A few days ago on Twitter, and I'm not gonna call
it X because I think that's stupid, but anyway, on Twitter, Kamala Harris, her campaign put
out a picture of Donald Trump with a caption that said Donald Trump vows to be a dictator
on day one. We won't let him. And that was actually not even the campaign account, that
was actually Vice President Harris's actual Twitter account. And it is based on what
Donald Trump has said multiple times. Now, going back to his original interview with Sean
Hannity at the beginning of the year saying, I want to be a dictator on day one, and then of
course I won't be a dictator, which is a lie, but he said it. Those are his words. And Harris
reminded everybody about that by putting out this picture of Trump with this caption. In response
to that, the owner of Twitter, Elon Musk, made an artificial intelligence image, an AI image
of Kamala Harris wearing a communist uniform. Um, which, you know, you, you can see in the
picture. And he put it with a caption that said, Kamala vows to be a communist dictator on day
one. Can you believe she wears that outfit? Now, Twitter erupted, and not in a good way for
Elon Musk either, but he needs more engagement on there. He needs the attention. He is an attention
hog. He is a very immature, unstable little man. So he puts this out there, gets all this negative
attention, and I'm sure he's thinking, ha, I owned you people. But here's the problem that Elon
Musk has, right? For somebody that loves to pretend they are a genius, and people on the
right for some reason think he's a genius, Elon Musk may have just committed a very serious
violation of law in at least 11 states. You see, the super smart guy doesn't seem to realize
that in 11 states here in the United States, it is illegal to use artificial intelligence
for political campaigns in a way that is meant to sway voters. 11 states have those laws on
the books right now, 29 other states currently have legislation pending, making the same thing
illegal. But Uhoh, Elon Musk, you may have just broken the law in 11 different states with
this social media post because you thought you were gonna be funny. You thought you're the
most hilarious guy on the planet, right? Oops. Every one of those states with a law on the books
needs to get on social media. Look at the post, determine how many users from their state either
liked it or reposted it. And at that point, You should enforce your law saying that clearly,
even though Elon Musk may not have been in your state when he posted it, it did however, make
it to people in your state. They liked it, they shared it, they were influenced by it,
which is what those buttons mean. And then boom, you got a violation there if you choose to go
that route. And I hope, I would love to see all 11 of those states do it, but at least one state,
maybe two. That'd be nice too. It's very easy. You have the laws on the books. The
legislation was all passed this year. This man did it. It reached your state.
It may not have originated in your state, but it reached it. So there you go. You know what
to do. State attorneys general make it happen.
