Ultimate 2024 Fantasy Football WR Rankings (Top 51)

FINAL WR Rankings for 2024 Fantasy Football rankings week continues today with wide receivers a position that feels deeper than ever being drafted earlier than ever which makes sense because there's more wide receiver talent in the league than ever but in some ways that was perfectly outlined in last year's fantasy football season with late round picks like pukaa and Nico Collins busting into the top 10 scorers at the position despite many others being drafted in the first two rounds I think the tough part is the second and third tier that we're going to get to it's a bunch of guys that we think can do it but have not proven that they are like wide receiver ones in fantasy I think whoever can nail those picks is basically going to win your league we could look back on this year and perceive the round two and round three area of drafts as the make or break picks for who wins and who loses your fantasy leagues again today we will definitely point you in the direction of some of our favorite players some of our Fades and also some sleepers as we go along about 50 names today but first if you want our rankings physically to bring them to your fantasy football draft and dominate your friends and League mates the easiest way to do that is to sign up for Underdog fantasy using promo code the show or click the link in the description down below we get a few more things from that you get a breea special for week one all he has to do is hit one yard in his first game of the season and a 50% deposit match up to $11,000 but again most importantly free rankings by using promode the show if you sign up for Underdog fantasy let's let's get into this Hayden tear them up CeeDee Lamb and we'll start off with CD lamb as our wide receiver one man with a new contract last year he actually played 53% of his snaps in the slot that's actually the highest rate of any of the top six wide receivers in the league which I think people don't necessarily attach that to his name because he has this Alpha big body X wide receiver frame on top of that too yeah he showed up with more physicality and a little bit more downfield presence last year Dak Prescott at the top of his game as well he led the league in targets to me like the safest pick in fantasy football right now and the only thing that has changed about this cowboys organization is potentially a drop down in Talent at the running back position so we know last year that CD lamb had 181 targets last year the next closest player in the Dallas Cowboys uh had 81 so a pretty big difference between that group Next our wide receiver to when we combine our rankings is Tyreek Hill of the Miami Tyreek Hill Dolphins he led the NFL in targets with pre- snap motion 137 and targets coming off play action with 56 uh he is the perfect fit for a Mike McDaniel offense yeah they just get the ball out so quickly they're going to be able to do a lot of things that's what Mike mcdel always does and most importantly you keep noting it the Dolphins probably not going to be winning as many games by as many points throughout the season so Tyreek Hills numbers from last year there's a chance we see like another five 10 targets over the course of the year if the Dolphins are in a little bit tighter of contests and actually the other area a possible Improvement for Tyreek Hill for fantasy points this year is that he was third in Red Zone expected points but finished 16th among all wide receivers and actual points scored in that area of the field so more efficiency in the Red Zone maybe a whole offseason of plays drawn up by Mike mcdel could end up with more fancy points in our back pocket too uh and Justin Jefferson we're goingon to close this tier with Justin Jefferson Hayden as our wide receiver three a lot of other people might not be as confident as you are right now to draft him in the slot because the quarterback change from KT cousins to JJ McCarthy two now Sam darnold yeah I'm not that concerned because you know we just saw it with Justin Jefferson last year there was four games when he came back from injury without Kurt Cousins on those four games his Pace 2,23 yards I mean just incredible he had 10 plus Targets in all four games that was with Nick Mullen dos and jiren Hall Sam darnold's better than all those guys and then last year wide receiver one in half PPR points per game wide receiver 2 fantasy usage wide receiver one just watching him on the field the best in the league which does matter which matters the Vikings defense very boom bust because they Blitz look at that division Bears Lions Packers they're going to be chasing points the entire time Hawkinson is out for half the year we might get a uh Jordan Addison suspension who knows Jefferson just too good that he's not the top tier and I think some other coaches might change how they call an offense if they move from an established longtime starting quarterback to a bit more uncertainty of the position this year that's not the case with Kevin oconnell he's going to be top five top six top seven pass attempts this season I will say maybe you disagree with this or you agree with me even if we do believe that Kevin okano can get the most out of Sam darnold I think there is going to be more volatility in Justin Jefferson attached to a quarterback like that attached to a quarterback like Kurt Cousins for example because again last year without Kurt Cousins he was wide receiver 26 then wide receiver Six Wide Receiver 38 and then wide receiver one so he had those like top six scoring weeks in his bag but then also some lesser performances and I think that maybe points to just again the the high Varian that the quarterback position might be yeah but if Sam Dar throws a pick six out in the flats and they're down by seven points in the first quarter I mean Justin Jefferson is gonna leave with like 12 targets so I'm not that concerned start of tier two that is AJ Brown is our wide receiver for that Tier 2 - AJ Brown goes against consensus where he's drafted all platforms as wide receiver six we love all these wide receivers but why might AJ Brown be considered the wide receiver four this season well first of all he's an absolute monster out there but I think that the things that went wrong for the Eagles last year were actually fixed this off season they did not use rpos in play action enough last year they kept getting blitzed a ton and they had no answers to the test so they get rid of their offensive coordinator bring in Kell Moore who's like an established play caller I'm not worried about the Blitz as much this preseason the Eagles number one in RPO rate number six in play action rate and then on top of that AJ Brown's actually a positive regression candidate this year on his downfield targets Devonte Smith he was fifth out of 81 wide receiver uh qualifiers and catchable ball rate AJ Brown 64th if that thing evens out AJ Brown we know how good he is after the catch but really just some of these downfield passes need to go his way and really at the end of the day I think that he's a top five wide receiver I think he's better than like the Alan Ross Brown Garrett Wilson here so I want to get really going with him our wide receiver five then is Jamar Chase of the Ja'Marr Chase Cincinnati Bengals uh he is back to practicing over the last two days after his hold in in the entire off season which is very different than the other holdin across the league that we've seen because he actually has two years left on his contract specifically on the field without like the obvious defined roles that this Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Trio might have compared to pre years which it was T Higgins on the outside Jamar Chase on the outside Tyler Boyd as predominantly a slot player I do wonder if we see even more growth of this inside to outside versatility of Jamar Chase's game I mean that's moved from 14% with Joe burrow as a rookie to 28% of his snaps with Joe burrow last season and then let's not forget that with Joe burrow last year finally healthy starting in week five and that only lasted until week 11 Jamar Chase was the wide receiver three in overall points yeah he's really damn good there it really just comes down to can Joe Burrow's wrist hold up this entire year and then making sure Jamar Chase is ready to go immediately after not practicing for the last couple months we won't dive into it but there are like a couple little Whispers when you check in here or there about the wrist injury for Joe burrow but that's just something to monitor as we move along okay I'm on Amon-Ra St. Brown russing Brown is our wide receiver six is it possible that ARB leads the NFL in Targets this year yeah he's always going to be in the mix right there I was I was just going to say like in a full PPR League I think you could slide him all the way ahead of AJ Brown and even Jamar Chase as well he's a layup receiver the Lions do not have a lot of depth at the wide receiver group at all so I think that this going be a great year for mon Ros Brown the only thing that has me a little bit more concerned this year versus last year the Lions defense I just did my defensive rankings I think they have a top 10 defense the amount of turnover they have on the secondary is awesome to see so I don't think that this team's going to be in many shootouts just because I think this defense is going to be way better than it has been the last couple Seasons I hear you on that and they might not be this good to the point I'm making but I do like offenses attached to good defenses too because then that puts them more into scoring positions yeah fewer yards but more touchdowns on top of that um you mentioned layups Rich rebar the great one over at sharp football analysis pointed this out after just 22 receptions of 20 plus yards over Aman rth St Brown's first two seasons in the league Alan Ross Brown had 24 catches of 20 plus yards last season which was eighth among all wide outs so he kind of goes from this underneath yards after catch tough grab kind of guy to more big explosive plays and that's going to happen even more so with Ben Johnson continued at the helm and just one ridiculous note as you're perusing all of these NFL teams uh the Detroit Lions only play one outdoor game up until week 16 of this NFL season yeah luckily for Jared gof some might say the NFL wants them to win but I will not put on my tinf foil hat okay next Garrett Wilson Garrett Wilson is our wide receiver seven couple notes for me Hayden go back to the 2020 season Devonte Adams attached to Aaron Rogers was first in Red Zone targets first in targets inside the 10 yard line 2021 Devonte Adams attached to Aaron Rogers third in Red Zone targets and second in targets inside the 10 yard line I always talk about it it is the Mind meld that Aaron Rogers and Devonte Adams had in that area of the field checked at the line hot routes kill the play I'm just going to throw it to you in isolated coverage on these three or four routes that our hand signals choose and in like the 12 snaps that Aaron Rogers and Garrett Wilson played together last preseason I actually saw that we never got to see it in the regular season but I believe it comes into a FR here where Garrett Wilson has never reached this caliber of a fantasy asset as wide receiver 7 but I think if Aaron Rogers plays 17 games it is definitely within the realm of possibilities and I would say even likely I think he's of the group that's most likely to graduate into this first tier but I do think there's a difference between like your confidence in St Brown's production versus Garrett Wilson's I see the same thing he he's such a game breaker right at the line of scrimmage so I think he's going to be able to get open underneath he's super explosive yards after catch wise so uh I think to the Jets in general their offense should be pretty good because their offensive line goes super deep we talked about that with the breeze Hall stuff as well so jets with two top 12 picks in fantasy football what could truly go wrong Garrett Wilson has 21 inzone targets over the last two seasons and just four of those have resulted in touchdowns I mean a ridiculous 38% of his in zone targets have been inaccurate throws well and one of those touchdowns was the one where he went like backhanded come across juggle it like it was just a circus catch let's get the guy a quarterback and then a healthy quarterback on top of that okay this tier actually closes out with puka Puka Nacua AA for us who we have as our wide receiver 8 and he's being drafted as wide receiver 8 on all platforms out there we know he's dealt with a knee injury during training camp it seems like everything is trending towards it being fine for week one we know that puka last year set records for receptions receiving yards and total yards for a rookie wide receiver so Hayden for a game in this fake fantasy football that we talk about they get obsessed with seconde wide receivers it's kind of stunning on some level that he's still available here on all platforms as wide receiver 8 if you just sort by the production of rookie wide receivers that did what puka did they're all like basically Hall of Famers so that's kind of the trajectory now I don't think that's going to be as easy as that a lot of things went his way last year and he does have to survive a really lengthy injury history so there's a little bit of a boom bust to his game but if you're just talking about like who's most likely to average 15 half PPR points this year you got to give puka the benefit of the doubt for what his rookie campaign looked like and spoiler alert we're going to have Cooper cup breed very highly on this show his name is coming up here in just a moment but I do want to point your attention to that yes it was an injured Cooper cup but puku was still the wide receiver 10 in expected fantasy points per game last year when Cooper cup was still on the field in weeks 5 through 17 so two guys have the chance in terms of expected fantasy points oh yeah to have awesome seasons in this Rams offense okay that does it for our top two tiers actually this kind of brings you through round one to the round one two turn I do want to remind everyone out there that we want to be the source for you to watch and win your fanasy football leagues up until your draft through your draft and during the regular season we G have waivers shows ranking shows stats versus film The award-winning show as well so be part of the 39% that watch this Channel and hit that subscribe button we definitely definitely appreciate a sub all right name number nine that is Jaylen Wadd yes kyden should I read the Jaylen Waddle stats do it okay this is my main pitch for Jaylen W because no one else is going to have him rank this highly or drafted this highly in fact in your home leagues he's going around wide receiver 20 on Underdog it's wide receiver 13 okay this is why I believe this is a massive potential breakout season for Jaylen Wadd in second half of games last year he only had 23 catches for 306 yards and one touchdown again combined all third and fourth quarters and that was limited production that he had the question is how and and why might that change well the Dolphins played with a lead on 50% of their drives okay they were one of four teams with a double digit lead on 50 plus drives and one of two teams to play with a 20-point lead on 20 plus drives those numbers come from the great Jacob Gibbs so this year this team according to Vegas is only projected for nine and a half wins if we interpret that correctly that means they're going to have fewer big leads and more close games and then that gives us in close games in neutral game scripts the Miami Dolphins had the third highest pass rate in the NFL but they finished with the 17th ranked pass rate last year again because of those massive leads so closer games equals more use for Tyreek Hill and more use for Jaylen Wadd and I'm perfectly okay in this weird awkward territory in round two attaching ourselves to one of the best offenses in the league even if he is their quote unquote wide receiver too well there's contingent upside something ever happens with Tyreek Hills so there's like a path to him to go into the top five last year on a per route basis the best of his career top 10 numbers across the league so this is somebody like the first couple weeks on Underdog fantasy to pick them I I'm taking the highers on his yards in fact I've already taken uh a hire in fact with my Bree Hall special with jayen Wadd in week one uh that's something I'm targeting as you can tell we are not scared to deviate from the group think that happens in rankings and ADP at this moment so again use promo code the show or click the link in the description to get our rankings in PDF form into your email next our wide receiver 10 that is Tier 3 - Nico Collins Nico Collins who is being drafted as the wide receiver 12 why don't you take this one Hayden well 63 about 210 215 it can run really fast his yard dve after the catch for like where he catches the ball down the field over the middle unbelievable if you've watched CJ Str nobody plays more on time throwing the ball accurately on these post routes where Nico Collins wins he also has his like physicality I'm not sure if you saw that rep in the preseason where he absolutely just like dominated the guy in the bottom of the screen and fights for a first down he's just so underrated like a throwback X receiver that can win down the field it's just hard to find these guys so I want as much atten on the Texans as I can get yeah we're going to talk about some of these other names of good players on potentially bad offenses we know nio Collins is now a great wide receiver on a potentially great offense so again it can be that simple and make you feel that much easier about that selection in again this weird awkward area in round two I will say and this going to be a continued conversation through these next few names especially when we get to the Texans wide receivers they were loaded last year with niiko Collins and tankel they're even more loaded this year with Stefan Diggs in the mix I do want to point our attention to Niko Collins had six top 12 scoring wide receiver weeks last year and tank Dell missed basically three of those games it's only natural when all three are healthy some of that volume and opportunity be pulled away from Nico Collins yeah but it's also possible that this offense is better from week one than it was from the start of week one last year too that was be my counter this is CG Stout in this second season and he might throw for 5,000 yards this year like not even exaggerating all right the surprises do not end because our wide receiver Cooper Kupp 11 is Cooper cup tell them why I mean even last year in his 10 healthy games he was a wide receiver 16 and I say healthy in quotations because he was battling a ton of injuries did not look right entirely healthy off season like I've been scouring Jordan rodri's Twitter the athletic I can't find any negative report about Cooper cup dating back for months and months and months if we just zoom out and look about like look at his stats from 2021 I mean truly incredible stuff he's had more than 90 yards in 25 of his last 36 healthy games that's 69% of his games with over 90 yards and then from uh week 12 on last year including the playoffs that's a eight game sample here are the teams with a higher EPA per dropback the Green Bay Packers that's it the Rams last year down the stretch were phenomenal and that's why you can have puka and Cooper cup ranked this High I want to play for upside I know that he has tons of injury risk he is a little bit older but he was also the wide receiver one overall in 2021 and in 2022 on a per game basis and I want to go for upside in round three and I think that nobody provides more of it than Cooper cup let's repeat that point he was the wide receiver one in both 2021 and 2022 in points per game and were're able to get that in wide receiver 16 in your redraft leagues at this moment it's not about the small wins in fantasy football it's not about drafting the wide receiver 25 who turns into the wide receiver 20 congratulations you do that a couple times and you might win a game here or there yeah to win the championship you get the guy who is being drafted as the wide receiver 16 who finishes as the wide receiver five overall and we've already seen this guy do that twice on a per game basis just a couple seasons ago and and we're only able to do that because of an injury riddled start to a season last year that carried throughout the entire time and plus he's 31 years of age and let's not forget I know that puka AA is there but Cooper cup was still the wide receiver nine in expected points per game last season even with with pukaa on the field and he was a wide receiver six in expected touchdowns because they threw the ball to him in the Red Zone more than they did puka so I just think that the offense still is going to run through puka as much as he his body can hold up for okay let's package our wide receiver 12 and 13 Brandon Aiyuk & Deebo Samuel together that is Bren nauk and Debo Samuel since they are on the same team I am slightly nervous I gotta say Hayden just a moment of honesty between us about Bren nuk more than the other hold inh holdouts because CD lamb is now practicing Jamar Chase is now practicing we still have over a week until the first game of the season Bren auk from the recording time of this right now is not practicing if you listen to all former athletes they say it takes at least like 10 days to get into game shape if not more so I wouldn't be surprised if we get a bit of a slower start to the season with BR auk but we also need to have full season brain here and remember that brain auk is one of the best man coverage beaters in the league and actually his splits compared to Debo Samuel in that department who's one of the best Zone beaters in the league make them kind of the yin and the yang when it comes to this 49ers wide receiver du yeah I hear you on the Holden stuff with with auk I do think that he's going to sign a contract any day now especially when cutdowns are passed there's one thing that the the GMS need to work on it's getting Trent Williams and brand auk uh inside the building and actually practicing I think that's going to be resolved fairly soon I have been reading a lot of Debo Samuel coverage and they're they keep saying like the MVP of training camp has been Debo Samuel he's basically in a contract year uh because he's probably going to get cut or traded next off season so yeah win in doubt good players good offenses that's basically the entire top 12 and I wanted to bring that up because you know we're ranking even players on the same teams ahead of wide receiver ones on other teams and this is the last time I'm going to say this but round two is really awkward and difficult when you have to draft one of these guys and you're on the clock and I would just rather count on the teams that Vegas projects and we project to score more points which means more touchdowns which means more fantasy points more likely than others and just to pull this back to the last couple of years like Deo Samuel and bruk were both top 14 scores at the position last year tank Dell and Nico Collins were both top 16 wide receivers of the position AJ Brown and Devonte Smith were both top 21 wide receivers Jaylen W and Tyreek Hill back in 2022 were both top 13 scores in per game stats so it's okay to draft two guys in the top 12 to top 15 on the same team because they will outscore other teams quote unquote wide receiver ones consistently and you don't have to draft both of them on the same team either and if something happens to the other one then you all of a sudden have a fantastic player on a great offense and that's how you get a top five top six overall season so all those stats you were just mentioning that's when both players were on the field together what happens if one of those guys is no longer part of the picture and I think that conversation perfectly takes us into our wide receiver 14 and that is Davante Adams Devonte Adams who I actually have as our wide receiver 16 he's being drafted though as wide receiver 11 in redraft leagues out there my big concern is one this team could be bottom five in touchdowns scored two we know that Garner muu made Michael Pitman one my flag plant players last year into a really really good fantasy asset for all of us but I don't know if Devonte Adams is going to get that same 29% Target share that Michael Pitman got last year because one we throw in Brock Bowers into this equation and two Shane syin is not the play caller of this offense like this team despite what the preseason showed us is going to be run first they threw a lot in the preseason for the quarterback battle between mchu and Aiden okono so we know that Shaney no matter what neutral pass rate super high tons of passing plays this is a throw first offense and I'm just nervous about Devonte Adams upside in that department I will say those stats that you're talking about with Devonte Adams and Garrett and Garrett Wilson uh in that blur that was with Luke getsy as the offensive coordinator with Devonte Adams and they are reunited here there's a chance that Devonte Adams gets moved uh at the trade deadline too I don't think you can really account for that so I'm a little bit more open to Devonte Adams like being that boom bus wide receiver one two still but he's just not as exciting as the names going ahead of him for age in team reasons but I'm I'm still leaving the light on for him if you have drafted him at the two3 border Drake London Drake London is next Drake London is our wide receiver 15 which is a little bit after consensus We Love Drake London as a player and we are optimistic of what this Atlanta Falcons offense can be especially compared to last three seasons under Arthur Smith where the Falcons ranked 30th in dropback rate at 55% um just open mind here okay we talk about this McVey tree a lot and Zack Robinson coach under sham M the last couple of years I hope we get some like Cooper cup esque stuff here from Drake London or pukaa esque stuff where it's a bunch of Crossing routes some gimmies some Yak possibilities some difficult midle the field grabs um but it's almost I need to see it to believe it at some point especially the price tag he goes as you know the wide receiver 10 on Underdog at this moment it just been too rich for me I think that Drake London's like a really good player I'm not sure if he's like total freak Show Jamar Chase AJ Brown Garrett Wilson type of player and then like you said this is the Shawn McVey tree but it's not Shawn McVey himself there's a little bit of a mystery box with the quarterback what he looks like coming off injury a play caller that's fairly inexperienced as well and then Drake London also having to prove this so you have to kind of parlay all these things in a row to be the wide receiver 10 I'm not ruling that out I just feel a little bit more comfortable with a guy ahead of him yeah 22% of his career Red Zone targets have been inaccurate and hopefully that's an area that can be improved upon with Kurt Cousins or Michael pinck and we know that coming into the league Drake London had yards after catch capabilities but we know the verticality of Arthur Smith's offense that really wasn't put into use yep okay you ready for the comments to hate you Malik Nabers & Marvin Harrison Jr. not me you because Malik neighbors is our wide receiver 16 and maybe we just tie him in here with our wide receiver 17 and that's Marvin Harrison Jr I mean Marvin Harrison Jr has being drafted as the wide receiver nine on all platforms we'll table that for a moment and specifically talk about Malik neighbors why do you have him just flat out ahead of Marvin Harrison Jr at this point I think the Giants are going to have to be forced into passing the ball more often because I don't trust their ground game as much as what the Cardinals are going to do and I think that Malik neighbors is somebody that you scheme the all up to at will my pre-draft comps for him Jamar Chase Odell Beckham Jaylen Wadd talking about a 99th percentile uh Prospect according to my model he led the class in yards per route first downs per per route he's 20 years old and I keep going back to this but the Giants two years ago in Daniel Jones last healthy season they were 12th in EPA the offensive line is better now I trust Brian debal to scheme up his wide receivers going back to the Steph digs era as well and then the other thing with Daniel Jones is he's never had somebody like Malik neighbors nobody even close to what Malik neighbors brings to the table so I'm going to let them work this thing out and not just say that the Giants are for sure going to be some crappy offense there I think they're just gonna have to pass the ball a little bit more than what the Cardinals have because they actually have a functional ground game in Arizona where in New York that's probably not going to be the case I am open-minded to the idea that Malik neighbors is the type of talent that allows Brian deall to run the offense that he actually wants to run I still am very skeptical of Daniel Jones I personally rank Marvin Harrison Jr ahead of Malik neighbors however just to put this all in context Malik neighbors is being drafted in your home leagues as wide receiver 24 so hopefully if you use our rankings You're Going to exit every single draft with Malik neighbors right now who's one of the most underpriced players on every single platform out there and despite me still preferring Marvin Harrison Jr I kind of think he's one of the more overpriced players at the position right now just from this fact again he's being drafted as wider receiver 9 everywhere at the moment pukaa last year who broke all the rookie records finished as the wide receiver seven in points per game so we have to get another record breaking record setting rookie season from Marvin Harrison Jr it's possible I just don't think it's likely and for that reason I'm willing to rank a bunch of these veterans ahead of him again even though he's the player who so often is that one-w turn pick Marvin's going to be fantastic there's no question about that but like look at the history of the coaching staff in Arizona it's Drew petzing it's Eagles offshoots it's Cleveland offshoot this is a balanced offense through and through I just don't see the volume like with puka he had Shawn McVey and Matthew Stafford we're talking about Drew ping and Kyler Murray like to me trying to thread that needle is asking a lot well and we really like Drew petting and we really like Kyler Murray but we also think a heavily featured player in that team is Trey McBride so it's it's and James Conor and James Conor it's it's just a bit of a different package for me to take that step right now and again I would just rather go for the waddles the noos the Cooper cops so on and so forth and the last thing here this is the earliest a rookie wide receiver has ever gone back in the day you were not drafting Marvin Harrison Jr in the second round No rookie wide receivers have typically gone this high so like we're expecting one of the best wide receiver Seasons from a rookie period just not ninth overall and that's taking nothing away from Marvin Harrison Jr's Talent who if you subscribe to the channel you know that we do Prospect profiles every single April on like 50 draft prospects if not even more than that I mean he makes difficult look easy and the easy look Flawless so often you know we'll close out this tier with Chris alve who again we have much later Chris Olave than the consensus in fact he's being draft as wide receiver 10 in all your platforms Hayden I rank him as wide receiver 18 uh speaking of a team that might be bottom five touchdowns hello New Orleans Saints this is terrifying because their tackle play has been Dreadful this preseason and you stir that little concoction with Derek Carr who sees ghosts and pressure in the pocket and I come back to this man Chris was the wide receiver 21 in points per game last year and that was even with the Newland Saints being eighth in touchdown scored including eighth and passing touchdown scored last year there's no way they're getting to that same mark this season according to the the betting markets the Saints are supposed to drop their uh Team points this year by 54 which is the third biggest drop across the league and then everything's about the offensive coordinator change and then I'm looking at the preseason Saints 0% RPO rate that's the lowest in the NFL fifth lowest in the play action rate I don't know man Al is a good player but he has everything stacked against him right now so nine fewer touchdowns scored if my math is correct on the Fly tough not bad Tier 4 - WR2s not bad um all right that ends our third tier of players as you can tell we are not afraid to differ from consensus so go and get our rankings uh in fact Hayden I's rankings differ quite a bit too so those are all in the PDF at the exact same time his in one column mine in another along with Underdog and along with the redraft rankings all right that brings us to our wide receiver 19 it's the man with 10 consecutive 1,000 yard seasons gez how unbelievable is that that is Mike EV of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who by the way even at his age 16 yards per catch was his highest rate since the 2019 season last year 2.3 yards per route run was the highest since his 2018 season as well I'm gonna say he was flying on the field last year I mean he did not look his age whatsoever it's going to be very hard to repeat that season but do not like completely ride off the Bucks just because they lose uh Dave Canales this offensive line might get better this year Baker Mayfield uh I thought played pretty dang good last year and I don't think that's just because Dave Canalis was calling plays I think Dave Canal like actually helped him play Within the structure a little bit more so I think Mike Evans G be more of a boom bus wide receiver too after being a legit wide receiver one last year but man he was he was still really good on film last year that's for sure wide receiver 20 DK mattf Seattle Seahawks who by the way shocking stat for all of you out there Seattle ran the fewest offensive plays per game in the NFL last season didn't feel like it that's about to get ramped all the way up to an 11 with Ryan grub taking over as the play caller yeah the Huskies last year eighth in their pass rate and they're fourth in their deep pass rate I mean draw up a better offense for for DK meta especially Ty Lockett he's officially to me aging out of that Elite status at wide receiver in the last two seasons DK Mecha 38th overall 41st overall and fantasy points over replacement so he's been a third fourth round pick over the last couple years this to me feels like it could be one of these best years of his career uh just based off of Gino Smith uh looking good the offense being perfect for Gino Smith and DK meaf working together so this could be the season where he finally scores his 10 touchdowns has 13,400 yards I'm not writing that of also with Ryan grub this preseason they're second in how much they've used motion 70% only the Dolphins are ahead of that they're fifth in RP rate and fifth in play action rate so like everything we saw with the Huskies offense we're seeing it in the NFL so this wasn't just like some like Oregon offense that you can't replicate in the pros like this was Pro level stuff translating here and DK mech's gonna go crazy one of the things I most anticipating this season is just watching Ryan grub in the NFL because his Huskies were so much fun to watch when going back and reviewing all of those prospects okay our wide receiver 21 is Devonte Smith a little moment here Hayden I've actually been asking and maybe even poking around which of these Eagles wide receivers are going to see a bump in slot snaps under Kell Moore because that has been super beneficial to CD lamb two years ago obviously Keen all that inside outside versatility last year I asked F Duffy I asked Bley gton both came back to me and said Devonte Smith and not AJ Brown which is kind of surprising to me we haven't been able to decipher the preseason snaps because the Eagles were one of these teams that did not play their star in the preseason so we're going to find out in week one I mean the most Devon Smith has played in the slot in one season is 273 snaps that's around 25% again around 55% is how he's been treating his like inside to outside versatility types and if that's the case if Devonte Smith gets that wide receiver 21 could be an extreme value we look at in the year he definitely has a lot of potential I was looking at the uh targets when the Eagles do use RPO in play action and AJ Brown and Devonte Smith both get them so it's not just been like only one versus the other both of them very capable players I just think AJ Brown is just a simply different level athlete yeah but the ADP has them pretty dang close uh I think that Devonte Smith is a really good player but more of a a number two uh and AJ Brown is like one of the freakiest guys out there but I think this Eagles offense and this Eagles defense are very good this is like one of the best best teams in the league and they kind of seem like the sleeping giant across the NFL right now so I don't want to be saying too many negative things about Deon Smith oh y'all must have forgot moment with the Eagles coming out in week one okay our wide receiver 22 is Amari Cooper I mean what a season Amari Cooper had last year he had five full games with deshun Watson which is not many but in those games he was the wide receiver 32 wide receiver nine wide receiver four and wide receiver 20 weeks everyone knows that hey and I have certainly not loved what deshun Watson has put on the field during the Cleveland Browns no one in that organization has I mean he's been Dreadful since like taking the field he's never been able to stream together good performances but Amari Cooper is kind of one of those few players that actually has like good splits with deshun Watson at quarterback I think the Browns are going to pass the ball way more that's just a a philosophy change that their entire organization uh has had we saw it last year down the stretch we saw it after nick chub's uh injury when DeShaun Watson did come back onto the field it really comes down to is Deshawn Watson's shoulder is it on or is it off and the practice reports are getting me a little bit nervous there I'm not going to lie but we saw last year this team wants to throw the ball and if we do get that version of the offense Amari Cooper is definitely a bargain wide receiver 23 tankel maybe this kind of combines with our Stefon Diggs conversation who ends this tier so just keep that in mind if you're looking for that time stamp I mean this Texans team we 23rd in 11 Personnel usage last year at 60% obviously still the majority of their snaps but Bobby SLO who you and I both really appreciate after what he did instantly being a play caller in the league he certainly has to look at his wide receiver room and be like oh that Trio is better than my tight end and fullback room so let's shift on over and run a bunch of three wide receiver sets but I don't know like what the percentage is going to be I don't think it's going to get to LA Rams territory were in they're in 11 personnel 95% of the time maybe it gets to the Cincinnati Bengals who were like 10th orish yeah a little bit higher than that at like 73% I don't know man I just want to take the young guy same rather than Stefon digs even though in the preseason Stefan digs played more snaps because we've just seen veterans start off the season better and decline as the season goes along rookies seconde players do the exact opposite uh people talk about take locked I'm tank locked yeah no that's a good call I mean even the worst case scenario Steph Diggs plays in two wide receiver sets over tank Dell the entire season tank Dell is going to be out there for 70% of CJ Strouds production I mean that's plenty enough of for what CJ Stroud's capable of and I don't think that tank Dell is going to be uh well behind Steph Diggs the entire year I think that's what it comes down to T Higgins is next as our wide receiver 24 he has been on the field playing on the franchise tag he looks great during preseason action climbing the ladder for a bunch of these catch CES uh we know he's going to be an extremely wealthy man come this offseason he knows that too it's one of these like underlying story lines that is playing into his season uh what are your expectations here for tagin he's kind of been a wide receiver three boom bust when Jamar Chase has been healthy there's contingent based upside if Jamar Chase ever misses some games here and yeah it's contract year forms time to go DJ Moore our wide receiver 25 I mean this one's pretty simple it was difficult for me to have Bears wide receiver takes until the preseason started now I have a lot of them and at the top of the list is bumping up DJ Moore because Caleb Williams just simply is going to elevate other pieces around him even though DJ Moore's Talent is already quite high and that gets me really excited this the best quarterback he's played with during his NFL career Yeah by far it's just all also the most Target competition so I'm kind of like threading those needles here he's he's a good player I think he's going to be pretty incon consistent overall wide receiver 26 George Pickins talk to me about your guy here yeah this to me is just I'm I'm worried that the community is a little bit take locked on George Pickins and not allowing the 23-year-old like former five star enough time to actually grow his skill set and his route diversity I've already seen it in the preseason they're using him a little bit more creatively last year he was the wide receiver 34 that was with Kenny picket Mason Mason Rudolph Matt Canada calling plays and with Deontay Johnson who is like a Target earner and he was still the wide receiver 34 as a 22-year-old his ADP is actually dropped because we had the Brandon auk speculation and it hasn't readjusted doesn't sound like Brandon's going to become a stealer I don't know man I'm looking at a guy that if he does execute on slant routes and in Breaking routes a little bit more we can see him absolutely go crazy he was productive last year with Matt Matt Canada and Kenny pi it like there's it's not a perfect offense but last year's offense was terrible uh and he was still being able to get it done I actually have our next name in Rashi Rice ranked ahead of George Pickins and to me there's like a tiny little gap between there like I feel really good about the top 26 wide receivers and then for me George Pickins is just after that the reason I prefer Rashi rice who was the wide receiver 30 in points per game last year had five top 20 scoring wide receiver weeks is that all he has to do is just be who he was last year which is like these underneath yards after the catch Crossing routes uh going to grab the ball and Barrel over people's faces like week 12 week 14 against the Las Vegas Raiders and the Buffalo Bills we started to see like a little bit of actual wide receiver stuff start to click some second level routes over the middle of field sideline stuff we actually saw one multi- breaking route against the New England Patriots oh we and like for many other teams my big question would be okay can he take the jump can he make the leap can he take the next step he doesn't need to in this offense because now you have Xavier worthy and Hollywood Brown to be space creators underneath Rashi Rice's job is g to be even easier this year than it was last year and he doesn't have the same four five six weeks of growing pains like he did last year to start this year too yeah he really comes down to in this offense with the amount of production that they're going to have he doesn't have to be some lights out wide receiver he can just run the mesh Concepts and the whip routes and screens and get there I think in a full PPR and we're doing half PPR rankings here you can probably move from all the way up to like around Amari Cooper and Devonte Smith I would say uh just because he's G get spam the ball underneath a ton that the Chiefs are going to have by far the most pass attempts in the NFL this year there's like no reason not to okay we close this steer with Stefan digs anything else you want to add about the comments that we had about him earlier not really I don't think he's the same player as he as he was leave it at that though okay Stefan hopefully you're not watching uh but to those of you who are you need to hit that subscribe button again we want to be one of your go-to sources for any fancy football or just normal football content that you consume during this period and especially once week one kicks off of weekly rankings waivers scheme episodes with Co McCoy and so so so much more so be a part of the 39% we appreciate you and not one of those 61% people who just like sit here and lurk and watch and then leave and don't hit subscribe or thumbs up I don't care about you next wide receiver 29 that is Tier 5 - Big Changes Xavier worthy who Hayden I believe people who watch the pre-season and were skeptical about just the fastest wide receiver Prospect ever to enter enter the NFL have now realized that Xavier worthy can actually win with legit wide receiver stuff in the league yeah he can actually like run routes and yes run with Tempo uh my pre-draft comps tank Dell Tyler Lockett Brandon Cooks T Y Hilton and he gets to be that type of player next to Patrick Mahomes and even if you think that he can't beat man coverage which I quite frankly I just think you're wrong there you have Andy Reid which we saw this uh preseason motion screens inside outside Bunch sets everything to get him away from Pressman coverage so even if you do think he has a weakness he went straight to the the program that's going to be able to minimize that stuff and I don't think those weaknesses even were true uh based off of his Texas film and a rookie having a massive week one role in an Andy Reid offense kind of tells you everything you need to know about Xavier worthy and his talent okay Z flowers actually checks in as our wide receiver 30 we're about four spots after consensus on him how I think Z flowers can achieve better season than he did last year is simply from untapped production meaning that he and Lamar Jackson despite Lamar Jackson wi the MVP last year just weren't on the same page on downfield routes and downfield throws last season sa flowers caught 11 of 23 20 plus yard targets and so if we get three four five more of those this year that is the difference of dozens of fantasy points for us I I think that he's a really good player I think he's more of like a number two wide receiver where like Mark Andrews kind of operates as a a number one and now you have Derrick Henry in the red zone so to me it's just a little bit harder to squeeze out the touchdowns unless he runs really hot on the vertical stuff now he absolutely can score eight long touchdowns this year and completely bury us um but I think this the team's obviously going to run the ball when they get down to the red red area really intrigued by this Ravens team because you know the the Rashad baitman extension even he was shocked by it they don't really have any Talent beside that in the wide receiver room there's been a ton of Buzz of Isaiah likely in the tight end room I do wonder if they're going to be 12 Personnel more than anything else and more than they were last year as Isaiah likeley and Mark Andrews as like big bodied wide receivers in a way there's a lot of devontes Walker truthers out there and you just absolutely buried them hopefully not subscribing to this Channel Next Teran McClaren is our wide receiver 31 uh as our buddy Ian hardit pointed out during the preseason Terry McClaren was stuck on the left side on 27 of his 29 snaps he got nuke Hopkins uh what we've seen so far of this Commander's offense is the shortest time to throw in NFL history the lowest a dot in NFL history that certainly cannot translate to the NFL when you need a legit dropback passing game to succeed but I do believe we can take some elements from that where it's going to be a lot of quick passes outside the numbers short and then some downfield shots I do believe Terry McClaren can be really good in those downfield shots and has that best trait which again fits in jails with Jaden Daniels best trait as a passer and part of the reason why they had that a DOT and and quick time to throw is because when they get to the line of scrimmage Cliff Kingsbury what he likes to do is just call tunnel screens bubble screens based off of the pre- snap coverage and all of those screens is by by far the most this preseason has been to the commanders it's to the wide receivers it's not to the running backs so Terry mclen should be a beneficiary of some of them it's gonna be like diami brown maybe Luke mcaffry only me AAS there's like not a whole lot of Target compostition here so if if Jane Danel is any good this should be a really good season for Terry Michael Pitman is our wide receiver 32 this one kind of hurts me Hayden because again he was a major flag plant player for me last season and that definitely hit uh I want to keep in mind that he was already the wide receiver 19 in points per game with Garner muu as his quarterback he was a wide receiver 19 in points per game with just four targets inside the 10 yard line that was with just four total touchdowns that was with just 13 targets 20 plus yards down the field which was 56th in the league so I I know it's been attached to him that he's this low a do player I think at times that is the passing game and quarterbacks that he is attached to we can go from Matt Ryan to Sam Ellinger to Gardner muu and maybe Gardner mchu just expands Michael pitman's game on top of that possibly or you can look at it the other way where I think that his he kind of is an intermediate underneath wide receiver in general and he was only the wide receiver 19 despite leading the league in RPO targets those give me looks over and over and over again and if your boy 0 Mitchell is any good that Target share might come down a little bit and you can't tell me that you're not excited about ad Mitchell so it's hard to have it both ways we might be closing this video out with some ad Mitchell love exactly my boy is good all right that's 32 wide receivers hopefully you have at least two or three or even four of those top 32 names so we're going to talk about these next players up to about wide receiver 51 and clusters and so these next three hey are Christian Kirk his teammate Brian Thomas Jr and then Deontay Johnson so that goes from our wide receiver 33 to wide receiver 35 which of those you want to discuss if there's one of these guys that becomes a second round pick next year is very obviously Brian Thomas pre-draft comps from me Mike Wallace Terry McLaren DJ Moore we're talking about somebody that's 63 209 434 speed great Junior production against SEC competition immediately day one in the preseason two w wide receiver set starter and this offense to me has a lot of upside if Trevor Lawrence can kind of figure this thing out if the offensive line can figure this thing out as well and if I really want to zoom in on his preseason usage it's not as many hitches as it was in college you're seeing a lot more in-breaking routes in general Crossing routes and I think that his yards after the catchability could start shining in the NFL in ways that you didn't see that at LSU so like to me this guy has like really high ceiling wide receiver one upside uh even as a rookie it's a lot of takeaways from what three preseason catches that's great uh Deontay Johnson uh just quickly let's not forget that Adam thielen was the wide receiver 26 in points per game last year with three top five scoring weeks uh and he was abysmal down the stretch couldn't move uh Deontay Johnson is this team's primary pass catcher that's enough set now it's a bad offense but again we're only having to take him as wide receiver 35 okay to close out this tier we have Calvin Ridley should be in a titans's uniform romad dun and Chris Godwin I mean we could go on and on about all three of these names I just want to say specifically I'm still Calvin Ridley pilled I believe in Calvin Ridley still I think that if you listen to Brian Callahan C is goingon to get that Jamar Chase treatment of kind of the move explosive Play Type player and I think that the Tennessee Titans might be top seven or eight in passes attempted this year so yeah I know haven't really let people down last year if the field was a couple yards longer here there on a couple different plays it would been a whole different season just rusty the dude hadn't played football in two plus years so uh I'm back on on cover really in 2024 the exciting name here is romad dun we we've covered him plenty uh he's he's much better than anybody basically in this entire tier let's just leave it at that we we're gonna have an entire video dedicated to where rookies currently are on the on their depth charts and expectations for them for the entire season we're going to go deep deep in this rookie class so hit that subscribe button we'll have that around Friday or Saturday for this week one of the two uh no we probably haven't talked enough about Chris Godwin talk been about like the ramification of these offenses Liam Cohen maybe we get some of that you know slot work that has been so successful under Shawn McVey with Chris God one this year with jayen McMillan being that wide receiver three in the outside for them one of the biggest positive regression candidates we have a on that just did not score enough touchdowns the yardage and the receptions were wide receiver three level it was just the touchdowns and there was a lot of uh Red Zone attempts I just did not go his way next five and this begins with our wide receiver 39 that is Hollywood Brown then Tier 6 - Youngs & Olds Jackson Smith and jiga then Keenan Allen then Jaden Reed and that brings us to Lad makoni so this is a nice mix again this TI is called Youngs and olds this is a perfectly defined five names for that one rookie two second year players and two old guys on their second and third teams Hollywood should be back probably within two weeks of the NFL if he was healthy Hayden I would be ranking him like man wide receiver 35 Maybe by Christian Kirk somewhere somewhere around there I think and really you can replace wide receiver production in week one week two if you can't find a freaking wide receiver to start then you have major problems so yeah I I think I like Hollywood Brown and his upside the most yeah you I mean you really do the reason that he is wide receiver 39 for us is because you still have him ranked as wide receiver 36 jsn again people fall in love with seconde wide receivers it's pretty cool that we're able to still to draft him this late let's not forget he had a scaffo fracture in the first three or four games of last year it was very evident that Shane walren had no clue how to use jsn last year uh as we know Ryan grub utilized all three of his pass catchers in the slot and outside in r mun in Jaylen pulk in Jaylen McMillan and I think he's going to have a really really fun time playing jsn in a whole bunch of different places okay next five that is Christian Watson who's our wide receiver 44 that continues with courand Sutton then Josh Palmer Keon Coleman and Jordan Addison pick a name honestly a pretty good group of of wide receivers for for depth um the two I was going to go with Clin Su real quick Marvin Mims he was like demote in preseason Tim Patrick he's going to get released or traded it sounds like I think Bon Nick's going to have a lot more gimme targets to courtand Sun just the style of offense as completely changing and I think that courin suon is better at football than people give him credit for but Josh Palmer is the other name 24 year old coming off a career high 1.7 yards per Route 18 targets per route he was a wide receiver 36 and man coverage nothing's completely wowing you here but even last year with Keenan Allen dominating he was still a borderline top 100 overall player that's where you have to draft him and like you keep mentioning this Chargers offensive line might be way too good for people to be as pessimistic as this Chargers offense is so lad makoni Josh Palmer pick one Palmer goes way after so I have been drafting him more often yeah this isn't the Army offense either like people are acting like they're going to throw 14 passes a game right they're going to throw the ball I believe the Chargers are going to surprise people and we're able to take their wide receiver one either as lad makoni as wide receiver 44 or even Josh Palmer who's going so late in your home leagues as wide receiver 56 that is absurd like yeah I believe people are going to be surprised by how much money Josh Palmer gets paid this next offseason yep and the Chargers defense is not good Joey Bosa he's hasn't practiced he's got a big uh wrist guard on right now it's the defense could be problematic again this kind of leads us into the next year where there are two other names that are attached to this offense we always talk about taking good players and good offenses I think good players has a massive question mark next to it but the Buffalo Bills offense is a good one and the first name here is actually our wide receiver 47 he's being drafted a bit earlier than that in your home leagues and that's Keon Coleman again our wide receiver 51 will be Curtis Samuel and wide receiver 57 will be KH Shakir anything you want to say about that team we have a full video on Keon Coleman you and I both like had some hesitancies especially if he's going to be the ex receiver he can't separate in the outside now he is playing every single snap in a Josh Allen offense so that's a win so I think the consistency is going to be really hard to parse out because it sounds like Coleman's going to be out there probably not going to be a huge Target earner for 100% of the snaps and then khil Shakir and then Curtis Samuel are not going to be full-time players but when they are on the field they're going to be schemed up touches so we're going to be playing this game where the guys that we wish were full-time players aren't and the guy that we wish wasn't a full-time player is and we might end up with nobody yeah it's one of those interesting phrases where you always hear in fantasy football that it's it's a game of volume it's a game of opportunity I might start pushing back on that a little bit with these play callers in the NFL now that it might be more about efficiency than opportunity and that might show itself fully when it gets to the Buffalo Bills pass catchers okay speaking of let's go the next tier THE REST that leads us off with DeAndre Hopkins then Jameson Williams then Curtis Samuel we just talked about Curtis Samuel just quickly want to talk about Jameson Williams what a fascinating season this man's about to have like one of the most intriguing players that I will be tracking all year long and Hayden it comes down to this man is going to be counted on for one of the best offenses in the league to be their drivein drive out wide receiver too how many games over 70 yards to you people out there do you believe that Jameson Williams has on record in the NFL a big fat zero yeah zero okay this is a man that has 53 targets last year nine in his first season some awesome preseason highlights from training camp to his name last year was extremely Hit or Miss Bucks game was fantastic other times losing in the face of contact running the wrong route so on and so forth but we talk about training camp offseason OTA hyperbole from coaches on the running back side that's been my guy Kenneth Walker on the wide receiver side that certainly has been Jameson will I I would like to see it a little bit I think that he's going to be a boom bus better and best ball type of player um even if he is uh pretty good now they're going to ask him to probably play some ex receiver because like for now number three is khif Raymond who's basically a slot wide receiver so I think they're trying to iron things out I would not be surprised if they added a wide receiver here so um but it's time for for jamus Williams they have a lot of faith in him uh by their lack of uh actions at the position okay next three Romeo dobs Rashid Shahed who's kind of in a similar boat as Jameson Williams it may be arguably better at times so far during his NFL career and uh Brandon Cooks let's Point our attention to Romeo dobs here because we've already brought up Jaden Reed's name we've brought up Christian Watson we washed over them yep is this somewhat similar to the Buffalo Bills where maybe the talent is better in the Green Bay Packers room they have four of these guys yet the one that maybe is the least ented of the group and is out there for the vast majority of snaps is dirty Workman himself Romeo dos I know man and I think I want to start drafting him as much as he can to close this thing out because if you look at the family night which like the Packers like uh they're kind of inhouse scrimmage Game Fan fast type yeah and then a preseason game dos 83% of the snaps Watson 72% Jaden Reed who goes like in the wide receiver 30s down at 62% and then Hall of Famer Dante Wicks at 24% well Romeo do serves a purpose I went back looking at us Sports info Solutions has isolated wide receiver routes where you're kind of like the three by one set guy he had 204 of them last year the next closest on the team 86 that Wix had 80 Jaden Reed had 20 they let him out there and just say please please win against band coverage now most of the time he does not but he has this big body that they like to throw out there and do the Dirty Work stuff and I'm not sure if Jaden Reed's going to do that I'm not sure if Christian Watson necessarily has that frame now Wix might but so far dos has just been playing more so this Packers offense is gonna be sick it's not going to be consistent but I don't want to completely ride off Romeo dobs because you know he is the one leading the team in routes but speaking of the efficiency Point Wix plays One Snap in preseason G week game one and uh scores long draft draft on Tav and Wicks luckily in like in your redraft leagues he goes on draft a lot of the times 16 wide receiver 64 in your home leagues perfect throw them on your bench hold on for your dear life if there's an injury that breaks Wix will be the guy that you definitely want there but I think Mor Story the Packers like I said with the Cooper cup stat they were number one in dropback EPA from week 12 through the postseason like this team is ready to go we we talked about dos in our year three wide receiver show with Matt Harman which if you haven't watched that takes some time after this one to do so he put it so well that if Romeo davs was like 10% worse at his job it would be an easy bench but he's not and so he's just out there as a as a snap Feller uh but that matters to some degree like that matters let's close out this tier Jerry Judy Mike Williams khil Shakir davan Wix and I will throw in my guy as one extra in the drop down at my Mitch yeah pick one Mike Williams it's not a Hayden Winks offseason until I start tting Mike Williams uh this is pretty nuts though dating back to 2021 he's had 29 healthy games he's averaging 77 yards on them last year only 11 wide receivers did that in 2022 only 10 wide receivers do that when he's out there and healthy the dude is super productive now coming back from injury we'll see what happens with that but that's why he's available in the wide receiver 50s or 60s the good news is he's already back in team practices he's going to be out there most likely in week one and there's no depth behind Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams right now I've seen Aaron Al lazard's getting a ton of money so that's so great for Alan Lazard it does not matter to me whatsoever I've seen Aaron Rogers throw back shoulder Fades to players like Mike Williams for 40 yard gains for Red Zone opportunities for my entire life Mike Williams could walk into eight to 10 touchdowns this year if the Jets could do that now is that the most likely scenario no but there's a lot of really bad wide receivers in the wide receiver 50s and 60s and fantasy the best of Mike Williams is really good and the best of Aaron Rogers is really good so like there's a path to him scoring a bunch of touchdowns this year I know that you guys are not on this the same page with me but he's really good compared to some of these other guys Mike Williams better than Jerry Judy I'll tell you that he's better than K sh I think both are kind of better than Brandon Cooks okay okay okay okay uh ad I Mitchell just quickly wanted to discuss him you know he entered training camp as kind of this team's wide receiver four obviously a day two draft pick I loved ad9 Mitchell's tape just from a body control standpoint few people possess his ability to like contort their body throw their shoulder back especially inside the Red Zone I brought up that Michael Pitman stat who he's never been a great Red Zone player so far this team's go-to pass catcher inside the 20 yard line truly might be ad I Mitchell it is like CD lames route running from that area of the field uh We've also already seen ad I Mitchell be better in the preseason in yards after the catch than we did during his entire Texas career some of that was because of the super long a DOT he had and also Quinn yers freaking throwing him the football so ad I Mitchell just perfectly love that he was almost certainly going to be competition for Alec Pierce as this team outside vertical threat but when Josh DS goes down as a slot player Shane says oh man this guy's too good for us to just keep him on the bench we have to get him out there in three wide receiver sets we're making him our starting slot wide receiver and all has to do from there is be productive in the first couple weeks and then he's out there in two wide receiver sets for me that's what fantasy football bench is all about the rookie that has all the traits to to go crazy he's a boom bus guy in my opinion but the best of Adonai Mitchell was pretty much a top four top five wide receiver in the class so uh hopefully the Colts have figured out um to get that potential out of them yeah I have him as wide receiver 56 he's going much much later on all platforms out there all right I think producer we is goingon to throw some names out there on the screen Hayden we've already talked about 59 names so far there's many more this speaks to how deep this position is in Gabe Davis who's probably gon to be out there for almost every single snap for the Jacksonville Jaguars this goes to Xavier liot who's the first round pick of the Carolina Panthers uh Jaylen pulk who might be playing a lot for the New England Patriots this year as well any other wide receiver names you want to bring up before we get out of here yeah let's scroll way down the list here Andre Yoshi Vos I think is going to be the slot wide receiver for the Cincinatti Bengals in that Tyler Boyd role he just happens to be bigger and more athletic and more productive as a college receiver than Tyler Boyd ever was Demarcus Robinson he has contingent value in the Cooper cup or pukaa role with the Rams and the seam already plays 95% three wide receiver sets and he was a go-to player for them uh down the stretch I don't think he played you know over 40% of snaps until about week 11 and then you look at all his per game finishes from that point on I mean he's a significant Red Zone asset for this team yep so he always on the field Josh Reynolds is always somebody that ends up on the field a ton it sounds like he's going to be the number two for uh the Broncos this year and then khif Raymond I think that has he's probably going to be more of a waiver wire guy if something ever happens to am man Ross St brown but Andre Yoshi Vos like my official sleeper as we uh walk into week one we've heard zero about darnal Mooney this offseason after this team paid him so much money I'm interested to see how Zach Robinson and this Falcons team utilizes donam Mooney who has some erors where he wins can't do everything but it's an interesting role player plus and he could have some spike weeks out there too all right that does it for us once again if you want to get our rankings the easiest way to do that is to sign up for
