The First Three Sea Days of our Greenland Carnival Cruise

Intro' [Music] and good morning guys it is Monday May First sea day of many. 27th aboard the Carnival Pride not a legend I almost said it and uh well this is our first CA day of mini before we get to Greenland and we slept in like we really slept in we're we're getting older and it it wore us out getting on the ship yesterday but we're aboard now uh the day just started out lazy and slow and that's just fine because it's vacation right now we're going to head up on the Leo and see what we can find to eat and uh there's not a lot lot going on today at all really I mean I really have nothing to film it's kind of just a laid-back Cruise there's not a lot of uh entertainment during the day tonight is elegant dinner so we will partake in that and then uh 88 keys I believe is a show tonight but we've already seen that before so probably alter eat them again I don't know we'll discuss it and see what we're going to get into but right now we're getting into food so guys let's go eat [Music] all right guys we're back in the room that was lunch we had well I had Guys Burger and uh some dessert which was a strawberry cake which was very dried out didn't finish it but I had the Texas Turtle cake and that was like one of the Cosmic Brownies God that was good and Sh of course had a salad She's Always a light eater and then uh I think some pickles on the side you like pickles don't you sh she loves pickles well we SW by and we picked up our Platinum gifts which is a little vifp tote and we got our connorville pride pin so not much more going on today uh we made a good lap around the ship didn't find any Ducks we seen somebody that had found one but uh they're just not hiding them yet or we're just not that involved but uh right now I think we're going to rest um dinner dinner will be next time you see us it is elegant night so actually brought my little tie to dress up a little more for you this time but uh it's time to rest I'm still tired and I've slept I slept a good 10 12 hours I was just wore out anyway guys we'll see you at dinner unless something happens Dinner. and it's time for dinner and uh yeah the ship is hot but I wanted to dress nice on this Cruise so here I am guys it's a formal night as you can tell and I'm ready for that Lobster so let's [Music] [Applause] [Music] go someday well I'm awfully low when the world is cold I can feel the glow just thinking all you and the way you look tonight all right guys that was dinner um I don't know what's happened the last couple cruises we've been on but service has been really slow but the food's really good so I mean what else are you going to do on a cruise you're you're going to eat so why not just you know go with the flow anyhow we are back in the room we are going to freshen up for a moment and then uh we've already seen the show tonight which is adate Keys they've still not changed their Production shows so we're going to spend the evening with alter eat them once again uh can't beat that live music and when we got on the elevator Michelle found her first duck I've not found a duck but Michelle's got a duck it's fitting for her little pink duck with hearts anyhow guys let's freshen up and we will see you in the Red Frog Red Frog Pub. [Music] Pub good evening everybody welcome back to the red [Music] I so I [Music] the [Music] [Applause] mind [Music] let I just want to live I just want to live how see I think this time oh I'm going to do it like you never knew [Music] [Music] it feel in my body got feeling in my body [Applause] [Music] got all right guys we're back in the End of day two. room and that was an evening with alter Edom but I will say this Michelle and an went duck hutting in between sets and uh you wouldn't believe what Michelle found she found another duck little guy there but after that this one blew my mind this is what I'm calling the mother of all ducks I don't even know where to begin with this one but wow whoever hid this this this was amazing who was it there shell the passwaters from Delaware the passwaters from Delaware that's that's pretty awesome duck Max we're going to keep that one for sure it on the dash of my Jeep when we go to Jeep events cuz that'll draw some attention right now I think we're going to go up and see what kind of snacks they have laid around and other than that that'll be probably the end of our night now I know yesterday I said you know the next video would be today but I'm thinking where these Cay don't have a whole lot going on I'm just going to kind of combine a few Cay together to make one video to make it more interesting so it doesn't always have to be a daily Vlog so so I'll see what we can do with that but for now I'm going to say good night and uh we will see you in the morning guys God [Music] bless and good morning guys it is Start of day three. Tuesday May 28th and we are on the Carnival Pride and it's another SE day I think we have like five or six C days in a row just Bam Bam Bam anyway uh Michelle's not feeling the best this morning so my plans are to go meet Anon Russ for Cay brunch and then we are going to the veterans memorial at 11 so yeah that's that's what we got in store right now and then I may come back and take a nap myself This ship's rocking pretty hard we've I guess we're in some rough Seas or it's just the wind blowing I don't know we'll find out in a little bit but uh for now it's Cay brunch and the Veterans Memorial so let's head out and get this day started let's Military Appreciation Gathering. goom and they can't take that away hello hello hello and a very good morning horable Pride family how's everyone doing why y sitting so far away why is everybody so far back what's the problem the what the one y'all already know how I am about like your energy too I know a lot of you diamonds platinums you've been here forever and you've been coming to military appreciations but if you haven't been with one with me I keep it full of love upbeat positive and happy this is a fun event all right now the only way to start this event properly is with our national anthem being sung I will not be doing it cuz it's 11:00 in the morning but technically it's 10: but we actually have a very beautiful young lady um she's not from the US she's actually one of our allies she's coming all the way from the UK you might have seen her last night in the show um her name is Broan and she is super talented so we are going to start off with our national anthem um if anyone you would like to stand um and also please feel free to sing along thank you brother oh say can you see by the dawn early light was so proudly we ha at the Twilight last ging who BR stries and bright stars through the par fight oh R Bar we washed were so gallantly streaming and the rocket red glare the bombs bursting in there gave proof through the night that our flat was still there oh say does that are Spangled b w all the land of the free and the home of the bra thank you how amazing was that you did so well I'm so proud of you for all crew members that are moving if I could kindly ask everyone to please stop out of respect moment of silence will begin now [Music] thank you Carnival Prides new night club. all right guys real quick heading back to the room after military event and I thought I would stop and look at the new renovated uh dance room dance club party whatever you want to call it night club that's it I can't think today but uh it's beautiful in here so uh let's take a quick look at this and then we'll go check on Michelle and see if she's feeling better and maybe grab some lunch [Music] yeah that's the new nightclub and uh it's nice it's one level now it used to be two had a downstairs with the lit dance floor but uh they've just combined it all upstairs and it it's really really nice looking Club so that's it for that now let's head back to the room check on the show Day three dinner. [Music] she [Music] [Music] [Music] restant [Music] [Music] Alter Idem. it it it it it do want dance standing on water did [Music] you oh [Music] End of day three. all right we're back at the cabin and sadly I cannot remember the last time I spoke to the camera we got kind of in a rush for dinner I don't think I talked to you before dinner but I can't really remember so this is me fing myself but anyhow if I've not talked to you since then that was dinner and alter eat them we done all four sets we skipped the Viva variety show because you just can't beat alter eat them on this ship they're they're the best entertainment that we found yet I can't remember if I told you I found these ducks today those and that one um and then we went for a late night snack and uh well shell found two ducks she found this one a little gold guy and she found that one number six and then on the way back to the room I found that one but right now we are going to uh eat a little bit shell got her a Caesar salad and I have me a pizza and it's 12:05 and we have to set clocks ahead so it's 1:05 and believe it or not we're on our way according to the map to Halifax because we had a medical emergency we had to have the Canadian Coast Guard they were trying to get a helicopter to us and I don't think it worked it's way too foggy and stormy out so we may be docking in Halifax drop off in medical emergency either way that's it for the day I've hope you enjoyed this one we done the military appreciation uh you you might have seen some people dancing I believe or that was yesterday it's all running together I'm going crazy but guys I'm going to end this one here say good night and I will see you tomorrow on the next one guys thanks for watching God [Music] Start of day four. bless good morning good afternoon and good evening yeah it's evening guys this day well if you're hiking the Appalachian Trail there's a thing called a zero day and a zero day is when you take the day off to rest well that's exactly what we done today we've not even left the room yet and it's time for dinner um slept in a little bit this morning but just been lazy watching TV just relaxing and I mean that's vacation that's what you're supposed to do um tonight we have casual dinner and we have alter eat them uh the show's another repeat that we've seen on several cruises before so we're not going to do that and there is a mega deck party but the ship's rocking pretty good and with my back and my balance I'm just not feeling stable enough to do that so think we're just going to chill in a Red Frog Pub told you his videos wouldn't have as much on them as they use uh usually do but yeah with that being said we are headed to dinner so let's Dinner on day four. [Applause] [Music] go those fingers in my hair that slide come hi St that rips my conscience be it switch craft but I've got no defense for it that he it is too intense for it what good would common sense for it do cuz it's witchcraft that crazy witchcraft all right guys that was dinner and uh it was good I think we're just going to go enjoy alra edum for the evening they said we are trying to get back on course to reach Greenland on time so no itinerary changes yet due to that medical emergency we ended up I can't remember if I mentioned it last night but uh we ended up at Halifax to drop off the uh injured or sick person and we wish them well and God's speed but for now it's going to be a lazy evening in the Red Frog Pub so guys let's go listen to some good music Alter Idem in the Pub. oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] tonight she and that's tonight guys we uh rocked End of day four. out with alra Edom and I tell you that band only gets better and better and if you didn't notice or you did they played the song Africa and I recorded or requested that especially for Stephen you remember Steven the paramedic I used to work with well that's one of his favorite songs so I I asked him to play it they knew it and they done a good job with it so Steph that was for you bub anyhow we're going to call this a night we just had a snack we went up to the Leo Deck with Russ and we had some uh deep dish pizza and some fries a little piece cake but uh nothing else happening tonight uh I might go walk one looking for ducks to burn off his energy but uh that's going to end today so not a whole lot today I'm I'm sorry I was killed I I I done too much yesterday overdone it so it's time to uh get ready for bed maybe walk one lap and that'll be it for today tomorrow yet another SE day like I said six C days in a row that's a lot but uh alter Edom is not playing tomorrow so we got to find something to do guys I'm rambling I'll let you go we'll see you on the next one or see you in the morning depending on how I edit these videos but uh as always thanks for watching guys God bless Outro' [Music] w [Music]
