well hello everyone it is Friday August the 30th 2024 I'm Doug it's time once again to play wle today is Friday that means it's Fearless Friday on the show for those who are newer to watching this channel uh or for those who've been around for a long time you'll enjoy me recapping what we do on Fearless Friday two things actually the first is we go into our settings and we turn on hard mode forcing ourselves to play without any uh evaluation words and then secondly to increase that challenge just a little more we intentionally choose suboptimal starting words uh and today our friend Jay devie I hope I pronounced that right please accept my apologies if I did not writes in please start with fizzy uh so that would be a great example you understood the assignment my friend uh a suboptimal word to to put it kindly and so let's see on this Fearless Friday if we can work oursel out of fizzy uh here we go all right and as expected we didn't get anything that's a typical occurrence on Fearless Friday but of course the good news is that on the second guess we could do anything we want uh so let's see here how about a good solid felter uh word uh we how about the word house I don't think we have done house in a long time on the second guess hopefully we'll get some insights uh is the answer today's puzzle the word house no it's not wow we almost had two guesses in a row uh come up completely blank e at the end in position so interesting information here uh we' ruled out the I the O and the U so there's one of two possibilities here and the Y uh there's either going to be two e's or there's going to be an a as well in this word I think what I want to do here I can tell you exactly what I'm going to do here we're going to test to see if there's an a in in this party and we'll put three other amazing letters with it so what I'm thinking is the word crane so we'll take cr r and n for some evaluation um and hopefully we get a good good amount of insight out of this could be the answer you never know uh is the answer of this puzzle the word crane no it's not but look at that the a in position as well and for bonus points a letter n and a position so that means that n is going to be in the first or the second spot I highly doubt that the N is in the first position so I'm almost certain that we now have blank na a blank e uh I'd say snake but we tested the S um so what's interesting to me I guess is to riddle out what the fourth letter is likely to be um n [Music] a no uh Na P probably not n a e n a k e uh uh n m e that's an interesting spot here um boy you know this is this is a very very unusual word but you know what comes into my mind is the word Nave k n a v now this is this is uh a bit a bit going out on a limb because I'm evaluating um I I I'm hopefully putting well we we'll know where the nend lives guaranteed at the end of this no matter what it's either going to be in the second or the first so we're guaranteed to have three letters in green but I'm evaluating of all the other letters we could be looking at K and v um but I'm stering a hole through this puzzle I don't believe that we're going to have a double vowel um I can't see that happening so we're looking for two consonants I'm pretty confident in that um unless it's a and a blank E I don't think that works either so this is as good as anything it's a very unusual word but it fits and I honestly don't see anything else that does so I guess I kind of have to go with that um so here on the fourth guess mild nervousness approaching is the answer today's puzzle the word Nave yes it is all right there we go uh we conquered a Fearless Friday uh the second time this week we had an an unusual word uh perhaps the times is trying to break some streaks lately uh let me know in the comments how you did did you get there uh have you had a a misfortune uh an unfortunate puzzle this week it's okay uh part of what we love about this community is we pick each other up when I or anyone else uh misses a puzzle we wave our support around you and let you know that it's going to be good we can start again tomorrow the new streak um well folks this is an interesting one uh curious to see how you you did tomorrow is Saturday and we're going to try the word trone t r o n e uh and so I hope that you've had a good time uh I hope you click like And subscribe by the way if you haven't done so yet haven't asked you in a while so please do if you haven't and I'll see you tomorrow for some more whle
