Week 2 Start/Sit Questions for Fantasy Football! (Injuries, Waiver Wire + More)

all right lots lots lots of news that has come out over the last couple days and we are trying to digest that as we continually Tinker with our week 2 rankings and Tinker with our expectations for players um you know making these difficult starts decisions that is our goal for you on today's stream so we appreciate yall being with us I guess um the the first bit of news we should talk about is Christian mcaffry maybe um you know he said today at practice that my mentality is I'm playing this week you know he said something similar last week so we can't really put too much talk into that at this point unfortunately you've got multiple people like uh Michael M Michael Fabiano and you know other names who are thinking it could be out longer sports doctors um you know it it seems like The Vibes are they're going to be very cautious with him I feel like we saw that report as well that they will be cautious with him um I mean we just saw I think Ian Rapaport talk about that in a video so yes this is the video I was talking about they're going to be extra cautious so I I would say expect Christian mcaffrey not to play this week and I said in my running back start sit video that if CMC was out I would have Jordan Mason as a top 12 Play so looking at the running backs here I guess if no CMC is there I'm deciding between names like Jonathan Taylor Derek Henry Isaiah Pacho that's kind of the range this week for me at least that I would be deciding between how about you yeah I'm kind of around that that range as well um I think there's definitely big arguments when it does come down to the names like you said like the Jonathan Taylor yeah the Derrick Henry's I think for me is I would want to start Jordan Mason over over Jonathan Taylor but at the same time Jonathan Taylor has a great matchup this week at least the expectation right it's just the expectation with Jordan love not being there it's like this team could be up early like I don't know that's that's kind of how I'm feeling on paper yes but we have to be careful not to overact too much to week one because not everybody's going to face saquon Barkley you know so the Packers that gave the most points in week one so it should be a great matchup but you know they're they're a better defense than that um yeah no question so it's a it's a tough call it's a tough call once it gets officially announced we'll probably put put them in there somewhere but we appreciate y'all being here with us uh the only other bit of news that we should probably talk about is Raheem moard is officially out this week which is funny because a lot of us thought moster might be the one who plays nope he is officially ruled out for week two and you know we dropped a stash video and people were like Jeff Wilson I'm like guys come on any League that's active Jeff Jeff Wilson was already picked up after this news you know what I mean um so Jeff Wilson is in my opinion between him and Wright he is the name to start this week if aan goes down because quite simply in week one we saw Jeff Wilson get the opportunities over um Jaylen Wright Jaylen Wright was a healthy scratch you know there's this narrative on Twitter right now well you drafted jayen right and now you're not going to play it well yeah we drafted a lot of players and the expectations are different now based off what we've actually in week one you have to adjust expectations you can't just use your decision making process as this is what happened in in my fantasy draft um I'll be that guy McDaniels says based off of the usage Wilson is his rb2 right now if uh hm plays and in moster doesn't so I think Wilson's a fine start if that happens he's a fine spot start and um we'll have to kind of deal with that as it comes in do you have any strong opinions on this back field uh before we get to questions no no I mean I think for Like It's just tough it's going to be a gut call if Devon does play obviously you start him but if somehow dvon doesn't play and you have Jeff Wilson um it's not exciting but you're just going to have to roll with it depending on your options so if yeah I do believe Jeff Wilson will be the guy or let's just say Devon and moer are both out um Jeff Wilson will be the guy and then Jaylen Wright will come in as a reliever back um so don't start Jaylen Wright over Jeff Wilson if Raheem and Devon's out uh that's what I would would highly recommend um so keep that in mind at this moment um I just updated my rankings as we were speaking thinking about this backfield assuming Devon hm plays this is where I would personally have Jeff Wilson this week I know we're going to have a lot of questions like that um I would have him ranked right around rb30 okay so I'll probably still start Devon Singletary you know of course if Jeff Wilson's a starter and anan's out we'll change our mind here but I'd still start single Terry Moss Naji Swift Ford but names like Taj Gus Zeke javante you know eckar white I think we're starting him over those names personally but yeah let's not waste any more time uh you guys are here to ask some questions and we're here to answer them do us a massive favor go ahead and smash that like because there's just that ceiling there where if the passes are accurate he could score a touchdown and if Josh DS does play We're Going Chase Brown so for me it's Marvin Ridley and then like I said if DS doesn't play ad an ey if he does Chase Brown yeah for me that's what I was going to say I was going to say um I was going to say Adam out of the three that I feel comfortable with so Marin Harrison really an Adan I the first two you have to start ad and ey I mean like you said if those passs were were accurate I mean we could be having a completely different conversation about Adonai do need to get him the ball more and this is a great match up versus the Eagles despite what Eagles fans are going to tell you um it's a good match up so I agree love is out there London if he's not uh I see London I see France I see Jamie captains uh thank you for the donation Jamie he says full PPR trade ra Andre and Higgins for auk I love auk that feels like an overpay though it does feel like overpay I love rre I think what why this why I think somebody would be interested or why will be interested in making this trade is because you don't believe in t Higgins and him potentially staying healthy um it is tough to believe in him but I think Rand Dre Stevenson after what we saw this past week it's hard to trade him away at the running back position depending on what your running backs look like Jamie to be completely honest with you so um does feel like an overpay maybe it's like ver mandre Stevenson and Shakira or maybe it's raand you know rre Stevenson and Curtis like it has to be a lower tier wide receiver than T Higgins um yeah I agree so I like the idea of getting iuk like the I'm I'm trying to trade for auka everywhere cuz I love the matchup and we personally told y'all he was potentially going to bust in a video last week so we weren't surprised by that um I think he's a great Buy Low if you can go get it done you absolutely should and but this is just asking a little bit too much I think I think especially with people being a little shaky after week one with him this is just asking a little bit too much we appreciate the love appreciate the support it says my home my home League um team decided not to show up in week one again I was a low scoring team last week injuries are affected are affecting my Flex I'm undecided on who to start there I'm leading towards Shahed cook and Sutton but I'm unsure every time I don't start Shahed he pops off he isn't my guy for me okay that definitely makes sense so 10 team super Flex League start 12 it's PPR uh let's go ahead and respond to this so man hey can next time we go live can you remind me to do streamer mode I always forget um but yeah stream so let's have a look at this um really his question is about the flex I'm undecided who to start there leaning towards Shahed cooks and Sutton but I'm unsure every time I start Shahi pops off um okay so let's look at the flex here are all the options that we can consider so man you lost puka that's tough dude I'm so sorry it's it's pretty shallow out here I'm not going to lie I definitely think she has to be one of the names we're starting of these options I I think there there's a couple of different ways we can go but like the the a person I see is we have to we have to fill three Flex spots brother yeah I know I know I think Shahed is safe to say one of them no is one sure yeah let's put Shahed in in one and then the second one are the next two people that I would be thinking about is either romad dun and Christian Watson um yeah I'm only starting watching if re if uh Jordan if J if Jordan L plays r with dunesday I'm not necessarily sure what his Outlook is going to look like I don't think he plays this week what about you yeah I don't think he plays either um but it is Monday night so we have to keep that in mind he gets an extra day let's answer the question assuming love doesn't play and Roman dun doesn't play and I'll send him a message saying that so I think Brandon Cooks is probably your next best option agreed and then looking at these other options we're deciding really between I guess like just trusting Watson with Mal Willis is something we might actually have to do um man you have so many injuries here don't you oh Sutton I think Sutton's probably the other name we have to play after getting 12 targets yeah the 12 targets is intriguing he's playing the Steelers which did pretty well against the pass so it really it look it's hard to I personally would go Christian Watson but I understand with the 12 targets so it's Brandon Cook rashed Shahed and then courland Sutton you're saying that if Jordan love doesn't play you're starting Christian Watson I don't want to yeah neither do I I don't want to but like I I feel like that's the the best option out of the other two like that's what I would say that's how that's how I feel currently okay uh well hopefully he can watch this cuz we have a different opinion which is totally okay um and then at quarterback between pie gof who are you starting this week um for me this is Jared gol yeah I think so too versus Tampa Bay I think that's a good defense to uh playing at home Target yeah yeah um solid squad though man really solid Squad this is a deep League I think you should feel good about this so we are going to flex uh Shahed cooks under nine points in PPR 22 touches nine points Rashad white has six targets I mean just any any PPR format whatsoever Rashad white has got to be in your lineups in my opinion so why I just clicked it there for Isaiah likely I'm definitely like on board with this idea um what I would like to do is make a call here we said this on yesterday's stream and you know unfortunately we don't have a crystal ball so we can't tell you hey Mark Andrews is going to dominate soon and likely he's going to be you know still good but maybe not as good as he was in week one we like we don't have the ability to tell you exactly what the future holds what I can tell you is there's every indication that Mark Andrews will still will be an important part of this offense there is every reason that you could list as to why he wasn't good in week one the entire Chief the entire Chief's defense their entire game plan was to take away Mark Andrews they did that there was double coverage okay um so that won't always be the case in fact if you look at Mark Andrews and you look at his career games versus the Kansas City Chiefs it's it's not that surprising to see and I'll show you guys right now so this is what I'm talking about here shout out to David uh he's six career games versus Kansas City okay one he had zero points in fantasy four and a half 5.2 10.7 3 and a half 3.4 this is not surprising this is something that the Chiefs have always done against Mark Andrews they always try and lock him down so to me the clearly was their game plan to take him away um there's history of him not performing well versus this team and he was coming off a car crash he wasn't fully healthy in practice I still think Mark Andrew is going to be a crucial part of this team moving forward so with that being said if likele gets the most return for you in a trade I would move him if Andrews gets the most return for a trade I would move him but what you want to be careful of is waiting till week two when there's more clarity there's a lot more risk here when you're making this move but your your biggest sell High opportunity right now if you want to make a call if it's likely you think he's the Young Gun who's just stepping in and Mark Andrews is old for the tight end position that's crazy to say people are saying that um or if you want to make the call that you think Mark Andrew is going to be good you want to sell High unlikely then absolutely do that to upgrade your running back room I'm sorry that was such a long answer but I felt like it was necessary to to say all that so if I had them I'd be making a call I'd be like in my gut I think Mark Andrews is still him let me sell High unlikely and then try and prove my running back spot a different spot right so sorry that was a long answer Chase side is just a huge huge win so I'll take them yeah especially with thear Chase there despite his rough start in week one if we redid a fantasy draft in a one quarterback League Jamar Chase is Ford or Robinson um this is tough I personally will be benching Aaron Jones I know it's a tough match up but that's really hard to do against like it's really hard to Ben Aaron Aaron Jones after just coming off that good game um for me this will be I be starting Aaron Jones and Jerome Ford um Aaron Jones and Jerome Ford you said I'm starting but like it's just I feel like we have to agree that drone for was pretty bailed out last week by that touchdown last minute if if that touchdown I don't know if we would be feeling super confident in him for me it's Brian Robinson I love the match up versus your Gian and it's Aaron Jones I just think the match Up's terrible but I think that offense is better I said this last week I said that offense is better than people give them credit for and they were um so I'm still going to go Aaron Jones here personally but I can see it like it's very close in my rankings yeah I defin I can see it as well so however way you want to go I think we can both agree is Aaron Jones and then for for me is Ford for Zach is Brian Robinson however you want to go Hugo thank you so much said should I panic for London someone offered neighbors for London in redraft h i don't feel like that's a um that's not a plus negative move so here's a deal if someone is thinking I want to upgrade to London from Neighbors then how can we make this a two for two deal where you actually upgrade somewhere else at this point with such little information after week one to make that deal you have to have such conviction on neighbors or such conviction on London and I don't know how you have how anyone could at this point uh I still love these guys moving forward by the way but it in my opinion I think you need to make this a two for two deal if they want to upgrade in their mind to London how can you upgrade at a different position right yeah um for me I just released a a short on Fantasy Land never stops there um and I talked about Drake London saying that this is this is his this is in my for me this is my last chance like if he doesn't at least get a minimum of I I said in the video 14 points and at least seven six to seven targets I'm not sure how how we can move forward with Drake London anymore um and maybe that's it's maybe not on Drake London maybe the quarterback play is still bad but you can make a case that the expiry date for hotness for Drake London is is much sooner than neighb week two goes wrong for both of these guys I I just need to see her from London sooner rather than later if not I think we just got to move terrible match up against the Jets I think he would easily be the guy that you should be starting out of these guys there is every reason why Calvin really should suck this week truly there's every reason you could possibly think of Calvin should be bad I have Demarcus Robinson ahead of Calvin Ridley in my rankings this week and I'm not afraid to say it okay I could look like an absolute fool but I am not afraid to say it if I can get seven targets from Matthew Stafford or seven targets from will Levis I mean guys will Levis puts mayonnaise in his coffee we should have known this guy's insane um I am starting Demarcus Robinson here and I am starting Xavier Worthy for me now if Hollywood plays it will be Robinson and Keon okay that's what I gonna say I look I know it's a terrible matchup I'm still going to go Ridley I'm going to go Ridley and I would go Keon Coleman yeah I just I got this feeling in my gut like the iuk feeling I had last week I just I do not want it it's just SE Hawks running backs go off versus Denver last week yep so I do slightly prefer Nai Zach Moss has a tough match up versus match up Chiefs exactly um that's where I'm going I'm going Naji Harris there Jamie love the content boys just asked earlier um just asked earlier the ra Andre trade for auk would you pair him with Brian Thomas for auk and McMillan um I'm trying to remember that that question would you him with Brian Thomas so the original trade was rre Stevenson it was trade rre Stevenson and Higgins for auk and now they're asking um no I think would you pair him with Brian Thomas for auk oh like rre stevon and Brian Thomas ryuk no I think that's kind of falls into the same tier Brian Thomas and T Higgins has to be it has to be significantly lower it has to be I believe at this point with his injury concerns you can make a case for Brian over T Higgin rest of the season anyway so it doesn't really make a huge difference yeah like I'll give you some names that I'm thinking maybe this is too low really let's just clarify for her I you go but let's clarify the issue we have is the McMillan part of this deal correct like what you're what you're getting in return points was all because of what he did through the air um that Jags defense was nasty against one of the most efficient running back rooms in the NFL last year so let's have a quick little look here you can see what I mean so this was last week okay we saw Devon hen the most efficient running back in the NFL last year with 2.4 yards per attempt completely mediocre Raheem moer was incredibly in uh incredibly efficient last year in this match up 1.5 yards per attempt um you know you saw Jeff Wilson get some work he was more this reliever guy and clearly they didn't game plan for him but that to me said you know what this rushing defense is maybe really legit in Jacksonville so I would be a little bit concerned about starting jome Ford clearly he's the best option for a lot of people cuz it is a volume play but knowing that Amari Cooper you know we'll get the targets will they be catchable we'll find out to be honest you could make an argument that he could have laid out for that catch that everyone saw where he missed a a a touchdown you talking about the Brian Thomas catch uh Cooper oh Mar Cooper okay um so yeah that is my logic it could be flawed but that is my logic uh by the
