DEMOCRATS ARE IN A DIFFICULT DECISION WHEN YOU GET DEFINITIVE WORD LET US KNOW. >>> LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT THA WHAT THE PUBLIC OPINION IS SAYING STEVE KORNACKI IS AT THE BIG BORD WE DON'T HAVE A LOT BUT WE HAV SOME POLLS FOLLOWING THE DEBATE. WHAT IS IT TELLING US? >> EVERYONE IS WAITING FOR THE DEFINITIVE POLL TO COME OUT. WE DON'T HAVE THAT YET WE HAVE A COUPLE THIS MORNIN THAT LOOK SIMILAR TO THIS POLL THEY ASKED A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS. THEY ASKED A GENERAL QUESTION, SHOULD BIDESEN IN GENERAL BE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. THEY ASKED THAT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN FEBRUARY, 37% OF VOTERS SAI HE SHOULD BE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. NOW RIGHT AFTER THE DEBATE, THEY HAVE THE NUMBER DROPPING TO JUST 28%. BY COMPARISON, THEY ASKED THAT THE SAME OF DONALD TRUMP, AN THE NUMBER IS 46%. IN RESPONSE TO THE DEBATE, THE ASKED WHAT SHOULD BIDEN DO RIGHT NOW IN THE WAKE OF THIS DEBATE AND 64% SAID THAT HE SHOULD STEP ASIDE. I THINK WHAT IS TROUBLING FO BIDEN AND THAT NUMBER IS NOT JUST THE FACT THAT IT IS TWO-THIRDS BUT THIS IS HIS OWN PARTY. THIS IS NOT HIS OPPONENTS. OBVIOUSLY THE OPPONENTS AR INCREASING THE POTENCY THE MAIN CONCERN, ONE OF THE MAIN CONCERNS WHEN IT COMES TO BIDEN IS HIS AGE THIS IS A GALLOP POLL BEFORE THE DEBATE WE ARE ALREADY GOING INTO TH DEBATE, 67% OF VOTERS SAID THE CONSIDERED BIDEN TOO OLD TO BE PRESIDENT. THAT IS 30 POINTS HIGHER THA THE NUMBER FOR DONALD TRUMP. YOU LOOK AT THE OTHER OLDEST NOMINEES IN HISTORY, JOHN McCAIN IN 2008, AND DOLE IN 1996, AND REAGAN IN HIS CAMPAIGNS, THE NUMBERS WERE IN 20 OR 30 FOR REAGAN THAT BIDEN NUMBER IS ONE WE HAVE NEVER SEEN FOR A CANDIDATE BEFORE AS WE WAIT FOR DEFINITIV POLLING, WE HAVE ONE POLL THAT ASKED THE HORSE RACE QUESTIO AFTER THE DEBATE ASKING BIDE VERSUS TRUMP WHO ARE YOU FOR, IT IS JUST ONE STATE, FROM NE HAMPSHIRE. THIS IS OUT JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES AGO. TRUMP LEADS BY TWO POINTS IN THE NEW NEW HAMPSHIRE POLL TRUMP PLUS TWO AND CRITICAL THING THERE IS IN 2020, BIDEN CARRIED NE HAMPSHIRE BY 7.5 POINTS. SO WE DON'T HAVE A PREDEBATE POLL FROM THAT STATE THEIR LAST ONE WAS IN DECEMBER THEY HAD BIDEN UP TEN THEN THIS IS THE FIRST POLL SINCE DECEMBER BUT COMPARED TO THE 2020 RESUL IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, THEIR POLL JUST AFTER THIS DEBATE, IS A PRETTY BIG SHIFT >> THAT IS CERTAINLY A WARNING SIGN FOR THE BIDEN CAMPAIGN. IF A DEBATE IS A GOOD MEASURE OF EVERY POLITICIAN, FAVORABLE, UNFAVORABLE, TWO POLLS ASKED ABOUT JOE BIDEN, HE WAS 39 FAVORABLE, 58 FAVORABLE, AND THEN 44, 56. AND THESE ARE NOT GOOD NUMBERS BUT THEY ASKED THE SAME QUESTION IN THE SAME POLLS ABOUT KAMALA HARRIS THESE NUMBERS ARE NOT BETTER THEY ARE A LITTLE WORSE. HER FAVORABLE IS 37 IN THE SAM POLL WHERE BIDEN IS AT 39. 41 IN THE SAME POLL WHERE BIDE IS 44. THAT IS A HUGE CONSIDERATION FOR DEMOCRATS.
