Using a GENERATIONAL Recruit in a College Football 25 Dynasty Rebuild

welcome to what might be the most difficult rebuild in college football 25 the Charlotte 49ers a team that has a career record of 32 and 71 they have only been a football team for n years this is a team that has never been ranked in the AP pole they have never won an actual bowl game and again only being around for nine Seasons means they don't even have a legacy the man with a plan the sign that's going to turn around this program will be coach mvin MC murvin himself as he does for every single rebild before he jumps into Cascade Valley Utah will be his offensive Playbook a defensive playbook of the 425 Alma moer is UNC he didn't want to go there they forced him to then a pipeline of North Carolina as well he'll be pretty aggressive in terms of what he does here and you know this man is already built different 55 400 lb one of the first things we're going to be doing is adding our five points to the quarterback position obviously we need a whole lot of help in a lot of places but getting a quarterback is the biggest thing and most important thing if you're trying to really build a program so QB let's see if we can find one now kind of going through and looking at a couple of recruits here we found two that are super interesting to me so first of all we found Keenan Godwin a little three star but he's a gem so we know he's got a good depth tra he's pretty much a fourstar 93 throw power short accuracy an 86 medium is an 80 we don't see his deep accuracy so probably sub 70 or sub 75 but throw Under Pressure 78 speed 94 acceleration 91 and he's got magician Field General in fan favor with probably at least the second Dev trade so I feel pretty good about him but the other guy I'm looking at here is going to be Emanuel idti eetti I'm butchering that as well out of Arkansas the interesting thing for him he's pretty good across the board 90 throw power short and medium ma are both 84 plus speeds a 96 acceleration a 93 ball carry Vision super high as well he's got magician option King off platform winning time and fan favorite and the key thing here every team that's actually scouting him does not have a pipeline tier at all that's good news for us now we're about to play our very first game and see how we do against the James Madison University but I feel pretty good with where we are with our quarterback prospects uh Keenan Godin again the scrambling quarterback we're in a really good spot we're kind of climbing the board for him we look at Emanuel as well same thing we're in first place there we're kind of in first place for the majority of our guys but there's like a a guy or two that we're kind of climbing our board up on like DB burs this dude is actually phenomenal he's got 90 speed he's got 89 acceleration uh his change of direction is not great his tackle is not super great but if I have a guy with fast speed and we're kind of usering him you can imagine that's going to be a good player to have all right it is Charlotte's first game again this program has been around for nine years we are the 10th year of this program you know what feels good to me getting to a bowl game and winning it that's what we that's what our goal is for year one all right first ride let's see how we do little RPO action it's going to be a staple here in Charlotte with Coach MC murvin all right Max Brown and the running back what do you guys got that is the wrong way to spin all right big third down on our first drive can we be great oh God cut that bum we' got a really nice drive going right now but on a third and N here in the start of the second quarter we have got to convert if you want to keep it moving moving it's going to be close no the good news is we completed it the bad news is it went to 47 and he plays for JMU not a good look despite a pass that definitely didn't really go our way we've got a chance to get this ball in the end zone because JMU couldn't score and apparently neither can we BR back here shotgun he's going to move his guys around a little bit oh this is just pitiful all right third and goal we're trying to catch him off guard we do Charlie is their first touchdown of the entire season hopefully not our last Jam found himself in a really tough spot right now they need to convert and they're not going to they're down eight right now jamu ended up kicking the field goal earlier but again a five-point game three minutes and some change left and we are going to get the interception Charlotte is going to have the ball in scoring territory that might be all she wrote and so with the ball deep in her own territory we're going to try to see if we can get this game up out of here little play the running back throwing it I don't know how it worked but it did and just like that Charlotte will start the season with a little 21-9 win we'll take him however we can get him now we did get a couple of points we went ahead and added to the advanced look for defensive backs they take less time to fully Scout I'm going to do the same for offensive line I'm going to do the same for running backs I'm going to do the same for receivers because I think those are all positions that we desperately need to get better at and good news for Charlotte we got our first recruit landed a physical wide receiver little athlete here in Otis Hills this is a major thing yes he's a HomeTown guy but we needed one okay every recruit is going to help now as we move our way into week number six this is a big week we got a couple of recruits visiting which we'll see in a second but East Carolina is 3 and two we are two and three both of us do not have a conference win we need to win this game we got guys in town so right now we got a couple of guys visiting it's going to be Keenan Godwin uh the athlete that's a scrambling quarterback who's visiting right now we're kind of battling W fors for him uh we're going to have a linebacker visiting this week and we're also going to have a tight end visiting and we're kind of behind the eight ball right now Coastal Carolina's making a strong push for him they're kind of ahead of us at the moment he's in his top three a really good visit this week could mean a whole lot so we need to land this game and win strong we're finding ourselves here where they big third down to six to open this game up we desperately need a victory here and that looked like it was going to be good and then they stopped it if you know anything about Coach MC murvin though this dude is going to go for it on fourth down more often than not he believes in his Squad he's going to try to make something happen here so on a fourth down and four he's looking he's got one and it goes a completed pass but it goes right to number 10 of ECU and they've got the ball ready to drive and the defense did their job ECU is not able to make their field goal so we've got the ball right back and we are losing yards well second and 12 we are in trouble we're doing our best but this ECU team uh they came to play and they are shutting everything down we're punting again finding ourselves here with another third down we're almost in field goal range though tough times but a fourth and one I think we go for this needing a big conversion here look at this kelman's going to find us waiting for that first down but despite kelman's effort we're going to have a little field goal opportunity here but we not able to get the first down but the field goal is looking like it has some chance here it's going to be close and that bad boy was barely good we find ourselves here in the third quarter of the ECU having a little tiny lead of about three points and we're just trying our best to keep him out of the end zone make him kick a field goal we're fine Simmons one of our linebackers is absolutely t right now the wear and tear is emphatic and he is getting thrown around the running back is moving it's first and goal again trying our best to get it the quarterback he throws a quick slant and he holds on to it to get to the five you see you stay his shotgun to go with a little RPO we were in man and our guys aren't there ECU extends their lead big time we find ourselves in the fourth quarter honestly the offense has been really stagnant haven't really got much going with six minutes and some change left I don't quite know how this one's going to be and our running back drops an easy catch Max Brown makes a little check here another one another fourth down for Charlotte ECU again not able to score on the previous drive and another drop pass is killing this team the hard part about where we are right now is that we actually need multiple scores to make this a competitive game and our guys even our receivers can't block for very long second and inches Brown got some time here we'll take that kman lineup in the Wildcat here ECU see if they get caught off guard little trick play we've got him deep this is going to be close and he gets down to the 30 3 minutes left in the game sometimes you get desperate you got to try anything at all brown back here to the play action he's got his guy AC cross the middle he's going to find Mack Mack on backto back possession he going to be down inside the five Brown switches the play we're going straight to kman on this one our Center our defensive line is gas and he's down at the One Max br going right back to the same place this time kma's going to get in but that couple of seconds there might cost us a little bit we needed to get as much time saved as possible ECU we got imag will be running the football a lot here so our guys have got to make some plays and that's a good one to start Garcia takes a snap out of shotti again they go with a run our defensive tackle looked completely lost on that play Big play right here third down and six he's in a five wide set our guys got torch we got to use a timeout again ECU motioning their man trying to get stops in the back field as much as we can save as much time as possible running back you've got to be kidding me Charlotte you could have played defense better than that and with that all of our timeouts are completely gone right now ECU is going to drill the clock down as low as he possibly can and Charlotte with recruits in town he going to walk out here with a Sixpoint loss with an offense playing this bad I am not surprised at all the good news is we did get Keenan Godwin so at least we know we have our probable qb1 for next season this was I believe one of the gem prospects that we needed to land and we get J.R Amerson who was the tight end we were kind of battling Coastal Carolina for and luckily he's coming to Charlotte things are getting kind of spicy right now for Charlotte we are four and four in the season and look who we just beat obviously this year has been a little bit ups and downs but coming out of here and getting back-to-back wins against Navy which isn't that impressive but a Memphis team that was 6 And1 at the time is huge it was a tough one but a three-point win is a three-point win and then from a recruiting standpoint again we've got a couple of athletes here a tight end a middle linebacker we just got an outside linebacker as well we've got a lot of sort of three stars here with one two star we're going to keep moving this on but I feel like we're starting to put together a pretty good class we don't have a ton of guys on the board because we have 350 hours to work with but we're moving pretty well and we just found a left tackle it's actually a three star gem not a lot of these big programs are putting a lot of attention on them right now so we have an opportunity to go out there Make some noise and hopefully see if we can land this dude too starting the game at home we got an opportunity here to make something happen again beating T Lane would make us both eligible or get one game away from being bow eligible little second and 10 here bro this I we got D is just standing not blocking not really loving our chances right now because the o line is saying we ain't blocking not a good start we do manage to have the ball back here and we are driving right now on the right side of the 50 trying to get a little trick play going that was picked BR back under Center this offensive line is cheeks every time we want to actually like set max Brown in the pocket you offensive line is like nah buddy keep it moving cuz you ain't welcome here this is probably a pick great effort though two L does have the early lead but we got an opportunity to come out here and take the lead as a tie good Lord the struggle is real for this team right now a DOT though is going to give us a touchdown let's go finally charlott's on the board this is a big tough area for us right now they are driving [Music] we can't do nothing third down and eight we're down 10 here in third down to 13 3 minutes left here in the third quarter we are lce struggling as the French say and I mean there is just there's a lot to work on here just like that t l is going to walk out here with the w we had this game tied up at one point but that was like the first quarter and then the offensive line decided to not show up I'm recruiting more linemen and ladies and gentlemen we landed a five star Prospect at Charlotte the big teams weren't going after him until it was too late so we went out there and find ourselves Emanuel eetti who is now potentially the starting quarterback here in Charlotte going into next season this is big this is franchise changing we are down to the final two games of the regular season we are 4- six 2- four in the conference and we are facing FAU we need to win our last two games of the year and be bo eligible which is really our goal we are trying to be bold eligible to make this team a lot better going year two this a big game game against FAU and I think the biggest problem this team has had all season long is we just have not successfully run the football so we're going to try to establish that right now but we got wear and tear already on our guy Brown dropping back and we right back to the run I believe cman more rushing yards than he usually has all game now we're really trying to come out here and score in the first drive and just showcase that we're good Brown has been solid like 2400 rushing or passing yards in the season uh he's got about I don't know 20 touchdowns 12 interceptions it's been a solid year for him back here to the Run game we'll take that solid run all right let's see what Brown's got here Brown's getting some pass protection and look at what's happening when he gets some pass protection we're moving the ball send it a man Max Brown trying to showcase the feat and he gets it in there let's go we'll take the tuty since we scored the defense and the offense have both been pretty abysmal so we're out here just fighting for our lives just hoping we can do something positive well second and 10 coming up going to the tight end that's a great grab block is ticking we have all three of our timeouts still trying to hold on to him a little bit Brown giving a great block there or a great block for brown 27 seconds right now oh my God we got to get that things get spicy again look Max Brown will run for first downs or near it if he can third down one yards to go oh we're using a timeout the squad really does have a chance though with 9 seconds left something could potentially happen here Brown's going to throw one up he got it are you kidding me what a grab what a [Music] touchdown this game felt like it was getting out of hand but all of a sudden Charlotte they're right back in it we got an opportunity to try to make some plays we're driving on the field trying to take the lead and kelman just continues to struggle he might be the worst running back we've had in a long time a big fourth down coach MC murvin wants to go for it here Brown has been using his legs a lot today and he safely does it again third quarter nearly over we are going forward again on fourth down it's intercepted a tough thrown ball and FAU has the ball right back things are getting spicy right now it's Fourth and two they're blitzing we send it guy and we're able to get that but we're down 10 dorton in the game right now which is honestly probably better for us considering how bad kelman's been at running the football this year but what ah hit against Thomas Jr the clock continues to move we're just trying to get back in the end zone and down 10 points we got to be careful here and look at Brown step up and he's in the end zone no fumbles he has been so clutch today on the ground and in the air question we got to answer right now is can we actually come out here and get a stop FAU deep in their own territory their running back just put a move on our Defenders right now and second to five obviously he's draining the clock right now they only have a three-point lead the running back slides out here looks like a screen of some sort that could have been a safety but he gets rid of it at the last second our guys are in a really tough spot right now it's third and five they throw to the guy that we thought we had it's a huge hit and they keep it moving we're going to use a timeout here with 205 left to give ourselves a fourth timeout two of five left they're going to send a Man in Motion here they go with the run we're going to keep him pretty much in the line of scrimmage that's good news is the two-minute warning hits look like a tight end's going to move in motion again here they go with the Run he's going to cut off but again we're going to keep him pretty shallow third and N FAU goes to the halfback draw and we're going to get the stop call the timeout and it's a three-point game with them punting two minutes left in this game look we have to win the last couple ones because we need to get into a bowl game if we're going to make this team reputable that's not exactly a great return so with the ball back a minute 46 in a dream can Charlotte do enough to keep this one competitive and that's not how you want to start minute 41 left Max Brown a close one in another case of the drops obviously this is going to be four down territory for Charlotte another drop Charlotte finds himself at a fourth down 11 yards to go the pressure from the offensive line letting everybody through and Charlotte is going to lose this game so close to being B eligible this season but against FAU in a tough one they made it close just couldn't get the lead recapping how our season wi we ended up only winning we go 4 and eight throughout the entire year but 25 touchdowns 15 picks by Max Brown was a pretty solid year overall with just under 3,000 yards passing on the ground I think our running game was the weakest part we had kman averaged 3.5 yards per carry seven touchdowns and solid but I I think part of it might have been him part of it could have been the offensive line probably more blame on the o line but we need more production from a running back to just three and a half yards for carry on the receiving side we didn't have a thousand yard receiver but jarus Mack was great and he's coming back next year as we hope he doesn't leave cuz he had a nasty touchdown catch you saw in the previous game but nine touchdowns for him let us all Al with 900 yards Olson was good in his senior season but we have some other guys that I think we can count on going into the future but we also need some big people to come in in the off season defensively Xavier Simmons the junor had 105 tackles for as leading us on the entire season from a sack perspective we had Dre Butler get five sacks on the QB and interceptions we had a couple of guys tied with two but we just got to be able to force more turnovers and get to the quarterback a whole lot more now this offseason a big change we're making is firing our OC and our DC because I didn't like anything that I saw now in terms of who we actually hired this offseason we got RJ Turner a D+ I'm not happy about Coach prestiges but a D+ offensive coordinator um that has motivator he actually has talent developer I rarely if ever see a coach actually have this and he has recruiter to a decent degree so I feel like we'll be okay there and then for Chris Moss coming from Arizona State University he'll be our DC he is Master motivator which I think will be actually super important and he spent about 35 points in uh the actual recruiter tree as well so we needed a little bit of help on that side this should be a little bit better than the guys we had last year but not a crazy Improvement I was really nervous to see which players we're actually trying to transfer uh we are losing our top corner and CJ Burton potentially we're going to try to persuade him probably not going to work yeah he's not been persuaded okay so he goes to the transfer portter which means we're going to have an opportunity for playing time which could help us our Left End a low chance to persuade him to come back not persuaded as well um I think our second Corner overall try to persuade him did not work and then I can either try to tr get uh rutage or perie to come back I don't need py because we got a couple of quarterbacks I'm going to try to get rutage to come back and we got one guy to say so one out of four we ultimately got uh well there was five but one out of four is what we have from a persuasion perspective but it's going to be a tough off season the transfer portals officially done and this has been a really rough recruiting CL we went from one star to one and a half Stars after this year but we got you know Hills and Godwin and we came down here we got our five star and eetti I'm not sure how we say his name we're going to be calling him eetti we got some Corners across the entire time which will help because we obviously lost some Corners some athletes some offensive linemen some D linemen but then there's some guys that like ultimately decided not to sign but I feel like overall it's okay but 15 is not what I was expecting if we go to our top classes list here to see where we ultimately ranked at I don't think we're going to even be in the top 60 I lied we're number 57 the one five star definitely helped us out a little bit but we needed probably a lot more guys on this team now in terms of our athletes we have four of them we got to change their positions really quickly uh this guy's obviously not super highly rated but he's going to go from a 57 overall athlete to a 63 overall left guard Keenan Godwin obviously we signed he should be a quarterback is His Highest position and it is a 71 overall quarterback it's going to be a bit of a log Jam there but we know that our five stars more the likely Started Mr Otis Hills is actually the first guy we signed I thought he would have been more of a wide receiver but they're actually saying he's more of a tight end and honestly I'll be here with that so we're going to put him in tight end and see how he does but the big signing we got the best signing we got was eetti uh who is now going to be wait tendency Scrambler and they're saying he's a he's better as a receiving back wait a second all right all right I'm a little confused here he's got magician option King off platform winning time fan favorite 96 speed 93 Exel 95 a jod 97 change of Direction those are all crazy uh if we go to find his actual row Power 90 so like how is he only a 71 I think we have to make this dude that's crazy that he's that high of a running back but quarterback they have him as a 74 that's crazy to me now that I'm I'm kind of evaluating this a little bit I know that Max Brown came back for this year but I look at Keenan Godwin I think we might actually make him quarterback and then I think we might put the dude that we thought was going to be a quarterback at halfback because he's going to be like an 83 overall and probably our best one and even if kelman has a higher rating from his training boost he was doooo so this allows us to have a quarterback and a running back this year instead of having both these guys at a log Jam unless godman could be a freak running back too no he would be a 63 okay we're going to we're going to do this we're going to I'm sh we doing it but our fstar recruit that we thought was going to be a quarterback I'm going to be honest I went back and forth in this for a while and I kept saying I put him a quarterback I I feel like it's a mistake not to put him a quarterback but Keenan Godwin is going to be good enough a quarterback we're going to make him start this year eetti is going to actually be a running back I can't believe this is happening his ratings across the board are some of the best I've ever seen in any position like he he can literally play almost every position on the field except for offensive line but he's going to be our best running back and we need him and keen and gowin it take us to the promised land kind of going back and looking at our tight end situation I'm actually going to put Odus back to receiver and the reason why I'm going to put him at receiver is because if you look at this he would actually be our number three receiver with 91 speed we kind of need a little bit more Health there so I would rather get him involved early on and we're going to move him there from a training results standpoint uh Max Brown goes up 2 points to an 80 a lot of these guys are kind of sing around I think we're going to start a Keenan Godwin no matter what this year at running back kelman goes up to an 83 but after what we saw last year between him and the offensive line I don't know how much playing time he's going to be getting um at wide receiver our best receiver jarus makos stays pretty much stagnant stays at an 80 uh our receivers don't go up at all none of our receivers went up at all that's tough our tight end stays the same uh most of these guys are actually not going up this is tough okay we got some boost here this is going to be helpful in the offensive line not a ton but a enough to make us maybe dangerous uh but as you can tell like most of our offensive line is like not great Isaiah bullerdick is an incredible name he's going to be a 78 overall uh but we've got a lot of work cut out for us in a right tackle our best guys is a 70 so there's going to be a lot of running at the QB position Left End nobody increase Right End nobody increased defensive tackle nobody increase that's saw linebacker nobody oh this is terrible I mean you're not seeing a green arrow on any of these guys we are in so much problem I mean based on how the defense played last year I'm not surprised but yeah we really got nobody this is wild now in season 2 we're getting ready to start playing our first game but we've got some recruiting we want to kind of cover here we got a lot of four stars we're kind of in play for we got some three stars in here as well even a onear fullback that we're trying to basically land to fill out a roster but I feel optimistic there are some receivers we're trying to basically land we found this guy uh Trevor Hardrick this guy's got really fast feed 98 speed 92 acceleration another receiver Matt Daniels who's 511 186 94 speed 95 acceleration I'm trying to basically find a lot of burners Matthew Suter 96 speed 95 acceleration as this list kind of goes through we're trying to find more and more people that are just absolute Killers like that we found Tyler Rai who's a fourstar gem speed's not great agility is really high uh route running needs some work in the Deep route but medium and short routes are going to be pretty solid catching is okay he's probably going to have a high depth rate which is what we really care about for guys in the long term so we're figuring things out but it's still a process season 2 is ready to get kicked off I feel really good but let's talk about some starting quarterback starting halfback wide receiver situations now going into this year Keenan Godwin is going to be our number one starter because this dude is an absolute Legend he's got magician option King off platform Field General fan favorite as his abilities and he's insane 94 speed 91 acceleration 94 change of Direction 93 throw power his short medium and deep accuracy are all good throwing the run is all good throwing under pressure is very good Max Brown is probably a slightly better quarterback overall because he does have a higher overall rating but Keenan Godwin does stuff that don't nobody else do in this team except for our running back this was probably the hardest decision I've ever had but Emanuel eetti could play seven different positions on our team he's insane 96 speed 93 Excel 95 agility change the direction through the roof Ball Carrier Vision is pretty high uh but this dude is just crazy Spin and Juke mover great he's also got 85 catch 80 catch in traffic 78 release his route running is pretty solid 88 spectacular catch this might be like the greatest player we have ever recruited in the history of a dynasty ever like I'm excited to see this guy in the field a wide receiver jarus Mack is really our top guy Isaiah Meer should be doing some really cool stuff for us as well I'm happy both of those guys are Juniors meaning we should have them back for a year three if we don't win a Natty this year but overall this is a pretty old wide receiver core Otis Hills who was our top really main wide receiver get we're going to put him on the red shirt he might play in a game or two but I need this guy to get his stats up so that we can dominate in the coming years let's it feels good to be back here in year number two ready to get things going there's only one play and one play only we can run on the very start epic Kenny he's got him in deep and ladies and gentlemen Meyers is in the endzone first play of the game the single greatest recruit in college football 25 history [Music] big third down for the squad we're actually going to go ahead and change our play up here epti little run up the middle this man's already got a passing touchdown oh he almost had that Juke to the edge I really feel like behind Keenan Godwin and eetti this team is vastly different than what we saw before and look at the 96 speed in full effect the young man is about to throw up the Heisman and honestly I could see it happen second quarter here Ball State though has cut the lead so credit to them for making that happen but eetti in the open field is just a problem okay he didn't make that hurdle and in the Red Zone this team just feels like you know we had games last year where we did not score 21 points and we have done that in the second quarter has plenty of time left we're different now despite us having a really good start to this game things have gotten a little spicy here but eetti on the catch he's throwing a touchdown he's run a touchdown and he's caught a touchdown I might have Reggie Bush 2.0 All State back here with the rock they're trying to make a play happen ooh defense doing something ble for is going to step up and he's got a a little bit of room to return this one can B for Turn The Edge he can't with 540 left we're in the driver seat big third down six yards a go here get a 14-point lead we're trying our best to cook and eaet is going to get stopped at Fourth and three he has 101 yards on the game coach MC murvin is obviously super aggressive here if he's going to turn this team around he's got to get a little bit of pressure on him so they can cook and eati says hold on buddy I'm out here eati in the end zone hurdles a man at the end he's different and just like that behind Godwin and eetti this Charlotte team is feeling a lot different we had we could have played two or three games at times where we didn't score 38 total points and this year in the first game we're showing we're different epti 27 rushes four touchdowns 130 rush yards threw for a touchdown and caught a touchdown player of the game six no the I guess four total touchdowns in general but the man was insane we are back this week with a very important game it is week six playing against rice and we have a big time recruit visiting in line linebacker that I think we'll be good with so we need to win this game and we got to show out I think we can do both all right the squad is ready to get things going that is not how we started all right little second down W they blitzing that was I hit a man on the ground okay all right things getting a little spicy here but I like our chances we haven't really given the ball to epti yet it's probably not going to happen on this play but after this if we happen to convert all right well three passes in a quarterback iead each time let's do better on the next Drive oh things are definitely dangerous we are pinned deep in our own territory I just selected a play that is not a smart play to run we're down 20 starting to see the wear and tear really stack up on our guys oh my God my ankles oh my God my ankles the last time you saw us out there we uh ranom play that didn't really work and eetti has a leftand injury after getting injured a little bit earlier in a couple of weeks ago so we're going to see what happens here if we run this play a second time and eetti is ready good thing is his left hand cuz right hand is out here doing things buddy look at the lead we got we're back rice is fresh back on the goal line rice is actually battling back it's a 16-28 game right now and we are trying to be better and we're not 's wear and tear is actually pretty high Godwin's wear and tear is actually pretty high too and we are just trying to keep our guys safe that's probably not how to do it if cat's going to slide over em motion we're going to hand the ball off to the backup running back former starting running back last year and epet is really taking all of his carries as much as we were up on Rice earlier in the game they have found a way to really keep it even here and I'm just trying to make sure our starting running back with some wear and tear doesn't get hurt like Emanuel epti is the single greatest Prospect we've ever seen in our entire Liv so I need that man to be healthy as humanly possible quarterback out here roaming and look at Kenan Godwin he's the truth big third down to seven for the squad abetti the slowest spin move possibly ever but that we cooking him everybody knows coach MCC conference we're facing a very tough East Carolina team that is number 22 in the nation and from a conference standpoint we're not going to actually win our conference because T Lane number six in the nation crazy they're one in the year 5-0 in the conference uh we have a chance to probably finish out maybe second or maybe I guess tied for third technically because there's two teams tied uh right here but beating East Carolina would be big it would move us into a really good spot where we'd be ahead of them in the conference and it just shows that we're getting better every single game and from a recruiting standpoint we haven't really had the best recruiting class even though we've been trying a lot of teams like Duke have been sealing some of our top prospects but we got a onear fullback a three star defensive end a fourstar uh Center we have a four star Gem of a receiver and Tyler R die and then we also have Mr Suter Mr Matthew Stalter a three star gem as well a lot of guys were very close on but we are missing that big Prospect like we had last year the transfer portal is going to be very important for our team we're going to be playing at ECU today so it's going to be a very tough game we don't have really that signature Road Victory this year and this could definitely be it will it put us in the top 25 no but it inches us closer to being a relevant program again let's see what our Squad ultimately has here we have we have got to rely on our dudes being healthy epti actually got hurt ear earlier this year epti had a foot fracture missed about two games I the end zone that is going to tie this game right back up this team will not go down without a fight this is going to be the biggest Drive of the game can we actually get a stop against tane or force a turnover even try to see how much tane is actually going to run the football oh they go with a screen and we got guys all over it this feels like a passing situation for them right now we can't imagine they would go with the Run they torch our guys and they stay in bounds what a throw by Tai Thompson T Lane continues to fight down field two-minute warnings coming up now a play action and he catches it while diving I'm shook this is a point where we can imagine they might slow it down a little bit but if they get risky we got to hope we can make a play but good stop making them lose a couple of yards our guys again potentially see if they're going to do anything with the Run they bring their tight end back over in the back field got a couple of guys here we're able to S them up third and N we're going to call the timeout they actually go with the Run we have no one in the middle let him score let him score I'd much rather him score we got a minute 47 seconds left I would have preferred to get a stop we parted like the Red Sea but I will take having this much time and go get a touchdown this game has been an absolute battle the whole time I just don't know what we're left a minute and N in the clock a field goal obviously wins this for them we got to go for a strip it does doesn't work going for another one that doesn't work either we're not fully afraid of a
