a week in my life ! rehearsals ,baking, new furniture and more

good morning everyone I thought I would start a vlog it is a Tuesday Morning look at my my eye makeup I did take it off but there's still always a little bit of a remain when I what last night when I slept I must have slept with like my hair over my face and squished F cuz I woke up this morning with like stuff I was just like anyway it's a Tuesday morning I did rehearse yesterday in London um and I will go today to London to rehearse as well but I thought I'd just take you along show you what a typical day is like or week is like at rehearsal this week's a very exciting one actually because on Friday we get to meet all the celebrities and everyone always ask me D who do you know who you got yet I know you can't tell us I'm like I don't know I genuinely don't know when you guys find out who the celebrities are that's when us Pros find out as well so whenever we get asked I think people think I'm lying saying that I don't know genuinely have no idea put your here is better lighting I've got the red light therapy on at the moment I'm in my sauna I'm starting the morning off with a lovely sauna session I'm going to do ice bath then I'm going to get ready to go in to London um I don't start till 11:30 today actually normally we start at 9:00 so I'm like leaving super early but this week's going to be a busy one I've got lots to do this week but anyway for now I'm just enjoying a little little sauna session and then I'm going to do a bit of recovery for the muscles in the ice bath which normally I would do when I get home but last night Joe wasn't feeling very well so I went and got him some soup made him some soup got him some bread and uh looked after Joe last night so I'm now doing it all in the morning anyway this is the new Vlog enjoy taada I just did the Ice I videoed it portrait way so not YouTube boy but you can see by how red my skin is I just in the ice such a good way to start the morning it's a rehearsal this is how we start every morning [Music] come on don't be shy I need you to hold me tonight it's so good it's good so veto has been working on his voice but you can you can really tell it's so good g g it's good go I've become red you become red like your hair so we are now filming a little Tik Tok before we leave because this is what we do yes uh you know the day doesn't end when the day ends it ends once we've done a Tik Tok exactly the day ends after we have done the Tik Tok exactly yes so we're going to do one now yes yes sure that we do good morning everyone excuse the state of me I've literally just done a session and an ice Spath look my hair's got a bit wet and it's run all over my shirt standard um so this is this is how I look enjoy it uh but I am I woke up early I woke up at 6:00 to do my sauna do my ice bath uh cuz I'm trying to get fit that in once a day because it's really makes my body feel good so I've done that tick um I now about to make Amy's birthday cake it is 700 a.m. but I need to get it done because her birthday is actually on Saturday but I'm going to give her the cake on Friday therefore I couldn't make it on last weekend cuz I didn't want to freeze it I wanted it to be like fresh anyway long story short I'm making it this morning I don't start the rehearsal till 12:00 today which is amazing so I do have a bit of time um and I thought I'm going to use this time to make the cake now I am making a um what am I making I'm making a tea flavored cake so a PJ tips flavored cake in the shape of a cup of tea how amazing is that so I need to get started had a little costume change look at me I'm having my smoothie I always get the blueberry around my mouth I mean used to dress like this when I was a child stripes and leopard anyway I'm going to make my cake now 100 m h no that's definitely more than 100 Ms just 100 G half a cup of so raisin flour 50 g would be half a half a cup because if a half a cup was 100 G then half of a half is 50 right am I right am right so that should be all of the stuff that we need to fold inen here this has falling offly gosh this has 250 g of grated beetroot so that's a bit weird wonder what this beetroot does to the cake let's try that and the tea mix where's that here wow oh my God this cake mix is going to be amazing now that's going to be like my teacup that's a perfect size go it's pouring out 170 for 50 minutes to 1 hour okay done well it's in the oven let's hope for the best and just have a look at that M now I need to clean up brilliant okay my cakes there was a little incident I filled up the uh cake oh wow I love it feels really spongy filled up up the tin way too much caused a little bit of a poo on the bottom um but nevertheless they have cooked I think little bit burn on the top there I just need to do the little my God it looks so good though with all this baking I do you would think I have a one of those sticks that you put into the cakes but I actually don't they're perfect by the way so they're going to come out and cool down I'm super super happy with them apart from my I need my big oven mitt once again my last cake I made didn't look good from the outside either but I genuinely do feel like they're going to be a good cake good morning guys I'm just awake early today I've got a busy day ahead it's currently 6:00 a.m. I have made my coffee I'm going to sit and drink that in peace and then I am going to the dentist 7:30 a.m. appointment at the dentist get these nashes sorted out and then I've got to get it the train into London start rehearsal at 9: but I'm not sure if I'll make 9 but I have told them that uh and then I've got an appointment my cryo session after that and then I'll be home later on tonight so a busy busy day oh and I've got to get am cake done I started the process last night turns out it's not as easy as making the chili cake uh so I feel like this one is going to be a little harder and I'm just worried that I'm just worried I'm worried about this one this one may look a little bit like children's Bake Off not not to say children's Bake Off is not good but you know what I mean so yeah we'll see how we go but that's the situation for today busy one I'm in I'm out also you would have seen by now but Joe's made me the most beautiful piece of art I'm actually obsessed with it it's a UNO card but it says love you more than it and that's what I say to my parents every time I call them he made it for me yesterday how amazing is that I actually love it I am currently in Brighton it is 7:16 a.m. I'm a little early for my appointment but I didn't want to be late so I'd rather be early I can hear the seagulls I can see the beach from where I am which is pretty cool about to go have a dentist appointment and then race back to the station and get in to London morning everyone it is a Friday and I've just woke up it's currently 6:00 a.m. and I need to get Amy's cake done today because I need to take it in today and I have started it already but it's not going well so I thought I need to wake up early to try and get this cake done so I'm going to just put you here and let's try get this cake done I really want it to work out for Amy okay let's go [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] the actual teacup is just not working save the point see all that way my dilemma is do I go to the shop basically my cake didn't work do I go to the shop and just buy it cake and decorate it myself I've put another cake in the oven but I just don't know if it's going to be good enough I think my best option is just to run to the shop now and I think that's what I'm going to do this is stressful I'm back I'm back I bought cakes I'm [Music] back okay let's put that to the side we need two take some of the cream off [Music] that go like [Music] that why I didn't do that in the first place I do not know now time to roll my icing bought new fondant I'm much more happy about this isn't a slight War but that's okay thing let's put some pink in it [Music] C no it's not how I expected it to go it's [Music] okay absolutely fine love that kind of teac perfect does not look like a teacup I have never seen this what is going on what have you done it looks really good though does it it really looks good I need to try and somehow get that to shape like like a COR it's so good is it yeah that's a big cup of tea Jesus it's really good I just can I get your help to try I don't think so put this in I had to go to the shop this morning did [Applause] you genuinely I'm actually very impressed I'm genuinely impressed right it is currently like nearly 12 and I feel like I could go to sleep I feel like I didn't sleep last night because I was thinking so much about this cake and I was just stressing about it sorry I have my um invis line in and there new set as well I'm still getting used to them and I'm absolutely exhausted now but it was a Friday so that's a good thing but yeah I'm I'm like bloodshot in the eye I've really uh I hope pay me likes the cake I'll show you the finished product because I really I was stressed that much I don't even know I think my head was cut off half the filming don't know what I filmed it's like a lot of footage there but we made it in the end and I'm I'm kind kind of happy with the cake it's not it's not amazing but it's cute then it's the thought that counts right right is the finished product I've written Amy da on there I really need to get better at my little my cake boards cuz the cakeboard is pretty but that is actually a lot cuter than I thought it would turn out so I'm I'm happy with that and Little Tim Taman as Jo calls it on the side uh but now I've got to do that thing where I transport it all the way to London so good luck to me me and the traveling cake yet again way I don't really get Ubers that much anymore but are they just taking longer and longer or is there less Ubers around cuz it took so long to number one get one on the little app I only saw one Uber in like the whole massive area anyway thought that was interesting oh three wishes happy birthday our Amy make a wish [Applause] [Music] y here we go who wants the first piece piz here we are me okay give the everyone it is Saturday Saturday I want to say Saturday Saturday Saturday very excited exciting stuff which means I have a day off and I'm going to make some pancakes standard procedure on a Saturday but I'm going to use this pancake mix excuse me to test it out because when my brothers come they're both gluten free and these are gluten-free ones and I just got this from TK Max so I'm going to have a little try it apparently they're organic pan it's an organic pancake mix one liter of milk hang on wait add milk and oil to the pancake mix 18 MLS 1 liter of milk but how much is a liter no that can not be right any way I think I can figure this out is if I was to divide it by four so what's four divided by 25 6 12 18 let's just say six so it make six pancakes and what I'll do is what's 1 liter divided by 4 it would be half a point point it would be half a point because if one point oh my God yeah so I would put 100 G of this to a half a pint of milk and then the oil 20 30 40 20 MLS of oil if this is good and right then this is good and right oh my God hang on worked different style today I kind of went for like a little wrapped look M well done D my pancakes were a hit guys I'm now ready cuz we're going to go to BN M I think not b and q b& m uh just to get a few little bits from there and then come back and I want to go through all the stuff that's in the Attic cuz we are actually going to be doing a boot sale a car boot sale and I need to get all my stuff ready for the car boot sale there's a lot of things that needs to go and a lot of it I put in the Attic so that's my job for today but first first B&M apple tree update we have 1 two 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 13 apples or maybe more 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 wao that one's massive that one's the biggest one so far look at that that's amazing incredible oh no I tried out that stuff I put on my lips on my cheeks and Joe's like no don't do it again Joe and I have just been down again to our local little Bakery and fruit and Ved shop and well we didn't actually go to the fruit and Ved shop but coffee shop go either no we didn't go to The Butchers but do you know what I love about local little shops have a little thing of what what did you notice then that was just like very humbling yeah I'm talking to you um well these guys weren't there I know it's like unique St it's not mass produced sh he added it all up on a piece of paper and a pen rather than using like a till and I love that didn't you also I just bought something from a shop well actually Joe found it and said dot look at this chair and we're going to go pick it up a bit later and I love it taada oh my God I love it it is so cool it's different isn't it it's similar to the um I mean considering the one you were looking at you like the look of that is so cool I actually love it I don't mind it next to that I knew you'd say that it's so different I mean it is so different what if it's on this side so you don't actually put so they're not together or if if it's here would you ever have anyone sat there it's still just cooland this I don't think should go here to be honest I don't think so what about if we try it there yeah it is it is very cool I really really like it for the price yeah so we got this the one I was looking at was nearly well 2,000 originally 3 yeah this one got for 350 and it's like an old chairul yeah H it's a bit weird there sticks out too much we never actually sat in it no we didn't his chair is it I think so that's not me do I reckon this side you really fall off it do you I it's definitely like a chair for show let me try no it's not but oh yeah you you actually do slide off it no it's actually comfy yeah it's a good quality it's a good quality chair is the same proba quality as Timothy Alton one but just for a fraction of the price yeah and this kind of what I like about it is that it's it's real um sheep skin but it's also um wood like a nice wood we've gone for the chair being put here however we're still not sure because we have this kind of coloring and then we have this which is a little bit different of color um so Joe's not so Keen however I like it my personal thought is but like I know what you mean but I I don't mind it too much fluff I don't mind it because as you walk in here you don't you don't see it at all you like whoa I don't think so it does make it does it makes it feel soft which is nice yeah but it's um makes that little bit feel really cozy like this is like a proper little Cove now like a proper little oh I'm going to sit here and have a coffee you know what I mean regardless we do need cuz a lot of people sit here I know there's a couple of chair like it Mak make it look cluttered but we do need like a chair here and a chair there because the amount of time people just gravitate towards this area and sit here yeah it is it is a little it is a little seat in there done in table no never which is good cuz I don't want those chairs ruined are you going to put the TV on the wall o oi we've been having the TV on the floor for a few nights now actually since last weekend no since when was it Sunday Saturday when did you get the TV still got the plastic cover on it too manys so before we went to pick up the chair I have been clearing out my wardrobes and I need to go and continue with that cuz I want to finish that today and put that to bed and I've I have cleared out a fair bit however I still have so much stuff like I don't understand how I just have so much stuff and Joe I feel like you need to do the same that do a little like be really ruthless and be like yes I'm going to keep that yeah should we do it this afternoon yeah I just love this so much this chair is just everything how cute is that so cozy I'm now going to go and do a little sauna session and then I think after that it'll be time to make dinner um I did clean my car out didn't wash the car but cleaned it out and that's really all I've done I do love though a good old clean clear out there's nothing quite like it is there um but yeah felt good felt real good it's so fogy outside morning cherubs I eat got up at 5:30 made my coffee went back to bed um and me and Joe were going to go to the beach this morning but it was so um foggy that we thought now but the sun has come out now I've just made my smoothie Joy's actually gone for a run and I would have loved to have gone with him but with all my dancing I'm like no let's be sensible I'll be sore tomorrow if I do that so I didn't so I'm just sat here enjoying a bit of sunshine with a pimple patch on my head having my blueberry smoothie all is good today's agenda I do want to go back to that little furniture shop and get another piece that we saw yesterday that I really liked so we may do that I'm still unsure about my chair and the positioning of it so I'm going to do a little tidy of the house going to do some washing put some washing on and kind of just feel where that chair should go it's so funny when you get something new for the house like really is all about the fun s and actually that's something I wanted to ask you guys is there anyone you know that is good at like coming to check the House's fun cuz I'd love to get the house checked out just to see if the fun I have to say like that as well is um is good so let me know if you know of anyone that does that uh also I think that's all I wanted to say for now I'm going to enjoy me breakfast in the sunshine but Day always important uh and then uh I'll speak to you in a bit I did tell you today that we were going to go back to that furniture store well we're going to have a look we're going to have a look the road's currently blocked off so it might not even be available can I treat you to a drink uh no you can't actually do you not want one wait till we get home I'm so thirsty we went to the garden center and I bought an arrangement I would say have a peach but it'll get I've never had a peach I literally I not got messy yeah some fruit some stone fruit peaches are better than nectarin got hard flesh where a Peach has got more soft flesh I'm definitely more of a nectarine girl than a peach what are you are you a nectarine or are you a peach the the peach for me I just can't go past that furry the furry outside not for me although I like the inside taste there was something in this shop yesterday that we saw and we liked and we are very much considering getting it so home let's have a look August is the month of Home decoy yeah I think so we did it I'll show you when we get into the house but yep bought it and I also bought a pair of pants as well so this is what we ended up getting it is a harro's vintage like a little vintage har box that goes on this little stand and we're thinking of putting it here um but we're just going to see now Jo's going to put it to the to the test there was like um drinks and sort of glasses and stuff which I think we could put still on there yeah but those ones were just they weren't My Vibe yeah there was it came kind of not came with it you had to buy glasses you had to buy them separately but what's baby sham exactly anyone under the a certain age doesn't know what baby sham even is no I had no idea it's so hot today we are actually going to go and get a drink as well and go in the garden and have one drink together in the garden I regret buying these do are yeah well they were very your old house this in my old flat but even then I was like why I buy these we could put them in the spare room I reckon downstair spare room could look nice yeah I think so I don't think they're right for there I know the Reds in the yellow those the oranges I do like them oh that's cute I love [Music] it it doesn't just rest on it yeah just rest there needs to be Central into the picture right that yeah nice one but I still think we could put the Pot near it on the side of it in there yeah oh jimy cricket and you can move it over slightly you could still move it over this way a little bit and if you sit here is it it's quite nice gravy please gravy please it's cute yeah I like that find some nice little glasses and a couple of like nice we have a fur back to what was there definitely put like drinks on there and stuff yeah I like like it very nice yeah well done we are currently at Zoe and alie's about to do portraits of each other and everyone seems very serious about this and they s they sound like they've done their research however have not done any research everyone's taking pictures of each other as well just to get a good Joe am I meant to take a picture of you yeah really Che work from a photo I did really okay unless I'm going to end the Vlog here and just show you that was my finished product and that was Joe's happy with those I really like mine you know Joe yeah I'm very impress I really wanted to do more of it I said that it was going to be my last part of
