caught putting out Russian misinformation and this is something that I've talked about for a while uh if you watched my documentary on Candace Owens on my other channel terminally online media you know that there's a portion of it where we go over the Russian misinformation that she was spreading during the Russia Ukraine war and she continues to spread that stuff and it it is wild some of the stuff that she sets where she's talking about how anti-christian Ukraine is when all they did was like get rid of one uh type of church and uh that ended up combining with uh the Ukrainian version of the same thing because because that type of church was under Russia and was still pushing uh like Russian propaganda through their churches so yeah they just outlawed that type of church and dismantled it within their country but yeah she kept talking about the fact that like Ukraine hated the hated Christians when all they did was just dismantle one type of church and she kept saying they dismantled like all of Christianity they got rid of all of Christianity it's all gone which just wasn't true but Russia it has been caught being like very anti-christian they have literally murdered uh like pastors and um priests and like assassinated them in Ukraine they have um they've done like all sorts of insane things to Christians and a chrisan Christians have been fairly heavily oppressed within Russia yet she defends Russia as this like free place for religion and Ukraine's this horrible place that hates Christianity it's just it's insane um is really dumb but um quman reviewed your Dei talk from yesterday and he said I was right well if you're going to to queman for those sorts of answers then I suppose uh I suppose there's not much use and even trying to uh debunk anything you're saying but you did just run away as soon as I said that I was getting ready to pull you on and uh as I was like getting ready to pull up the [ __ ] sources and everything but you ran so I I moved on to talk to somebody else instead but but well done queman he's the he's the one who really understands this sort of [ __ ] he's uh that's the guy who's done a lot of hiring and worked accuse Russia of a sustained effort to influence the 2024 election CNN's Evan Perez has more on this exclusive reporting is just coming into CNN Evan what can you tell us well Jim uh this is an effort by the Biden Administration to get ahead of what the Russians are are Alle allegedly doing ahead of this uh 2024 election and so uh you know sources have told Sean lingis and Kylie Atwood Zack Cohen and me that this is really the the most significant effort by the B Administration to sort of call this out we've seen uh Russia today which is now called RT we've seen uh some of their activity that the justice department has called out for instance uh uh they said that there was a Russia Today employee who was running about a thousand social media accounts that were were essentially used to sort of divide Americans try to uh Propel some some of the division that we already see on social media and so what we yeah I mean we've talked about this a bunch before is that the main goal by Russia isn't normally to get a specific candidate to win the election they they might do that as well that might be like part of it is that they would like a c one candidate over the other but that's not their main goal their main goal is to sew division their main goal is to get all of us to be as confused as possible and to make it to where we are all fighting each other and constantly uh at each other's throats which through the 2016 election they were able to put out enough misinformation about like Hillary lying about the FBI lying about the doj lying about like all of these different groups saying that they were caught lying over and over which just wasn't true no other like mainstream uh no other mainstream news outlets were reporting this stuff but they they got enough memes to go viral on social media platforms to where this is a thing that still today tons of Republicans believe and it really affected Republicans overall and like far- leftists those two groups were highly affected by these like misinformation campaigns that were were done by Russia and yes the main goal was just to put out misinformation about both sides to just confuse everybody and to just cause as much division as possible and so today even though we all found out that it was all Mis information even though we all found out that like it was a bunch of fake memes that were being put out nobody knew which ones were and which ones weren't afterwards and they didn't know uh that like oh that one meme that said it was from Russia or sorry that said it was from CNN or said it was from Fox News like you know the thing that they already believed the thing that they were already arguing the thing that they were already talking to people about um they didn't know that that specific thing was Russian misinformation and so there's still people running around still pushing the same talking points that they were before like there's the uh the whole idea about Ukraine right I just put out a video the other day talk going over Tim P pushing the misinformation about like Joe Biden making a deal with Ukraine right that we literally know for a fact that there is a guy who made up the story and he just went and took that clip of Joe Biden clipped it out of context and then just put it out to say oh they're saying Trump made a deal and was doing um what was like uh doing deals that are illegal oh well how about this and he just put out that clip it's been investigated numerous times by like Congress by the FBI by so many people and at each time they've come back and said yeah there was nothing illegal there but Tim p is still pushing that story as though it is it is real as though oh yes he he just played the clip the other day and said yeah here's proof that Joe Biden was uh was lying and and was uh was making deals with ukrainians like he's he's still blatantly pushing misinformation that has been proven to be misinformation yet he just does it anyways he just doesn't uh he doesn't really care all that much and it just seems to have infected right-wing media across the board the Russian disinformation campaigns have been very successful at infecting right-wing news out it's like o like uh uh RT is like a a a right-wing um Channel now that is just like talking about right-wing things and talking about how great Donald Trump is and blah blah blah um the uh and then now yes so we're going to find out that more and more YouTubers are actually caught working with Russia as well we expect today from the Jud from the uh the B Administration uh State Department treasury uh justice department we expect that they're going to call out the Russians for what is a persistent effort that they believe is directed at influencing the 2024 election and voters uh this year they're also going to call out uh a a company called or an organization called the social design agency which uh the justice department and the uh the the the treasury Department has already sanctioned uh for running uh social media accounts uh and websites in Europe so their activity is also going to be called out as part of this now you know so yeah so they're doing this pretty much all over the place now to the day's other top story foreign efforts to interfere with the US presidential election in the press conference this afternoon us attorney general Merrick Garland outlined what he called sophisticated disinformation campaigns undertaken by Russia and other adversaries promoting lies via fake news outlets and real social Med media influencers and Garland issued this warning the Justice Department's message is clear we have no tolerance for attempts by authoritarian regimes to exploit our demograph our democratic system of government we will be relentlessly aggressive in countering and disrupting attempts by Russia and Iran as well as China or any other foreign malign actor to interfere in our elections and undermine our democracy joining us now from the White House is National Security Council spokesman retired rear Admiral John Kirby Admiral Kirby welcome back thanks for joining us thank you so much for having me so these efforts I think it's safe to say are a long way from Russia so yeah so there's a bunch of different stuff uh coming out that we'll get into more in depth the only disinformation is Russia Russia Russia Democrats don't want it known they are the ones trying to exploit our democracy uh so okay so Mark I don't know why why you're making this about like a Democrats or Republicans but are you are you you have like information on this like you have like a I haven't seen it so I'm happy to look at it if you want to send it to me you have like a like evidence showing that like Democrats are working with uh Russian sources correct can you send that to me cuz I would I would love to look at that yeah that would be really um that would be really helpful cuz like it uh so what you're saying here is that like Merck Garland the doj like they are they're lying about all of these people working with Russia and that they are just accusing them of this when really they're the ones doing it right and that they're going to they're going to like take all these people to court and and charge them they have indictments that they're rolling out and that these are all just fake indictments that that they're doing just to just to make it look like the rightwing is doing it and not them that's the idea Mark where'd you go where you at mark huh so there there's a ton of people who always come in and say stuff like that and I I I'm always whoa really that's crazy you must have a lot of evidence to to make a claim like that can I look at it and every time they don't actually have anything and they run away and then they don't come back and I yeah I'm not sure I I'm sure it's very very real and they're just uh they just don't have the time they don't have time to send evidence that's that's lame that evidence is gay intelligence hacking and dumping emails like they did with the DNC back in 2016 just before we dig into some of the specifics today big picture and briefly what does all of this say to you about how Russian election interference has evolved over the years well they've gotten more sophisticated they've gotten more organized and quite frankly they've gotten more more funding uh support right at the top of the Kremlin we we believe Mr Putin is witting of this scheme or these schemes I should say there's more than one uh but they've gotten a lot more clever and unfortunately so this is uh I think the last clip we'll look at of this good afternoon everyone this is the 32-minute press conference Force to respond to a dangerous increase and violent threats against the public servants who administer our elections we did so because countless Americans were enduring terrible threats simply for doing their civic Duty and we did so because threats to election workers constitute threats to our democracy itself in just a few minutes the task force here will meet to discuss its continuing work in advance of the upcoming election but before we begin I want to address the tragic shooting that occurred this morning at a high school in Winder Georgia we are still gathering information but the FBI and ATF are on yeah I thought about getting that to that later but obviously I live in Atlanta Georgia there was another school shooting here uh today but um I think four died in the shooting but I haven't really looked into it and I don't know much about it so might uh might check that out in a little bit scene working with State local and federal Partners I'm devastated for the families who have been affected by this terrible tragedy the justice department stands ready to provide any resources or support that the ler Community needs in the days ahead before I get to the work of the task force I also want to announce two major law enforcement actions that the justice department is taking that are separate from the important work of this task force but our part of our broader effort to protect our elections from unlawful interference of any kind first this morning we unsealed an indictment in the southern district of New York of Constantine Kalashnikov and Elena aasa two Russian based employees oh wait sorry uh I didn't realize Markus in the other chat um okay so he said correct of course you can it's right in front of you this the same dim the disinformation campaign they use the last time with the dossier which was paid for and distributed by the DNC well it's what it wasn't paid for by the DNC it was paid for by by the Clinton campaign and the DNC fined her for doing it so the DNC didn't have anything to do with it the DNC finded Clinton for pushing the uh the steel dossier but that the steel dossier wasn't a huge part of the entire thing the Muller report is the big part like the Muller report wasn't just saying oh steel dossa said it therefore it's true neither did the FBI neither did any of the like um um neither did any of the warrants that they got uh for any of this stuff all of those things they went and confirmed them themselves they don't just use other people's like third-party investigations to go and get warrants or to make claims about things they have to do the investigations themselves so you're just bringing this up as though like they did this like yes there this is something that the Clinton campaign did but that doesn't change anything that doesn't make it disinformation there were still a lot of true things in there RT a Russian State controlled media outlet they are charged with conspiring to commit money wandering and to violate the agents registration act that law enacted nearly a century ago was enacted to ensure that the American people were informed when a foreign power engages in political activities or seeks to influence public discourse the American people are entitled to know when a foreign power is attempting to exploit our country's free exchange of ideas in order to send around its own propaganda the company never disclosed to the I'm sorry and that is what we alleged to happen in this case in the wake of Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 RT which was then known as Russia Today Was dropped by its American Distributors the company ceased its formal operations in the United States and the European Union the UK and Canada banned RT's broadcasting but as RT itself has boasted the government of Russia continued to use RT to direct disinformation and propaganda in the wake of Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine AR's editor-in Chief said the company had built quote an entire Empire of covert projects designed to shape public opinion in Western audiences we alleg that as part of that effort RT and its employees including the defendants implemented a nearly $10 million scheme to fund and direct a ten yeah yeah I do stream late okay so this is the document let me make sure this fits on both streams okay uh so yeah it says United States District Court southern district of New York uh sealed indictment so they they unsealed this made this public today this introduction uh Russia times or sorry Russia Today Formerly Known RT formerly known as Russia Today is a state controlled media Outlet funded and directed by the government of Russia after Russia invaded Ukraine in February of 2022 RT was sanctioned dropped by Distributors and ultimately forced to cease formal operations in the United States Canada and the United or sorry the United Kingdom and the European Union in trying to get my monitor to face me and uh in response RT created in the words of its editorinchief an entire Empire of covert projects designed to shape public opinion in Western audiences one of RT's covert operations or sorry covert projects as described here in is its funding and direction of a Tennessee based online content company us company one so this is kind of how this thing explains these things so it'll say things like uh us company 1 or us Company 2 content creator 1 content Creator too they're not giving us the exact names but based on the information that they give us it becomes pretty obvious what what companies they're talking about what people they're talking about and uh Nigel said ooh so like the Democrats do all the time Jesus y'all stupid why do y'all why do y'all always do the whataboutism why do you why are so many people coming in talking about Democrats this is about Republicans if you if you want to send me a story about Democrats videos that have garnered more than 16 million views on YouTube alone us company 1 never disclosed to its viewers that it was founded and or sorry funded and directed by Russia times or Russia Today RT uh nor did US company one or its two Founders and principal Executives founder one and founder two register with the attorney general as an agent of foreign Principle as required by law so when they say company one we believe that they're talking about tenant tenant is the the company that they are uh that a lot of these people are working for and so when you look at the thumbnail that I made for today's stream it is uh it is these guys right here who all work for tenant and are all complicit in this but from what I understand and I haven't I haven't gotten this far into it yet but this is just from what I'm told so far uh Lauren Chen and her husband seem to be a lot more complicit than everybody else um from what I understand Warren Chen and her husband are uh people who are like aware that they are taking Russian money to spread Russian misinformation so we'll uh we'll get into that uh this right here is from a a website called wired and they go over a lot of this and kind of break it down and talk about how each one of these influencers is involved what it is that they've done and yeah it just kind of makes it all a lot simpler so it says right-wing influencer Network tenant media allegedly spread Russian disinformation in an unsealed indictment the doj alleges that employees of of state-owned RT contracted for uh contracted for in oversaw the dissemination of Kremlin talking points by popular right-wing influencers including Benny Johnson and Tim P so this is a picture of Benny Johnson right here it says a Tennessee based media Network that produces shows for high-profile right-wing influencers such as Benny Johnson and Timol was largely Ed by Russian State backed News Network RT according to a Federal indictment against two RT employees that the US Department of Justice unsealed on Wednesday the doj claims the US company which wired along with so wired again is the article that we're reading right now uh along with other news outlets was able to identify as tenant media but goes unnamed in the indictment posted hundreds of videos on social media that pushed Kremlin approved talking points with the tagline Fearless voices live here tenant media's Network includes online creators known for their right-wing politics including Johnson P Dave ruin and Lauren Southern in addition to the followings of the Network's individual creators which collectively number in the millions tenant media itself boasts more than 315,000 followers on YouTube and thousands more across Facebook Instagram X and Tik Tok so they're saying that just the tenant YouTube channel just by itself has 315,000 subscribers so yeah there it is 316,000 subscribers here's their uh you know the top of their Channel up here where it has Lauren Southern Benny Johnson I don't know who this guy is I don't know who this guy is and then timle so yeah there's uh Andrew with them and here's all of their uh you know their crazy propaganda videos that they're putting out with laurren Southern on them Tim P Dave ruin so yeah Johnson P Ruben and Southern did not immediately respond to request for comment none are accused of wrongdoing we are disturbed by the allegations in today's indictment Johnson wrote on act referring to himself and his lawyers which make clear that myself and other influencers were victims in this alleged scheme P also released the statement on X saying in part that should these allegations prove true I as well as other personalities and commentators were deceived and are victims Ruben retweeted P's post so while I do believe that they are likely victims in this I do believe that a lot of them are likely not uh not directly involved they may not they they may not have known that there they were being paid by Russians they may not have known that the stories were coming from Russians they may not have known that uh like everything that they were told to do were actually directives coming from the Kremlin through Russian operatives they may not have known any of this stuff it is totally possible that they just didn't know and that they actually are victims to an extent to an extent if you're given stories by tenant and they're saying hey here's the story go put this out if you just unquestioningly take the story and just go put it out and push it to your followers push it to your subscribers without any critical thinking you don't go double check it you don't make sure it's true you don't you don't look it up yourself you just say oh this is the story I'm supposed to push thank you done I still got a problem with you whether or not you're going to be charged for this uh you know for within this indictment is one thing okay fair enough it may not be illegal but anybody who watches these people should lose full respect for them like like there there should be nobody who is Ever willing to watch them again unless you're like Nigel or Mike what if you unless you're one of these people who enjoys being fed you know spoonfed misinformation you want it just shoved down your throat like Donald Trump's dick then fair enough you do your thing if that's you if that's what you like have at it but for any self-respecting human who doesn't want to be lied to who doesn't want to be misled yeah I would uh I would assume that you would I would assume that you would stop watching these people Tom can you give us some examples some examples of what you're going you're going to have to be a lot more clear than that yeah they haven't even mentioned Chen yet Chen is a is a bit more the stories again you're going to have to be a lot more specific I I I I don't know what you're asking for yeah they haven't mentioned Chen yet and from what I understand Chen is uh a lot more uh involved as is her husband uh prosecutor saying the indictment that tenant and its Founders who also go unnamed in the indictment but are right-wing influencer Lauren chin and her husband Liam Donovan oh [ __ ] so tenant Founders are Lauren Chen and her husband wow so when they're talking about the fact that like tenant is in the indictment tenant is being prosecuted tenant is in trouble and its Founders they are talking about Lauren Chen and her husband so uh this uh beautiful Kremlin operative right here is the one that we're talking about this is Lauren Chen she is ready to push the Russian misinformation she is here to do daddy Putin's bidding and so she is in some big trouble she is in some major trouble according to uh corporate records actively concealed the company's links to Russia from the individual creators tenant allegedly received 9.7 million from RT according to the doj of that 8.7 million went to the production companies of three unnamed commentators the indictment Claims One referred to as commentator one the description appears to be of either Johnson or Ruben was allegedly contracted for $400,000 per month for four weekly videos the nearly $10 million tenant Media alleg or allegedly received from R RT represents nearly 90% of funds deposited in the company's account the doj claims the justice department identifies tenant media only as us company 1 but notes in the indictment that the company describes itself as a network of heterodox commentators that focus on Western political and cultural issues that language is identical to the description on tenants media website tenant media is a network of heterodox commentators that focus on Western political and cultural issues wow it is there that's wild interesting okay it could be them who knows maybe it is let's see um where was I oh yeah tenant and Chen did not immediately respond to request for comment the Russian RT employees indicted by the US uh okay I'm going to give this my best shot here is uh cotin centine costantine Kalashnikov Kalashnikov and Elena afan Sia I mean look maybe they didn't know that they were Russian you know maybe when maybe it's possible that Lauren Chen met Constantine kosnov and thought he's probably just a regular American guy I I didn't know that he was Russian at all I I had no idea I'm I'm actually surprised to find out that this has anything to do with Russia I was uh I feel misled so those two names allegedly worked for uh with tenant media to produce hundreds of videos that support Russia's aims they are charged with conspiracy to violate the foreign agents uh registration act and conspiracy to commit money laundering for the alleged work with tenant media and Associated activities associated activities that's bad there is so much room for Associated activities posing his outside video editors the pair were allegedly intimately involved in tenant media's operations Kalashnikov for example monitored tenant media's internal Communications and edited content published by the company the indictment claims aan afana Sia who allegedly used the fake persona is Helena sudra and Victoria pesty oh okay so they didn't okay they didn't get their real names okay while working with tenant media is said to have edited posted and directed The posting by tenant media and provided day-to-day direction to the company's staff a AA aana Seas is there a better is there like a short version of this can I I'm just going to call her Sea from now on or afana yeah I think aana works Alana's work with tenant media allegedly included instructing the company to post pro-russian viewpoints such as pushing a conspiracy theory that Ukraine and us were responsible for a March terrorist attack at the music venue in Moscow the indictment claims that the founders were aware they were working with Russian Nationals and did not register with the US attorney general as an agent of a foreign principal as required by law so yeah so this right here is just saying that other countries are not allowed to meddle in foreign elections or for like or sorry foreign companies and foreign governments are not allowed to meddle in our elections or in our politics so the you like they when when they say they didn't register like they're supposed to register these things so a lots of times you'll hear a lot of people complaining about things with uh Israel and that like companies aren't allowed to speak out against uh other companies working with Israel they're not allowed to boycott Israeli companies or boycott uh anybody working with the Israel government within the United States and and this is a thing that like you'll hear right-wingers complain about all the time saying that this is like you know the Jews getting into our country and making laws against criticizing Jews and stuff like that it's actually not what it is actually if you go look at the laws the mic is popping [ __ ] I my Dad was supposed to come on today obviously he's not here we had to cancel I moved everything around so I had like uh an whole other setup over on the other side of the room and I had to get everything to go into my uh my mic [Music] setup I I don't know why I was talking like you guys could hear the stuff that I was saying my Dad was supposed to come on today obviously he's not here we rescheduled for tomorrow so he's supposed to be here tomorrow but um because he was supposed to come on today I G got a whole new setup over on the other side of the studio so that when he comes we have like multiple mics set up multiple cameras set up and everything's like ready to go so that he's uh were able to uh do all this and I I bought all the equipment and got everything so that like the plan was to have in-person interviews a long time ago so we're uh like I already have everything set up for this I just had to move stuff around but now the problem is is that yes if that mic starts messing up it's not as easy as it was before to just reset it so um but yeah so anyways so the the point is is that like lots of times you'll hear right-wingers saying that the governments made laws against criticizing Jews which just isn't true it is uh there there are laws against foreign governments meddling in our election and so foreign companies are not allowed to boycott Israel why because it doesn't make sense for us to allow foreign companies to [ __ ] with our allies and our like trade agreements with other comp with other countries that there would there's no way we would allow people to do that and this isn't something specific to Israel but everybody makes it as though makes it out as though it is specific to Israel whereas no in general we don't allow foreign companies or foreign businesses or foreign agents to [ __ ] with our politics we just don't we don't allow that not within our country go do it in your country that's fine but you can't do it here and so if you are somebody who Associates with these companies you have to actually tell the government and the Lauren Chen did not tell the United States government that she was working with foreign agents so one of the things that this mentioned as a story that they put out was the uh that the Ukraine was respons ible for a shooting at a concert I believe um let's see if we can find that one Ukraine and the US were responsible for a March terrorist attack at a music venue in Moscow okay um so this is Rutter doing a fact check on it Russia's FSB Chief accuses Ukraine us and UK of being behind Moscow shooting okay let's see if I want to see if we could find um I want to see if we can find any of these people doing it specifically um all right all right here I got a better idea yeah I can't find them uh oh that's cuz I keep misspelling it okay there we are okay oh [ __ ] oh [ __ ] okay so you guys wanted uh you guys wanted examples it looks like we have one here a bad guy runs up to and he's shooting at you and you shoot back he dies you walk over you pick up his gun you pick up his clothes you take his stuff you put in your bag and you keep going that's the implication of people who are untrained and in capable but you know a lot of people have pointed out that if you are buying emergency food and you don't have guns thank you for for buying the food for me that's what they say thank you for buying the food for me yeah I stress this all the time if if you've got a lot of preparations don't have the guns and not just the guns but you know the defensive walls enough people to have a lot of guards okay so artificial intelligence AI today okay I think they might talk about it a little bit here you're just going to go out there and get killed if you do that so don't plan on just surviving in the wood you need to have a survival Community if you really want to have a good chance of making it so let's talk about positivity versus preparedness so a lot of people just don't want to go there and they just want to say it's in God's hands or you know I just want to stay positive Etc uh Drew brought up that roughly 30 % of Americans may be doing some kind of prepping today this is not crazy to think about this you look at where we are with Hezbollah Hamas Iran Israel you look at Ukraine Russia you look at the chance of Taiwan and China today you look at the chance of election Shenanigans between now and November you look at you know the risk of H5 N1 Etc all these risks are out there so if you care about your life and you care about your loved ones you know spend a little bit of time on this and you're not crazy this is a smart thing to do the nuclear war threat's going up too we just did a preparedness item on the collapse Survivor on that Russia just announced this first time they've ever done this saying we're now going to do an exercise with Battlefield tactical nuclear weapons and they're doing that because they feel threatened because we're putting more and more long range highly capable Conventional Weapons that can hit Moscow and all over the place they've been threatening France the UK and the US that if you don't back off we're going to we're willing to use nuclear weapons and they said it before but they're getting more specific if you can bring up slide three we just did a notice on that no [ __ ] shot who said they were GNA use nukes because we give real threat alerts on the collaps Survivor app as well we just put out an item on this NATO is really pushing Russia towards nuclear weapons use we keep giving him more and more capable weapons that they're using to go deeper and deeper into Russia and Russia is telling us very openly very blatantly this is provocative we will use nuclear weapons and the battlefield nuclear weapons are the best ones for them to use CU our first George Bush gave them up NATO is pushing Russia towards nuclear war though the Russian nuclear threat and the probability of nuclear war in Europe has just escalated what the [ __ ] dude this is actually insane this is actually like complete [ __ ] this is total [ __ ] like for those of you who don't really keep up with the war and you don't really know much about it so just just understand it so there the we we have very few nuclear Powers within the UN with within the world okay big nuclear Powers people who have [ __ ] nukes that they could just destroy entire countries with Russia and the United States are two of these countries which kind of means that we can never fight each other we can never fight each other because if we do there just becomes a higher likelihood of nukes being fired so we just can never fight each other we can never go at it with each other which is why the cold war is something that existed for so long it wasn't a real war where we're actually killing people where we're actually got you know we got boots on the ground we got people firing at each other or anything like that no we're it's a cold war we have [ __ ] nukes aimed at each other's countries and everybody's just sitting there waiting for one of them to do something wrong to where the [ __ ] nukes go off and they destroy the entire other country and this was all over the news every single day for years where everybody was afraid that they were going to get nuked in the United States they thought it was going to be Russia and Russia they thought it was going to be the United States and there was a whole lot of fearmongering that came with this like you know the the Red Scare and all sorts of crap like that like there was you know McCarthyism and everything where where they're afraid of all of the the Communist um you know now today obviously we have the magga Communists that are uh you know called tenant media a little bit different we got the we got these uh you know generals over here with their uh with their Maga uniforms and their Hammers and sickles and everything it's we got a it's a little bit different these days but back then yes like it was pretty serious so now today while we do still consider Russia to be an enemy and Russia is still pushing lots of misinformation into our country and trying to [ __ ] with our elections and they are still uh they are still like a nuclear enemy we are willing to fund Ukraine to get away from Russia that is beneficial to us to take away a satellite state from an enemy country and it's beneficial to us to uh to make it to where like you know Ukraine is going to be more involved in the western economy and have more trade deals with the rest of us and possibly even uh get into a NATO agreement with the rest of us possible who knows but the main thing is like the economic aspects to it so while we're funding them and we're sending them weapons and we're helping them out we are not sending troops over there United State troops end up over there helping out we are [ __ ] like we if we actually do that we are officially entering the war instead we're just supporting one side of the war that's one thing that is totally different than like declaring war against Russia and yes if we end up sending our own troops to take part in this then uh then we are actually like de you know this is an act of War on Russia we only send the CIA there well it's a little bit different we we do have like operatives who give them intelligence who give them uh like a advice and and advise you know the uh the higher-ups within Ukraine but that's insanely different than actually putting boots on the ground and having our military forces fighting against them that is these are just insanely different things and that's what I'm trying to describe right now is the fact that yes these are these are major differences here and so where they're sitting here trying to like tell this story about the fact that NATO is pushing Russia towards nuclear war the entire reason that the war has gone on for so long and the entire reason that this is such a difficult war that exists is because the United States and NATO are not willing to actually put boots on the ground they are not willing to actually send people in there because they are trying to avoid a nuclear war at all costs they are doing everything they can to make sure that they are not actually considered uh enemy combatants but instead just people who are funding uh Ukraine these are very very different scenarios so where are they sending this stuff to I I [ __ ] swear you guys have to you you guys have to be way more specific okay if you're going to ask questions ask full questions don't say this don't say that don't say he or her don't say like I need full sentences words I'm I'm stating like 20 different things and then somebody's like but what does that mean like I don't know what that I don't know what that is also because the stream went down earlier I think a lot of you are like 30 seconds behind now so maybe try speeding up for a little bit to get caught up but um yeah so this is this is some obvious Russia misinformation being pushed here um and this is on Tim pool's show let's see if we get more here uh the borders that it had before Russia invaded I feel like naille Illinois will be conquered in two seconds you have gangs from Chicago in a bit there's a lot of money a lot of people and they do not own guns and then very quickly if things were to fall apart yeah so I wanted to ask your opinion on on the Ukraine war I it's my opinion that there was never really a possibility without NATO interference uh that that Ukraine would retain the uh the borders that it had before Russia invaded I think the people that are talking about going you know getting crime back and stuff are are are clowns and I think that the idea that without the United States that Ukraine could stop uh Russia from taking the whole country I think that's not that's a joke as well I feel like the best option that we have is to convince Ukraine to uh to to not surrender but to to negotiate with Russia and convince Russia to negotiate as well but I also think that there's so much money laundering going on over there that there's not an incentive for for for the feds to actually put that kind of pressure on the the active players and I would like your thoughts on the situation a lot of points there so let me try I apologize sorry um first trying to outc Conventional War the Russian army is a bad idea uh especially when you just don't have the Manpower that they do um second if the ukrainians had been given and they a if they had been given and they were able to fully function with all the equipment early on there's a chance they could have broken through and done some kind of maneuver Warfare campaign but the pause right cuz this this much this much vaunted offensive which was supposed to happen this last summer which didn't go anywhere why because the Russians know exactly the axis of approach that they're going to come the Russians build the same kind of defenses that they would have done just north um in the Battle of KK in the summer of 43 was the biggest tank battle in military history wow 6,000 tanks wow God imagine that okay that was Nazi army versus the Soviet Army and there was a there was a um a bulge in the line of the Soviets and the Germans were trying to break through from the North and South around the city of K but because the the Allies had broken the Enigma code they knew what the Germans were planning down to unit position everything else and the Russians found out and they built three and five layers of defenses which just ate all the the German attacks and it was the last offensive action the Germans took on the Eastern front that's exactly what the Russian army did to the ukrainians this last summer they knew where they're coming and wherever they attack they just ate it between okay yeah I'm trying to find any like any of them obviously talking more specifically about the specific story that they mentioned um it's possible that once this came out that all of them took these down off their channels so there's obviously Russian misinformation being pushed and there's obvious um obvious propaganda here but it it from what I can see it looks like these specific stories have been taken down all across all of their channels like I've gone through almost every channel and it's it's really hard to uh to find anything like this um I guess this one could possibly be related so let me let me see what this one is um go to war with him Russia gate it's endless now the FBI rating is home because they said we're in charge and you'll will do what we want and Trump said no I lived in Washington in the Beltway for about 8 nine years and one of the biggest shocks while I was there was realizing the military-industrial complex is not a conspiracy theory it's 100% real and these people are not going to vote for people or appoint people who are going to take away from their their bottom line they are not going to have policies that are going to reduce their income level and responsible policies the way you do modern warfare right now we do not need to have military-industrial complex at the scale we do the only politician in America who really understood that apparently was Trump and he comes in maybe there's a couple others but none with his PL that I don't know where they're getting that from Trump trump put insane amounts of money into the uh the military industrial complex I don't know I'm pretty sure he upped the amount that we were putting into it he even put on shows that cost millions of dollars where he had like [ __ ] tanks and [ __ ] lined up if I remember correctly is that am I am I correct in this didn't that am I am I making this up in my head did he not have some sort of like military Supremacy thing where he out like had the military line up and had tanks and everything lined up and he walks through and and like did his whole like show like he was the [ __ ] USSR he wanted to but he didn't do it I thought they actually did it did it not happen I remember the planning of it but I thought it like I thought it ended up happening and I could have sworn I saw like pictures and videos from it but maybe I'm just um it never happened he wanted to do a military turn him down uh the military can't turn him down he's the Commander in Chief but um but okay for he comes in this is a huge threat and he had a very minimalist foreign policy peace through strength it was entirely effective and this is something that is a huge threat because that is how they make all their money look at where all these guys go when they're out of the administration they go into this Loop this revolving door they make millions of dollars in Contracting and then back into the government for the next establishment establishmentarian Administration look at what they did in Afghanistan the billions of dollars that was left there the planes the Weaponry the the the the the I mean how could they how can you do that how intentional of course bid surrendered absolutely if Ian were here but Ian's off the night he would he would tell you that Biden surrendered our forces and and and's and he's correct Biden abandoned bam Air Force base without telling our partners in Afghanistan that makes no sense there's no way you do that such a scandal and it was looted by by by just random people and then we drown a bunch of kids right after y yeah good stuff and it doesn't talk about and Joe wants to give a nice little speech on that let me jump to the story of the New York Times Trump's I hate the way that they talk about these things because I I feel like they complain about stuff like this when if they and all they ever do is what isms right if I bring up something that Trump did horribly all they do is like oh yeah what about Biden like you know I say oh you guys committed a coup they're like oh well you guys didn't even elect Cala Harris like I can't believe you think these things are similar in any way but when all you have is what about isms that's all you can do because Trump is just so indefensible that your only hope is to just keep bringing up random whataboutism I understand that you're kind of uh pushed into a corner where you don't really have much of a choice but for things like this like a like this is very similar to what Trump's actual plan was to get out of Afghanistan like if you read Trump's plan it is almost like [ __ ] identical to what it was that he wanted to do to get out of Afghanistan um they'll they'll do things all the time where they'll complain about like uh uh they'll say like oh this one single drone strike that Biden did that killed a civilian like didn't Trump set records for civilian deaths from drone strikes like what why what is your why is this something that you bring up all the time as like some horrible uh thing that uh Biden did that he should be crucified for when you're not you're not uh you're not like differentiating him in any way from from Trump the person that you guys want who will do the same thing but much worse so yeah it's just uh uh the military can turn him down there are proper procedures to do all this stuff and he was denied Trump could use his executive powers to make it happen but that is not the standard op procedure well I mean Trump doesn't normally follow standard procedures but thank you I I fair enough I that seems weird to me but I suppose uh there is a a standard procedure and a chain of command and uh a way that these things go so yeah so I don't see anything specifically about the concert um that happened in Ukraine and I don't see uh yeah I don't see this story being pushed like the main thing is that I'm trying to find them talk about a concert CU I don't have any other information about this I'm just trying to find them talking about a concert in Ukraine where there was a shooting and almost every time we listen to them say the word concert they're saying in concert with XY Z like they're they're just they're each time they're saying in concert with this person not saying they were at a concert but in concert means to say like in conjunction with or um you know in tandem with uh in operation with and so yeah it's none of these are are the same as what it is that we're we're looking for but um so yeah so this whole March terrorist attack at a music venue um wait it just it does say a music venue it doesn't even say a concert um yeah I don't know I don't know um so yeah this ISS the indictment claims that the founders were aware they were working with Russian Nationals and did not register with the US attorney general as an agent of a foreign principal as required by law for example the indictment claims the founders referred to RT employees as the Russians in private messages with each other when the company fake backer when the compy fake backer uh Edward rorian did not reply to a message about money one of the founders allegedly Googled time in Moscow one of the founders also allegedly worked directly with rt and its German subsidiary okay so earlier when we were looking at the names and we saw that the names that they didn't always use their Russian names and I said oh okay so maybe they didn't know that they Russian maybe it's possible that they had no idea that they were working for like real Russian agents they're saying here this is evidence that they did know that they 100% knew that these were Russian agents that they were working for that these were people not just like U not just random Russians but Russians likely from the Kremlin when they're searching time in Moscow so it seems very likely that Lauren Chen and her husband who were the two leaders of the tenant company that was being paid to push Russian misinformation and they were handing this mis misinformation down to their other employees and their other content creators like Lauren Southern Tim P Benny Johnson Dave Rubin that they are getting all of them to also post the misinformation that it seems they know exactly what it is they're doing now we still don't have any information to say that the employee knew so timp Dave Ruben Lauren Southern we don't really know that they knew about this we're not sure that I haven't seen anything to say that they knew about this and supposedly the the comments that all of them have made about this is to say we are victims of this we didn't know that's that's what they say but again it doesn't as far as legality goes that's a good excuse Maybe you won't get legally charged you won't be in the indictment fair enough but as far as a a content creator goes as far as somebody who is a pundit as far as somebody who is giving information on these things you have a responsibility to look into the stories that are being given to you you you just uncritically pushing the information that they're telling you to push is insane and the fact that you didn't double check any of it the fact that you just went and did what they told you to to and you didn't go in and uh make sure that the information was correct you didn't find out that this was pure propaganda being pushed straight from the Kremlin this still tells me that this is an immoral person who is not willing to actually double check any of their sources and that they shouldn't be trusted by any of their followers or any of their subscribers any of their patrons ever again this is proof right here of everything that we claim about these content creators this is proven in these stories in these indictments with all of the evidence here it is proven that even though they may not be legally liable even though they may not be uh uh indicted they may not get in trouble we know for a fact that these are people who are just pushing the stories that they're told to push and that's it we have facts here to know that much uh okay Destiny had some really good points uh who thinks Lauren Chan has millions of dollars to pay people how do just how do these creators not look into who is paying you when you're in journalism I I don't I don't know that that's a really good point uh can you tell us what information you're calling misinformation and are you considering Russian people and Russian government to be the same thing no we're saying that these are known agents for the Kremlin that we know the information was speech and advocating for social justice causes what is a what is a CV does anybody know what CV stands for um I'm uh I'm not aware of this shortening of whatever it is that they're talking about here so what I assume it's some sort of resume I'm asking what CV stands for curriculum V okay thank you um let's see the founder later allegedly reported to one of the RT employees that commentator 1 had a problem with the profile we sent over specifically the reference to social justice yeah I was about to say I don't I don't think putting social justice in there is a good thing because that's something that most right-wingers would relate back to leftists so I I uh I don't I don't think that was a good idea I know that like for people outside of the United States they think of social justice as just social justice that's a normal thing everybody wants to be in favor of social justice just Which social justice you're in favor of is different from one person to another or from one um from one ideology to another but in the United States yeah we hear social justice and we think oh social justice Warriors well yeah those those are leftists those are crazy leftists so yeah this is the story talking about all of them being included in the indictment it looks like Warren Chen is one of the main leaders within this project who is in some serious trouble here today the Department of Justice charged two Russian State media employees with allegedly infiltrating an American digital media company and allegedly manipulating its content and the output of the company now even though the doj did not reveal the name of this us-based Media Company it is suspected that they're talking about tenant media and some of the talent associated with tenant media has kind of come out on social media to kind of confirm this so we'll get to those details in just a moment but first we do need to give you some more details on what these allegations entail so the doj's press release on the charges claimed that two Russian employees were from the Russian media Outlet called Russia today or RT um and they used fake personas in order to get hired at this American based if you guys don't know of what RT is who is the what there's two people that we know of that came from this debate space if you guys could remind me of their names I can't remember I know one of them is Caleb and the other one is the guy who used to hang out with infrared all the time but there there's we've had RT employees in this space numerous times talking about uh or pushing Russian propaganda and uh you know talking about the like crazy like almost all of them seem to be tankies as well they seem to be communist people who are no the people I said the people yes like Jackson Hinkle is one of them yes um and then there's another redheaded guy I think his first name is Caleb uh Caleb something um I'm not asking about the the channel RT I'm asking I asked about the people that are and I can't remember their names but that's yeah Jackson Hinkle is one of them the other one's like some redheaded guy who's written a bunch of books and has been caught doing weird things many times and these are Caleb mopin yes Caleb mopin and Jackson hanle if you know who those two people are these are two people who work for RT these are like like crazy communist tanky [ __ ] weirdos who are all pushing the most insane [ __ ] [ __ ] ever outside of like an any Trumper or rightwing media Outlet they're probably all on par with each other but you know in comparison to normal news outlets all across the United States these are just things that seem incomprehensible like you can just listen to them talk and it is pretty clear that they are people who have no idea what they're talking about that they're conspiracy theorists and that they are constantly just pushing information that is going to benefit their agenda more than anything else it's not that they're trying to look for truth or they're not trying to like uh get information out to people they just want to get out whatever it is that benefits them Media company they then allegedly worked from within this company to amplify by pro-russian narratives and attempt to stoke divisions among Americans now the company's two Founders also both allegedly have ties to RT and were involved in this whole scheme I want to just stop for a moment and and make sure we're all on the same page these are indictments the doj is making allegations obviously they need to prove what theying but these specific names tied to them very specific methods in which they allegedly tried to infiltrate the American Media to uh spread disinformation on behalf of the Russian government so the indictment features a Woman by the name of Alena or Elena I should say Elena I'm going to do my that's what I said that's what I said too I said that too allegedly as well I also I also say said allegedly the whole time and my title and my thumbnail and all of those things also say allegedly allegedly allegedly her last name aen ASA aen aseva uh one of the undercover Russian employees allegedly uh that was charged in this so let's go to the doj's press release on this and what they are claiming so after the March 22nd 2024 terrorist attack on a music venue in Moscow she asked one of us company 1's Founders to blame Ukraine and the United States for the attack writing quote I think we can focus on the Ukraine us angle the mainstream media spread fake news that Isis claimed responsibility for the attack yet so so this is like where it becomes obvious that they're not just trying to uh they're not they're not just like funding something that's beneficial to them they're not just saying oh you guys talk a lot about things that we like we would like to help you get that message out there right so there's I there's been a uh people who have come to me and said hey we like your content we would like to help fund your content and then later we might use your platform to like advertise things and stuff like that and so for right now we're just going to give you a bunch of money and we're going to like uh we're going to allow you to use that money however you want to build your platform those are not people who are coming and telling me what to do they're not telling me what to say they're not telling me uh you know what stories to push they're not telling me what drama to cover they're not telling me any of these things these are people who are just coming and saying hey here's uh here's the money we like what it is that you're doing we like your show we like how it is that you cover topics and so we're just going to give you some money and we're going to allow you to use this to uh to grow your platform but when they do this not just telling you what specific stories to cover but they specifically say that they want to focus on the the you know specific angle of it I think we can focus on the Ukraine us angle yeah that's uh that's that is becomes pretty obvious that you are taking part in just a a propaganda machine you are just there to just push specific stories regardless of the truth regardless of what it is that's actually being said regardless of like what anybody else is saying because even like Ashley said here this is something that Isis literally had already taken responsibility for and they still moved forward pushing this angle of the of the US and Ukraine taking part in uh shooting a bunch of people at a concert so it's a like a terrorist attack and they're trying to make it it sound as though the United States and Ukraine are behind it so it says since publicly launching in or about November 23 2023 the US company one had posted nearly 2000 oh wait we already wrot read this um kalashov aanaa founder one and founder two so founder one and founder two um are Lauren Chen and her husband that's we now know founder one and founder two are Lauren Chen and her husband uh company one is tenant media and then they have like social social media influencer one social media influencer 2 and those are uh the people that we named earlier with like you know Benny Johnson uh Dave Rubin all those people um so yeah founder one founder two also work together to deceive two Us online commentators commentator 1 and commentator 2 who respectively have over 2 .4 million and 1.3 million YouTube subscribers founder 1 and founder 2 contracted with commentator 1 and commentator 2 to produce videos using commentator ones and commentator 2's own names and leveraging their existing audiences for license and publication by us company 1 so again us company one is tenant uh I'm just going to instead of saying their names I'm just going to say the Russians the Russians founder one and founder two again Lauren Chen and her husband worked together to mask us company one uh true source of funding iert by falsely portraying to commentator 1 and commentator 2 that us company won was sponsored by a private investor named eduward G G Gregorian in truth and in fact Gregorian was a fictional persona for example during contract negotiations commentator one requested that founder one provide a profile or article on Edward rorian so this is uh what sounds like to be Dave Rubin or Benny Johnson uh is commentator 1 in response founder one sent commentator 1 a one-page profile provided to founder one by another fictional Persona purporting to represent edar gregorians falsely describing Edward Gregorian as an accomplished Finance professional who had held various positions in Brussels and France at a multi-national Bank bank one including director of private banking Division and wealth management after receiving the ficticious profile commentator 1 agreed to work with us company 1 and produce the prox imately 130 videos that were published on us company 1's platform so again this is the indictment from the doj that's what we're back to reading now um and they are trying to keep all of the names private so it is uh this is how they're going over it but they give enough information here for us to know who it is that they're talking about and we also know that they themselves have come out and talked about it and they seem to also be very clear that they are part of this so this is Tim P's statement on Twitter he said my statement regarding allegations and the doj indictment should these allegations prove true I as well as other personalities and commentators we're deceived and are victims I can so initially I believe he put out a statement before this one I believe his first statement that he put out said something a about like this all being fake news that this is these are lies this is like um um like you know Democrats uh uh propaganda and crap like that and they were pretty much saying that uh I I believe that's what he said but it uh it seems as though so so yeah so okay so yeah so so he he put out a new one that had the changes to it because he got a community note on the first one that said that uh it says it's not a leaked indictment it's part of an official press release by the dojj the full indictment can be accessed through the press release so yeah initially he was acting as though this was a fake indictment and that it said it was leaked and so he he's like oh we don't even know if this is real cuz this was supposedly leaked and crap like that so um so yeah so he put out a new one that's this one that you know now has his correction where here he's says this is corrected because I didn't know this was an official doj release so he says should the allegations prove true I as well as the other personalities and commentators were deceived and are victims I cannot speak for anyone else at the company as to what they do or to what they are instructed the culture War podcast was licensed by tenant media it existed well before any license agreement with tenant and it will continue to exist after any such agreement expires the only change with the agreement was that the location of the live broadcast moved to tenant's YouTube channel I and TCW never produced any content for tenant media I remember I face this adds like a lot more uh Dimensions to the the picture that I'm putting on so even just like if you guys ever look at my thumbnails on my channel I add Shadows to everybody's faces as well I add Shadows to the entire picture so you can see like there's Shadow coming down from the top and then it gets brighter with the Kremlin behind them you can see uh the left side of her face is darker than or sorry the right side for us is darker than the other side here it's darker for him I I left Tim's face normal uh but yeah there's just like a I add like a lot of shadowing and then even there's Shadow like behind his head here and behind Tim's head here where it gets brighter as it gets farther away from him like all of these things just kind of add a lot more dimensions and uh um makes it all look a bit better and same with the glare on the eyes so with all of these they're shining a light right into their eyes so that they get the Little Dot on the eyes that shows the glare and that makes it yeah just a bit more Dynamic there are some photos that I have where I actually add the the DOT on the eyes myself um so you guys may have possibly have seen and I could be you know maybe you didn't um but to make somebody look more like they were crying and look more like they had a uh you know very uh shiny eyes I added two glare spots on their eyes like that so that yeah it looked more watery and then when it's put down like this yeah it just looks looks like he's crying now it looks like his his eyes are a little bit more watery so has more of a reflection yeah I think money and the more money I make doing this the earlier I can get on and do streams at like 8:00 p.m. 700 p.m. and so yeah the the most that I was making on this channel the earlier I was streaming been traced to Russians she's not Russ she I don't know anything about her so where did this money come from that's a good that's a good transition point to get into the allegations uh but I just want bring up the allegations the nature of the indictment okay so let's get into that as far as I understand the indictment and again this is breaking to me at about noon today so I've had time to go over allegations is generally this that the source of the funding comes from two Russian Nationals who are who are connected to RT as in Russia Today the uh the Russian State media outlet that you'll you'll see commonly and Lauren Chan I know that she's connected to to RT too you know it's not something that she and I have discussed but she appears on RT and you know they have a relationship okay the allegation is that these russan National supposedly laundered money to conceal I mean your Discord VC um it might be a while before I'm willing to take Callin I got to make sure that I go through all of this stuff before I start getting into calls so um I'm happy to maybe send you a DM once I get done going through everything but yeah I want to make sure that I have actually have a full idea and full picture of this stuff before I'm going to uh have conversations with people about it deal payments to the company that is tenant media for the purpose of a Russian propaganda operation or some kind of Russian lobbying so the crimes alleged number one would be money laundering in that Pursuit and number two would be failing to register as foreign agents okay I can't I can't tell you about how that money moved that's not my area of expertise okay I have a relationship with Lauren and Liam and tennet as far as where their business gets its money that is not my day-to-day operation you know I provide content for them under the terms of a contract as long as they don't tell me what to do we see eye to eye yeah but the problem is is that like and this is what I was saying earlier is that like you there are differences obviously between somebody just saying hey we want to pay you guys to possibly maybe do these stories or we want to pay you guys and we just want to be able to suggest stories for you to cover or something like that right there's a big difference between that and we're going to pay you guys to make sure these stories get covered I I have issues believing that the first one would be considered a a foreign agent the second one obviously is a foreign agent for sure 100% like no doubt the first one I don't know like just saying hey we want to make suggestions on content for you like that yeah that I'm not so sure of um so for those of you who just got here one of the things we did is what as we're going through the indictment they mention a story about a concert where the the Russians told them hey we want there was a the terrorist attack at this concert we want to blame the United States and Ukraine for this let's focus on that part of the story for a while I search through tenet's YouTube channel I don't see anything about it I search through Tim P's YouTube channel I don't see anything about it I searched through Lauren Chen's YouTube channel I don't see anything about it it is possible and even likely that they just took the content down but I I haven't seen the specific content and so I would need to know for sure that they are pushing this stuff now I know that Tim does have people on who push Russian propaganda so we did find that we did go over that I know that Lauren Chen pushes Russian misinformation I know that Candace Owens does but she's not part of this group uh so this is high Progressive they posted this clip they said wow suddenly Tim pool having takes like this makes way more sense they know it Hunter Biden's ties to Ukraine and Energy company not that one um crap the one where he like puts out the clip of Biden talking about like oh and I told him you're not getting this money unless you fire that prosec and gosh darn he was fired like that's that clip we know for a fact that was a a lie we know for a fact that that was like a a planned lie I just don't know if they had anything to do and disclosure statute that requires any person acting or agreeing to act in the United States as an agent agent of foreign principle to register with the attorney general if he or she is engaging or agreeing to engage directly or through another person in certain types of conduct for or in the interest of the foreign uh the foreign principle conduct requiring registration under F includes as is relevant here political activities acting as a public uh a publicity agent or information Service employee and dis uh dispersing money for or in the interest of foreign principal F registrations are Services to check shell entity one which Persona 1 described as our check system company Czech shell uh entity has a website reporting to sell automobile parts but also listing unrelated Services cyber armor Suite fortifying your digital defenses the website makes no mention of Edward Gregorian Persona 1 Persona 2 Persona 3 Viewpoint Productions or Hungarian shell entity one on or about purported to be Persona 1 on Founder 1's Outreach to commentator 1 and commentator 2 founder one advised that commentator 1 said it would need to be closer to 5 million a year uh for him to be I.E the initial public facing facing name of the new venture to recoup its costs for the likes of commentator 1 and commentator 2 based on ad revenue from we web traffic or sponsors alone despite Gregorian as of in or about August 2024 neither Google search returns uh neither Google search returns any results for a person by that name much less any webpage describing in Edward Gregorian as a finance professional affiliate with bank one on or a bit about uh April 24th 2023 founder one emailed Persona one that commentator one was really insisting on seeing some material profile article or whatever on Edward before commentator 1 feels comfortable moving forward is there anything we can provide commentator 1 with Persona 1 responded that will send you a profile on Mr Gregorian that you could send over to commentator 1 on or about May 4th 2023 Persona 1 emailed founder one the CV to provide commentator 1 that profile is reproduced with redactions and blurring below wow is a Representatives Persona 1 through Persona 3 were all fake personas for example by on or about February 16th 2023 Persona 1 had misspelled the surname of his purported boss as Gregorian or Gregorian rather than Gregorian in at least four separate emails to founder 1 on or about February 10th 2023 Persona 3 sent an email to a potential influencer copying founder one and signed the email as Edward Gregorian rather than as Persona 3 after the email recipient expressed confusion as to whether the sender was Edward Gregorian or Persona 3 Persona 3 quickly responded in part Edward forwarded his email to me and asked me to replay sick on his [Applause] behalf digital forensic evidence further confirms that Edward Gregorian and Persona 1 through Persona 3 the various investor personas were in truth and in fact the same individual for example on approximately 39 occasions between in or about about November 20 uh 2023 in or about July 2024 email accounts used by Edward Gregorian and Persona one to communicate with founder one were accessed from the same Internet Protocol IP address at or around the same time as another example on or about January 10th 2023 Persona 1 emailed the text of a assistant scheduling a zoom meeting for 5:00 Paris that day in Prior email correspondence founder one represented to another potential commentator that Edward was based in Paris at approximately 8:58 a.m. Central Time that day Edward replies to his earlier email I am there guys the time in fact was 3:58 p.m. in Paris but it was 458 in Moscow approximately 2 minutes later Edward performed a Google search for the Paris for the time in Paris Edward then replied again to his email in in part sorry wrong hour didn't sync the calendar after further negotiations in which founder two also participated company Discord server Kalashnikov requested raw footage from commentator 4 and later shared an edited version of commentator 4's first video for us company 1 Kalashnikov similarly participated in a Discord channel on the US company 1 Discord server for another commentator listed on us company 1's website commentator 5 Communications on that channel included among other things Kash nikov requesting raw footage from commentator 5es and sharing an edited video oh my butt I love how they have everyone's Google searches yes this is actually like it's funny because yeah there it's uh it's just kind of showing like how guilty they are where they're like they're not even pretending to not know who it is they're talking to they only pretend to not know who it is they're talking to based one of the founders also allegedly worked directly with rt and it's German subsidiary so um uh later one of the founders was allegedly provided a CV uh to show commentator so yeah there's just no way they are like they are going to be indicted for sure like this is there's there's no way they can't be they are the ones who are in the United States they're the ones who can actually be prosecuted for this they're the ones who are actually even if they're in Canada Canada would extradite them Canada would actually send them over for this sort of stuff um they might even get in trouble in Canada in or about February 2024 and in or about March 2024 the Helen shudra Discord account was accessed approximately 173 times from Moscow from a Moscow based IP address that was also used to access a uh blah blah blah personal Gmail address on approximately 12 occasions on approximately 163 occasions that same IP address was also used to access the Victoria pesty Discord account which as set forth below was another fake persona used by aan a us company one aona as Helena shudra initially adopted a similar editorial role as Kalashnikov for example in Communications on the US company one Discord server helina sudra solicited raw footage from and circulated edited video for review by commentator 4 so when we're talking about company one believe we're talking about tenant there I believe I and make him make him sound like a a little baby and he'll he'll have no idea while he's talking and then I also have like a like other sounds that I can add to it let me see cuz right now I have it set up to where you can only hear one of the other so I need to set up both audio output audio input capture okay second mic or actually let's just do mic number two let's put that on that mic and then whoa was it making a buzzing sound yeah it's a on my end for some reason it seems like it's making a buzzing sound like it's got a it's got a whole thing going let me put some filters on that [ __ ] let's see noise suppression what do we wanted at like negative 45 Maybe yeah there we go yeah it still sound it still works like it's doing it yeah I have buttons like that that I can press gun kind of like a phone now compared to the other one like it almost has like a I don't know like a walkie-talkie sound to it I remember people telling me that when I first got the mic but ever since then I feel like it has like a great crisp sound to it sounds amazing but then yeah over time I started to it just that sound seemed to go away and uh sounds okay to me but I have an EQ on my audio H yeah I might uh I'll have to mess with this later the problem is is that when I'm by myself and I don't have a stream on it's hard for me to actually test the audio at all but I'm just now realizing that I can actually just start a private stream and then every time I talk into it I'll be able to hear it back so what do you mean what am I talking about what am I talking about in terms of what yeah I'm assuming Josie's gone yeah I don't remember what her channel name is but all right yep I'll uh hopefully be on tomorrow with my dad and then I think uh maybe the next day or the day after
