hello everybody and welcome on back to baseball here on youtube.com/ Shan andaur Rex my name is Sean and today we are wrapping up a series against the St Louis Cardinals before we get a nice restful day off and then we will have a uh niname home stand in 10 days I think there's a Monday off in there somewhere where we will face uh the Padre's for two the Rangers for four and then the Yankees for three before heading on a quick road trip to face the Texas Rangers again the Houston Astros One Last Time another day off and then we'll be back in Seattle for the Oakland Athletics so we'll have four more off days before the playoffs start and that is uh kind of where we're sitting we are 115 and 28 so we can wrap up a tie of the 116 game Mark set by the Mariners and I want to say the Red Sox away long time ago um which was like the last time the Mariners were good and weirdly enough ging griffy Jr not on that team anyway Bryce Miller 8 and 3 with a 225 erra taking on Kyle Gibson 9-9 with a 521 erra I really like the way that yesterday's game got played we felt like I felt like we were in a really nice Flow State um we were took a lot of walks or we drew a lot of walks we had a couple of strikeouts here and there but it wasn't terrible um and we're going to just kind of see what we can do today we have a right-handed pitcher so we can Tinker with this lineup a little bit it might get a little funky I needed to manage it better probably in the the uh um the Oakland series but it's okay so we've been having some funky lineups lately and that hasn't really deterred us too much it feels um let's see palano we want to swap with Ras because roas is second base okay which means palano as much as I love him we're going to give him a day off we will put who do we want there we'll leave that there for the moment France is going to be there for sure Ry actually RA in the Five Spot Ty France Cal Raleigh let's go col one Lefty Roos I don't know if I want a triple well no the triple Lefty should be fine Dylan Moore is kind of attempting throw right there palano is the one guy that we need to figure out here well and the question would be panig 71 arm 51 arm I like the speed we'll go ahead and DH Marlo I'm going to throw Marlo in the three spot actually I'm going to throw him in the two and I'm going to throw Crawford in the three and then France orus Roos yeah I think that's okay it's it's a funky lineup a lot of cold hitters that's kind of been the theme lately but I don't think that's I don't think that's a terrible lineup we'll see what we can do here and here so you know you look at the numbers they haven't been great at home I'm sure he wants to turn that around Fame difficulty Sinker at 94 a cutter at 91 a slurve at 84 a circle change at 88 and a for seam at 90 Circle change that's so we're leading off with a little bit of speed here we have a couple of speedier guys in the top three spots or the top two spots and then we have Crawford in the three that's fine pretty nice slurve right there and another good take on a sinker outside swing and this one the ground he wants over to Goldie one up one down the last time we had Che Mar line a game of the week I think it was that Angel game where things got weird Ty France boo his batting averages On The Rise right now he's hitting over 350 over the last 10 ball games and you can see the confidence that he's carrying around just watching him walk to the plate Kade Marlo up next for the Mariners that misses ball one counts one and0 one out base is empty two balls no strikes to count just missed I like it I like it I saw it I just didn't trust it one down Bas is thats the Z and it's I think that's kind of how we started in yesterday's game too a couple of pitches outside and a weak piece of contact there we draw a walk that's what we're looking for good job Marlo let's go TNS looking to wrap up the central Crawford up next for the Mariners I think a lot of these divisions are going to be wrapped up in not too long I the only one might be the NL Central unless the East is closer than I realize and maybe the Rays facing the Orioles made that closer I don't knowl kind of makes you wonder why I said it it is a little surprising but it is kind of the same the same thing that we've had over the last couple of years that I've been doing this um Dodgers typically wrap it up very early and twins in this game in this series tend to wrap it up early okay that's all right it's a bad swing that leads to a double play That's All Right still a better start than we've had in the past so I do feel like our double plays have been way down as Bryce Miller comes on I don't like that Bryce Miller getting the start today doesn't come on the M um yeah I this game just loves this series the show loves the Minnesota Twins especially over the last couple of years and the Dodgers obviously very good for the last couple of years usually like half of the divisions are kind of wrapped up kind of early there's a breaking B that drops in there and that's through there for a strike oh fights it off he'll see another P it away2 this one in the air center field CL not worth the DI not worth the dive was uh that was not great Z that lead first base on the ground could be two feed to Second that's one on the first we go the play and then from there completing it back to First really good job all the way around now it's the right fielder Lars NB two for seven in the series so far for strike one strike Corner this guy at the dish excels in two strike counts got to be Excel at that striking out and going and taking a seat St Louis on the about that huh score second inning set to go now the Mariners catcher caly and the pitch that's that's fine that's fine cutter is his second if Hees it he not going to swing that early in the Johnson but I'd ask permission first before I called him [Applause] that that that's an abismal strike thereit youou so he went cutter cutter Sinker one of STS in the wi as he had three hits and first off ring is fouled off slow down second inning here no score Gibson's pitching a little bit better than they did yesterday back ourway and that's out of play just throwing a lot of stuff in the zone one down Bas is EMP that Z there we now one and two okay that's all right they were early on it unsurprisingly on the ground whips it to first on the run two up two down just an outstanding play going up the middle right there and the exchange to get the throw off the first just shows you why he's one of the best short stops around so smooth yet so quick at the same time and any slower and those Wheels Burning Down the first Bine are going to turn that into an infield hit the one foul out of I mean he's leaving some sinkers up but he's he's missing in the zone and we're I'm too committed to the low part ball that's a bad swing think the cutter sneakily gives me a lot of trouble and that's off the Inside Edge and the Count's full the pitch got me with a God damn it how do you not like the call it's down the heart of the plate no score and welcome back to the ballark we head to the bottom of the second now Nolan arado that one that that was a two seam I did not want to throw that pitch I wanted to throw the slider I just hit the wrong button the pitch and a foul ball hope one of that slider a little more out and that's downed away it's a good take headed down the line and that will drop foul while he's having a tough time getting a pitch by him as a hitter you feel pretty confident that you're seeing different pitches still able to make there we go second time we had thrown the two scam there we threw it high that time and bid in inside which is nice in that location hitters especially with two strikes have to be ready to pull the trigger now a chance for Jordan Walker Swing in a miss one the count and a pop off right side foul territory and there's two down good hard fast up in the zone right there they look really good coming in but so hard to get on top of as a hitter Paul goldi in the box now no balls in a strike two down foul still and two not what I want good eye right there really good take especially with two strikes couple of these hitters have given me a lot of trouble trying to get them out we're still in an okay spot I think that double play was super helpful on the the one pitch two outs score we're only sitting at 22 23 pitches nothing to be concerned about but two of those at bats were a little a little tougher than I would like back in St Louis top third Inn for Marin we're doing a good job we're getting him to throw a bunch of pitches he's at 28 for the game so far line drive hit face hit there we go thanks Roos we were early on it to start the Inn that's well clearly he was ready to hit right there off theat it was headed for the Gap all the way and as a you love seeing those as you take your first couple of steps out of the box you know you got some real estate to run on and such a good feeling nice liner into the Gap right there here's Luis o that's a good take we're not going to do anything with that in the eighth spot in today's lineup and they went out and made a trade for him last season at the belt and fires swinging a foul straight back the 02 just miss one ball two strike [Music] crawf first in it's good hustle I didn't even mean to get contact on that I am so thankful that that is not an out or a double play that was a good time on the there going to do anything with that SW that's that SL right there it extremely well about just a of break so tough to get that Barrel to three straight slurs we were early on every single one of them and pitch and it was four he threw four they bounce already one ends the third one hit in the inning but nothing more than that stay calm we're fine it's a little frustrating but this pitcher is doing a much better job keeping the ball in the zone and it's inducing that kind of contact we we got into a good flow yesterday where we were seeing a lot of the pitches he was throwing outside the zone that led to walks even though we're probably should be on it a little bit more you don't anticipate four straight slurs swing and a miss as he was out fr that time the wine of the pitch and that one is inside understanding stri impressive know how him on the and one out now we're going to take a look at the pitch sequence of that and the thing to notice are the pitch loc every single one of them on the edges of the strike zone and as a hitter that can be pretty frustrating because you don't to be able to make quity pitches one after another like that and so those are to do damage and a great demonstra of pitch command and it got him a punch out that time kicks and fires now this is in the air down the line on the move towards foul ground and he can't quite get there it's a foul ball okay it's a good effort I guess a really bad pitch thankful that it wasn't worse had a couple of players in these last two games that are like there their players are right there they just don't make the play at the wall I'll throw you some sles St Louis you want to throw me some frame and that's in a row yeah he's really settling in and getting a feel for his pitches throwing them where he wants to right now so we see how long he can keep this streak going Ivon Herrera stands in now and watches strike one struck out looking with the off spe St okay okay BS three strikeouts that's electric out there on the is the Mariners game going today B looking pretty the here's speed threat Jonathan okay let's see what can we do here Gibson back to work and that one fouled off next pitch is downstairs left oh the NL East is nice and close fight that one away one two okay Central Central is real close between four teams that's awesome I'd love a game 163 swing say that was a check swing I shouldn't have swung anyway but you're looking like I hit the power swing button good god dude oh we are just so swing happy today next you're right on it since it's the end of the end of the week and end of the [Music] series I just there was no why did I swing at that strike out you got compos Focus you got good outs want to get the third one and avoid the middle of that lineup coming up with the base runner could become dangerous and that one hit to first oh can't pick it up cly but they get the out well we didn't strike out man this is getting a little frustrating no score that a really bad swing this a this is a really bad swing I've been doing better at trying not to talk while I'm trying to focus on the swing and I I think that's what threw me off as I continued my sentence and then this just kind of happened we we have not shown anything offensively which is kind of a concern if you go back and look at the uh the World Series that we played in last season we had like just two brutally bad games in there thankfully they were before like days off think they having moment as so we were able to I was able to take some time and like reset and come back in with a better [Applause] that's likely how we'll do it I still haven't figured out how the playoffs are going to work I think we'll just focus on the Mariners this time around straight strike Caron but it is the end of the week we'll uh we'll Advance through Monday and we'll take a look at some of the standings we might be able to help push the Yankees out of the postseason that's to third but we'll see they we don't have to face them for over a week so coup not not the greatest of the greatest concern at the momenten well that breaks up the strike out streak thei so the good news is even though we're not doing anything the Cardinals are doing just as little so that's uh that's a good a good side Zip Zip one hit for each team I think we drew a walk at one point I think our lineup could be a touch more balanced but that's inting started and now cigh this is a guy who is very highly regarded defensively fun to watch him control stuff behind the plate Good Game caller good at framing but it's that big arm that really stands out cutter and that's in there at the you come into the game knowing that unless the ball's in the dirt or gets by him we're probably not going to steal anything SW outed deep that one way back there and that one's going to not so much here but thank you Ry let's go big dumper rushing that one out I hope so I hope we can get uh get some things going one hey and we got to we got to crush a circle change out of the ballpark we haven't really done a whole lot of Home Run damage in this in this series like that here's the left fielder Lukey in the air pretty deep out toer fi that sucks just not the right angle to touch late on it darn the one away I was too indecisive I didn't know I I didn't want to be aggressive and then the pitch looked good and I just I took a touch too long to decide Rangers doing some damage to the angels decided to take a look at the standings later there we go there we go get that's what we're looking for that's what we've been doing a good job at we've been drawing some WS we've been getting some of those singles Lukey and Julio Rodriguez were the biggest parts of our game yesterday so man AB here's roosy that's a good take right there even if that strike won that's a good take France at first one gone I will be honest I hit the button it just did not register which is why it's so confusing sometimes ler stag it first to the bag but he's safe good job to avoid all right everybody settled down holy that's a great get back by uh Ty France let's take a look at the replay this is uh This is Wild oh by the way baton this is how a replay camera should control oh just a very lucky animation there he goes over makes the catch I think if and you can see him step on the bag way too late but like it we we have these every once in a while where it just just the foot patterns real weird the interesting thing about this is if he misses that which I don't think he's going to cuz he's a good first baseman but say he misses that and it gets past him France might be a force out at second just just one of those weird plays mercifully not a double play so we get a leadoff home run couple of weak fly balls Pi up Homer it's now a one nothing ball game back after this on the show and welcome back to the ballpark John shaby misses and it's w to0 b is empty one away here in the third and final game of the series that one finds the zone and a count even one and one and he swinging to miss pretty impressive we haven't seen that pitch from him much but he's got a really good feel when he throws it there we go there's out number two quickly working our way through this bottom the hit get him off the moving around step out something to interrupt his timing because he's coming right after these guys the Mariners up by a run last half of inning number five that break stri is nice little slider location we should get to this one JS in and we are through five here couple of aggressive teams and a couple of pitchers that have pitched pretty well throughout this one and we're back top six yesterday's game was one of the longer regulation games we might have ever had okay slurve Haner looked at four straight sles last time couldn't figure it out that one at the knees for a [Applause] strike in the out toward righton in Pursuit here puts it away for the one away back to the top of the Seattle order here's the Mariners lead off man Jonathan CL we just can't get this Sinker figured out we're early and on top of it we're late and under it out it seems like within the third or fourth pitch of just about every Marlo stands in here takes ball one low and that one lifted in the air center field Caron size is this one but not terrible I mean that was a good adjustment we met the ball low we were good on the timing just couldn't get it away from the defender it's the Mariners one and the Cardinals nothing bottom of the Inn the so we have the 789 hitters here we are going to need to start thinking about our Bullpen situation we've been pitching very well we do only have a one run lead sharp ground that's for a base hit off to a good start with a leadoff [Applause] KN Mason wi next up for the Cardinals struck out looking in his first it back in there for strike one it really looks like these hitters have been in between with their timing today good fast excellent slider but they've not been able to commit to one velocity and stay there brings it in and there's one away going to have to have a little more discipline in future bats that pitch looked good but you can't hit it it was just too high in the zone you usually see a swinging miss or weak contact in the infield and he de missed with a change up and one and [Applause] one and he grounds one to the right side and that one finds it way they've been on the slider here both of the hits have been to uh right field off the slider might be being a little stubborn we have I'm assuming okay job of staying back and letting the ball get deep now a pretty big at back coming up with a chance to even this ball game up that misses one and one all eyes on the double play ball in this spot no better way to get out of this Inn the Red Birds Down by a run here in the bottom of the six into Center CL long run on his horse he can't get there it's a base hit sa hitting is really easy for some guys how did he not get there he has 90 something speed are you out of your gourd is it another stupid ass [Applause] animation on for an exed period of time and guys like that they have a high contact rate and they have more barrels because of that being on didn't even get a read on that it's offline and he scores just a huge atat right there that's about as texbook as it gets got his [Music] stride it's irritating but it's my fault I I knew that we were getting to the third time of the lineup we have a backup out there and we just can't induce the double play we can't induce the double play it's a terrible slve and there is something about these game of the weeks he didn't get a read on that at all he just stood there that one the other way that's a base hit run [Applause] scores I mean go back to the Angels game last [Music] week I genuinely think this game Bops up the difficulty for us three this is so frustrating like we can't get it's like a bloop shot in the center he has not doesn't have a good jump on the next pitch the next hit offensively it's I jinxed myself I talked about that World Series against the the Braves and the awful games before the day off felt you know pretty good going into a game where after the one we had yesterday streamer curse man no base hits in the series for him so far and it's stop telling me how many things they've grounded into it's not coming true so stop [Applause] it two on one out swing and a miss struck out oh this guy's been pretty much a nonf factor so far this weekend very little in the way of impactful at bats and quality at bats and let alone contact that's the six time they've set him down on strikes in the series so no doubt frustration mounting and very high right now Fly ball down the line he's there he's got it and that will end the inning they strike for three runs on five hits no errors and a couple left off that's a a rough we made a good pitching switch but I definitely needed to I needed to put the arms up sooner and I just didn't there's no reason for me to have these issues to have these I played hundreds of these goddamn games Okay that was a badoul after put a ni on some runs AC this is where you look for the starter to go out there have a shut down inning don't give that other team any hope just hope that he can get through this inning get the bats back up there while they're hot and the right hater deals okay see what we can do pretty disastrous bottom of the sixth a hard throwing rightand up as and that one cannot get a of makes the grab one down well certainly doing his very best out there on the mound to bring that win streak to a halt swinging a foul over the screen and back out of play the pitch and that one off the outside edge definitely a frustrating day for the offense but when they look at it this guy's had his best stuff painting the corners working on the edges and changing speeds youy blute blast up by two the top of Inn number seven that's in there it's two and two Sinker there's no way that the Sinker should be in that spot I hate it oh boy got tied up right there in front of that pitch clearly he had a full Lukey now at the plate we have not been able to get many balls out of the out out of the infield excuse me third nobody left for Seattle score holds it's 3-1 bottom of the seventh now up for St Louis Paul goldshmid and a pitch right through there for a strike they kept pretty do a know you want to get that first out of the over pitching a little bit here great against really nice spider rander kicks got swinging there's nice slur nowat here's Brandon Crawford his righty Lefty splits there fou back ourway and that's out of play that's off the mark and now it's one and one on Crawford that one to first steps on first for the out Mason wi next up for the Cardinals that one finds the zone and that is strike one two down nobody on here the bottom of the off come on and a pop off right side foul territory France makes a nice the there we go okay we have six outs to go we have only aass three hits in this maybe they give us a picture that we can get a hold of some of their stuff we're doing all right we are both teams are kind of breezing through this game they are going to bring in a new pitcher oh god of course he has a94 ra yikes Ty France digs in now one for two and the pitch and ball one count one and0 foram at 96 slider at 87 Circle change in 90 the one oh we were on top of it darn it gets it first lead off is out here in the and stepping in for the Mariners Josh roax damn it we cannot get the ball out of the Enfield what the fuckus up next for the Mariners way too aggressive for the but you can't get frustrated you got to find a way to Shake it Off go up there and relax that's the only way you're going to be able to put runs up on the board two outs wouldn't chase that time the one-1 swing a as he was late looking very settled on the here in the eighth one more out they probably hand it off to their closer for the ninth with at least a two-run lead and another ball and that's in the dir and a swinging a miss and that's that the sliders were so bad they were good that those were awful pitches God just too late on it back here atadi ready for the bottom of the and now the Cardinals catcher Ivon Herrera and a foul ball we'll go ahead and bring in the Lefty and there's a we they are on the sler they are on the slider that was how the sixth inning started was a slider outside um so they turn to the Lefty a lefty switch left we bring we'll throw a righty up in the pen as well now here is Brendan Donovan there's a strike Herrera gets his lead at first nobody out are they telling me that my pitcher is tired no I shouldn't be that one a little bit High and the count is one and two maybe a two B four then where was that in the sixth inning come on they play thech right there perfectly got the ground ball double play and that changes the complexion of this inning entirely two out Bas is empty and up next for St Louis Dylan Carlson that that was a real bad real bad Sinker and a pitch here's a swing and a drive left field and he what the was that a bad slider what the hell he'll touch them all it's 41 A breaking ball on the inside part of the play requires achs if fly the a little baffled honestly at how they were able to get that pitch with that power out and I thought what the maybe it's the contact s a pop up foul out of play off to the right side that'll find the stands tapped in front of the plate and that one handled tosses to First flip to First ends the Inn foral this is this is a bit of a bummer glad that there's at least a day off I don't have to worry about playing the game it's like it's fine we're going to get some Series against teams that we we're going to get a series against a short series but two games against Sand Diego could kind of help us get get right back it's the top of the down we are at the bottom of the lineup it's about to flip over 102 on a four Ste a slider at 91 and a 126 curve at 84y a 62 righty 230 lb Wild Card race in the National League righty to the play togive I think he was a little excited there saw the fast but needed a step ladder to get to that one it's going to have to tighten it back up he wants to have a good at back wouldn't chase that time got him and a strike out for the first out here in the N well that right there is what you want to see out of your closure come in and close the door cancel any hope that that opponent has in making some type of comeback in the ball game tell you what that helps him settle in and that helps everybody else relax a little bit to get these other two outs damn early and on top of it early on a 99 mph fast ball we just did not have it today this was uh I don't want to like give up here with you know still an opportunity but we just have not been on time with anything today I don't know why the righty delivers I can't I'm not seeing it at all it's a it's a Muno slider there's just not a lot of movement to it the M down to their final strike oh he hit okay boy if we hadn't given up that solo home run gets kind of interesting here with Crawford crawf late foul there late to early that is a nearly that is a 17 mph difference two outs gets a piece and stays alive o and two now the short stop takes the ball and a swing the that is a disappointing end to this series we had a funky lineup it wasn't probably our strongest it was a little imbalanced we had a lot of lefties which created mismatches in the top half or advantageous matchups for us in the top half but we were in a little bit of a weird spot with a bunch of righties in the bottom portion of the lineup we just didn't have it today I mean it's that simple we pitched pretty well I just didn't trust my gut and I can be a little stubborn sometimes and those are some of the more frustrating losses we didn't have much of a lead so it's not that big of a deal de it is technically a blown lead it is a you know come from behind Victory but it was only one uh one run we had the solo home run we H into a few double plays early on we just couldn't get in couldn't get established into a good flow early um and some poor management poor management decisions I knew we were going to the third time through the order this team was absolutely on the slider we gave up four four of their hits at least were on Pitch that were uh that were sliders um yeah we just couldn't get around Carlson Herrera Donovan or nbar those are seven of your eight hits between four players that means there's five players combined for one hit we just couldn't uh couldn't get out of it have to be able to make those decisions better got to commit to it when you know it's coming when when you see it and it's like hey we're going through the third time through the order we've been pitching really well but we don't have a big lead get your arms up what are you doing Sean that's just ridiculous Kyle Gibson's your player of the game uh seven Innings pitch three hits given up five strikeouts one walk one earned on hit his line Bryce Miller gave up three in 5.1 Innings six hits eight strikeouts no walks and Hesley picks up save number 42 Raleigh was one for three uh Roos one for three and Ty France one for three Raleigh had a home run but there you go not a not a great game not a great finish um poor management kind of not great management we should have rested more players in the athletic series uh to be in a better spot here in the final game especially with how we had played the first two games of this series so it's some poor management that kind of dominoed into this game with a funky lineup and then poor Management in the game that uh did not put us in the best position to try and hold a one-run lead however we have to be better batting the ball if we want to try to uh to win so two Sundays in a row we have lost um I wonder what the worst day of the week is oh man there's so many fun stats to grab from uh from series like this let's get through the off day and we'll take a quick look at the standings here as we will jump to Tuesday Joe Musgrove is uh 12 10 and 12 with a 507 ra ticket on Luis Castile uh 23 And1 with a 106 Er When the Mariners pick up on Tuesday against the San Diego Padres for right now take a quick look at the standings we have clinched the best record in the league and our division hell yeah 115 and 29 the twins are 18 games up and they just need a one win and probably a Guardians loss maybe even just one win at this point would uh would do it there on a five-game win streak 30 Games over 500 so that division's wrapped up in the AL East is getting uh kind of not really down to it but the Orioles have a solid lead with not a whole lot of time left so and we don't have to play them again thank God but we can we can with we can with the Yankee season a little bit um Rays nine and a half games back the wild card is interesting and we can still kind of influence it influence it a little bit it's going to take a lot considering that they're 12 the Rangers are 12 games up over the angels so I don't think we're going to be able to do a whole lot I was thinking that we would be able to Tinker with their season a little bit just because we play them seven times um I show you eight fingers but we we play them seven times in the span of 10 games uh so I think that's kind of locked in it's going to probably come down to Angels Rays and maybe the Yankees but we might be able to put them too far back it'll be interesting to kind of see how that goes over the next week or so flipping over to the American or the National League excuse me we have the Phillies a half game over the Braves the elimination number still 18 so a tight race here between those top two teams Marlins are could be eliminated in three in the central this is where it gets really interesting if we had beaten the Cardinals they would have tied or maybe been half a game up on the Reds so that's that is interesting um and four teams within four games as we come down the stretch is pretty exciting I wonder what I wonder who those teams play as they go uh go through the rest of September Dodgers have wrapped up the West uh so yeah so there are a couple of Divisions I guess just two of them literal couple and then the wild card is interesting because there are teams all the way down to the giants that are three and a half games back would still have an outside shot at it but uh the Braves look good this is actually really interesting interesting cuz they're only what a half game up here maybe a full game oh that's awesome so it be full game and then half half one and a half one and a half three and a half that's awesome we keep an eye on this National League wild card maybe there will be some maybe we watch some playoff races as we go through I don't know you can let me know in the comments below would you rather watch playoff potential playoff races here in MLB the show 24 or do you want Oddball major league baseball games on the off days that had a quick thought while I was here uh searching through some stuff unfortunately for us the Phillies and the Braves don't play each other so we're not going to worry about the NL East however I did forget that we have two games against the P I could swing them out of the playoffs didn't even think about that I'm going to keep looking and I'll let you know what I find so after a bit of searching didn't really find a whole lot uh this day on the 30th is actually just completely vacant it's the day off before the playoffs there would be a game 163 game 163 if applicable gear here oh my goodness my words uh there wasn't anything interesting on the 26th the 16th did have one game it's Pittsburgh at St Louis so maybe we could take a look at that do also you have to survive another week of baseball before that game gets interesting or matters um there was actually an interesting game here on the ninth that I probably should have uh uh taken a peek at is Miami and Pittsburgh could have been interesting to watch but uh yeah I don't know it was a fun exercise and just kind of satisfying my own curiosity but not a whole lot not a whole lot of interesting matchups as the uh as the season uh the season winds down I think they need to schedule more division matchups in the month of September I know that we have a ton of them but the other some of the other teams I looked at did not have a lot of them but that's that's how it rolls uh we'll continue to do uh baseball every day at 6 p.m. Pacific Time right here on the channel subscribe by with the game gamepl is for more it's
