COME ON A LONG HAUL FLIGHT with us on Singapore airlines! AD

hello everyone I literally have just got back from T and I've unpacked and I've packed again and we're off Joe and I are leaving for George Australia a very way far in place away indeed I might need your help in just getting down my suitcase on passort I have got I just double did a double check of me passport passport W and do you know what makes me laugh Joe and I are like little matching airport buddy friends today we both have our green hats on and now and our Adidas Stripes I did Joe the one that makes a lot of noise so traveling with Joe is always quite interesting because he is the most nervous traveler I think I've ever come across he likes to get to the airport very very early we're leaving at 4:25 and our flight is not till 8 something tonight M25 there'll be I guarantee there'll be traffic oh I guarantee you there'll be traffic that's what you sound like M25 next best thing I guarantee you there'll be traffic the next best thing is try fit that into the car he doesn't think that our cases will fit into the car either anyway today we are flying with Singapore Airlines and I have I have actually flowing with Singapore Airlines before and I love them but we haven't flown with them for a while have you ever flown with Singapore Airlines uh no exited ooh so this is Joe's first time flying with Singapore Airlines which is very exciting usually we would go from Gatwick airport but we are going from London Heath R because the Gatwick to Singapore is not yet open but I believe in August if I'm wrong in saying it's August I will update you on here but it's the flight from Gatwick to Singapore is about to happen so um look out for those if you are in the Gatwick area and you prefer to take the gwick flight from gwick to Singapore you can very very soon unfortunately just today we can't because it's not um available yet so we are heading to Heathrow Airport to get on a Singapore flight to go Singapore Singapore Perth so I'm very very excited and uh of course I'll show you how we get on with our Singapore Airline flight how you doing Joey good what do you think you think you'll the car the luggage will fit two of us I think it should be might Cas tight right you just leaving it here for now that's a nice one yeah he's doing his uh his little running around the house and getting things ready to be fair I should be doing that as well but I find it funny watching him everything trip check everything's locked secured alarmed you name it it's all search ready there get a car lock got to locked out the house all right I'm getting in the car how early are we Joe 2 hours we're more than 2 hours aren we no cuz we bored at we bored at like 8 it's half 5 we're here quite early around the airport no it's true and I do want to have a little look at little shops check out the lounge and we already have our boarding pass cuz we did all that online so actually we're pretty sorted yeah we just got to go through now go through security and we there back drop oh yeah backdrop true backdrop Terminal 2 the Queen's terminal off we go we've just been through dropped our bags off and we're now heading through security unfortunately the Singapore Airlines Lounge is actually not up and running at ha thr at the moment they're trying hard to sort it out was very lovely uh but we have other options to go to so we're going to go to a different Lounge which is not the Singapore Airline Li's Lounge so we spent a little bit of time in the Lou no it's not yeah it's saying g to g really yeah genuine oh but it's not taking off another God knows how long yeah we still got ages we'll make our way to there go gate b42 b42 uh we had a little bit of time in the lounge we had a little drink and we are now off to our gate in our usual Joe and Diane style we've been here since the bloody cracker Dawn and now we feel like we're rushing and we're late because it says go to gate doesn't say boarding yeah it says go to gate and we are about 15 minute walk away from the gate also say 50 minute walk but that's like that's a slow pace exactly like in a diam pace it's PR F also I bought from wh Smith's little Roman and and Sophia a little gift for when we see them tomorrow morning actually well I say tomorrow morning not tomorrow morning technically is well no two two mornings yeah their not tomorrow their next day very confusing when you go to Australia because yeah you miss and lose a day a day of your life is spent traveling exactly there she is in all her glory she's um she's a big one she is a real big one she's a big double deck of plane I haven't been on a Double Decker plane for a very long time and there's Joey doing the same thing as me videoing the plane can't believe how big it is why does that look bigger than any plane I've ever seen that's what that's what I was just saying I was like I haven't been I haven't been on a Double Decker plane for a very long time yeah that's big yeah here we go we're on the tarmac is this called the tarmac this is the I don't know there's a word for it I'm not in shock you are in Shock it is a big old plane yeah I think we're on I think we're on top deck lovely seats aren't they sweet you got little room here yeah they're so spacious what this I haven't flown into the Singapore Airlines for contactless got contact so what have we got here a big a very big screen um um we have a very comfortable seat with lots of leg room feel like this is one of the biggest ones I've ever been in yeah leg you sleep on the angled angle ah you sleep on like yeah it's really nice isn't it we got some slippers got push for T ooh okay put that back in for now what is that oh headphones headphones I'm looking forward to seeing what we have in the menu yeah so lovely so much space orang um I'll go for the B yes please yeah oh Bellini bellini is orange juice and champagne oh yeah should we have a little champagne should yeah go on then go on then let's treat ourselves oh I'm well I'm well impressed you friend before right not beinging business but I've flown it I've flown Singapore Airlines a lot in economy and that's why I was like it's really good it's very spacious it's the most spacious one I think we've ever had I was just greeted with a little Bellini so now Joe and I both have a little Bellini cheers M that's very nice actually do you know that's the first drink I've had since like before T really I didn't have a single drink on Tu that's just having a look at the menu here are the chefs oh ooh oh that that sounds like a bit of Nancy vegetarian rice noodles uh we have what have we got it's quite a big old menu Isn't it cocktail okay so they're going to ask me for a drink in a minute I want to have a look at mocktails I'd like to get a mocktail I think I'm going to go for a bloody mary it would be such a beautiful view tonight yeah shame to thehead compartment I think there is because we're upstairs I don't think there is the bed she over the headrest recline the seat into to complete the bed thank you for flying with Singapore there oh yeah they see in flight entertainment before we take off I'm going to have a little look and uh see which movie I'm going to watch but there's Wi-Fi on plane which is good no it's not good well if you need it it's good movies that's what we want I have been so long since I've watched a movie Finding Dory I kind of want to watch that new Rouge Frozen two I got a Virgin Mary a virgin Bloody Mary cheers oh my God that's so good isn't that good thank you that's yeah that's plenty pepper salt and pepper yeah thank you the first thing that's come is a little chicken sé which looks does look very good I guess you eat it with your fingers yeah stick little sticks should we try yeah so here we [Music] our I've made a mess already M she very good chicken it's really good oh the little white tablecloth is out and it is now time for what is this this is appetizer now which also looks lovely thank you any wies uh no thank you banini and um what do you call this hamam Palmer ham ready for pudding you say F I do love a ro Andy Bowl dinner is served we have the roast chicken uh peas carrot and potato it's like a proper sundae roast I'm also watching a movie it's meant to be a thriller I'm not sure on it just yet and now to finish off we have some fruit we have lemon jello I don't know what this is I think it's like a s Bay oh thank you and then chees and crackers or Els it's a lot poison right what's this lemon cello oh it's ice cream Joe so B it's so B that that is such nice lemon cello that's amazing what a selection of goodies oh wow I'm now going to make my bed and have a good rest I've just ordered a rubos tea and I'm so so so tired that I think I'm going to sleep probably 10 hours I hope I sleep 10 hours I'll let you know hour go but I'm going to make my bed first you get given a nice little sheet oh my God Joe's already made his how did you do that Joe we've got like a little a little cobby house it's so cozy on here anyway guys I'm going to speak to you when probably when we have breakfast next I'm going to get some rest good night guys I'll speak to you when I wake up good morning morning you're saying we're so lucky cuz we got this [Music] little double bed situation yeah if you were a stranger it be really awkward well I don't think we'd have the barrier down would we no I know that means that we don't have to sleep a different angle yeah felt like I felt like I had so much room you slept 7 hours we slept yeah well that's true we did sleep 7 hours now they they're serving lunch but Joe and I we're not really feeling lunch are we I want to wait till we get Singapore l I'd rather wait till we get to Singapore l as well so I'm going to have a nice coffee now instead a coffee and maybe what about a little hot drink and a biscuit okay I'm going to have a coffee we're coming in for landing was really concentrating on that on that flight path we've got 18 minutes left and I think we have 2 hours at the airport before our next connecting flight to Perth so hopefully we get to go and have a look at one of the Singapore Airlines lounges but Singapore is such a good airport that I kind of want to have a little look around rather than go straight to the lounge um but we'll see we'll see how long we have and how I definitely want to look at the lounge as well so we'll probably do both and we're made it to Singapore it's so warm it's 35° out there beautiful sun's out as well yeah we got get our pay on yeah Jo means businessing this airport is very cool in Singapore I mean we don't I wish we actually had a longer stop over because we do on the way back do we yeah I think so cuz there's a butterfly garden I really want to go have a look at there's a bit where you leave you can leave the airport essentially and go to um leave the airport and go to another part of the airport that has all the fun stuff in like cool stuff so many shops I love it Lego Store we will get a little moment in the lounge before we take off again and yes there is some beautiful shocks down there but I don't need to buy anything oh I can already smell the food in that Lounge smells lovely nose might I was going to say did you use your strips Joe bought some little strips to put on his nose because he gets worried that he can't breathe on a plane technically for us it's kind of breakfast time so I wouldn't mind something breakfasty but I don't really know if there will be any kind of breakfast stuff here cuz it's 4:00 in Singapore at the moment so we'll see wow this Lounge is so nice well I just I just feel like yogurt or maybe just some fruit okay selection of fruits [Music] sandwiches salads ice cream and a tub oh my God that has sticky rice in it what bless them they're going to get me some plain yogurt because it's like I feel like it's breakfast time I don't really feel like anything too heavy um so she's going to get me some plain yogurt bless them so lovely so I've got my yogurt that she kindly got for me I really wanted try this just a little tester of this ice cream apparently it's got rice in it some fruit a piece of toast and I've never seen these before peanut butter peanut butter have you seen that he goes he's um looking at Nutella or something and he goes peanut butter you seen it peanut butter no it's so funny I need to show you it uh they're very good and then Joe just went for a slice of toast come on toast still nothing yet I opted for little cup of tea but look at the tea bag look at the quality of that tea bag it's like cloth touching cloth and the taste of the tea is absolutely mag bloody nificent delicioso that is the biggest coffee shop I have ever seen in my life like sell it coffee can you not smell it I just have to walk in 2 seconds oh my God I need to buy just something from [Music] here it's our last call Joe is walking so fast and I'm a fast Walker I literally cannot keep up they're not going to go without us don't worry oh I think that's our plane joke now look it's moving night in Singapore I wouldn't mind that you know and flight number two this is a little bit different stra oh we can't see each other we can't see each other in this one as much but it's still really comfortable and the fact you can put your legs out straight and make this into a bed is brilliant this flight I feel like is only does it say how many hours hour oh my God 4 hours and 35 it's like nothing wow it's a really really quick flight and then we're in Perth that's going from from London Singapore Singapore Perth is actually such a better way of doing it than any other way that I've done before because this is such a quick flight and then we're there love that inflate the life vest by pulling the red TS are flowing into the mouth life fests are available for children question is what do I watch H let's have a look I also just realized my TV was on kids mode so I was like why is it just kids movies I was on kids mode Joe just got a Singapore Sling when in Singapore you must have a Singapore Sling however I got the Virgin Mary I got this on the the first flight and it was so good so she to my second Virgin Mary M Lush a look what Joe just made me okay so second flight first meal of the day and we've got a marinated prawn I actually got a little glass of red some sparkling water let's try this red there were three options and I went for this one actually Joe really wanted it but his lady already went past he like can you get you red so I'm going to have SI let's try it m very nice indeed I'm also watching a Disney baking program so it's like a kids show and I've been watching it for like the last 2 hours it's really insane me guys and I got the steamed fish with B yummy and then we finish off with some cheese fruit and ice cream so I did the bad thing of looking at the inlight shopping and I bought some stuff I bought some presents and I bought myself a little treat so um I'll show you what I got I bought some coffee for my brother it's um coffee bag taster buta coffee offers exquisitly roasted 100% Arabica coffees from every producing country in the world these s sachet were espcially conceived to allow the full Aroma of each handpicked coffee to produce juce a perfectly balanced cup so I got one for my brother and one for my mom and dad also got my dad a little present for finishing his chemo I got him a lovely little watch so that's a nice little treat for him M this look amazing I got a golden sleeping mask so you put it on before you go to sleep or something and leave it on all night and then I guess you wash it off in the morning but it sounded amazing and this is what I'm very excited about I got it's called a talika um it's called genius eyes it's first lead Beauty eye mask so um it's an infrared light technology I'm going to try it now I've got to go into it give us a wave Joe and just like that we are almost in per it's so crazy how far away I live from my family when you think it's just a flight away but it is it is quite a mission but I have to say I loved my experience on Singapore Airlines it was so comfortable the food was good especially the first flight was so big the the plane so much space um especially if you're traveling with a partner you have like this whole middle section that just opens up like a double bed so that was really nice um yeah it was just a really nice experience so I'm going to leave the Vlog there and uh give it a 10 out of 10 thank you Singapore Airlines it has been a real
