you ever write material then like do you ever sit down and write things yeah but what I do is I I I will jot down ideas on my uh on my iPhone on your iPhone just an idea you know like what I want to talk about and I talk about in my act now like I'll give you an example and then how that backfires on tell me please I I so during covid I ended up at like everyone else shopping online I never shopped online I'm an old guy go into stores even my Underpants I buy a three pack right I go to Target you have someone go to stores for you NBC buy Underpants yeah you you you at what point does somebody reach in their career when they go hey go get me Underpants I I would have thought that it had been reached Howie you have a building no I I have I do my own Underpants okay that's how down to earth I am I buy my own Underpants yeah but anyway I started buying Underpants online okay and when you buy when you buy any online they inform you there's there's literature that comes with you can even the price the colors and the fact that my Underpants were moisture wicking and I did not know what that was I'm being honest with you I didn't know what I don't know what wicking is and I don't like the word moisture and if there is moisture I don't want it in my Underpants and if God forbid my Underpants ever got moist I don't want them Wicked I want them burned I want them off of me I'm not going to hang around wicking doesn't seem like something that would would happen spontaneously right you're not like oh it's wet it's wicked it's not it's wicking seems like a process so I I read this and I thought that's maybe a seed of an idea of something to talk about which I do now in my in my act because here's what I talked about I talked about my process is I I email myself if my Underpants ever get moist don't Wick them burn them or bury them that's all I had that's the seat of the idea that I was going to talk about and then I email that to myself okay and then here at the building yes I would look at the emails and then maybe flesh out maybe more of an idea course and think uh maybe I have a routine the issue with that particular thing is um and it's a horror show I didn't get the email I don't know who got the email and that bothers me that there's an email email out there from Hoy Mandel that says if my Underpants are in no context if my Underpants are ever moist don't Wick them burn them or bury them soize that email badly so every night on stage I tell the story that I just told you not because I think it's funny not because I think it's a good routine because I am on a mission to find anybody that knows somebody who has an email from hoe Mandel and that's what I I don't know which camera is this camera mine truly whatever you want to look in well sure sure that's good we have an underwear shot too yeah so well now I'm wearing uh man-made Underpants I love it no not made by well probably just four anyways that was a wicking I mean that that was just even that word wick is is funny something about it is funny anything you know that uh I don't know if if you've talked about that but K the k sound the C is a funnier sound than most you know the word some words funnier than others tell me tell me K the k sound is a funnier sound is it wicking yes wicking yes like a is a that's clue clucks Clan interesting maybe not so funny um K not so funny so I want to ask you about you're I want to ask you about color me wrong I'm s [Music] [Applause]
