well this offense has a ton of work left ahead of him here in this two-minute situation late in the game but the drive off to a good start you get the first down you get out of bounds you work in the perimeter of the field that is exactly what you want to do he just threw it away the last thing you want to do is try to force something on first down in the red zone defense roll up deep in its own end on that last play now a second and long coming receivers telling the quarterback what they see on second down wants to throw unleashes to the end zone touchdown Kena State and they made it to the house where they found that six points waiting on him and that drive right there is exactly what you dream about that's how you want your offense to perform under a clutch situation you take the ball down the field get the score and now an extra point away from taking the lead late in this ball game and this will be picked off a costly turnover in a tie [Music] game will they try to win it here or be content to play for overtime looking to pass it's Bradley using the quick game and they get to him and knock him down to prevent a bigger game trying to get everybody lined up and get this play off and get a little closer to the end zone looking to throw on second down oh he's going to try to get it all here and he's got it inside the 15 yd line touchdown Broncos what a grab and go from the score that is exactly what you want your offense to do you want it to eat clock but if you score go up by two possessions nail me coffin great execution by this offense to put this game away from the gun makes the grab on the left he's into the end zone for the two-point conversion and they stretch that lead to [Music] 16 line gets set first down he wants to throw it with the catch it's Ferguson gives him the big stiff arm and this dude is doing work he's now over 150 yard receiving Jesse he's like the new age tight end isn't he re he's a guy that can get in a three-point stance he can Flex out he can play the split end position he can play receiver there's nothing this tight end cannot do in the pass game deep shot for the end zone and good coverage there to knock it away and deny the score yeah and I think you know the situation as a Defender and you know you're up by a score and you know exactly what's going on with the offense they got to make some big plays here in the fourth quarter nice job playing the Deep ball staying deep and not giving up the big play to the air it's Howard oh he loves to fire down field the pass Falls incomplete and there are eight seconds left third and short in college football today you see so much more pass than you used to the offense stays aggressive and I think they stay aggressive because they know they're in field goal range they got that three in their back pocket down by multiple possessions they can't come up empty on this drive in the four four quarter they'll go for it on fourth down fires toward the end zone he's got it for the touchdown and now they need the two-point conversion man what a great job by this off and listen we'll break that down later but it's go time now it's two-point conversion time you got to go to your script you got these written down in the section two-point plays you didn't know it was going to be this crucial but late in the ball game this will decide the game he's got it the two-point try is good and we are tied here in the fourth they covered half the field with a 50yd touchdown Drive first down for this offense and they finish it up with the final 30 yards coming courtesy of that to throw just a short pass to the tight end and good coverage by the defense just a short gain com offense gets set for second down to the air it's Howard fires to the big fella they bring him down but a solid pick up to put them in position to pick up a first down they line up and it is a long way to the sticks from here quarterback reacting to what the D is showing on Third and long he's going to have to turn one loose down field and sure tackling there to keep him from getting to the first down marker does the drama get any thicker the offense comes to the line on fourth down here in overtime he'll try to throw and pick up the first down finds the tight end goes out of bounds but they'll be set up with a first and goal out at first and goal as they try to jump on top here in overtime they're threatening to score and they'll throw it and caught they make the stop but not before he takes a chunk out of what they need to move the sticks defense rolls up deep in its own end on that last play now a second and long coming still looking on the Move got some room headed to the goal line and he runs it in for the score you don't give a hoop Kena state does Touchdown ows well that didn't necessarily go as planned but it was most effective in the end I love it Reese down in the Red Zone this quarterback didn't have anybody open didn't panic just decided man I'm going to go do this myself I'm going to use my wheels and put up six on the board he did just that and the Broncos trying to cash it in on first and goal to throw it's Bradley [Applause] trying to escape and get it himself got some room ented to the goal line touch down VSU got it in for one part of the job and now the two-point conversion attempt is coming two-point conversion attempt is coming and I love the decisiveness by the quarterback on that play Nobody open down field I'm going to go get this myself and I'm not just going to go get a first down I'm taking this thing to the house they get the two-point verion and they needed it to force oot and that's where we're headed this thing has been back and forth now first and goal as they try to take the lead in overtime number two out of the gun looking to throw working that left side now and into the end zone touchdown boyy state pul it in and just kept right on running to the Hallelujah land timely decisions effective play management helps him get in the end zone after that marathon drive and every time the offense needed a play Boom they got it I mean you think about it whether it was a small run small pass whatever they needed they got it done and they popped it in for the score takes a snap wants to throw dances away he's right on target he's into the end zone for the two and the lead is now at 16 new seter Downs right on the doorstep for this offense they'll go to the [Applause] air got a man it's single and the defense makes a big hit knocks him down well this defense has tried to find ways to disguise their coverage and mix it up to try to confuse the QB it's not working though that last completion he's now got over 300 yards passing defense rose up deep in its own end on that last play now a second and long coming looking to throw at Tower touchdown ows they got one SC they needed now they need the deuce to send us to Triple OT man what a great response by this offense going down the field scoring the touchdown now I got to go for two I know the new overtime rules they changed this years ago Jesse you should work on this in practice what's your go-to two-point play right here I'll tell you after running the ball as well as they did on that last touchdown I could see them doing it again I think they've got confidence in the Big Fellas up front to get it done find a way way into the end zone and be more physical and now it's all two-point conversion attempts from here on [Applause] out the Snap sets up to throw he can't get it done on the two and now they'll rely on the defense after the stop now a two-point try to win the [Applause] game here's the snap looking to throw buys a little extra time throws to the tight end they can't convert that short yardage condensed area nobody got the two and we play [Applause] on so here we go again and we'll see just how deep that two-point conversion bag really is they want to throw it coming after it they're stopped on the two-point try and we are
