welcome everyone to University Stadium home to the Lobos of the University of New Mexico and the fans here are fired up for this Clash we believe we've got a great one in store today and we've got a team that makes it into the top 25 now when you go on the road that's when you prove you belong [Music] globals will get us started with the opening [Applause] kickoff and he takes this from inside the five not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 all right guys here's our first look at this offense today and here's the man they rally around and he has earned that type of respect David you dang right you earn it by doing it and he's done it at such a high level everyone believes in this young man in Palmer there's a reason why you're right David he's been in the big moments and he's one the big games this guy delivers when the game is on the line it's just simple simple first down run showing your physicality setting your offense up in a good spot after the productive first down play it's second and [Applause] six he's got it again Forge is ahead picks up about three to the 29 all right well the offense here they're trying to get this run game established they obviously don't break off a long run there but they're just trying to find their footing at this point they'll try to muscle their way for forward on Third and short from the 29 they'll try to get the first through the air catch in the middle it's Williamson and with that effort they pick up a fresh set of downs they have it at the 34 yd line convert that third down on the slant now everybody sort of settles into the game yeah you do have nerves I mean everybody does opening drive that you watched film and how good are they really and you get that first first down you throw the quick timing slant now everybody settle in we're good we got this going to throw it to the right he's got his man great pick up as they'll keep this drive moving and they've got it at the 45 they're running the Cur route against Zone coverage the quarterback knows that's going to be a tight window he's got to rifle that ball into his wide receiver he does just that and as a result they pick up the first in now a first down from the 45 yd line they'll run it [Applause] and a pick up of eight opens a world of opportunities on second and two well it's plays like that that'll help this offense stay in Rhythm all game long if you can have that kind of success on first down running the football it just opens up your entire Playbook moving forward eight- yd pickup on first down leaves them with second and short [Applause] grabbed in the back field it's Williamson and he's just run out of bounds maybe living to fight another day there it'll be a loss on the [Applause] play ball spotted right at Midfield as they try to convert third and short from the gun wants to pass unloads to the wide out and a missed opportunity on third down as the defense knocks it free and fourth down is coming up this is a point where you just got to be able to focus the critical down and distances in this game like that third down right there when it's a good throw you've got to make the catch you've got to be able to make that one they bring the punter onto the field now first punt of the day and he'd love to lock him up close to their goal line punt goes out of bounds and a really nice job as they stick them deep in their own end they'll mark it around the the 10 the Lobos offense will try to get something started with their first possession here are our impact players for this game and it goes beyond executing an assignment to make an impact in the game yeah obviously we were talking to both coaching staffs this week and we asked them who needs to step up and play well they immediately pointed to these guys right here they are the key for their respective teams yeah and they don't always show up in the Box Score but these are the guys are the leaders these are the guys getting everybody organized and have to play well for their team to succeed couldn't make the connection on first down now here on [Applause] second give to the running back good pick up on the ground there give him five to the 16 yd line I know the passing game sells the passing game is exciting but it's not exciting to get five or six yards a pop on the ground but it will be very successful third and sure they've got them backed up inside the 20 and the D can get the ball back here to the air it's Danier b a little time lets it Go and they can't make the connection on third down and money down is where you see defenses really understand where the sticks are play great pass defense know what's coming and get off the field and the Lobos send out the punt unit getting our first look of the afternoon at the punter that's usually Prime return position but he'll make the fair cat just outside the 40 they'll start this drive from the 42 hand off to the lone back and he moved it slightly forward defense played it well that's a really nice play it's impressive once first down the defense thinks you might be running the football you still can line up you can get some movement at the point of attack and find a little crease for your running back solid pick up of four on first down it's second and six they'll keep it on the ground and the Freshman does a great job using his technique and getting the man on the ground and that's what you're trying to do as a defense limit those damages when they run the football get them on the ground short gains to set your defense for positive situations down the road in the dead center of the field as they try to convert this third and short they'll try to run for it he's got enough to move the chains and they'll spot it at the 47 you wonder now on offense have they found something in the Run game finally it's been tough for them to get the Run game going but they picked up a nice gain on that last one let's see if they go back to it they'll snap it from the 4 27 on first down the give to the back and the defense holds firm no pick up at all on that play this is a defense that we know takes tons of Pride stopping the Run that's where it all starts and ends with them and you saw great effort on that last play got stuffed on first down it's second and 10 [Applause] the run from the shotgun a pick up of eight now to convert this third and two listen you you got to be able to know what play to call and what hole to go through like the line blocks for a certain hole good job getting through the hole getting what was blocked getting a nice positive game making your situation really good on the next down after the strong run on second down third down coming do they do it [Applause] again touch pass on the Jet Sweep really nice job to convert that third down and they've got it at the 333 it just went with something very easy very reliable Flip It Forward let your receiver do the rest I only got to get a few yards nice job nice execution first down from the 33 it's first and 10 leaves it with the back finds a crease at the 20 and he was loose and in the open field and on his way a tremendous pick up on that one those outside runs if they can get the edge like they do great job by the Right Guard right tackle getting the edge and now what does this do this makes cornerbacks come up and Tackle safeties come up and Tackle as opposed to linebackers and big defensive players you get your guy out in space where he can use his speed and his physicality against guys that usually cover and don't come up and make tackles oh man I mean you don't get more wide open than that right big fella running down the field nobody near him quarterback puts it on him just got to make the catch going to work on second down in the red zone and still some ground to cover to pick up that first down running back searching for a hole hold down after a pick up of five they'll mark it at the eight I I like it just frustrate the defense get that five to six yards make make him honor the Run make him know that you're willing to run the football and run it effectively tight quarters deep in the Red Zone but they can pick up a first down without scoring third down from the gun wants to pass just threw that one away to avoid disaster third and short in college football today you see so much more pass than you used to the offense stays aggressive and I think they stay aggressive cuz they know they're in field goal range they got that three in their back pocket and on fourth down they'll try to put three on the board Neil boot one from the right has you ought to be able to navigate that angle from this distance thought he had it and couldn't get it from the upright team missed it after the Miss no change in the score well that's one the kicker would like to have back that's a kick he should be making in this [Music] let's see what the Loos offense is dialed up this time boy three and out last time David they'd like to be more productive this time around yeah in the last Drive nothing really click no rhythm got off the field really really quickly they need to put something together here yeah David bad execution on that last drive so they got to take a collective breath and start playing like a unit on this drive after that last incompletion here's second and 10 from their own [Applause] 20 wide receiver coming across in motion quick pass on the jet motion he is stopped behind the line of scrimmage they'll lose yards on that one you got to Fight Fire with Fire you got to fight speed with speed there's a receiver with the ball out in the open field trying to get the corner but a cornerback with the same type of speed and athleticism able to make the tackle nice job you make up the game plan and not a lot on the play sheet for this third and long from inside their own 20 throws to the wide out oh they really could have used that catch there physical pass defense it brings up a fourth down third and long situations are really hard to convert the defense knows it's going to be pass the pass rushers are getting up field you're under pressure you don't have timing and as a result now the Lobos will try to pin them back with the punt this will be the second time they've had to kick it away he only needs a sliver of daylight he was hoping for a little more Running Room but they're able to get him down at the 45 and let's see what kind of ball plays this offense has [Applause] ready he'll keep it himself found enough room to get it into enemy territory there down at the 43 yd line well this is one of the fastest quarterbacks in college football and that's why the option's a good idea because if he can get out in space and he has a chance to get downfield he is really difficult to tackle and he's very difficult to catch as you saw in that last play getting a first down wide receiver now comes in motion Jet Sweep trying to get the edge and I think they'll give him two on that one second and eight coming up it's so hard because when they run jet sweeps they don't always give them the football and then you got to worry about other stuff but a great job focusing on your keys seeing the Jet Sweep pulling the trigger going and getting the Speedster on the ground here comes the offense on second down to the ground with the back solid fundamentals on that tackle from this freshman I'll tell you this is a running back who's very very dangerous and the defense did a good job getting them down there but they got to do a great job gang tackling because this is a guy that can break tackles and turn those types of plays into home runs how bold will they be on third down after that last run from the gun wants to pass and the misconnection on third down well third and short in field goal range they dial up the pass play quarterback was trying to get through his progressions there was just simply nobody open couldn't make an accurate enough throw it ball Falls incomplete Now setting up a big decision here on fourth down it's wise not to be too greedy and they'll go ahead and send out the field goal [Applause] unit and he's got it counted all the way to 55 never in doubt how nice is it as a head coach to have a kicker like this it makes these decisions on fourth down so much easier just trut him out there and let him stroke it through the uprights so after putting three on the board the kickoff team is out there ready to boot it away and here's the return he was looking for some Running Room but not much to be found as he stopped that 18 let's see what the Loos offense has in store last time David it was one two three kick last drive that three and out sometimes that puts your defense in a bad spot you got to get a drive together here so you don't wear the defense out I just think David twoo predictable that last Drive they got to do something here to get this defense on their heels this offense has a second down play it's a draw that play just never had a chance they knock him down for a loss of five and what a great job by a defense getting penetration quickly forcing the running back to get outside to try to make that thing go wide which that's what you want as a defense when they run the draw they want you to run up field and you run right up the middle good job by the defense getting some penetration to throw off the running back early on Third and long you'll need to push it downfield a strike downfield F and they'll spotted at the 38 and that'll be plenty for the first down hard work pays off Guys these offenses work so hard week in week out working on those critical down and distances third downs and having that conversion this early in the game that's got to feel good for this offense and the low bows come to the line with a new set of downs using his legs it's Henry not a whole lot of progress made there on the short ront nice run there on first down you know this is a running back that gets better as the game goes on so they're going to want to make sure they keep feeding him the football let him get lathered up after the three- yd pickup they come to the line Second and [Applause] seven oh so close to paying off the tip really he had it in his hands balls incomplete well it's a nice job by the quarter getting the ball out of his hands quickly on that RPO he saw something he liked just not on the same page with his receiver ball is at the 41 as this defense tries to force the punt on Third and long scanning the field it's Danier unloads it left another incompletion on third down and on that third down play there just wasn't any timing between the quarterback as an intended target as a result ball Falls incomplete setting up fourth the Lobos will call on their punt team not going to risk a return here he'll make the fair catch good news I guess a lot of room to work with as they start this drive from their own 15 they go to the ground ran to that daylight to pick up six to the 22 coaches always harp about staying ahead of the chains and when you can run with that type of efficiency on first down man you are doing just that 6yd pickup on first down leaves him with second and four and off from the shotgun he's stuffed after picking up one to the 23 well man there's some big hitting going on in the trenches right now this defense they take a lot of pride in stopping the Run let's keep our eye on them throughout the course of the game and see if they can contain this running attack and that last run leaves him with a third down will they keep it on the [Applause] ground Quick Pass to the left trying to get it to the marker that be field he's got R they got him free for a big Gainer down to the 43 well after that last play you can see how electrifying this guy is and how special he is after he makes the catch if I'm on offense I'm trying to find a lot of ways to get him touches in this game they used the chunk play AC cross Midfield and they've got it first and 10 just outside the [Applause] 40 leaves it with the back sweet cut there and he does a really nice job finding open space and making a good gain before the stop is made I know it's sexy to throw the football but if you can pound it away and get these kind of gains they will just add up wear the defense down get first downs and ultimately get some points good spot after that seven yd pickup on first down it's second and three they'll run it from the gun across the 25 he's got room lowers that shoulder delivers the blow he's run out of bounds but a big play on that one and it'll be a first down there's really no secret to it David when this guy's running well this offense is so hard to stop it opens up everything and he's having a great day showing you a little bit of everything and this offense has got it rolling on the ground from the Red Zone looking for a man it's caught he's there to make the stop but not before he sets up this offense first and goal from the seven it's hard for an offense to win when you get in predictable situations what a great job understanding where the first down marker is got to get a big game got to get that first down nice job great nose for the first down defense is backed up shadow of the goal post trying to defend their own End Zone they'll run it on first and goal he's got it down to the one ydd line right on the doorstep of per and as an offensive coordinator you don't need the perfect play with this guy as your running back he's going to make the play perfect for you because he makes everybody miss spin moves hurdles stiff arms speed whatever it takes to move the sticks and score touchdowns looking for just one more yard it's second and goal tries again to get it in and he's into the end zone for a touchdown and the running back was not going to be denied on that play he had a hole he saw it and put his foot in the ground and that was per [Music] [Music] now they'll line up for what they hope is automatic and with the extra point they're now up by a touchdown and a field goal at 10 to a drive there of 84 yds and they capped it off with a one yd [Music] pun almost ready to kick it away after scoring the touchdown fielded In The End Zone it's Sanders I know he thinks he can house every return but sometimes you just have to take a knee as he stopped at the [Music] 14 got his man quickly nice pitch and catch there and they'll have enough for the first down big play in the passing game there and I like the receiver gearing down in the zone did a nice job finding the soft spot on defense between the Defenders giving the quarterback easy target to throw to to complete that throw it's first down from back at their own 24 yd line they'll try the Run nowhere to run on that one he loses four on the carry and defense nowadays they don't look at stats of what is the yards per rush they look at how many negative plays they can create cuz why now you look at second down man it just became very predictable for this offense nice job creating the loss on first down [Music] just about ready to get things started here in the second we'll see if they continue to flex that [Applause] muscle G to the back stacked up after gaining a couple to the 23 and sticking to the Run tell you what a lot of teams that are really good are really stub and they continue to run the football even with little success so this offense is going to continue to focus on running the football you can tell they line up and it is a long way to the sticks from here trying to move the sticks on third down through the air how about that play to get a hand in there and force the completion it's so nice when you know it's third and long you know a pass is coming you worked on it all week get your feet set at the sticks understand that quarterback's got to be rushed get him off of his spot nice execution by this defense and the Lobos will punt this one away he's getting a lot of work fourth time he's punted tonight makes a move looking for Running Room he'll get it to the 43 yd line before he stops and the offense heads out onto the field to get the drive started they'll give it to the back good pick up on that play it'll bring up second and four well this offense came into the game knowing they wanted to be physical they wanted to establish the line of scrimmage and they're running downhill right at this defense and they're turning out positive yardage early got six on first down now a lot of options on second and four he's looking to throw fires to the wide out sof spot in the middle they are on the move down to the 32 and they pick up another first down Zone coverage means everybody's looking at the quarter so now when I'm a wide receiver I got to make sure I know I fit in the hole between these zones I know where they're dropping to and I know where I need to get to great job by the wide receiver finding that hole and the quarterback throwing a strike now knock down at the 27 after a pick up of five hey five to six yds a pop I don't know if you guys are really good at math but that usually equals a first down every couple carries so don't forget about the Run game keep them honest pound that rock halfway there on first down it's second and five he's looking to throw under pressure and down he goes at the 33 they'll tell you that somebody's always going to pop open but it didn't happen in time before they got the sack no it did not and you know what I'm going to remember this I'm going to remember zone defense they didn't really have an answer they weren't ready to get rid of the football quarterback hesitated I got two him and got him on the ground might be a good call later on in the game they line up with some serious work to do if they want to convert this one third and long and he'll try to throw for it and the incomplete pass will bring up fourth down nice shot by the defense they're mixing up their look they're third and long and field goal range they go Zone coverage so everybody on the back end has the eye on the quarterback and they're able to break on the ball Force the incompletion now on fourth down they'll settle for a field goal try this field goal attempt is going to be an even 50 y he boomed it through a 50yd field goal showing off that powerful leg well that kid just showed off his hammer for a leg 50 plus and he did it with [Music] ease after that last field goal Drive they're set to kick it away kick this one away he'll bring it back from inside the spot not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 we will get another look at this New Mexico offense their Drive chart is starting to look a little monotonous punt punt punt David and their defense is starting to get a little frustrated too they just keep putting me back on the possession after possession Jess this offense needs to get their heads out of there you know what the punters on the sideline with the oxygen mask right now he's been playing so much he's not used to this this offense they just got to stay on the field they've got to put a drive together and get some balance going running and throwing the ball looking downfield it's dampier he's got his man this quarterback right now is in Groove and he's doing a nice job in PR snap he's reading the coverage and he's getting an idea of where he wants to go with the football that's why the ball's coming out of his hands so quickly that's why he seems like he's in a great Rhythm right now now on second down quick touch pass to the receiver and the defense able to drag him down but not before they'll recycle that down marker you think about when you hit those guys on the move man he's already flying so fast and I got to adjust my angle as a DB and make sure I keep outside contained and it's just a it's a really easy play to run to get positive yards especially in a situation like that where you're looking for the first down you run that play you get it nice easy breezy not a whole lot of room there three yards maybe second and seven yeah and the running back didn't get much here but you know you clearly want to always establish the Tipo run the football be consistent make that defense physically meet the challenge got three on first down it's second and [Applause] seven he's looking to throw got his man he's really close to that first down marker but they stopped him just a bit short I like the decision by the quarterback here get the ball out of your hands get it to your playmaker a lot of times he'll dance and make even bigger plays than he did here but it was still a positive game here comes a third down situation and the defense has had no answer so far fast motion from the [Applause] offense looking to move the chains they throw it complete to the left he gets it oh so close to the first down marker but I think he's going to be a touch short well they were counting on winning the one-on-one battle they got the completion but the yardage didn't work out yeah and a lot of times men that's what I do on short yardage situation third and short make my guy fall forward for a couple yards try to get the first down but it was a good tackle and the receiver got absolutely nowhere after the catch it is good well the head coach decided to play it safe on Fourth and inches and try his field goal team out there and his field goal kicker just made him look like a pretty smart guy after putting three on the board the kickoff unit ready to [Applause] go Hills start the return inside is five he was hoping for something a little more Dynamic but they get him on the ground at the 20 and the offense takes over to dip into its Bag of ball plays comes out throwing on first down quickly complete and he'll step out of bounds after a very productive play I tell you slot receiver he really does give his quarterback a nice option runs really good routes he's got nice hands and you saw it on that last play now here on second down see if they keep tossing it [Applause] [Applause] around gets it out fast he is going nowhere stop at the line of scrimmage nice job defense you always hear people talk about tackling the catch you saw it right there there was nowhere for that receiver to go once he had possession as a result no game lining up to convert third down looking to throw they're bringing heat and he was drilled just as he released the pass it's incomplete and the offense tries to slip into screen that's a good play on Third and short if you can get him aggressive and a defense aggressive but the defense sniffed it out shut that play down before it even started and here comes the punt team this will be the second time they've had to kick it away he's got great speed he's brought down but a really solid effort to pick up every bit of yardage he could on the P return now New Mexico will go back to work on offense you want to talk about having a weapon to bail out a drive David that's why kicker are so important after that long field game and listen important is a relative term you need to make longer passes and get better Gaines so we don't have to kick long field goals Palmer again on offense and they've got the weapons to do that David they just got to be able to dial those plays up guys have to be able to make them oneon-one to make life easier on this kicker who is so important to this team pocket starts to collapse he makes a catch and it is a chunk play a huge gain on that one before the defense brings it to an end well this tight end he's got size and he's got some athleticism and he's very difficult to cover one-on-one defense is going to have their hands full with him today just inside the 35 first and 10 from the [Applause] 34 hands it off he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose a couple so first down didn't exactly go according to plan let's see what they can up on second down reys I got him right where I want him okay I'm going to throw the football now I can get back in shotgun forget the running game stuff we're going to play a little pitch and catch and see how good that secondary [Applause] is motion from the [Applause] offense caught in the back field it's p and a good job of coverage by that defense just a short pickup that was a really good job by the defense again keeping in front of you in that situation and now you're rewarded with the third and long so on this down we'll see if they bring some pressure or if they lay back Place third down conversions are a huge stat and this one would be a doozy if they can pull it off looking to take a shot touchdown Loos what a grab and go for the score one of the reasons this offense is so exciting to watch they've got guys that are dangerous after the catch if this quarterback gets through his progression David gets you in stride these guys will take it to the house man it's your job to do the rest right you hit me in stride where I don't have to stop running I don't have to break down it makes it so easy the connection between quarterback wide receiver you can tell this is a good one and that's why they got six on that play he'll try to tack gone one more [Applause] point and it's up and good as they draw Just a Touch closer a very efficient five play scoring drive and they get it into the End Zone on a 36 yd touchdown pass the kickoff team out there getting [Applause] set he'll bring it out from inside his own 10 not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 they come to the line for the first play of the drive snapping it from the 21 they'll go to the ground got room at the 35 and he will finally go out of bounds after another big gain and they are absolutely gashing them with this running game I'll tell you the defense is going to have to do a much better job containing these outside run plays they better be able to the funnel the football back to the middle of the field because this guy with his speed can kill you like he did on that outside Run play there to the left might as well run him until they stop him he's got it again and he goes out of bounds after a nice pick up on that one and in this game this guy has shown you why he's one of the best in the country he has so much ability at the running back position speed quickness the ability to break tackles unbelievable Vision already now with 150 yards rushing the defense has no answer for him they've got to find a way to slow this guy down touch pass on the Rock finally run out of bounds but he has this offense rolling with a first down this offense has a lot of different ways they can attack you and you're going to see the entire Playbook at work in this game throwing running it and getting guys the ball out on the perimeter great job now on first down from the 30 he's looking to throw it makes the grab over the middle they make the stop trying to pick up just a little bit at a time to get to that first down Mark I love offenses and quarterbacks that are willing to take the easy stuff take those easy throws that are guaranteed to get positive yards yeah I'm going to take big shots down the field too but don't forget it's easier to pick up second and five third and five than it is when we start getting those long yarded situations and they'll finally get him down after a terrific pick up another good run man he has been picking up yards in bunches today Jesse showing off all the skills and he's showing no signs of slowing down David this guy just gets better as the game goes on he is a beast they've moved it into scoring territory first and 10 from the 11 wide out in motion they're going to ride this running back Birch his way ahead for about three it's down at the eight at the 8 yd L second down coming [Applause] up operating in the Red Zone here on second down [Applause] they'll leave it with him not much room he gets one down to the seven third boy they' love to move the sticks here and take a shot at it on first and goal on third down he drops to throw he's got it and it's a touchdown put six on the board number 22 [Music] they'll try to add another to their lead and the extra point will tack another one onto this lead they marched 79 yds on the drive and they close the deal with the seveny for the score lining up to cover the kick after that touchdown [Applause] Drive looking for those open spaces and opportunity really disine job by the coverage unit to get down there and make the stop at the 19 let's see what the Lobos offense has dialed up this time the deficit here is just 10 points David So a chance to answer here plenty of time left in this football no need to panic this offense just has to put a couple Drives together and listen the defense will get this back and get some stop fall and get you the football back and I think I think here too David you have an opportunity to keep the pressure on the opponent yeah they just went down and scored but you scor here and this game still tight you keep their feet to the fire so an opportunity here to keep applying that pressure they get him on the ground but it's a first down what at first you don't see see try try again right it's been really hard for this offense in this game to run the football but they finally break off a big run there that could be the play they need to really generate momentum and get this run game going it'll be first and 10 from the [Applause] 30 leaves it with the running back pretty good job of running to get two there to the 32 you know runs like this often times are like a boxer and a boxing match obviously it's not a knockout punch but these are body blows and as the game goes on these small gains are going to turn into longer runs picked up two yards on that last one they need eight on second down after the run run run now to throw that's caught it's he's close to the first down but they're going to Mark him just a little short and the slant is really a difficult route to defend against if you're a DB and man coverage especially when you have no he help on the inside so if you're the offense you continue seeing that coverage you might as well keep attacking it just like that wow this offense is doing nothing they've already punted four times and staring at the possibility of a fif got it on the outside it's C he's out of bounds but not before picking up enough for the first down well look that wasn't a touchdown that was a massive play for this offense they needed some momentum they needed to find a rhythm in what better way and converting on third down awesome job by the quarterback getting through his progression the Lobos look to keep this drive humming he's going to pass looking to scramble the quarterback scrambled around but the defense able to scramble him and turn it into a sack it has been said that the other team's quarterback must go down and he must go down hard and he did and often is good too the most you can get to him but great job by the defense rushing the quarterback understanding pass and getting the big fell on the ground looking to pass it's Danier pulls it in still on his feet at the 45 he's run out of bounds but not before turning in a big pick up and moving the sticks for a first down they've done a really good job identifying mismatches and they find one out of the back field there ree I really don't think it's that hard my guy is better than yours find the match up across the field running backs got some speed get it in his hands quickly throw it to him fast let him make somebody Miss against a slower guy that usually alive and the defense makes the immediate tackle but he has enough for the first down listen QBs and wide receivers got to be on the same page and you got to know when to throw that curl route it's got to be on time right when the wide receiver breaks so the DB can't catch up nice job QB and wide receiver being on the same page getting some positive Ys setting up the screen and he'll make his way out of bounds after the solid pick up you know it's funny I know running backs often times are afterthoughts when it comes to the passing game but when you think about it this guy's been making people miss his entire life taking hand off so why wouldn't you try to get him involved in the passing game as well you just saw in that last play how dangerous he is after the catch he wants to throw here on second down he finds his man and they finally get him stopped but it's a big throwing catch and he's down at the five tell you what that's great execution between a QB and receiver they look like they could execute that throw in their sleep quarterback took his steps threw it on time great route by the receiver nice job securing the catch [Applause] first and goal and this feels like their chance to give him a finish he'll set up to throw he makes a catch in the endone touchdown New Mexico and I tell you what that passing touchdown man that should spark this whole team like The Comeback is more than on now like they got the touchdown they cut into the lead you want to get a stop go into the half get all the juices all the excitement and be like listen the passing games rolling we got this The Comebacks in full effect P unit on the field the extra [Applause] point and the Pat will draw them one point closer they go 83 yds on the drive and the score comes on a 5yd touchdown pass the kickoff team out there and ready to [Applause] go on the move from inside is five nice job executing all of the assignments as they put a stop to that return at the 22 all right guys so here's the offense back on the field again coming out on first down with the play fake and the timing just a hair off it seemed like there may have been a miscommunication there between the QB and receiver just not on the same [Applause] page the incompletion brings up a second down he's looking to throw they're setting up the screen and that one looked great on the grease board but when they blow it up like that the defense is going to win three time and a really nice job by the defense winning second down I think the quarterback thought he could dump this off maybe get some positive yards set up a good third down the defense did a great job responding and getting that R got a lot of running room and they'll finally bring him down after he rips off a huge play Third and long I'm thinking bringing extra DBS play for the pass rush the passer and this offense flips the script runs the football right at him nice job by the this offense catching him off guard making the big play getting the first down with the run from the 44 yd line the offense snaps it on first down unloads to the wide out incompleted man is he lucky to get that one back defense that close to an interception now great coverage great break on the ball had a chance to really make a big play and maybe even take that thing back to the house but you got to secure the catch we like to hit people more than we like to catch BS really really need positive yards on second down after the incompletion they'll snap it from the 44 throws to the wide out he's got it and they reacted well to the completion but it was to L to keep them from getting the first down quick timeout called by the offense after the play it's a first and 10 from the 42 yd line he wants to throw fires to the wide out incomplete he had to get rid of it before he won to the defense put the heat on and those are tough passes when you start throwing those balls towards the sidelines it's a it's a longer throw for the quarterback to make and I think that's when you see the majority of the misses for guys the majority of the overthrows and and a little bit of inaccuracy start to show itself looking to throw on second down passes in complete the clock is down to nine man that's a big missed opportunity for the running back I'm trying to find ways to feature this guy and get him the football in space and not just hand it to him all the time and tell you what I'm a lot less likely to find those plays if he can't reel in those catches time dwindling away as they try to put points on the board right before the half on third down going up top safe completion on the screen they finally get him stopped but what a good job by that front wall to set up the screen and create some Lan for their running back first down so it's first down but with just a few seconds they'll try to put up a three before halftime and this will be a bit of a challenge a 46 yd attempt from the right hasch oh the attempt is no good there is a flag on thei so let's see if this guy's going to get another shot at can't make contact with a kicker like that a costly special teams penalty you've got to know your half in front of the kicker offense comes back on the field oh the attempt is no good it's still a three-point game after the Miss at the end of the second quarter that means it's time to join Kevin and our halftime update guys looks like you've got a great atmosphere today in Albuquerque talk about a first half from that dude out of the back field he's been a total Game Changer and how many top plays moments have we seen on Miss tackles Alone video game moves from one of the shiftiest players in all of college football and with that let's send it back to the guys at University Stadium we are ready to get it started here in the second [Applause] half he'll bring it out it's Sanders stopped at the 17 and he's probably second guessing return let's see what the Lobos offense has in store they had a really productive first half but in a game like this they better keep it up you know at halftime the offense and defense separate and they kind of go over their own adjustments you know the offense was standing themselves very quietly guys we're not going to stop anybody we got to keep scoring if we're going to win this game so the pressure is on them here in the second half day yeah and you get the ball first and so it's been a high-scoring first half you get to go out here now and make a statement start this half say listen we're going to keep scoring points and then maybe help some alleviate some of that pressure on your defense he'll be stopped just short of the 20 at the 19 give him one the Run game just has not been working for this offense all game long you saw it on that last play as well just not getting enough push up front on the offensive line they haven't been physical enough when you've already set your punter out four times at least he knows he's going to get his varsity letter and his leg might get a bigger workout if they don't B he's taking the shot and he bats it away it falls incomplete that's why it's so important for this defense to win first and second down you set up third and Longs like that you can show your exotic looks you can get the pass rush going everybody in the back end expecting throw and that's how you force incompletions and force forth things and the Lobos will line up to punt it away they may have to pay him overtime he's punting for the fifth time today he'll settle some pretty good field position and make the fair catch at around the 35 a first down for the [Applause] offense out of the shoot quick toss to the right they make the stop right there good pickup it's still short of the first down my old coach said don't never go broke taking a profit take what's there take the positive yards and never complain now on second and short [Applause] now the play fake he's going to let one fly down the middle and it's incomplete after taking a shot on second down they're staring at third yeah and I like the shot the aggressive play down the field and we like throwing those jump balls up to my receiver because usually receiver makes the play and makes the the defender look bad nice job by the defender getting a hand on it tipping that ball away from the wide receiver musling ahead on Third and short and the defense had its hands for but they finally wrestle him down short of the first [Music] down the punt team makes its way onto the field it away he'll aim it toward the sideline to try to make it tough on the return team special teams coming through as a pin and back they'll mark it dead at the 10 we will get another look at this New Mexico offense they're going to test that run defense to the right here he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose a couple and how about the timing of the linebacker on the blitz to get in the back field and get the tackle for loss is there anything better for a linebacker than to run on a blitz and nobody's home except the back such a great feeling when when the Moses pars the red C and the hole opens up and you go fill it wide receiver shows [Applause] motion PS and fires in complete to the right and the defense settled in to stop that one for a short game now facing a third and long looking for a man it's Danier fires to the right it's complete he will step out of bounds but not before the big pick up and a first down for this offense well how about the offense setting that play up we've seen earlier in the game a couple shorter throws they're just trying to suck those safeties closer to the line of SC image anticipating that they would get an opportunity to take a shot they called the perfect play at the perfect time right there receiver going for the edge on the Jet Sweep you got to get kudos of this defense they are so well coached up how about the awareness and the ability to play with great eye discipline they located the football they located that receiver on the Jet Sweep and were able to make the tackle and on second down for this offense the playaction Fate caught in the back field it's Henry and good coverage by the defense just a short game and listen I know that wasn't a huge gain it was positive but I like doing more of that in today's college football I'm just going to try to give my Playmakers a chance to do damage in space away from all the big boys in side they'll come to the line at the 42 facing a third and long it's complete he's got enough to move the change and they'll spot it at the 47 and I love the awareness by the wide receiver on that play because I'm not sure that route was supposed to be that deep you got to wonder if the receiver decided maybe to adjust the route a little bit to make sure that he got the first down the Lobos are moving quickly down the field power football with the Run they keep feeding him in this running game and the defense is having none of it it's been that way all day great team defense on that run play everybody doing their job people winning their one-on ones D linemen staying in their gaps linebackers and DBS filling you just can't do it better they got nothing on the last play it's second and 10 to the air it's dampier looking to the big title in a beautifully placed ball to the outside and the tow drag for the big pickup I like that big reliable security BL and that's what tight ends are a lot of the times they're just usually big huge guys that if I throw it anywhere near him he's going to pluck it catch it and give me some positive yards and the lowo will snap it on First and 10 here's the handoff and he's able to find a little bit of Running Room before they get him down yeah this coaching staff they're getting this offensive line lathered up and into a rhythm now they're letting them drive off the ball on first down on these running plays and they're getting chunks of yardage got eight on first down now looking at a second and [Applause] two he's looking to throw unloads to the wide out touchdown Loos and that one will give him the lead and it's now the second time this wide receiver has scored another outstanding job with the route great job securing the catch [Music] winding up to add another KCK on for the extra point and the extra point is good and it's a fourpoint lead about to kick it away after scoring the [Applause] touchdown here he comes inside his own five just never had a chance to shake loose and he'll be brought down at the 24 here's his offense with a fresh set of downs he'll start this drive firing gets it out quickly this is a kind of run that falls in the category of sanction violence as he's up to the 31 at the 31 brings up second down let's see what they've got on second [Applause] down he's looking to throw it's caught downfield finally stopped at the 46 after a 15yd gain and you've seen these curl routes this is a timing route understand the ball's got to come out of my hand right when he hits the top of that curl nice job by the QB finding him nice catch the offense setting up shop at the 46 first and 10 wide receiver coming across in motion caught behind the line it's Williamson and he was fortunate not to lose yardage on that play able to wedge it back to the line of scrimmage I know a lot of people are going to look at that play and say man that was a bad play didn't gain any yards but that could be the offense maybe setting something up the play caller is going to remember that last play he's going to remember how the defense reacted to it made it quick tackle they might pump that throw and then hit another player vertically down the field for an explosive play down the line just keep that in mind and a big time grab there knocked down immediately but not before he gets it to the 40 and when you get Zone coverage and you're running curls and the wide receiver Sprints off the ball you know what happens that DB starts to bail and that wide receiver comes back and it's easy pitch and catch for the offense now on first down from the 40 looking to move it through the air he just got rid of that one to save the down didn't see anything he liked second the incompletion leads to Second and 10 free snap motion quarterback trying to get a read quick pass on the Fly motion the defense wouldn't let him loose and even though it's in completion they lost yardage really good job by the defense seeing it and going and getting nice job understanding the touch pass it could happen those guys go in motion man I got to understand saf's got to see that start flying down getting ready to play that nice job by the defense being ready for that play on Third and long trying to convert through the air and the incomplete pass will bring up fourth down third and long situation they try to go screen I think they were hoping it was going to be a big Zone and they could get those offensive linemen down the field but the defense sniffed it out forcing the incompletion they bring the punter onto the field now he's getting plenty of work fourth time we've seen this guy punt it today he came so close to pinning them deep but maybe just a little too greedy tried to get it too close and it'll come out to the 20 off the RPO complete they stop him almost immediately short gain there and still a little ground covered pick up the first that RPO play was run to Perfection the Run fake forced and sucked the defense up and a nice job on the route by the receiver not telegraphing that he was breaking to the inside on the slant and here comes the offense on second Down On The Run it's Henry nice move to keep moving and he's got enough for the first down it'll be the 35 wow the running back there showing you his skill set as he's able to rip off that one for a first down they'll snap it on first down from the 35 grabbed behind the line it's p spins away and he was loose and in the open field and on his way a tremendous pick up on that hey man this quarterback has had a day with that pass he goes over 300 yards on the day really nice job executing putting up some yards today pretty good day for the young man the low bows have it with a first and [Applause] 10 wide receiver now comes in motion Jet Sweep to the receiver not much working there it'll be second and nine and that's just a great job by the defense shutting down that Jet Sweep you see the team speed they have on defense they are willing and ready and able to go sideline to sideline with anybody in the country line getting set on second down dropping back it's Danier makes his connection that defense pushing him out of bounds after a short game it's so nice as a quarterback when you've got a guy like that working for you in the slot he has such a good feel to find the Open Spaces in the defense just makes life so much easier for his quarterback if they can convert here that type of play can really give you a shot of momentum on Third and long he's going to have to throw for it grabbed over the middle it's po that'll be enough for the first down as they mark it down at the 31 yd line had they not picked up that first down it would have been decision time for the head coach right you're kind of in no man's land on the fridge are you trying along field goal are you going for it on fourth down but because of the execution there and the nice throw let's keep this drive going let's see if we can get six the give to the tail [Applause] back and the defense finally makes the stop after the sweet run and good game first down physicality wins football games being able to run the football create balance and and right here just chews up another first down gives you another chance to maybe continue to run the football and I feel like this guy too is just an explosive play waiting to happen his vision his quickness and he's got a burst if you give this guy just a crease he's going to hit it right now he's doing some damage on his defense nice job decision making by the quarterback there in the RB not handing it off knowing he had to throw it but then also understanding his open guy was going to be in the right flag picked up some yardage on the ground now here comes second [Applause] down the give to the back not a lot of daylight there let's give him one to the 14 at third coming really need to pick up this conversion and avoid having to settle for the field goal looking downfield it's Danier going to try to pop one on the screen and they wrap him up but not before he gets up on the catch for the first down really nice job there at the quarterback reading coverage he knew exactly where to go with the football and at what exact time timing could not have been better they get the completion on third down setting up first and goal and the Lobos are threatening on first and goal they'll try to get it in with the Run dragged down at the six after a pick up of two second and goal coming up the up the middle looking for the score Relentless puff running gets it down to the four I don't know about that play call man your quarterback's already thrown three TDS in this game poock let him cook down here yeah I mean trying to show some balance but he he has had a great day I trust him this is a good situation I'm going to put the ball in his hands and I'm going to let him throw this football and get a touchdown they're going to throw it on Third and goal holds it in in the end zone touchdown New Mexico no quarterbacks and receivers they develop confidence and chemistry as the game goes on these two right now are definitely on the same page [Music] on to attempt the try is on for the extra point and the extra point is good and they have an 11-point lead precise Relentless execution on that 13pl scoring drive and they cap the drive with a four- yd touchdown pass they're lining up to boot it away [Applause] on the run from inside his own five nice job executing all of the assignments as they put a stop to that return at the 22 here comes the offense on first down wide out in motion give to the running back they wrestle him to the ground but he's got plenty for a first down well they get another big run for a first down and if you're on offense you love the way your their offensive line is blocking early in this game they are getting tremendous movement and they're making life pretty easy for these running backs right now with the first down they'll put it in play from the 33 they'll ride the hot hand just will his way for a couple out to the 35 and the defense doing a great job committing to the run when you commit to the run like this obviously you can give up some plays in the passing game but you got to stop the run first after picking up a couple it's second and [Applause] eight he's looking to throw makes a connection a quick tackle made but he's got PL for the first down Hey listen you get Zone coverage and you can hit that curl route and he comes open continually keep hitting it this might be a play to come back [Applause] to line gets set first down [Applause] now used the play fake now to throw fires into traffic intercepted just a small return but a big play as they have it now at the 45 what defensive players don't always see where the ball is they see the receiver they get to chase it a really good job seeing where the receiver is going and making an interception making a big play getting the ball back to your offense [Music] they'll be able to get off one more play before quarters end the give to the back defense makes the tackle and that will probably be the final play of the third quarter big catches big plays tons of yards through three quarters for these two [Music] guys one more period to go to see who can make the winning plays and come home with the victory a negative play to open the Drive let's see what they've got on second and 14 he'll pitch it and they're able to make the tackle these are the ones in the stands where you get booed if it doesn't work why would you run the ball on second and long you stink OC or you get the big Applause and you're like yes nice job keeping the manageable third down situation good call so tough spot to be in in second long nice answer nice run by the running [Applause] back he'll do it himself they tried to go Smashmouth on Third and short and it did not work against this defense the lovos will send out the punt unit they're up to a half dozen kicks today he won't be able to return this one as it goes out of bounds a little bit backed up to start this drive from their own 18 yd line off the play fake on first down to throw didn't have much of a choice there but to get rid of it it's second down after the quarterback and receiver failed to hook up they'll try it again on second down he's looking to throw makes the grab and he's knocked down immediately but not before he moves the chain this is the moment for this offense to put a drive together it doesn't matter what's happened up to the point of this game but you're trailing right now you got to put some points up on the board this is where all 11 guys need to be playing together as one finally some signs of life from this offense which has done nothing in the second half it's first and 10 he's got an open man and he was loose and out the gate and doesn't go down until he gets to the 48 yd line and no messing around right now if you're on offense this is the time for execution has got to be out of Premium you need to hit completions David they need some big plays yeah and you just want to keep pressuring them and keep making them use the clock give them the underneath stuff and again when they drive the football down the field I just can't give up touchdowns field goal at this point is not going to hurt by defense they pick up half of it it'll be second and five I like this guy as a running back because he could run between the tackles and he can also go outside he can really do it all halfway there on first down it's second and [Applause] five he's looking to throw fires to the wide out complete downfield and they'll finally bring him down after he rips off a huge play and there was no question in that scenario that's where the quarterback was going he knew he had his receiver in a match up that he liked running a route where he would find himself opening nice job between those [Applause] two going up top on first down the short hands it's Williamson and they make the connection and he's got it at the 10 yd line set up with a red zone opportunity you run those routes those curl routes just like that those DBS are going to break when you go to throw the football so you better put that thing on a line and the QB did there put it on the line great job great catch first down trying to find his man on first down finds his big tight end that completion will take it close to the 5 yd line they'll mark it at the six a nice job by the defense there tackling the catch and smothering the tight end they know this offense is going to try to find him in the passing game in a lot of different situations that time perfect coverage and nice job bringing the big guy down not easy to do on second down he'll let it fly he makes a grab that completion has them right on the doorstep B mark it at the one the defense has their hands full trying to stop this guy in the slot they're going to have to figure something out to bracket him try and get two bodies around and maybe get some safety help as well cuz right now they do not have the answer for this guy the terrain gets rough this deep in the Red Zone third down they can pick up the first without scoring saunter into the end zone for a touchdown well how about that and after that touchdown we might have a finish after all Jess I love it Rees and this team is not quitting yeah they're down on the scoreboard right now but they are clawing and they are scratching their way back in this game they're going to keep going hard until this clock reads all zeros obvious thinking here get the two-point conversion now and all you'll need is a field goal to tie quarterback Quick Pass to the receiver he's not quite going to get there in the try for two fails and they are unable to cut into this lead any further about to kick it off after punching it in for the touchdown and he takes this from inside the five he was looking for more Running Room but none to be found as he stopped at the 23 now New Mexico will go back to work on offense RPO complete to open the drive he sto him just short of the first down but it will be second and inches coming up I think this receiver's Forte is his route running he's a guy that can line up all over the field but it's not just catching post routes and goes this guy can run shallows he can run Slants he can run the option routes and find soft spots in the defense this guy really has all the routes in his toolbox using his legs it's Henry he's got it out to the 37 after gaining five it's a point in the game I think some coaching staff where you really challenge your offensive line to go win the football game right we've got to lead late we're going to run the football and the defense and everybody in the stadium knows that's what's going to happen can we run the ball down their throats and impose our will that's what this offense right now is trying to do almost had the completion just missed man he was open he had an opportunity just got to look that thing a lot of time guys are catching it and as they're catching you see their head start to turn to try to think about getting up field and they just lose that concentration for a second little missed opportunity there for this offense fast motion from the offense trying to get the edge with a quick touch pass he almost picked up the first down on that one but he'll be just a little bit short well you got to give the defense a lot of credit on this play because they were doing a nice job understanding who had the football and where they were so a nice job by the defense rallying around that ball carrier and now not giving up the first down coming to the line of scrimmage on third down they'll try to pick it up on the ground that'll be enough for a first down as he crosses the 50 and gets it to the 48 well the defense didn't Blitz they didn't have everybody in gaps and the offensive line took advantage at the point of attack getting some push opening up a hole and the offense ripping off a nice run there and the Lobos have this offense [Applause] rolling he'll come out throwing on first down fires to the big Bell running with some Authority as he bangs his way to the 43 I'll say this man in college football you see a lot of bad tackling you didn't see it right there that was an awesome job first off being there at the point of attack once the tight end made the catch there was no doubt he was going down great job form tackle that completion leaves us with second and medium looking to throw it's dampier got his man in the middle good job running that route to get past the sticks because he got nothing after the catch just another big play for this guy who spent the entire game wide open couple of touchdowns there and he moves the sticks Again David yeah so I'll keep finding him reys I mean this is a guy that listen we're in the second half now he's already made plays I know I can trust him so I'm going to continue to feature him in this offense cuz I know he'll continue to make big plays BS and fires complete to the right he's there to make the Stop and they threw it in reverse losing yardage on that [Applause] play they've got a really good drive going but a little speed bump here at second and 13 [Applause] he's looking to throw get it out on the screen and not much doing there as that defense runs him out of bounds and so many things have to come together perfectly for a screen to work for big yardage and they were close you could tell that almost busted but they just got wrapped up got a little bit of yardage but they really wanted that one to be a big Gainer a third and long coming up here back to the air one more time and this sophomore able to wreak some havoc and get the sack and that is your job the has to protect their quarterback that's the most important position on the field you got to make sure you keep him upright you got to do a better job the lobow will bring the punt team onto the field and The Return Man will have no chance as the ball sails out of bounds looking for a productive play on first [Applause] down got it in the middle it's Williamson stopped at the 28 but a big 15yd pickup gives him some breathing room and it was the defense that got this started right they were the ones who got the stop forced the punt gave it back to the offense who now just picked up a nice completion you win as a team but give the defense credit for getting this thing going off play action on first down and it's incomplete it was wild high and wide on that [Applause] one after the misfire now on second down [Applause] motion from the [Applause] offense off play action going for it all he's got it downfield for a huge game after burner's coming all the way into the end zone for a touchdown yeah and a nice job in the fourth quarter making plays and a nice job being on the same page QB receiver you can tell he broke up the football he caught it in stride gets into the end zone nice pitching catch right there nice Chemistry by the QB and wide [Music] receiver leading by one they'll go ahead and go for two and try to make it a field goal game they're going to run it he's not going to make it still a onepoint game here in the fourth they had HED to push this Edge out to a field goal almost ready to kick it away after scoring the touchdown he'll bring it back from inside to SP not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 let's see what the Loos offense has dialed up this time I can't think of anything that frustrates an offensive coordinator more than holding the ball along timing having no points to show for it David and re first downs yards that's not even what they look at anymore yards don't really matter you got to execute those critical areas on the field and get points on the board yeah it was mental errors on that last drive too that led to negative plays they got to get those things erased and pull it back together here on this drive go put some points up on the board leaves it with the back defense fills those gaps he's got one to the 28 28 third coming up here they come trying to convert a third and short from the 28 to the air it's dampier just a short pass to the the tight end and boy is he close to that first down maybe just a couple of inches short you know the tight end's going to have to do a better job of separating and giving his quarterback a place to go with the football that time just couldn't create it and as a result as soon as he made the catch he was brought to the ground setting up fourth down and the Lobos line up to punt it [Applause] away he'll be content with the field position making the fair catch right around the 30 yard line first down here for the offense running back searching for a hold couldn't find a lane a pick up of one to the 31 at this point of the game the offense has the lead the offensive coordinator knows they want to keep running the football so he's going back he's looking at his playlist and he's saying which runs work the best for me in this game what can I lean on right here to make sure we win this one didn't get much on first down it's second and nine he's looking to throw using the quick game and a good job in coverage there as they stop it after just a few and quarterback droing back understanding I'm getting Zone coverage all I got to do is be a little bit patient manipulate that defense a little bit my wide receiver runs that drag and I get the first down the crowd elevating its energy whing this defense to get a stop on this big third down he couldn't get close to the marker got three yards but it'll be fourth and three and here comes the pun te they've been busy out there to punt for the fifth time today another punt on the way got to make sure those hammies and glutes all activated don't want any muscle PS from overuse and they'll get him down after the turn at the 27 yd line let's see what the Robos offense has in store looking to throw at Stamper out of the back field he's open and they pick up just a few on that completion I want to get my running backs the ball and space as much as possible and sometimes it doesn't work in the running game but I can throw it to him I can try to create some space out wide dve him the football let him make some catches and see if I can't get some big plays out of him short complet last play Let's see if they throw it again on second down just keeps firing quick strike complete he'll be stopped at the 41 but give him 10 on that play well they pick up the first against Zone coverage the biggest key there is the quarterback understanding that a it's Zone but B what kind of zone is it is it one high safety is it two high safeties and then you know instinctively where your best throw where your highest percentage completion is based on what what type of Zone coverage it's going to be PS it in and they'll finally catch up to him but not before a big chunk of yardage just picked up love to see the fearlessness of a quarterback to work the middle of the field and he's got so much confidence in his own arm talent to be able to get that football there before the defense can break it up Lobos with the first and 10 looking to throw it again and it's incomplete if you're going to take a hit like that you might as well hang on to the ball couldn't make the connection last time let's see if they throw it again wide receiver shows motion to the ground with the back they could have used a little bit more there pick up of three it's third and seven they line up and it is a long way to the sticks from here wants to throw it's gamper throws to the wide out makes the grab and he wisely gets out of bounds and can be the enemy right now this offense needs to get some points love the play call in a do in the clutch in those big moments right before the half in the fourth quarter late in the game just like right here you need a score you got to go take the lead they do everything they can now 38 rce you and I were talking about this before the game how is this defense going to be able to deal with all the speed they have offensively you saw them just rip off a big play and Jesse now their hitting over 400 yards on the day I I think coaches are going to be pretty impressed with the day this young man had no doubt I think for defensive coordinators moving forward now you're going to be charged with having to find answers to try to slow this guy down today we've seen this defense try blitzing Zone coverage man coverage they've mixed up Personnel none of it has worked this guy has carved them apart going to work on second down in the red zone is still some ground to cover to pick up that first down he's looking to throw and he really wanted to get the touchdown there but it's incomplete and I understand the logic by the offense here obviously you're down in this game you're trying to claw back into it why not take a shot why not be aggressive in that time they just can't come up with a completion couldn't pick it up on second down now they need to couple on third [Applause] down they'll try to pick up the first through the air into the end zone and the pass is caught for a touch down and it looks as if we could be headed overtime massive score now massive decision making obviously extra point ties the football game easy peasy nice job a two-point conversion you
