car boot sale purchases and travel to Malta with us to go to a health retreat !

good morning Sunday coffee time before car boot time Joe's not coming with me today oh got a spot on my lip this is going to be me Joe's mom I'm excited for that but first and foremost coffee actually the house is just filled with flowers today because we've got Roses Sweet bees more roses and sunflowers so it's beautiful anyway I'm today having my boring Blend Coffee and this was from the wonderful be be if you're there Hi um I want to also say I'm very proud of be cuz she has been doing her dancing I've been watching all the videos good job coffee a lovely blend by the way good choice so I'm back from the boot sale Joseph is been to golf I I really love this shirt on here you look so smart this is from simola I love it but Joe bless Joe he gave me some money this morning so didn't have any cash he said make sure you buy me a present so this is what I got for you a W for the bookshelf yes whoopy annual but look 1979 it smells like 1980 you got free for a five no I didn't actually got a 1981 little Christmas one I've never I actually got them I actually got them for £1 each but I thought on the bookshelf like those the colors of that all that one two three will look really cute didn't even have color back then yeah love it do you want to do the honors and put them on the bookshelf oh I like those colors H pink yeah what which book the downstairs one yeah we going to put one there are we yeah I thought the colors would look good cuz the colors you've got on there already yeah I think will match really nice with those and then I got this book foods that harm foods that heal an A to Z guide of safe healthy eating yeah see look at the colors they look so nice on yeah you got to put him in order 79 8081 cute isn't it yeah you like him the whoi annual yeah I've never heard of that before thank you do that's all right Wicked our bookcase gets bigger and bigger yeah with every boot we do I show you guys what I got for me from the boot sale I'm making pancakes cuz we've not had breakfast yet and it's quite late it's nearly 12:00 um so I'm quite hungry the pancakes are coming out very well I'm again using this pan which is one of the best things I've ever used they're buckwheat pancakes I basically put buckwheat I put almond milk a little bit of BB soda and baking powder lemon juice and one egg no sugar didn't add any sugar to it so I've made some yogurt here and I put some a little bit of it's just natural yogurt and I put a little bit of golden syrup in it I put a little bit of sweet cinnamon and then I'm going to make another little topping for the pancakes as well you'll see wait for it I'm going to start the stack with some of this yogurt on my first Pancake always start with the biggest pancake at the bottom we have some fresh berries that I've already washed blueberries um a strawberry so with the pan that I've just used I've got some flaked almonds that I'm going to crisp up and I've also got some cookie that I'm going to crush up ah it's very hot it's very hot and we're just going to toast honestly it smells absolutely Divine see I'm toasting up lovely and then the drizzle on top then I'm going to put our next stuck some more yogurt little bit more fruit little bit more of this final stack I'm going to put a little bit of something different on the top nauy sunde so on this one I'm going to put a bit of Biscoff a little bit more yogurt last strawberry final little and T guys we go away tomorrow and it is currently like 6:00 on a Sunday I haven't packed I wanted to do a little bit more red in my hair like the tiniest little bit more um a couple of foils and wash my hair so it's ready for tomorrow cuz we leave so early and I feel like I'm so I feel like I'm so far behind I haven't yet shown you what I got from the boot sale so much to do so little time so I think right now I'm going to put the foils in my hair let's plan this out put a I'm just going to put a couple of foils um to Bright en up the roots a little bit still keeping the darker root but I just want it a little bit more vibrant so a little bit of a few foils in the hair basically then I'm going to show you what I got from the boot sail and then I'm going to pack and Joe can pack his later basically we're sharing a suitcase cuz it's one of those flights that cost more than more suitcases you bring so we're like we can do it in one suitcase it's going to be hot so basically it's like light clothing 25 kg I'm pretty sure we've got this so I need to pack but I need to pack sensibly but I'll do that in a minute Joe can do his later he's downstairs painting at the moment so I said you do that you finish your painting cuz I want him to finish it cuz it's so good and I just can't wait if you guys see it so he's doing that I've come up here to do my hair get myself ready for our early takeoff foils are in now for a quick little hole of what I got from the boot sale I'm going to just try it on and show you cuz I think think that is probably the best way excuse all the mess everywhere by the way guys I've got bits and Bobs everywhere this was probably one of my favorite purchases it is like a little shorts and top combo you could wear this open you could wear it with a nicer crop top underneath or you could have it done up with like a cute bra under it this was for3 of3 for the set so like 150 for the top 150 for the bottoms good math Diane yeah I just really like this I think this is could look cool with a pair of heels or could look cool with a pair of trainers as well so that was my first purchase this cute top it's velvet it's such a beautiful color I've just put a little pair of shorts underneath and again this could be worn dressed up or kind of casual so this was 2 I think I paid for this but honestly it's so pretty and love the like lace detail and it is from I want to say Little River Island I got this top which I absolutely love I love the sleeve detail I love like the flowiness of it can't really take myself seriously with these foils in my hair but this could work nicely with a nice pair of jeans or a nice pair of like uh denim shorts see-through but I don't mind that you can just see through it a little bit I love it very cute I got this for £2 as well so and brand wise this was this was actually this is actually a little H&M number so got this top for 50p and I just love the detailing on the back I think the back's so cute yeah this was 50p and just good little summer throw on you know you can wear it with a skirt with shorts with jeans with anything really 50p so that was a bargain this here was such a good little bite this is a little onesie really comfy I'm almost contemplating this being my airport outfit tomorrow cuz it is so comfortable this one was I think Top Shop I want to say yeah top shop for £2 also also in the 50p pile but it's a little big you know for 50p Tracy said she could she could do something with it and I said okay then go on it's such a cute color I love the oranges in it and I just love the material and I love the sort of vibe of it but it is just a little bit big this one I'm not going to try on cuz I don't want to get it dirty cuz it has got white on it but this is just a good staple basic and I love this brand uh French Connection and it's just one of those you know like a shirt that has like the shirt underneath so I also got that and then this I also got as well this green skirt but it's also a little bit big is a size small H&M small but I might get Tracy to also take that in for me cuz yeah just a little bit big but I love the color and I love this kind of material for for a skirt so cute and that was like what the skirt was £2 so again I'll get it aled but I also got these pair of Levis which again I'm not going to try it on so they're like a sort of more of a tight fitting Levi I got these for £5 this was like my most expensive purchase but they are so comfortable they're a little flare they highrise yeah I really really love these Levis I love the color of them and I just love a Levi uh and last but not least I got some books obviously you saw the books I got for Joe I also got some books for when the kids come at Christmas I got a pair of bathers never been worn before how beautiful are those bathers so excited to wear them when we're away uh I just absolutely love them this love the back cut out love the front but I'm not going to try them on now but they're so nice and really really love them and I've got a jumper from my mom from where for when she comes uh to stay and this was also in the 50p section and I just thought can't go past that it's actually such a nice material it is a papaya woman's jumper but just love the color love the rolled neck and I just think she will look so good in that when she comes to stay so that's going to go in her wardrobe downstairs and that is basically all I got from the boot sale today I say basically all I got I got a lot of things and I'm I'm quite happy with the purchases so um yeah that was this week's boot sale finds I've had my shower washed my hair out started making dinner and Joe said come down and see the finished products guys it's incredible how cool is that I actually can't believe that you can do stuff like that me I don't think like I never think oh that's wicked I was telling your mom that today and she was like yeah but most talented people do that they don't think they're that good but oh my God I love how you sign it as well like it's so good I could never even dream to do anything like that it's really cool I love it honestly when we go into all those art galleries and stuff this is the kind of stuff you see and it's like worth thousands Kaboom I love it cool because we're going away tomorrow I haven't done sort of any shopping today or got anything for the week cuz in fact I want kind of clear out the fridges and stuff so I made I found like a whole heap of tomatoes I had some chicken stock in the um fridge and I made ny's soup noodle what she made when she came here to our house uh when we were on tour honestly this is the yummiest thing I have ever tried and I think Joey's going to absolutely love it as well so I've done the noodles I've done the broth it's going to be so delicious it like I've tasted the broth M we are now at the airport and guess who's coming with us Staley oh gone uh anyway we have just done checkin and we are flying with EasyJet look it wasn't hard it was quite easy to be fair it was just a big big cute and we've just realized our fly is delayed but that's fine because we were saying we're quite hungry and I want a coffee so we now have time to do both eat and drink uhoh a it's not been the best start to the holiday is it is it noticeable not at all no it's fine your face is beautiful if anyone looks down there and they're not looking at your beautiful face yeah just looking at the giant stain on my shirt from gray skies to my face eyes hopefully you imagine if we get into M an unheard of um it's an unheard of like cold snap I went to get there and go hard day in the office today and post a picture of my feet by the portal tough day at the office we absolutely scored here we've got receips ever spend so we had to wait about an hour on the car mark but I think we are officially about to take [Music] [Applause] off we've arrived in molta oh do we have a sign John child we are now on the fery cuz we got to malter got picked up drove 45 minutes got on the yeah got on this fairy which takes 20 minutes to get to goo and then we're there well we still have to drive to the place but it's a big old boat and we're off oh I'm so scared that my phone will just get knocked off it's it doesn't feel like overly hot I think cuz it's a nice breeze apparently we're just going over there I think it is which is the little island of Goo no idea what to expect no idea or something gruna Guna it's such a quick trip isn't it yeah we made it into goo and it's so beautiful I already love it right we have arrived to our Retreat I don't think I've even told you guys where where we were going or what we were doing basically I've organized a Retreat for Joe and I and we are at Amara Health retreat in goo it's an island off of Malta which is called Gozo um and this is our little Retreat um home I guess you could say it's super cute um a nice little touch they have little books here for us to write in they had our names on it um telling us to enjoy our stay we have this room which I guess is our little family room we have a nice little kitchen I love all the colors in here as well like the pinks and greens little kitchen we have our bathroom we have our room and then we also have like a little Terrace that we can sort of lay on lay out here it's quite a big Terrace actually we're going to go straight to the pool though um because at 3:00 we have why you not cuz you're going to stress aren't you at 3:00 we have appointments with the naturopath I'm actually super excited for an appointment with a naturopath we got a juice on arrival which was really nice it was like a carrot ginger some other stuff um but we're going to go by the pool now so Joe and I have just been to our little consultation does it smell smells nice does it oh yeah I know what it is um and we are already on on a second ju so basically this Retreat is they they give you like a personalized plan and treatment and it's all to do with rejuvenating your cells in your body in order to have more energy in the long run so you go through it's a health Retreat you go through loads of different questionnaires and should we go that here for point out as well God look at the lizard look at the lizard look at the lizard right there next to our bed oh it's tiny little gecko little GE so cute what was I saying yes so I went through a questionnaire Joy went through his own questionnaire and we were given little programs basically that are going to be right for our body we've just done our yoga it was really nice it was a very calm yoga class it was like breathing and yoga wasn't it yeah lots of breathing yoga my mom would have Bloody loved it uh we learned about what everyone is here for Joy what are you here for again brought you my darling a bless you but this is this is the schedule it's it's full on but we are able to go and do our own stuff as well so we are going to actually go to reception after and sort out what it is that we're going to do and sort of how we're going to work it into our day cuz um we now having dinner we've got a welcome dinner with everyone out by the pool which is quite nice so we're going to go do that actually are we I don't know where we are we had our dinner and I was just saying Joe is so much better in like social situations than me there was all these women right and they just loved Joe I could tell they loved you yeah they loved you um but it was really nice actually it was it was lovely we were like out outside by the pool and um we had Tempe which you've never had I really like Tempe which I be I thought we wouldn't have that again no no I liked Tempe I really like this place though we're just going for a little like after dinner walk and I have to say I find this place very interesting it's like so much brick work it's got a bit of like Cissy to it yeah it's like a it's like Arabic Vibes yeah mixed with like I know Arabic really so nice yes oh my god I've just seen like rows and rows of some well not rows and rows but quite a lot of sunflowers so pretty you look so smart in your little shirt garden over here as well and at one point Joe was like there's something moving over there and what did what did your first thought go to uh zombie my first thought went to like a hyena hyena why I was like there's a hyen I thought there's there's some sort of hyena in there and did you see me go up the stairs I also told you that sponge jump can you believe it we got here yeah you did tell me that that there's a big crane thing over there and he's like oh my God there's a bungee jump here and I was like no way that was a part of it bit of B bungee here's our ride for the night my lady thank you very much treat me to U that is gorgeous that one's my favorite one cuz it's green builds you and the buildings so we've come to this little uh Village is what they call over here it's called Victoria however the shop that we we need we passed in the Uber and me and Jo was those kind of people that are like oh it'll be fine we'll just walk there but thinking about it my God the swallows I thought who oh look there's Dr juice you go up the stairs yeah um I might have to get the dis pass that now had us last time when we were in yes I remember with my mom and dad yeah some things never change Mark smell like popcorn oh popcorn popping in there smells good oh it smells like a movie theater is it a movie theater yeah Cinema oh my God it is we walked all the way up to this big old castle but the thing is we don't know what it is oh don't know no no no [ __ ] no no no what dogs do and they scrap behind them yeah cats always scrap behind him try and cover it I feel bad staring anim in the eyes when it's trying to do a poo yeah I wonder if it affects them oh no they just walk off from it here Weg wonder what's over here yeah I do not know what this big Fort is whoa that's so beautiful how pretty is that wow this is so cool just everywhere you look there's something so pretty I've just asked where the toilet is the toilets are here but look how long the corridor is to get down and I'm like no I'm not going down there like it's so far down I'm sorry but no not for me no no no no no coming back and that concludes our first day in Amara Retreat give us a wave Joe above the butterfly You' actually ended a vlog I know I can't believe I can't believe who am I I'm I'm a girl at a retreat that's what I am I did also try and get a coffee and sod's law because I ordered it he hadn't made it yet but he's like oh cash only we didn't have any cash so what I was actually being a bit naughty because you're not allowed coffee here it's not that you're not allowed yeah it's making it sound like we're like start yeah not like that at all it's not strict especially for me cuz my thing is like more about the nutritional stuff so we're eating lots of foods that are like Whole Foods aren't they like yeah all very natural all very unprocessed foods like tonight's dinner was beautiful actually but they even said if we go out and we do other things they can give us recommendations for um what restaurants they think are good and stuff like that so um tomorrow we might go to a beach um it's going to be wind de tomorrow but the lovely cab driver that we had on the way home told us that there's a Southern Beach that won't be as windy so we might look at going there should we look in should we look it up actually yeah
