highly like sought after but such an important position they're going higher lately but more round two type of deal than uh in round one you typically don't see the smaller Corners going round one but transfer portal now we might have some interest here from couple of top players Cory Foreman I believe was a former USC five star he transfer to Fresno State he did interesting let's bring in Jack velling we need an upgraded tight end for sure uh we could potentially bring in a corner as well oh I was going to say will Howard it's Walker Howard of course all Miss I didn't even see that I definitely don't need a quarterback we don't really even need offensive line either I mean we can take a look thought this was Brew McCoy for a second didn't look at the position and didn't see akan either uh that's been a fun thing with Texas I don't even know what we need I mean tackle po potentially right running back not really cornerback maybe Cory Foreman we could maybe take a look at uh George Columbo is all but going to commit I don't really think I want to bring in another Edge rusher so I don't think that Cory Foreman is going to be an option for me I mean we we could get him if we wanted probably but I just don't really think that's something I want to do so just kind of comfortable with Where We Are and I mean we're in a great spot Columbo is going to commit for sure and he'll choose us over OU which is always nice getting Alex Machado could be a different issue though we will try and we're going to be able to make a pretty good push but it might just not be enough or might not be enough in the end we're behind by a little bit too much with not that much time to go and that is slightly concerning but for Matt Noble but he looks really good still probably want him in the class to be honest he's going to have normal Dev though we don't need him right now maybe not I don't looking at this one uh we could actually take another running back to be honest but no we we're we've recruited some so that's not really an issue isue um wide receiver I think is going to be okay got a lot there I do kind of want to bring in another tight end tackle could be a need I would say tackle we we definitely need to add a tackle and we're going to end up having to cut some players as well probably but that's okay that's totally fine we're bringing in some new players we do end up getting Alex Machado from Las Vegas n which is nice Matthew golden sticking around is is pretty cool as well losing him and bond would have been very bad Columbo is going to be committing so that's really cool I don't think he's going to choose OU if they scheduled him for a week to visit maybe but they didn't uh Jack velling we don't necessarily really need but would be would be a nice player to add so I'm kind of going for it kind of the same thing with the corner don't really need him but it could be nice and then kind of just some upgrades on the o line so we're in a pretty good spot overall we're bringing in a pretty huge recruiting class not just in quantity but obviously quality as well getting a lot of really good players George Columbo does end up committing o Jack Walsh picks Michigan that's okay that one I'm not really too upset about uh we do need the tackle though losing Kelvin Banks is bad I would like an instant starter right away Ving is going to choose Ohio State not really too mad about that but again I I I do want cage Casey and I'm not even sure that's going to happen at this point so we're not going to get the tight end which is fine we probably won't even get the tackle to be honest which is all right we do get the corner Elijah Jackson we do get the tackle cage Casey all right I'll take two of three we still have aari nlack for another year so I'm actually very okay with that and we won the National Championship we're bringing in a lot of new players but what what a tremendous class this is it honestly could be the number one class of the nation now after a great transfer portal but no it is number three national Signing Day we went over some of the development traits already so not really going to spend too much time on that but we'll check it out from the bottom cage Casey with impact same thing for Elijah Jackson only normal for George Columbo and I think we already know about the death traits here although Machado has star we may not have known that Devonte bibs was star Eric dos with Elite yeah I think we already knew that but very very nice class ooh miles even with stard Dev is a 63 overall running back and he's actually not awful at outside linebacker or defensive end well he's is he 510 225 I mean maybe linebacker you're not going to play defensive end that's crazy 80 Pursuit 70 tackle coverage is pretty bad I mean we do kind of need more depth at line linebacker I kind of want to move Anthony Hill to middle linebacker by the way all right we'll make him a left outside linebacker Terrell Dy is 73 overall running back and that's where he's going to play and Devonte bibs is likely going to be a middle linebacker for us he's a higher overall at outside linebacker you know what if I move him to right outside linebacker where he's a 74 overall freshman which is quite good um I like that a lot we'll just move Anthony Hill to inside linebacker I would say and then yeah I mean I I just think he's going to play more of an impact there I know he's a great Blitzer um but I I think I would prefer him at inside linebacker he's got 85 power moves like the coverage is pretty good too I just think he would play more of an impact on the inside for me so that's what we're going to do that makes outside linebacker look signif ific anly worse we only have freshman out there true freshman but I think what I'll do Platinum quick jump for Darion gallette I think what I'm going to do is move leongal lafal to uh to outside linebacker where he'll get a boost so it's an interesting bunch of things we just did but I just think the inside linebacker is going to play more of an impact for me and that's kind of what I'm looking for demon is a 78 overall as a freshman like to see that some decent ratings for The Freshman receivers as well now they're going to get passed up probably although I might just end up encouraging transfers for Parker Livingstone Freddy Duos Junior and Aaron Butler we have a lot of receivers the position changes just going through my thought process it's too long and it's too boring so I just cut a bunch of stuff out you can imagine and I check out the training results we move the offensive line around to get the best possible combination of overall points really that was the big focus and the o line is just not good right now it is not good at all so we're going to try and get them to get an offseason training boost just losing Kelvin Banks and Jake Majors really hurt us and hopefully the training results were not already factored in before that happened uh big overall boost it'd be nice if you could actually see but CJ Baxter was an 88 he's up now to a 94 overall and doesn't really have any position caps at least not at anything that's impactful at all so he's going to be absolutely insane Malik mohamd up to a 93 Arch Manning did not go up he's got starev he's got no position caps he's actually probably faster than 76 speed as well but otherwise is rated insanely well I'm confused why he didn't get any type of an upgrade at all I mean the running backs got a nice boost overall at receiver marginal boosts Freddy Dubose went up to an 80 he was a 67 why did Freddy DuBose Jr get such a massive boost It's So Random sometimes I have no idea well he's up a ton I guess he's going to probably end up making the team now Trevor goby is up like 10 overall points okay well he probably just starts now over the transfer cage Casey I mean how can I not right Malik AGA up to an 84 DJ Campbell up to a 90 love that might even just start Brandon Baker over Jaden Chapman to be honest treymore up to a 92 Justin Justice Finley got a big boost Colin Simmons having normal Dev is I think hurting him significantly uh the tackles got kind of a boost nothing crazy moved Anthony Hill to middle linebacker and lefau to outside linebacker I just think Anthony Hill is going to play more of an impact in Sim in that spot Javon Cole is up to an 85 okay of course the true freshman Eric Doss a lot of these guys are going to get red shirted but an 82 overall as a freshman's insane he is 98 speed by the way way oh my goodness safety is significantly worse we lose Bert Auburn but we have willstone is maybe more of a kickoff specialist but that's okay and we'll get ready to start this next season of course going to stay in the SEC really not that many cuts to make to be honest really not that many at running back I think we're going to keep everybody but Christian Clark would be the one uh and we're going to just clear out wide receiver a little bit we just simply don't need this many Lance St Louis is a Long Snapper I'm sorry but don't really need that they've really crushed Colin Simmons by giving him giving him normal Dev that still feels crazy to me just a five-star that was that highly regarded also Santana Wilson is the son of Adrien Wilson so that's kind of a a cool storyline but he is likely never going to see the field for me but I also don't need a carry multiple punters so he catches a break he stays alive but season 2 is going to look a lot different I think in this recording than season 1 did we are just not going to spend nearly as much time week by week going through each recruiting thing you'll probably just see when we get new commits I would imagine I think I will show that but we'll see at the very start here the number one player in the class is a big time receiver that wants to be here I would add a receiver maybe even two but I don't want to add that many I'm just trying to add the best players in the class I don't need a big class especially not after last class I just need really really good players okay I'll show this guy cuz I haven't seen a lot of 90 plus scrambling quarterbacks after the update Antonio Edmund can play so it's week three we have yet to play a game schedule it in such a way that is unrealistic but that's fine wanted to focus on recruiting here early we should beat UTEP comfortably to be honest and the recruits should start rolling in there's the first one fourar outside linebacker Bradley Montgomery from opalus Louisiana and fourstar linebacker Shaquille Childers from Scottdale so that's a really good start for us this could be a truly legendary recruiting class if all goes well now we do have number eight Ohio State on the schedule to start so it's not super great not all as well in the world but we're in a really good spot for Antonio Edmund the five Star Quarterback we're in a good spot on multiple five-star running backs Marvin lean's going to recruit or going to commit probably to us over Ohio State after this game which is really cool this is a big game two undefeated teams going at it here very early in the year backto back two big big 10 opponents on the road we do get a five star running back from conro Marvin lutman and a four-star Corner Carri Row from Louisiana fourstar right tackle Greg renfrey from Arkansas as I said this class has real potential to be unbelievable and I like where we are even the four stars are really good players some gems in there as well CJ baxer with quite the game by the way against Ohio state with three touchdowns you'd expect a win but we lost and now we have Georgia okay well all right kind of a rug pole moment we're unfortunately going to lose out on maybe a recruit or two but other than that we're doing really really well just in kind of a weird spot right now with a couple of players we do get a festar outside linebacker Quinton Addington from Miami Quinton Addington is an off ball player I believe Alani Cree four-star corner from Tennessee we got a four-star tight end from Houston Manny Taha really really good now mclen we knew we were going to lose we gave up on him I thought and we're also on the verge of losing a five-star uh defensive end so we're one and two it's a very tough start to the year though Ohio State and then Georgia Oregon making a push for war Marshall Cersei the problem the problem is is that um we don't have a visit ready to go we we can't really do it but we can soft sell so that works out well I actually forgot to uh put Soft Cell on top of the hard cell so I still would recommend it even if you have two of three if we can get athle facilities and brand exposure on the same deal it make sense uh also Starter would be fine too but starter is the only one that has two for us no Addington actually is an on ball player if you want to call him that power rusher I don't know why I thought he was an offb player no he's a freak he's got Platinum quick jump amazing player we did actually surpass Georgia though for Quinton Ruben this is the guy I thought we were going to lose but maybe not maybe we actually have a chance so many safeties in this class we don't really need safety like that though that's the only thing like we don't need 10 safeties but the safeties look pretty awesome there's so many safeties well regardless of whether we beat Mississippi State or not the week has gone fairly well as we dragged a big five star out of South Florida of Oklahoma it's like Miami of Ohio I guess there's a Miami of Oklahoma but Antonio Edmund is insane we also get a four star left tackle Isaac Shermer and yeah Quinton ruin ends up picking Georgia yeah I mean thought that was going to happen and thought it wasn't going to happen and then it did happen so we're two and two do manage to beat Mississippi State and then we'll get Oklahoma in the Red River Showdown shootout that's a tough one check out this battle oh my goodness I wish we would have scheduled a visit with Brian Parky but unfortunately it's not going to be an option Clemson could just get him which would suck but I think one way or another after this week we will add at least two five stars to the class and then maybe a couple of four stars as well so we are in business right now in terms of top classes I mean Miami's landed 14 five stars so they're ahead of us right now but we have three five stars did I say five stars 14 four stars we've landed three five star seven four stars and I don't even know if we're going to take a three star in this class probably not unless we find like a super gem which is a possibility but I really would like to beat Oklahoma in this one really would like to and we'll see if that ends up happening this is a really important game we do get the festar running back Dominic Dar from Tennessee and the five or four-star defensive tackle Dominic Terrell from Mission vo California uh four-star linebacker Ramone P from Texas Arcana Texas fourstar receiver Jamar Hicks why am I not seeing multiple five stars Brian Parky is not even the one I was talking about it's so close neck and neck with uh Clemson we had the same situation last year like a true 50/50 for Georgia as we do end up advancing to three and two but this is a this is a tight tight battle Cersei picked Oregon how that was the one who I absolutely expected to commit what happened where did Oregon come from I hate this team no way dude he's pretty good too top 10 player in the class I was so shocked when he didn't commit I mean I would I'd be very happy with Brian Parky if we can get him but I don't even know that that's going to happen it's so close I have no idea how Oregon just sniped us that's absolutely insane our class is honestly like almost done which sounds crazy but we have four five stars 10 four stars and we on the verge of getting a lot more right now getting Brian Parky would be huge again it's kind of like a 50/50 the visit is not even going to play a factor at this point is there anything I can do to boost defensive line recruiting I think I already have bought that tier so yeah nothing we can really do it's just it either happens or it doesn't we really can't afford to keep losing games though I know the two that we lost were really really tough matchups but it'd be it be extremely tough to keep losing games overall and still be college football playoff eligible we do land the festar Brian Parky for Mobile Alabama though that is an incredible get to the class cuz I was really not sure about that one in the end Alabama made a big run so did Clemson but we steal his services and it looks like we definitely lost so that's not great three and three unranked and the season could really begin to unravel now it really really could the class is amazing if only we could use him on our team right now maybe we wouldn't lose so many games but we're going to we're going to bring in one of the best classes uh for sure which is obvious but what I'm saying is we could you know not recruit another player and still land like maybe the best class that there is so I'm totally fine with that obviously and another five star Andre kamalu from leic Texas is a wide receiver and no bad news other than being locked out on Deontay Cashman who I never even got a chance to scout so I'm sure we lost out on the best player in the class there we're four and three back to being ranked but on the edge of it right so no guarantees that we're going to make the college football playoff this year we really should start winning I would say and I I am kind of curious if the aay cashman's even good but we'll never know and Oscar Ibrahim ends up committing a free star or excuse me a five star free safety from Michigan so we do get Atlanta festar safety in this class as well as a four-star gem Shaquille Lawrence from Plano Nate Irvin a four-star center from Washington we had a four-star safety Ryland Blue from Baton Rouge so we're doing quite well and this receiver I got to show you looks to be a freak we're back up to A+ Championship Contender because we are now and look at Arch Manning 355 yards passing five touchdowns love to see it we're back to 5 and three ranked in the top 15 there we go but look at this receiver who we're I mean almost certainly going to get now no one's even offered him a scholarship the number 270 player in the nation he has all 80s everything pretty much except 95 speed 94 jumping so really well-rounded acceleration could be higher but 62 210 it's not necessarily his game this receiver Enrique Urban looks quite good as well get him in on a visit he's a gem also really well-rounded with very good speed do we lose to Oregon State dude are you kidding me that's a pretty egregious loss I would say losing to Oregon state has canceled the season loss the two losses to Ohio State and Georgia at the start of the year and they're 8- one now very close losses Florida was not so much Oregon State by a field goal I mean that's the type of game that can end your season we are lucky it was out of conference we are lucky we played number eight Virginia Tech and number 10 Texas A&M very lucky about those being on the schedule because it gives us a path to really get back with good uh standings uh with the the college football players play off committee here if you look in the SEC here like we're number two in the conference we're actually in a great position we just need to win out that's it we control our own fate control our own destiny it's a great place to be our class is UN unbelievable incredible seven five stars is awesome I'm kind of disappointed we lost out on DeShawn Ogden and we're probably not going to get Lane wigman either but we should get Antoine Kuma should get cash as Lashley Lashley as a blocking tight end we should get Quinton low and we lose Malik mahamed as well which I wasn't exactly prepared for that losing Matthew Golden's tough DJ Campbell has uh graduated as well I guess and he's headed to the draft uh we once again are losing a ton of talent and starters everywhere and I feel like I've recruited well but for some reason I don't feel prepared going into this next season with the talent on the roster which seems crazy but I I just don't feel like we have it TJ Baxter and Malik Muhammad both go round one DJ Campbell in the second golden and Moore in the third Jaden blue got drafted at did Ethan Burke sneaking in at the back end of the draft but I don't know I just I don't feel very comfortable with where the team is and for some reason it feels like Trey Owens is going to end up passing Arch Manning and overall but I mean running back is going to be so much worse and that was a big part of our offense we really just need some insane players to be here in the transfer portal DJ lagway is in here well we definitely don't need a quarterback I would consider a linebacker Tariq Alda sure I butchered that Terry busy he was actually uh a Texas looks great in the top right by the way he was actually a Texas onetime commit maybe they definitely pursued him heavily I think he ended up choosing A&M he was a hybrid like receiver corner and I think Texas wanted to make corner but maybe he wanted to play receiver I don't know what happened with him but we'll take a look we could definitely consider receiver running back for sure offensive line for sure but we might have to take some players off of our board in order to do that and thankfully we have a couple spots here from players that are going to other schools we do unlock Talent developer that's that's a thing I suppose and I mean we're in a good spot where we can pretty much kind of get anyone we want out of the portal I'm just trying to decide do we want the receiver do we we do we want multiple receivers I actually don't think that we do because Ryan Wingo jonte cook you'd expect those guys to take a pretty significant jump here heading into their uh sophomore and Junior years or me Junior and senior years right and then we have the freshman class that we brought in last year we can bring in one and I think be okay and that guy might not even play anyway right so feel pretty good about that that I'm looking on the offensive line bringing in a guard I think would be good but they might not end up playing anyway and then the corners we really need to take a big step up oh I didn't red shirt anybody how did I forget to do that like that's actually okay cuz I don't know how deep this is going to go of just competing for national championships but kind of an annoying mistake to uh completely forget about you know to completely forget about one of the most important things that you can do do which is you know keep some of these players for an extra year which is what you know red shirting a player essentially is J Eugene sounds very familiar it's pretty solid but I think I'm comfortable with the recruiting that we've done we are going to almost certainly sign another top five class I would be absolutely blown away if it wasn't so when you're one of these big programs recruiting is just kind of on easy mode as we out on the safety but that's going to be okay we're going to continue to develop pretty well as LSU is actually overtaken us oh my goodness Alabama for busy wow okay I'll tell you Texas having B+ academic Prestige feels kind of insane it's one of the better universities you can go to is it not I don't know if they still do it but I know forever they had the 5% out of state 10 top 10% of your class in State thing all right should be getting some commitments here we'll see who we end up adding as we land a four-star receiver ashlock from Texas uh Tariq aluka the number one player in the portal from California joins the class Terry busy joins the class as well as his Corner Kaden Jenkins so a couple of big Corners in but this is maybe the big one toris Jones fourstar running back from El Paso could be a starter for us also potential upgrade on the offensive line good depth if nothing else same with PJ Williams so we got everybody that we wanted again recruiting is kind of on easy mode when you are you know one of the blue blood schools like University of Texas we do have the number one class of the nation 33 total we're going to have to send a lot of guys off the roster CU we're going to be over the limit for sure which is fine out with the old in with the new I think that's totally totally acceptable and with national Signing Day we'll check out the bottom here and see if we get any good Dev traits usually these transfers are not especially good though though PJ Williams is star he's a junior though impact for Cliff or clef brousard star for tavores Jones another Junior though sometimes you get transfer freshman and sophomore that can be pretty good uh impact normal for busy as a sophomore impact for Uka normal for ashlock so that's a little bit disappointing for the top group of those guys but overall pretty incredible class for us and Uka is an 89 this would let us put Anthony Hill back at outside linebacker if we wanted to do that and maybe we do and we probably will because his pass rush moves are pretty good yeah we're going to do that 93 overall power rusher left outside linebacker that'll do me we're going to let a lot of Corners go like we have another five star or Kobe black here not really developing so far does have starev but we've got a lot of guys who I just need to see them take a big step up safety is the weird thing I mean Phil to me has 99 speed which feels like insane and stard Dev he could go up near a 90 and no skill caps either I mean he could just end up being absolutely out of control for us just a lot of these things are going to be dependent on what happens in training do unlock elite recruiter as we land another top five class only need two to get Elite recruiter and that's exactly what we did all right I need to see big training results though okay so Anthony Hills up to a 94 overall Arch Manning goes up to an 89 it's good it's just still a little bit underwhelming is kind of what I would say I do have high hopes for deania though already up to an 80 at halfback yeah running back's going to be interesting for us speed's not a problem speed's getting upgraded like crazy I mean Jerick Gibson's not a 99 speed guy how does he have 99 speed they just they're maxing out quickness and nothing else which okay sure uh Christian Clark moved to fullback receiver is going to be not that great of a position these guys are not really getting upgraded in the biggest way receivers pretty bad the fact that we don't have anything really close to a 90 is kind of disappointing uh move kamalu to tight end actually talked about him as a wide receiver safety 220 lbs I can rationalize him playing uh tight end here in our vertical passing attack guby remains unchanged we have a lot of depth a lot of these guys will not end up making the team Malik ago moved to Center up to an 89 overall okay Nell ended up wearing the red shirt it's easy for the offensive lineman because if you don't play you're just going to get the red shirt automatically at other positions there's more of a rotation going on so these guys can find the field much easier much more easily Colton Vos up to an 89 now a lot of these guys end up wearing red shirts that's actually pretty great for us the tackle still not really that great of a position for us we're just lacking the top end Talent at a number of different spots which I think is kind of the biggest issue right now we we do have talent it's just yeah lacking that super Elite top end Talent unfortunately so the team's definitely good I mean we're 92 overall right oh man filam me has remained unchanged I don't know that I can start him again I don't know that I can do it how is he getting no upgrades IQ remains just horrendous and that's my problem with the upgrade system here in uh college football 25 it's just way too random Dev trait does not play a big enough impact in my opinion it's very inconsistent and it it just is so Random even apart from Death trade I mean you'll have guys who just refuse to upgrade their individual skills even though they can and they'll choose sometimes to upgrade their abilities I think that's the biggest change they need to make is if you qualify for the ability you should just get it I don't think you should have to pay skill points to unlock it which is how the upgrade is actually working I don't like that and to start this next year we land a fourstar inia p Lei from Houston Texas a fourstar guard we're doing pretty well with recruiting so far getting some really talented players or at least on the track to that we're 3-0 number six in the nation and this has been a really really good start overall because we beat Missouri very easily we crushed Ohio State who was top 10 at the time and now are all the way up from barely ranked or unranked to start the year to number 20 to number 16 and then number eight and then now number six after the win over UTSA we also add fourstar right tackle Robert malumba from Utah believe is a gem as well as fourstar right tackle Demarcus Tam really wanted to upgrade this offensive line and that seems to be the trend another fourstar right tackle we just landed three of them all three of which are Gems by the way Notre Dame made a real push for one of those guys but it was not enough in the end and that's going to free up a lot of points for us which we really really need right now and we are 4 and0 beating South Carolina we are the number five team in the nation we do get a five-star Corner in Juan Stacy from Apopka Florida another five star to running back Johnny Brent's from also from Florida we're killing it Greg Aman's a five-star defensive tackle all the five stars are committing and Tory Sims might as well be as good as one all out of state fourstar Tory Sims from Illinois got a four-star receiver from California Ed Cloud unfortunately we lose out on Titus raldon who goes to LSU that's actually a big loss he was a really really good player so that actually sucks but uh Lonnie Ferrell we went big on as well and lost him top 50 player would have been awesome these are actually two big losses of two players I was really trying to recruit very big game though Red River rivalry Texas Oklahoma two 5-0 teams this is super important Oklahoma is a 90 overall we're slightly higher the number five team of the Nation versus the number three this is a very big game either way we're going to get commitments five star outside linebacker Monty Hogue from Portsmith Virginia that's a great name Hall of Fame name Monty Hogue we got a five-star outside linebacker as well Brian wty from Umble Texas Zer Terry as a four-star receiver from Tyler andri cashman's a four-star receiver from Richmond and we still are in first place on a number of other recruits tell me Championship contenders not going down no school update leads me to believe that we did pretty well but we didn't losing at the hands of the Sooners and we are now unfortunately handed our first loss 2824 brutal another five star it's John obana from New Orleans reminds me of Chris obah a former Texas running back Josh pan is a five-star defensive tackle from Henderson Nevada big get another five-star Center Alexander Nicholson but I think he's an athlete maybe could also play defensive tackle from Jacksonville North Carolina fourstar Edge Geron Lewis from Arkansas another athlete might have some other positions he can play as well and we're really falling behind on this quarterback SMU taking the lead quarterback's not really a big position of Need for us right now though so I'm really not too worried about it and we are 6 and one after beating LSU and this game against Tennessee is going to be huge because we're 4- one in the conference Tennessee is actually undefeated in conference play this is a game we're going to have to win would re would be really good to beat Tennessee would be really really good we do get a five-star defensive end JT Shaman from St Louis Missouri guess he gets to reunite with Ryan wingo and away fourstar right tackle Eli C but we're getting all the tackles fourstar linebacker Brett scony and we unfortunately don't get the five-star quarterback we made a big push for him but he ends up choosing SMU instead which we don't really need QB that badly right now but we do beat Tennessee s and one 5 and one in the conference the class is really great nine five stars we have 20 committed right now this should absolutely be the best class in Nation I'd be shocked if it if it wasn't would be shocked would be blown away we're going to be in another spot though where we we'll probably have to cut some pretty good players or encourage transfers of course is I guess the correct terminology I keep saying cut cuz that's essentially what it is beating Alabama would be huge I'm not really even adding any more players to my board we still have hours left but again our classes have been kind of so good that we don't need to continue to try to just get more players we just want the best best ones that we can and I want to save maybe a spot or two in the portal and the class still might feature 30 plus Marco brazelle from Houston joins a Class fourstar D tackle Titus Rashad from Port Arthur Texas four-star receiver Sam gon from Michigan fourstar right tackle we've really went big on the offensive line we had to Tyler car as well from Nevada is a four-star Center and unfortunately we're going to lose here Alabama is good though it's not a huge shock we dropped to 7-2 5-2 in the conference definitely need to beat Auburn I don't even think I'll need to change the way points are distributed at all here we're going to end up getting Quincy Greg we're going to get Levi goldwire this next week we're in a perfect spot right now we don't really need these tight ends but like why not you know we we can add them uh they're they're good one was a gem you can always use a little bit more depth at tight end anyway so and we can always encourage transfers some some guys Levi goldwire is a fourstar safety who we add to the class which is nice DJ Krueger is not too far behind back to A+ Championship Contender though after a byee did everybody in front of us lose that we're suddenly number one I guess those rankings are a little bit different number seven of the nation 8 and2 overall had four-star linebacker Quincy Greg and fourstar Running Back DJ Krueger and fourstar tight end Russell tunel which is a fun name to say and another fun name fourstar tight end Deacon Duval and I think that is I guess want cero probably going to join the class as well but that's pretty much going to be our entire recruiting class we're bringing in a really really big class as we beat Kansas State we have one more player on our board but this is 32 players in the class or no it's not it's going to be it's going to be 30 which is a huge recruiting class maybe we take a player in the portal maybe should be able to beat tuls and Forest our running back one herero from Austin stays home did we lose to Tulsa there's no way we lost to Tulsa 9 and three dude what a joke what what an absolute joke the schedule completely screwed up it wouldn't let me add A&M we finished six and2 in the conference Kentucky and Alabama will play for the conference Championship and I mean that puts us on the outside looking in we are not going to make the cfp unreal that's crazy though a number of other players drafted a lot of transfers Derek Williams never really took that big step up for us unfortunately and we might have to utilize the transfer portal a little bit again just depends Nate kibble do we bring him back probably not ended up letting him go Trey Beckner could maybe start for us on the o line so that's somewhat intriguing to me I think running back we're going to be totally fine so we're not going to do much in the porter uh portal Kobe black we had to let go but I don't think we're going to want any of these guys like I wanted to develop Kobe black and you know guys like that but based on all the Freshman that we have that are really very good they're just he wasn't good enough to stay on the team so he didn't and we do get the fourstar transfer Trey Beckner who seems to be very good I don't know if he's quite going to be in the 90s overall wise but he's at least going to be mid to high 80s which I think could start for us right away need our Corners to take a big step up and I think they will and we will see if he's got a really good Dev trade I guess but you've seen the entire class up to this point Beckner has has starev and he's only a sophomore that's right yeah that was somebody we needed to get and we got motivator upgraded like pretty much all the way here for offseason training boosts so that didn't come a moment too soon we're going to end up changing these positions and seeing freshman overall I wish we could sort by like highest overall freshman first and not include the red shirted guys but that's okay it seems like we got some really high overall players some 77s out of the gate a 77 and greg8 any 880 overall true freshman Marco brazelle is quite close Stacy is an 80 obana is an 80 two really good Corners this recruiting class pretty amazing when like the worst ones that we're seeing are 173 2 73s couple of 74s and everyone else is higher than that training results this could be big for us and uh it's not too bad Jerick Gibson's up to a 91 Trey Owens will be the starting quarterback he's up to a 90 none of these QBs are developing at all really but Trey Owens is up to a 90 he might end up being a first round pick for us running back looks quite good really like where these guys are no fullback receiver continues to be a problem these guys are just not really developing that much we've got a lot of solid players no one that really looks like they're going to be elite quite yet tight end looks like it's going to be incredible Andre kamalu 96 speed was a receiver that we moved over he's a freak Trevor goby up to an 89 the o line in general seems like it's going to be quite good Right Guard maybe being a position that could be better for us Colin Simmons still kind of floating around the same overall Alex Machado has passed up Colton Vosk as a sophomore that's crazy Sadir Mitchell's getting upgraded Darion glette up to a 90 Tai Anthony Smith up to nearly a 90 as a senior he'll be definitely a 90 at some point this season Corner Eric Doss I wish was closer to a 90 at this point but 85 is pretty good it's just he's a junior now but we've got great great depth behind him Phil continues to not get upgraded it doesn't make any sense I'll keep complaining about it stard Dev starting safety I have the DB training boost upgrade he's not getting upgraded at all it's just not happening have no idea why but I constantly talk about that so maybe we move like Russ Cleland or Oscar Ibrahim over to free safety probably be fine out there with Presley I don't know 2027 we're going to try to get another National Championship it's been up and down it's been a little bit disappointing we're coming in preseason rank number six we have Pitts on the schedule to start the year and pit is actually top 11 right now also play number three FSU kind of tough outof conference schedule when you factor in will also play Alabama Oklahoma Texas A&M in here scheduling is so weird at this point I don't know if you go deep enough into a franchise or a dynasty even though it's like two or three years and the schedule just completely breaks but A&M was like no longer a rivalry weak game although to be fair Arkansas is a rivalry as well dating back to the Southwest Conference but it's a tough schedule it really really is and of course we're going to continue to recruit well number of really good players this is not going to be the final year so I am still recruiting but I'd like to win another Natty and then see what we can do a bunch of really good players that we can potentially get of course trying to sign another Top Class UL Monroe number one we'll see if that lasts with their one star oh and we lose to pit 0 And1 to start the year it's over well how about this for an early season game we talked about it very briefly going over the schedule but FSU is a tough one and we have a number of recruits with of course their commitments coming down to the wire now of course we can't really get any visits going on had to take some points off Huber just not when we're going to win but we were still looking very good at defensive end which is a position I am kind of looking to upgrade so we're doing okay but we need a number of these to actually go our way FSU is rated quite well and everyone that we're going to play pretty much this year is going to be rated pretty well you know at least mid to high 80s if not into the 90s up 10 nothing now 107 FSU is going to be tough I like where our defense is they were a little bit Hit or Miss I would say uh last season and two seasons ago but our offense is really just not doing enough it really looks like we're probably about to lose this game down by two scores though Trey Owens is the new starting quarterback just not quite the same as uh having Arch Manning and that's going to be picked off a tip that's likely going to do it to be honest the offense just completely disappeared we were up 17- 10 at one point and we didn't score a point in the second half it's out of conference game but man this team sucks in simulation it seems first commit is in it's Carri Sergeant salutes up from North Little Rock Arkansas five-star middle linebacker also then a four-star running back Tyler casanas from Richmond Texas we're probably about to get bad news though on a number of other players including Huber who likely has committed to Oregon right and then we have to play number eight Alabama we're still ranked in the top 20 you know a lost to FSU doesn't really hurt that badly but we're going to have to rearrange our points we do get a lot of points back Eddie finger commits to Georgia I'm going to leave some of these players on the board in case there is a chance of decommitment and Huber of course has decided to go to Oregon none of those are surprises but a lot of these other recruitments are really coming down to the wire including Carlos vicaro Carlos vakaro is going to be a really really tough one to win Oregon is pushed for him he's from Oregon this one's over this one's going to be over which sucks but it's time unfortunately to cut bait see if we can beat number eight Tyler Biggers our class just got a lot bigger we do lose out on Steven Bobo who I think we were going after in a pretty big way as well as be Championship Contender we just can't win right now we don't win in simulation this is I'm not doing rebuilds this year there's no way Tony Velasquez picks LSU Over Texas despite being from Texas we have eight five stars we're killing it right now we have such an unbelievable class but we're just not winning and we have more five stars on the way as well it's not ending anytime soon although John Swift might choose OU there's a chance we do get a five-star receiver train Hixon from Florida a five-star running back John Swift from Plano Texas fourstar tight end Gordon Garrison recruiting is not really a problem although Keenan Browning picks Georgia Over Texas we've we've lost a couple annoying ones we're back up to B+ Championship Contender after a byee The Season's not over 0 and2 in the conference is bad two and four is bad but a win over A&M would be huge well we got to be Texas A&M they're five- one and will we be able to score any points we'll see all right let's win please can't score any points all right 7 nothing our defense actually do have a number of top recruits coming for this Old Miss game I believe a couple of them Garrison post is a big one Nebraska is really making a push for the linebacker from Montclair New Jersey and David py probably does join the class but uh really can't afford to lose if we win we get the guys we want and this class gets even better if we lose things could probably fall apart a little bit top classes right now we're number one with 11 five stars if you look at the entire Prospect list I mean we've cleaned up and we almost got number two we almost got number 11 almost doesn't count for anything by the way I get that um and also this quarterback really would love to be here we might take a look at him I don't know almost got Deacon blades as well so there was a chance that we could have got oh I don't know like look at all these quarterbacks I want to be here like 15 players who were five stars and maybe 20 in the top 50 here we are struggling to beat Old Miss at home struggling maybe is not the best word but we're not really pulling away they're an 88 overall compared to our 93 not saying that's everything but it should mean a lot with HomeField Advantage I would guess 2413 offense is just not consistent enough are we about to go down in this game late now we do have the football Old Miss is out of timeout the fact that oh my God was he not blitzing I mean out on Stefan Ferrar just trying to bolster The Trenches with some more offensive lineman and we lose out on Derek longer who chooses LSU as well it's tough to win these recruitments when you get in on them pretty late we're now ranked top 20 4 and two in the conference I I I was about to say I thought we had two losses but it showed four- one right so I don't know and by the way Derek Longacre was at the LSU game watched us beat LSU and says Nah I don't care I'm staying home come on man we do we lose to Auburn six and five unranked now I'm just like I'm overall the losing to be honest that's kind of where I am I get the sec's tough but these are extremely frustrating losses recruiting wow is going so great lose out on another good corner but but we have made the SEC Championship we'll take on the number six South Carolina Gamecocks what does the SEC possibly look like that that's the case cuz that is insane guess we beat out Florida cool we do get a kicker though that's cool so the only way we're getting into the college football playoff is if we beat South Carolina which I think we should be able to do South Carolina 89 overall are they back I mean they are ranked number higher rated players of course but it's not that many so maybe that's a that's okay draft results Darion glette went in round one guby in the third Anthony Smith and Colin Simmons all drafted and we already have a pretty big class 28 scholarships but if there's a really good player or two in the portal of course we'll consider going after them Payton Pierce was actually I think someone that Texas recruited we can look at some of these guys but I I can see a corner working out safety maybe we'll take a look do get a fourstar corner Dion Kumar from Rockwall Texas 97 speed and 90 uh man coverage already very young player as well I almost think we may have been recruiting him and it didn't work out and now he's going to end up joining the class we do get pton Pierce but not the guard he ends up going to Ohio State transfer freshman too and he looked really good that's a big Miss Kumar looks insane and has stard Dev Alex Alena has impact could have been a starter for us though really and I'm not sure if pton Pierce will be I position changes no training results seems to have gone okay though the backup quarterbacks just don't really get any type of a boost Owens is still at a 90 overall the running backs are really nice Marvin lman up to a 90 as a sophomore probably won't even be able to keep one cero in the class don't need this many running backs DJ Krueger is almost certainly gone and um some positions are not where we want them to be the receivers just continue to not be that good we're getting good ones with good death trades like Ed Cloud I want to say had Elite but these guys are just not getting upgraded all that much Edge is a problem as well I mean Alex Machado is great D tackle looks pretty good I mean Quinton Addington is a great pass rusher I think the 335 is going to work out a little bit better for Shaquille chers up into the 90s but unfortunately we are just not as good as I want to be philam is still here somehow 2028 sounds like a really good year to win a National Championship we actually had an insta commit in this class he was or we were number one on his board offered him a scholarship he's like sure I'm in pretty good looking safety 94 speed and acceleration 81 Zone coverage should be a really great addition for us I don't think this will be the final year I think we probably could do one more after this but I sure would like to win a National Championship we got one early since then we've had a little bit of trouble recruiting has not been an issue at all we're recruiting better than anybody we sign the number one class every year however the onfield results are less than inspiring I would say not a bad start to recruiting we do land a festar outside linebacker from Florida and a fourstar receiver from New Jersey now we're going to end up losing out probably on a five-star corner I actually don't even see him anywhere on the list which is a little bit strange there he was between Texas and Oregon and I didn't schedule him on a visit and did he actually not commit I should have got him in on a visit on this bye and maybe taking the lead we have taken the lead over Oregon for fstar Corner taine went but I don't know that we're going to be able to secure his Services it's tough with the pipeline going to be interested to see if we can land that corner not the end of the world if we don't but it would be a nice ad if we do we do get a four-star receiver Jesus Barbosa which means Oregon likely overtook us on the corner D land a corner fourstar corner from Little Elm who's from Little Elm Texas Terrence Brooks Texas uh Texas Corner former end up transferring out Oregon uh wins out on of course that five star which is not a tremendous surprise really up to number six of the nation though at three and0 we got an FCS school on the schedule the Royals my old team Builder team always kind of fun to see them do land the festar left tackle Brian Tran from Mississippi a fourstar corner Gordon dobs from North Carolina very interesting name here Mecca Adar from Missouri I'm not sure if I'm seeing the vision on that name oh and we lose out actually on a lot of players oh my goodness we just lost a ton of recruits well I guess really these top two we were really pursuing and just could not win out for oh my goodness four sacks from Brian Parky I know it's against an FCS school but that's still a crazy performance he wins National defensive player of the week as a result 4-0 number four in the nation playing the 3 in1 unranked Alabama Crimson Tide that's insane this is also the first conference Game of the Year Alabama's absolutely no slouch here they are an 89 overall we do have the advantage we're 94 that's got to be the best rated team in all of college football here but it's still a very losable game in simulation and we could be looking at our first loss of the season and also not having a win in the conference up to this point land a festar d end five- Star Quarterback five star defensive tackle the five stars are rolling in there's a five star outside linebacker four star middle linebacker four star Right Guard fourstar Corner four star Right Guard four star Corner we're going to have a lot of points here that's like 20 players that just committed to the class it seems like uh and we are 5 and0 beating Alabama doesn't really do much for us because they were unranked but that was a tough game to win and we did it Oklahoma week we add a five-star free safety a four-star defensive tackle a fourstar defensive end from Louisiana and we're locked out in Austin kostar which is fine I don't really need to take 22 or 25 recruits in the class we're up to number one we beat Oklahoma let's see how well we've been playing we barely beat Washington State oh my goodness these have been some surprising results how do we barely beat Washington State and Ball State that's maybe not barely but and UTSA and then blow out Alabama and Oklahoma it's still a really tough schedule though because we still have to play A&M and Old Miss and Mississippi State LSU who's ranked number two in the nation right now we're only 2-0 in the conference and this is a tough tough road ahead and I think David lemons is going to be the last commitment of the class we have we have 23 players in the class right now right something like that and we're 7 and0 still number one the Old Miss game is going to be particularly difficult but if you look at top classes 22 eight five stars 14 four stars the class is really good I don't want to have like a 30 player class and then have to cut the majority of it right or of you know players that are still actually on the team right now over you know freshman we should have probably even recruited less but we're doing great just need to keep winning hopefully and we'll be in business here easy path to the cfp if that ends up happening 8 and0 would be awesome to see and we are 8 and0 we host three and five Mississippi State have not won a game in the conference this cannot be a loss need to win this game and we'll basically punch our ticket to the cfp and I think with that XP we probably we have 9 and0 5 and0 in the SEC in theory it could still all come crashing down that's a possibility I guess but we would need two conference losses right now to even be out of this spot so we still have an SEC Champion spot or championship appearance spot locked up even if we lose you know one game in conference maybe even two 10 and zero 10 and0 we have 12 Coach upgrade points I've been upgrading tactician I think that's making a difference I really feel like it is I need to get these receivers up to up to speed though their ratings are just not especially good still want to upgrade defense though quarterback's important we just need to keep winning to get more coach points to make it easier to win these are things that should snowball 10 and0 6 and0 in the SEC this could even be 7 and0 the thing is any of these unranked SEC teams could beat us though that's kind of what worries me we are 11 and0 though guaranteed cfp birth no matter what well the perfect season is not a thing cuz we just dropped to number seven which means we lost to Arkansas that's unfortunate however even at 11 and one we're still in perfect position with that one loss that's fine Georgia 6 and2 ends up making it over A&M and that's who we're going to play in the SEC Championship of course the stats are going to end up changing as we play more games but Trey Owens 2800 yards 34 touchdowns to only three interceptions we didn't really run the ball all that much I mean Marvin lman and Jerick Gibson exactly split carries lman was a little bit more effective Jamar Hicks was by far our most productive Ive receiver even though Steven liins had more catches but 15 TDS for Jamar Hicks hopefully as a red shirt sophomore he gets a big boost in the off season and then defensively Parky put up 13 sacks we know four of those came against an SCS or FCS school and not really a ton of interceptions Xavier Phil me finally does something but this is a really really big game it'd be devastating to lose to Georgia and not even make the college football playoff which would that happen maybe it would I think it's a possibility but we're probably in no score after one whole quarter we finally get three on the board defense is playing great against Georgia they finally conceded a touchdown but it's 17 to7 now 1714 as we go into the third quarter 2414 we extend by 10 Georgia held off the board and our defense continues to come up clutch and we're probably going to walk out of here I was going to say with the win and that suddenly has come to question 1:30 on the clock Jaden rashada has transferred to Georgia and is their starting quarterback now and he goes down Sadir Mitchell the big man from New Jersey senior now ends up sacking rashada fourth and 13 game on the line rashada with the checkdown we tackle and we win the game we are SEC Champions that was a weird one weird finish Jamar Hicks continues to ball for 168 two touchdowns that is a really nice C Championship performance and that by the way should put him over a th receiving yards on the season which is one of the first times we've even had that happen so far we got a first round Buy in the college football playoff right as demarus demarus Davis wins the Heisman 38 touchdowns nine picks you know I think that actually I think that could have been Trey Owens he put up some pretty good numbers and did not win it but that should be over 1,000 yards over 1100 yards 17 touchdowns for Jamar Hicks in fact he should probably be in the conversation for the high has been putting up numbers like that okay early national Signing Day is just everybody in our class Sam con was the first one Elite Dev trade maybe we even start him as a freshman that could be interesting Kai zeron or Zarin also as Elite star for Theo fou star star star we're seeing star all over the place finally impact but this recruiting class Elite for Jesus Barbosa this recruiting class is unbelievable just based on dev traits alone this might be our best class so far and eight five stars is pretty good got Iowa in the Sugar Bowl if Iowa even scores a point on us I'm going to be disappointed they went 11 and two as well all we need to do upgrade tactician and I mean receiver would be good let's get the receivers going and um probably upgrading the corners at some point could be too good too upgrading the D line could be good I don't know we're going to focus on the offense right now scoring points is good sometimes the best defense is a good offense now I will tell you Iowa is an 84 overall and they're up 7 nothing they're up 10 nothing what is happening dude they are an 84 overall we're down 173 1710 I mean what is dude find The End Zone it's 17713 3 minutes to go we need to stop on third down this unbelievable Iowa offense that everyone talks about how is this even happening is kind of what I'm wondering about check down we're there does Iowa go for it they're going to punt on fourth and one from the 48 yd line that should move us into the next round of the college football play that was nearly a penalty you got to be kidding me and because there's 1 second left on the clock we have a free timeout right now so we can go over the middle of the field very easily we're going to air it out though for Liggins who makes the catch out of bounds anyway what a throw from Trey Owens nice catch from Liggins and we're job is not done winning the Sugar Bowl is cool we got a lot more to go two big games coming up and it's my biggest rival in college football 25 the Oregon Ducks they're number four in the country they have beaten us before but also maybe most importantly they steal all of our recruiter all of our recruits that we want it's extremely annoying and we have a chance to knock them out of the college football playoff end their dreams we are favored in this game overall wise but we almost just lost to Iowa who was 10 overall points lower Oregon on the board first but we instantly answer making things 77 147 now in favor of the Ducks down just by four we take the lead and extend it by 10 2414 as we go into the third quarter 3114 and that really you'd like to think is going to be enough to do it just got to not make any stupid mistakes and we're going to be winning the Peach Bowl and heading to the national championship and that's exactly what happens kind of a blowout win in the end 4128 maybe not exactly a true blowout but a big win nevertheless 41 points Trey Owens didn't really light it up in terms of touchdowns but 300 yards passing two touchdowns for Jerick Gibson and Dion Clemens actually is our leading receiver I really expected to see Jamar Hicks but he takes a backseat to to Deon Clemens I don't care who does it as long as we win on to the National Championship I saw two interceptions by the way for Kevin Morales what a performance and the national championship will be the number three Texas Longhorns against the number one ranked UCLA Bruins okay well they went undefeated in the Big 10 as where UCLA plays now 14-1 overall two 14-1 teams going head to head I a fun matchup for all the marbles they're an 85 overall team this is your National Championship let's see if we can come out on top here we go might have caught a glimpse of that national championship trophy UCLA going undefeated in conference play in the Big 10 with an 85 overall team sure is interesting and they won 14 overall kind of insane and of course they have the lead we grab it right back though or grab it for the first time down 137 we change it 2113 21 they we're scoring too Alex Machado extremely low persuasion chance you don't really want to see a red shirt sophomore go to the draft but when he's a 95 overall projected to going the first round I get it Marvin lutman we can bring back probably very high persuasion chance he's going to decide to say if we can get one of these guys that would be incredible please stay nope on Sha shers and nope on Alex Machado two really really good players and we're already graduating Trey Owens and Jerick Gibson that's pretty tough and Trey Beckner as well big transfer Payton Pierce Eric Doss we talked about I mean we're losing a lot of really really good players here Alex Machado does go in the first so does sha Childers losing out on a red shirt sophomore super annoying I get it but it's annoying Trey Owens Jerick Gibson Trey Beckner uh in rounds two and three same thing with Sader Mitchell and then Eric Doss and Germaine Smith actually do end up getting drafted but those are some big shoes to to fill might end up taking a transfer portal player maybe two depending on who's there seems like we have top interest from the best players in the nation though so they're all wanting to leave Ohio State and come to Texas because we the two of them are from Texas in the first place we just didn't win their recruitments okay well we'll take a look we got a lot of big players to replace so it' be stupid and not at least look we're going after a few transfer portal players maybe even too many but I think some of these could be really worth adding to our team even if it means forcing the transfers of players already on the roster like Kenyan Salam is a speed rusher with 91 speed finesse moves tackling he's a freak I think would be an instant starter and then Matthew Pleasants as well I think could have a case to start also lot of abilities David arios could start at right tackle zenka could potentially start at right y so these are players I do want to bring in I think John and kapali is probably a starting corner for us the other players we probably just don't need Juan Tero I did want at first and he looks really good but we just have so many running backs right now I don't want to force the transfers of those guys and ignore their offseason development and we do land David Aras from leaport Alex Alena so two big offensive linemen we do get the corner John andali as well but those defensive ends have not decided yet Michigan taking the lead on Salam we might be able to come back at the last second otherwise we'll get Matthew Pleasants which is still going to be good we'll see if we end up getting either of the defensive ends we do get Kenyan Salam and that means we'll get Matthew Pleasants as well Pleasants was going to be the guarantee Salam was going to be can we make him commit to US versus you know Michigan and even TCU ends up going past Michigan so two big upgrades on the defensive line potentially now they're not going to be getting any type of offseason training boost unfortunately so they might not end up being better than the the players we already have on the roster however they they absolutely could be so it's worth signing them enm kapali might be our best corner he's got Elite Dev trait Sanka with impact star for David Arias Pleasant impact Salam Elite yeah he's a monster but I think maybe even a 90 plus overall right now and that's pretty rare and 90 overall Pleasants is a 90 pretty good players to add for their senior Seasons that's for sure oh this team is as deep as it's ever been really okay training results we need a big boost at quarterback oh Russell tunel up to a 9 s quarterback we're not really getting any boosts at QB it's actually shocking how little of these guys are getting upgraded although Antonio Edmund looks really good I don't know why his overall is low he looks pretty awesome two 90 plus overall running backs that's going to be really nice combo receiver is better than it was last year but not amazing but overall pretty good tight end is insane Russell tunel is a blocking tight end who I mean he really doesn't offer almost anything as a receiver but is an basically an extension of the line the blocking tight ends are out of control in this game whatever Demarcus Tam is up to an 89 93 for Nicholson 88 for taamu felle is at a 91 87 for Greg renfrey 90 for Shermer so the O Line's going to be crazy we're not going to see any type of transfers in here by the way so keep that in mind Jon Lewis up to an 86 93 for Brian Parky Shan with a boost to a 91 r d Line's going to be insane I almost wish I would have moved one of those guys inside the defensive tackle like Parky's 261 little light to play there Geron Lewis but he's not good enough to really make a big impact probably so those guys won't matter too much our outside linebackers are just pass rushers really so it's kind of an interesting fit there inside linebacker is not terrible outside linebacker again they're mostly pass rushers but look really good and then corner is pretty solid overall all of them with high 90 Speed most of them honestly with 99 or actually split 99 and 97 so insane Oscar ibrahim's up to an 89 at free safety and Rick Cleland up to a 90 yeah this team is unbelievable okay so not really going to be focusing on recruiting very much at all this is the final season this is like a free season we're in 96 overall here's what we're going to do we will simulate to week 15 and just see how we do it's a free season well we do actually end up making the SEC Championship 8 and0 in the conference 9 and3 overall who did we lose to if we made if we went undefeated in the SEC lost to NC State who just always as good for some reason lost to SMU who's top 10 this season lost to UTEP who's 13 we start at 1 and three thank God I didn't go week by week I would have wanted to end it well rematch against Alabama who we beat by four on the road this time we get to host them well not really the SEC Championship is a neutral side game all right we'll see if we can beat Alabama here in the SEC Championship if not it's okay we won the national championship last year but I probably would like to continue to win yeah hell yeah it wasn't going to be okay if we lost I was just saying that o Dion Clemens what a game 172 two touchdowns he is your National player of the week as well and that means that we will be playing in the college football playoff with a first round buy we should be one of the highest seated conference championships as quarterback ammani wanam from TCU has an insane year 4,000 yards passing 44 touchdowns seven interceptions yeah definitely seems worthy of winning the Heisman there well we might be able to avenge that early season lost or loss SMU the Mustangs number 10 in the country and we'll be playing them in the verbo Fiesta bable okay I mean we'll face the Heisman winner or Alabama again if we manage to beat SMU it's not that easy of a path to the National Championship I could just easily see SMU winning here which would be unfortunate but we've already lost to them we've already lost and uh we didn't get a lot of XP there is SMU just a Sim killer well
