are you a single lady in your 40s 45 50s 60s even 70s you are taking care of yourself 100% you got the house the car the career H you don't want any more children all right you are basically 100% you are a complete woman and then you meet this guy and he's talking about 50/50 but sir I'm taking care of myself 100% so what benefit is it for me to intertwine myself with you and you could only take care of me 50% make it make sense my beautiful people make it make sense let's talk about the 5050 misconception you're a single lady you're taking care of yourself 100% but then you meet a guy and he's talking about 50/50 H let's see now me taking care of myself 100% And you want to give me 50/50 H let's talk about it [Music] Beautiful People hello my beautiful people hello how you guys doing now I know you guys all know about the 50/50 thing okay everybody has their opinions and um yeah yeah it's interesting okay but you know like I always say to y'all let's go to the Bible the Bible the Bible the Bible okay cuz that's my source of everything so if you are 20 if you're in your 20s okay or even in your 30s and um you're starting from the ground zero up then okay I understand the 50/50 rule okay okay all right fine I'll give it a pass even though you know if I had a daughter I would not allow her to be with with a men that's going to be 50/50 but hey I said okay you're in your 20s you're in your 30s okay you have time to make mistakes okay you have time to make mistake go ahead and do you boo do you but if you are a woman like me in your 40s okay if you're in your 50s 60s all right you've been there done that you are sufficient meaning you have your own home most of us have bought a home okay we are in our home that God blessed us with you have a car you have your career you have your savings you have your full on care you are established okay you are established and you have you know certain ways okay you like to travel okay you are basically taking care of yourself 100% and a man comes into your life and say all right um I want to be with you but um I'm going to need you to contribute 50% okay to this situation now I want you to pause okay because I know what you guys are thinking some of you guys are thinking but D Stadler that's good you used to pay 100% and now you are only going to be paying 50% haha that's where they get you okay that's where you got to be very very smart okay don't fall for it that's not true that's not true you will still end up paying I mean you you'll still end up paying 100 100% and let me break it down to you okay I'm going to I'm going to have some numbers okay so get ready okay ladies take notes take notes cuz I'm telling you okay if you are in your 40s if if you are 40 plus you should not be with a man who's coming at you saying oh let's go 50/50 if you are for 40 plus and you find yourself in a 50/50 situation okay meaning that it's not like you guys were together when you were in your 20s or you were 30s if you guys were you know married and you guys are still together and you guys are building for your children but that's fine but if you are 40 plus you are meeting somebody new brand new you are not with that person because you want to have a family they're not coming at you because they want to have a family because by that age most of us you know we don't want to have any more children we don't desire children or we cannot have any children okay so I'm not in this relationship because I want to have a child with you I'm not in this relationship because I want to build with you because most likely you because I've I was already taking care of myself 100% okay so therefore you know what what are we building huh you need we we need to add you need you as the men the Bible say okay the man has to add to the woman if the woman had two he has to enhance her okay so if I'm in a 50/50 relationship I'm not going to be en en enhanced and grow talk to me talk to me talk to me talk to me okay so going back to what I was saying y'all I want you to follow me okay I want us to follow this formula really really so get this if you are by yourself okay if you are a single wonderful woman 100% woman say it say it say um it takes let's say it takes $100 okay let's just make it very simple say it takes $100 to maintain your lifestyle okay to pay your bills okay $100 now when you get with that guy all right you guys most likely will not be living in the same house okay go back to my previous video you'll see I talk about home ownership so he most likely will want to live in another house all right now that house house most likely will be more expensive than the house you currently live in all right are you following my beau are you following me okay so say your house that you lived in okay it cost $50 so out of your $100 that you make a month $50 let's just say half I know it's a big number but still let's just say half of that goes to your current home now you and him get together okay he's thinking well she has $100 I have $100 so let's put $200 together and let's buy a home okay that's going to cost $100 to maintain are you all following me now follow me follow me okay so when you were by yourself a single woman a complete woman okay your home cost $50 to maintain you were maintaining that all byself 100% and now you are with this guy okay he wants to buy a bigger house or you as a you know married woman you want to buy a bigger house too because you're like hell you know I have a husband now I need to you know get get a bigger house you know yada yada cool so now the house you all get it costs $100 to maintain so your whole paycheck is a is $100 his whole paycheck is $100 so that means you guys have you your income in the household is $200 but rather than your house costing $50 okay it now cost $100 to maintain so what does that mean huh we are smart over here at done Beau people we are smart so what does that mean that 50/50 rule means you still end up spending $50 when you're married $50 of your $100 still goes to the mortgage ding ding so where is the benefit here huh so you were single $50 went into your home when you were single complete taking care of yourself and now you're married still $50 goes into the home you have a bigger home but more expenses and then not only that okay there's whole other bills that comes along okay so all of that is 50/50 okay so basically you are still spending your whole $100 paycheck to maintain a bigger lifestyle with this guy and guess what's going to happen over the years you're going to build you're going to be resentful you're going to be like oh my goodness why why why do I have a husband and my life is still the same like I have to get up and go to work every morning and then when I come home when I was a single woman I could just you know eat whatever I want okay but now this guy he wants a you know homecooked meal at least three to four times a week when I'm tired I might be you know when I come home from work I might be tired not in the mood but he wants you know H and God forbid he is not a man of God which most likely he will not be so there comes a whole lot of headache and heartaches okay are you following me be my beautiful 40 plus year old woman are you guys following me so when you guys you know are talking about when he comes to you as a complete woman and he's talking about oh let's go 50/50 50/50 say no sir no sir I am capable of taking care of myself 100% so if you cannot take care of myself if you cannot you know maintain my lifestyle or more I can't no I can't do that no I can't do that because you see when you are a single woman and you are walking with Jesus Christ he is providing everything for you so my father Jesus Christ is providing everything for me okay he would want me to attach myself to somebody who can take me to the next level not keep me at the same level or below are you following are you following my beautiful people okay when you are a particular age you are winning okay you are winning you are winning you it's it's the best time it's the best time to be obedient to God and really do things the right way it's not the time to be desperate okay because God has brought you this far he did not bring you this far to take you back he did not bring you this far to take you backwards okay for a men and these men out there okay my beautiful lady my beautiful ladies okay who are a particular age 40 plus these men out there okay they are looking for us they are looking for us okay so we have to really protect ourselves and the way we can protect our is be in the word okay because the men of God let me tell you now listen to me now listen to me listen to me now the men of God the men that God has for you the men that Jesus Christ has for you he is going to come at you 100% man he's going to say look look baby here's what I have this is what God has blessed me with okay I don't need your 50% to live are you willing to meet me where I'm at okay I know that you spend $50 a month in your mortgage me I spend $60 a month in my mortgage why don't you come okay let's come to my house all right you don't need to ever worry about paying the mortgage because I could handle that I was handling my mortgage before you so I don't need you to help me with the mortgage you whatever money you make if you want to contribute something to the house cool if not then that's okay to be because be because before you I was taking care of myself 100% And what I need for you as a woman of God okay is favor from God Me Love loving you is going to cause me myself as a men of God to have favor in the eye of God okay Proverbs 18:22 is it 18:22 or 2218 I think it's 18:22 I always get it mixed up that's why I'm like thinking about it Proverbs 18:22 says he who finds a wife okay finds a good thing and obtains favor from God so so you could keep either you want to either if you want to sell your house you could sell your house and move in with him or you could just rent your house while you go and live with him okay live with your new husband and he's not going to expect you to do nothing regarding trying to help him to maintain his lifestyle because he's going to let you know okay baby I make $200 a month I could take care are you you willing to partner with me are you willing to be with me with my $200 a month income and you as a woman you'll say to yourself well he makes $200 a month I make $100 a month then yes he can take care of me like Jesus Christ wants him to take care of me there's not going to be this 5050 5050 oh you have to pay this you have to pay that no no no no no no we are going to be at this we are going to get together with m mutual love mutual respect okay trying to do God's work okay without being saying oh I need to do this I need no no no it's going to be natural and you as a woman okay when you see that the man okay is taking care of you is loving you naturally you are we are givers as women naturally we are going to want to give back and pour back into the relationship into him okay it doesn't have to be financially it could be many many many different ways and if it's financially that's okay too but that's your choice okay that is your choice I want us to know that we have choices when you are a 100% woman and when you don't need a men for nothing but you want a man but you don't need a man that leaves you with choices when you have choices when you have options that's a beautiful thing if you want to go into the relationship okay and do and pay 50% of the bills that's fine but at least that's an option it's not mandatory he's not telling you oh let's get this $500,000 house okay and the mortgage is $4,000 but you must pay $2,000 and I'll pay $2,000 because I cannot afford it by myself no no no no he's not he's not going to do that and ladies what I want to make sure I tell you guys is that be with a man you are happy with if you know you are a high maintenance woman if you know it takes a certain you know lifestyle to make you happy be with a men like that if you are more of a modest type of woman then be with a man like find like that too and vice versa men find a woman who suits your needs what I'm trying to say is that okay I'm just trying to bring it all home and let me know people your thoughts okay when you are 40 plus and you find yourself completely independent say thank you Jesus that's a big blessing say thank you Jesus for giving me a second chance to put you as number one in my life to put you as a priority because when Jesus Christ is number one in your life and not a man when he's number one in your life all the blessings all the good things will be giving unto you you don't need to look to the right or to the left because he will pour it down unto you so my beautiful 40 plus year old females do not be desperate for men but rather be desperate for Jesus Christ you hear me because you already have everything
