AFC East battle between these two and anytime the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills go head-to-head I feel like it's always a really great game so excited to see this one this Thursday night how about you Tyler what are your initial reads on this game yeah I think this one's going to be an interest interesting one and we uh definitely have to watch the news coming up to this game with the running back spot for Miami both Devon a chain and Raheem moer Mis practiced so uh that's going to be an interesting one and you know see how it sways the lines and whatnot yeah definitely something worth watching now both of those it seemed like in their first week one matchup they were a bit limited both of those running backs and in fact listed on the injury report backtack days did not practice so definitely something to keep an eye on because to be honest Tyler that was one of the first spots I was looking was Miami Dolphins running back for a rushing yards prop against the Buffalo Bills that I think they could be a little bit prone to some runs as we saw with Kyler Murray rushing kind of all over in the first half against the Buffalo Bills in that game uh needless to say though we all the information we have right now as of taping on Tuesday afternoon is that both of those running backs are on the injury report but you know keep an eye on that as we head into things and yeah should be a good game between two pretty high-powered offenses we saw saw in week one Josh Allen put the team on his back went to work in the second half against the Arizona Cardinals wed his team to Victory from behind and it was an exciting one for the Miami Dolphins as they also picked up a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in what was a pretty electric game in that one as well so anytime these teams go head to-head it's always a fun one but should be more fun this time around the Miami Dolphins are favored I believe this is the first time they've been favored against the bills since 2021 so I don't know we'll talk about sides at the end of the show but for right now let's talk props Tyler where are you headed for your prop bet all right for my prop bet I am going with Keon Coleman over 41.5 receiving Keon Coleman OVER 41.5 Rec Yds yards our lonar projections up to 52 the consensus is at 52 he led all wide receivers on the bills with 73% of the snaps the closest to him was Mack Holland at 58% he also led the team in Targets this was was a rookie starting week one I didn't expect him to get this much of the snap share and he did from the start he is Josh Allen's number one option and his number is only 41.5 I think that's just way too low when you have a caliber uh quarterback with like Josh Allen hey those receiving yards had to go somewhere from Stefan Diggs so why not Keon Coleman especially against the Miami Dolphins uh all right so I'm going to have a kind of correlated prop here and we're going with Josh Allen over on passing yards 244 and a half now it's Josh Allen OVER 244.5 Pass Yds worth noting that Allen did suffer a bit of a hand injury in his non-throwing hand I personally don't seem to think from what I've read it's a huge factor in this one line star's projection for Allen is just over the passing yards line here at 246 he had 232 in week one but when I looked back at the contest that he's had against the Miami Dolphins he's gone over in each of the last five in fact not only has he gone over he has crushed that 2442 yards Mark he's gone over 300 passing yards in each one of those contests and I think the way the Miami Dolphins seem to play Allen is they want to force him to throw the ball make some mistakes with his arm which he is prone to from time to time so I think that's kind of the way they want to play it they Dolphins generally like to keep things pretty fast-paced so if I'm the Dolphins I also want to kind of force Allen into some passing situations also the Miami Dolphins rushing defense is actually pretty good they're 12th in Rush EPA and rushing success rate so far to start the season off so they do have some guys they put a lot of resources in this off season into improving that defense and I think that'll show up especially in the rush area when you're looking at Josh Allen so that's kind of why I'm leaning over with the passing yards in this one I just think the game script will kind of dictate that in this one the Miami Dolphin secondary is pretty good I mean they got some dudes back there but I like the over here I think that line is just a little bit low for this type of contest so over 244 and a half for me and Josh Allen and lastly we've got a pick from the props AI tool the linar apps uh best tool for the prop market and that's going to be Jaylen waddle over 63 and a half receiving Jaylen Waddle OVER 63.5 PAss Yds yards linear's projection here is 67 receiving yards for the wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins he had over a 100 in week one and last season his average per game was just over 72 receiving yards per game and now he's going up against a bills defense that they're a good defense but they're going to be without second Team all pro cornerback Taran Johnson who left the last game against the Cardinals with a forearm injury so what we saw when he left was cam Lewis fielden he did all right Demarcus Ingram third year Pro he did pretty well as well but I think it just magnifies the hole that's already been there in the middle of the field for the bills defense All Pro linebacker remember Matt Milano out inde definitely with a bicep tear so I think that could be an area that they target and if there's anyone who knows how to scheme and take advantage of you know mismatches and opportunities it's going to be Mike McDaniel and he will use the speed of those receivers to his Advantage create some mismatches the reason I'm going waddle here or I like waddle here over someone like Tyreek Hill who could very well put up over a hundred again this week I think Wadd this number is just a bit too low for what he's capable of so what is your your take on wd's receiving yards line here yeah I mean Tyreek line is like 35 uh yards higher so it's quite a bit higher here and I kind of like the idea of going with the number two option on the team that also might be without you know some starting running backs there so I think this is definitely the safer bet based on where the line is and when I looked back at Tyreek Hill and how he's done against the bills he's had a few games where he has popped for over a 100 but traditionally the bills have kind of kept him in check I think they kind of choose to take out Tyreek kill of the equation so in which case that lends itself to a nice jayen waddle game so hopefully he gets the over here for us over 63 and a half what we're going to do is throw these plays on a ticket on Underdog fantasy so waddle over 63 A2 we're going to go Keon over 41 and a half receiving yards and Josh touchdowns let's get to our touchdown calls of the game Tyler where you headed for a touchdown in this one I'm going to the same guy as my prop pick we're going a Keon Coleman plus 230 to get in the end zone look he's Bill's Keon Coleman TD Call wide receiver one he's plus 230 which is just great value this is a guy that is 6' three 213 pounds he's a big bodied Red Zone threat had 11 touchdowns in college and his main competition for Targets in the end zone is concade who had four Red Zone targets over the last eight weeks uh last year so and one week this year so I I just think the targets Are Gonna Roll to Coleman over concade and at plus 230 it's just great value yeah I like the value there and that's a huge factor in why I chose my touchdown call here given the murky situation at running back for the Miami Dolphins in this one why not kind of take a shot on one of the rookies Jaylen Wright plus 210 for a touchdown in his first pre or Jaylen Wright TD Call in one of his preseason games 55 yards in a touchdown on just 10 carries this is a guy who's incredibly efficient when he gets the ball in the preseason uh his accumulation of his total is 91 yards on 17 carries with a touchdown and averaging 5.4 yards per carry this is a guy who has insane speed which fits into this Dolphins offense perfect perfectly 4.34 or 4340 and going up against a bills defense that allowed 124 rushing yards last week in a rushing touchdown to James Connor so I like the spot here for Jaylen Wright the speedster from Tennessee who was able to do some damage against my Georgia Bulldogs when Georgia played him last year so I saw that speed firsthand I think that if he is given the opportunity he makes the most of it and makes the bills pay with that speed what do you think any thoughts on right from a fantasy perspective either is that is that a play I mean if he's playing I like it there's a lot of news that needs to come out between now and uh in then so you know we'll see one he needs to be active he wasn't active in week one so just so people know that uh but Devon aan wasn't uh active in week one last year so it's not like a new thing for rookie RBS to be inactive week one and then come out and have a good game it could Happ again yeah I'm anxious to see the uh the rookie here especially given the injuries to the running back room there uh we'll see what happens though keep an eye on things I still don't mind just taking a shot right now as it stands plus 210 not bad value for I mean if both running backs are out of this situation could be pretty good value there so that's kind of where I'm headed for my touchdown call but let us know if you've got any touchdown calls of course you know anytime we're talking about the bills and the Dolphins it's always like Josh Allen's of course a great touchdown but also you know Tyreek Hill but I just think the value there is just not that good on it I think it's minus 130 for Tyreek Hill so for me I'm like I'd rather you know take a shot on someone where I can get more bang for my buck that's that's all I'm saying with that I think a Josh Allen rushing touchdown is also minus money yeah uh there's definitely you got to down go down a little bit for plus money yeah I I mean got some good guys in this game but let's get to the game picks in this situation so the Miami Dolphins this is a home game for them they're favored by two and a half in this one but it's really been the bills who've kind of dominated this series so which way are you leading Tyler and by saying dominated this series it's like saying it lightly they Game Winner Predictions have one two three four five six wins in seven attempts vers two up MH so the bills have absolutely dominated I it's a tough game it's in Miami and I want to roll Miami I do I worry about the bills offense a little bit trying to put it all together they looked a little out of sorts yesterday but or Sunday but still got it done and that's where my struggle here I'm going to just roll with my but I I don't really like it for me Tyler I think I'm with you though a little bit on the fence like the the Miami Dolphins they've improved on defense which is where they needed to be in order to beat a team like the bills so I think they've made the improvements necessary to win this game but they just haven't yet and they haven't proven it to me so when I'm looking at the situation and the Miami Dolphins are the favorite in this one I don't I kind of got to go to the bills in this one just off of the fact that you know it's might be a little bit more uh bang for my buck on that bet with the bills having already proven it they go down there another thing to watch in this one is the bills have always been able to get pretty good pressure on Tua and when they do his passer rating drops pretty significantly so that's definitely something to watch in this one they've really been able to kind of neutralize to a as a passing threat so um I think that they've made improvements in that area but something definitely to watch especially if they're down some running backs he's down some more Targets in this one they bring the pressure um that could be something to watch but I'm leaning bills in this one for that reason anytime it's kind of a coin flip for me I kind of like to go with the underdog in that one in that scenario but it is it is kind of a pick them scenario here this is a tough one I think two and a half is probably wrong it should probably be less yeah uh so I would probably want to go with the plus money but uh if you go straight up winner I gotta say Miami yeah I mean I'm still going to go bills I think that you know the Miami Dolphins given the whole uh Tyreek arrest incident they've really rallied around him and this could be a very pivotal moment for the team to just all come together and and just go out there and ball on Thursday Night Football I'm sure that's going to be a big storyline as we head into this one too but I still I feel like the bills have always just found a way to beat the Dolphins so I'm going to stick with the bills in this one but let us know what you guys think in the comments who's coming away with the win in this one Tyler I'm still a little bit salty over my Monday night game I was really heavy on the Jets I was like I think we got this one right and uh I was wrong I was really wrong but you know what I don't even know what to say about the my Jets performance on Monday Night Football other than it was a little disheartening we had maybe one good drive for a moment I thought okay we're looking good things are going things are going great we got third Downs to Garrett Wilson we're getting it done we're getting the chains moving and oh man the second half happened it was brutal but uh hopefully we can make some improvements it is only week one so I'm trying to um you know temper my expectations I guess a little bit and not go overboard what are your thoughts on on Monday nights game and and the Jets SE prognosis we won going across country vers a very good team that has time to prepare for you I I wouldn't you know all right get too worried about that there's still a lot of time for them to actually fail see that's what I was looking for Tyler see I just needed someone to just talk me off the ledge a little bit on that one but you know it's a long season but the Jets have a pretty tough schedule they're playing the titans this week but you know what this Thursday night game will be a good good indication of how things are going to maybe settle out in the AFC East which who would have thought the Jets the only team without a win heading into week two the even the Patriots oh and look at the uh the AFC East the Steelers and and all that or sorry uh Central right um AFC North or AFC North yes thank you I was thinking baseball uh but yeah Steelers the only win there like nobody would have thought that yeah
