hi hi Paul it's Paul it's him doing a thing yeah we are so we're doing live live uh reaction this is a fun one that I saw on Tik Tok and I was just like huh and I checked and like oh they did the whole song so I was like we need to do this okay so this is Jimmy Fallon and Miley Cyrus okay yeah I see that or should I say it's Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton doing Islands in the Stream what a great song which is a great song alltime Classic yes and um from the tiny bit that I've seen Miley kills this okay and um Jimmy does pretty damn good yeah oh my goodness I imagine this will be pretty awesome what's your favorite Kenny Rogers song uh do you have a favorite one oh God yes it's Coward of the County oh okay a fun one coward not a fun one at all actually um also I do love the greatest the greatest is probably one of my favorite um uh I thought you were gonna say lady no that's Dad's is it oh it is your dad's right like not even close your dad's right that song's epic it is that's an epic song he sings it to Mom oh wow that's that's I don't have that kind of Mach that's how much he loves that song holy hell man respect yeah lady is like that is it I mean it's car the county sure um but my brain wents a lady as well but I can't I ain't singing that to nobody I love the greatest it's just a cute song he had a lot of good songs for sure do you know that do you know that song I vaguely remember the greatest kid in the background in the in the uh he's a kid like throwing the ball to himself ball goes up ball come down yeah and he yeah I remember that goes home and he was just like man I didn't know I could pitch like that because he struck himself out yeah it was it was a cute song I remember that song All right so let's see how this goes I can only imagine this is going to be great I mean they're both pretty good mimics so yeah [Applause] [Applause] [Music] you she's a bad [Music] terrible oh she's killing [Music] that tender love reques love we need no conversation we ride it together his higher notes are better but he he couldn't get that low yeah she's doing better than he is they're both doing good harmonized great a good song it really is just a good [Music] song just a good good song it's a really good song it's a great song this is one of my favorites this is a great song this is like top three for me top three yes cuz lady is not my top three wow it's probably Coward of the County it might be Islands in the Stream and then the greatest The Gambler oh The Gambler Gambler is epic yes so that's fair but yeah this is this is fun this is a lot of fun he he he started off a rough because like he's he was low that's a that's a low beginning and uh once he got once he was able to kind of like go up and really kind of go for it he really did it but like she was saving it yeah I feel like he needed her to kind of get his range correct um but I mean come on man you don't want to look bad doing Kenny Rogers no you really don't you want to crush that I mean he looks the part he looks he looks exactly like Kenny Rogers and she's not bad either you know so let's see how this goes that hair is so iconic though it really is for both of them because like that's how Kenny Rogers look for like ever when I get old I'm going to do that look what do you think I can't ever do kind of the wing kind of I can't God willing the hair doesn't thin and soad I can do it you know I would I would need a I would you do the other hair do her I could do her hair easier than it's the facial hair that I can't do yeah so do her hair that'd be epic [Applause] without you the love everything is you [Music] [Music] got it's pretty good us it's pretty good [Music] the only thing missing is the Southern Accents you know well she's got it she's not leaning into it though no and maybe she doesn't want to maybe it's creepy how much he looks like hen Rogers [Music] [Music] it's so creepy how that's fun it's a lot of [Applause] fun I wonder how often he does those kind of Cosplay performances uh occasionally yeah so like it wasn't bad at all of course it's just they didn't lean into the Southern Accents and I get that you don't want to necessarily well it Kenny Rogers is deceptively hard to sing I'll agree to that so he's he's like low and raspy at times yeah which he was going a little too heavy I think on the rasp early I but also I don't think I don't think he can get that low probably not so like like I said it's he's deceptively tough to sing and also Dolly's deceptively hard to S too because like you'd be surprised how high she gets she yeah and quickly she'll go she'll bounce real high and come right back down so the fact that like Miley could hit that bounce was actually really good she hit she can hit it like I said the southern draw just wasn't there it just wasn't but like but that's okay it was fine I I enjoy that a lot yeah I enjoyed it a lot as well Jimmy look the part he may not have he may not have always hit the part you want to do that for Halloween this year I'll be Kenny Rogers you be doly Parton I'll do it I don't have no clearance here well cut a hole I can't get the bont we're not making a cake uh that was a lot of fun so let us know um as far as like Jimmy Fallon performances so there's a couple so he does a busking thing okay which is kind of funny like he will he will busk in in um in Grand Central Station with like an actual like person person so like he'll do like Maroon Five and they'll have like full prosthetic makeups and they'll be doing some just like a random juke box song and it was just like by the way I'm Jilly F and you'll pull off them the stuff and it was like this is Maroon 5 and then it'll do like a Maroon 5 concert there that's fun and of course you people lose their mind sure happens um they've done a Miley one um they've done a few that's fun and we might do those yeah yeah that'd be good uh but yeah let us know if there's a Jimmy Fallon performance where he does this where he's like basically cosplaying another person he crushed the cosplay he crushed the cosplay there's not a thing I could tell him to make it better no I think he crushed no no that was perfect even the the the the suit that he wore it's just like if you if you didn't put a spotlight on him you'd assume that's Kenny Rogers when he came out in the shadow it looked great yeah he
