[Music] Southeast Missouri State is having a tough season right now hey Brad I think these players have given up on their coach they need to find something to motivate themselves with their remaining games [Music] [Music] Portland wins the tip as this game is underway time to pick up the defense here now set that screen away the shot from the Baseline sinks the shot pushing that basketball help one another communicate looking for a good shot High screen with a deep two in and out let's see if they can get a good shot this trip kicks it out number four her two off the rim and no good number against Easter Michigan I will never forget it we got the holiday closet the Motor City closet it's in our facility we're all Juiced up and excited the michigans in the other round against Western Michigan and we wanted to play The W Marines weren't putting this on his schedule anymore so we wanted to play him but we had one little OBS to go and Easter Michigan had a horrendous year the Year prior so we made sure we played East in the first round we got beat at the buzzer baby it was a lonely feeling coming back the next night to play in a consolation of my own building now the drive number 11 is pounded on his way up at the foul line makes the first second one no good oh he looks like you after a fight on a Friday night wow I can't believe it I'm that ugly on a daily basis controlling the ball close out by the D there's the pick low block step out on that screener and that bugg's going to count plus one a big time and one [Applause] baby and at the free throw line free throw is good they're setting up their zone offense there's a trap waiting in the corner the point guard with the ball rejected oh baby he sh and telegraphed that [Applause] baby they're pushing him towards the trap in the corner number 10 takes the pass they trap as he cross the center got the high [Applause] pick got a man in high post switch made by the defense off the screen he's got the cutter in the paint [Applause] number 21 is whistled for the foul third team [Applause] foul he'll go to the line hits that one number 24 gets his first action tonight dick you ask me Brad this kid could easily be a starter it's going to be a zone offense against this defense oh what a great job transition offense poor job defensively don't get back don't stop the ball and they were allowed to convert get the number game going back screen set up with a deep two he drains the shot here's the back screen trying to feed the low block a lot of good things happen when you bring the ball down to hits the three he's got the man on the high post if he can get it there number 10 for two [Applause] they set up for offense to attack this Zone inbound from the sideline the weak side post is where the action is baby the boys are [Applause] battling defense playing up uses the v-cut to try to get open [Applause] dumps it in he lets it rip and he missed the point guard gets the ball showing great patience as he waits for the reset of the offense they look to get it to the inside defense wanting to force alive as they front the post number 44 takes it away the defense d force that lob Froning the post robs him of the ball keeps the dribble as they set it up again trying to feed inside number 24 her [Applause] two nice Cut without the ball number 14 receives the pass defense stays at home with a switch off a nice screen keeps the dribble as they regroup got a guy right on it got a back screen being set he did the oldfashioned way with that dish dick very mature quarter wear this Brad look at him battling down there in the weak side post tightly guarded not full for a second on the screen baby nice switch they get the screen down low in the paint number 12 for two tries to get free with a v-cut 10 on the shot clock number 14 for [Applause] two and that one's going the other way dick tast it his ground baby and it paid off number 34 walks out to get his first minutes tonight they have such a deep bench Brad this kid could start for any program in the land except this one apparently well you never know what the story really is working it around the perimeter and up off the couldn't shake this basket plus one for my play the half let's get back down to the action where it looks like the two teams are all set to start the second half good close out by the D number 12 goes for the Deep one the pilots Trail by nine hey what about if I take you out the backyard for a little 101 you and me I mean you're like 30 and I'm 65 I wish I was 30 I don't know if you want to risk your reputation playing me or not I don't know if you saw the mascot after the last dunk but I don't think he was impressed judgeing by his reaction number 14 takes the pass in the paint we've got a very close game so far here in the second half yeah neither team really getting the opportunity to pull away number 10 handles the feed number 14 for two here's a screen down on the post number one and in little show time it's going to be a three-point play got the foul the bench loves it he goes to the line nothing but nylon NBA number four comes back out onto the floor major swinging energy with him back on the floor Brad on the drive he puts up the shot they get it out into transition and up off the glass made the nice three onone assist on the low block number 11 11 for two makes it the power forward in the paint perfectly executed intercepted up on the two on one and up off the glass he took it to the strong left the two on one number 10 for two he gets that one to fall looks for a three-pointer buried it number 11 for [Applause] two he unloads it's good change in possession the defense knocked it Loose then went and got it he comes away with it they try to free him up for a three with a screen he Nails the tray for three bricks it off the iron he puts it up sweet looking shot he is super he really is time out on the floor it's a close one the trigger fingers are getting itchy baby this one's too close the call it'll be interesting to see who responds how out of the timeout [Applause] BR for the basket sweet looking shot he is super he really is we've got a call for a t dick hey time is their worst enemy at this point BR they're going to have to bear down and get some stops then convert at the other in no changes made after that breather despite being down late in the game Southeast Missouri State will not walk away with a win tonight as they lose this close one I don't think anyone expected them will pull out a win tonight n
