Mack held his own yeah got to serve up over a hundred so he'll be pumped about that jokovic no sleeve on the knee let's go down to uh let's go to Renee first with with the two a all right guys first of all congratulations uh what a great fun night we're having here tonight what do you think this guy and also what is it like for you to be back on this court where you played so many night matches I I think it's so cool to be on the court with two legends and Johnny Ma [Laughter] it's really cool no listen I mean honestly I was so nervous when they told me I had to play with Carlos I was like oh my God I was such a huge fan in our house I mean me both me and Stephanie he's on we watch and we smile it's a it's a great feeling to be out here and do that under the great name of Arthur Ash to Billy Jean national tennis can't get better and Carlos you know you had the opportunity to play with Rafa at the Olympics now get to play with this guy but I want to know something who talks more between Rafa and this guy on the court because there was a lot of conversation that he was yelling at youi without doubt yeah I'm uh I going sayi guy who are surrounded by you know this Legends uh be able to play in the same same core in the same side of the net like Andre like Rafa obviously playing with um John uh well no with the Novak we've played many many times this year but it's always a pleasure to set the call with him uh yeah I'm a lucky guy so this some some experience that I'm going to keep forever uh and yeah I had I had so much fun and what about again getting an opportunity to play against these two and seeing them on the other side of the Court particularly John with your history and of course Novak and what he's been able to do over the last couple of years I mean what does it mean to you to look down the other end and just have this opportunity to play these guys oh I mean well is very familiar to me from this perspective Novac isn't and it's much more intimidating being on this side of the court with Novac than standing behind him you know trying my best to help so it was a it was a thrill I mean I mean I I don't know what to prioritize whether it's Novac and everything he's accomplished and continues to accomplish John our history together and I mean how about how about everything that Carlos has accomplished in in what you're like 12 right how old are you yeah 11 11 11 I mean is the game in in great hands or what great hands Carlos you know you are always smiling so much on the court no matter the pressure but tonight I felt your smile was as large as I've ever seen it having this opportunity for you you really look like a kid in a candy store what did it mean to you to just have this opportunity to play against John be with this guy on the court and of course face that guy with a few more Smiles on your face well yeah as I said for me it's a privilege to you know playing uh playing this uh this thing this matches uh obviously I'm I'm not used to you know see see them around so I I'm my likey guy who uh you know try to spend as much time as uh as I can with them trying to hear as much thing as I can uh just to to learn from from the Legends uh yeah uh I try to enjoy every moment that's why I put I smile from here to here uh has been a a great great moment for me for my life and uh yeah it was a time that I had to to enjoy for sure all right well I know one thing he's sweating a lot more than you okay I'm over to you guys all right John as as the Elder Statesman out here we could expect maybe it would slowed down but looks like the hands are still good how' you feel out there you know I I felt great James uh the hands are the last to go as you know but I just want to say as a kid who grew up in Queens 15 minutes from here yeah to be part of this is absolutely amazing Arthur Ash was my coach for many years this is Arthur Ash Stadium Billy Jee King I met when I was 15 so this is an awesome night Andre is an absolute Legend unbelievable we're old friends Carlos thank you for being in the game but most of all know back what you've done for our Sport and what you just accomplished the last couple months particularly Olympics thank you man for being part of this sport it was a pleasure to play with you true pleasure man thank you thank you so much I I appreciate that as well Novak how does it feel now this is the first time being announced onto the court as the Olympic gold medalist does that feel a little different being out here as the Olympic gold medalist ah yeah I mean I've been waiting for that moment for basically my whole career and uh it's been an incredible journey obviously trials and tribulations and failing and hoping that one day I'll make it and uh I told Carlos at the net when um we finished the final that uh I was very grateful to him for letting me win the gold he's probably going to have like three Golds or before he retires um so that was that was nice and obviously Andre uh who's won a gold and won a golden slam and everything he has done for the sport John it it it this evening is surreal honestly I mean so many of you came out tonight to support tennis to support um all of the players it's incredible honestly thank you it's been a a great pleasure to be part of this and every time I step out on Discord feel special but even more you know because I got to share it with the legends of the game which is heavier so I know you put the gold medal on which is heavier the gold medal or John mackell no answer to that I love John thank you all for coming out for this
