ground game they start the afternoon with a run and it goes nowhere how about the defender being a heat seeking missile he was on radar lock he found the football and flew down with some bad intentions just a pick up of a couple out to the 15 yd line so already they've hit a speed bump on this opening drive it's third and eight Anderson will throw unloads to the wide out and the ball is intercepted made the play on the was hoping to make one on the return he'll have to settle for letting the off pay it off from the 26 not the start this kid was looking for very first pass of the day gets picked off this is a defense that's got a lot of ball Hawks on the back end he's got to be real careful with his eyes not Telegraph throws like he did right there he's going to have to settle poers forward but stopped after a pick up of two to the 24 I like feeding my guy I like getting my running back touches feeding the ball so he can break some of those big runs but I'm also okay with these little ones set the tone stay balanced picked up two yards on that last one they need eight on second down he's looking to throw safe completion on the screen Nifty little dance step didn't have much room to run and not a whole lot of help short game there and still plenty of ground to cover for the first down and so many things have to come together perfectly for a screen to work for big yardage and they were closed you could tell that almost busted but they just got wrapped up got a little bit of yardage but they really wanted that one to be a big Gainer a manageable distance on third down as try to convert from the 20 the snap sets up the throw fires down field throws it back across his body and what do you think happened intercepted they get him on the ground after the turnover but there is a flag on the field and we'll see if that will be a repre for this offense so the offense more than happy with the result of the play will decline the penalty line gets set first down looking for a physical attack from the gun punches ahead they'll give him a yard to the 13 you definitely want to commit to the Run game you want to establish the Run game you want the defense to honor it but if it doesn't work a little later down the road you think hello it to the on the he'll get it out to the 25 not bothered at all being backed up got a first down sure with the weapons this off has you knew it was just a matter of time in the game before someone was going to break they just running into a wall that just couldn't seem to find their get enough movement up front but they finally got it there picking up the first let's see what Happ Mar droping pack off for bro another first down gives to maybe continue to run the football and I feel like this guy but like for receiver like this as a quarterback cuz you Hadad my stats I like those long touchdown passes Rog just threw it really short and he did the rest of the work and he takes this from inside the five and the returner is stopped North Texas takes possession the mean green off will return to the field running back searching for a hole out of the 21 yd line a three yd gain nice run there on first down you know this is a running back that gets better as the game goes going to want to make sure beating the football let him get up they're bringing heat that pass is incomplete and they're probably fortunate that it wasn't knock free for a fumble third down conversions are a huge stat and this one would be a doozy if they can pull it off that falls incomplete they had the screen all set up and he couldn't hang on to the ball well third and short I think the offense was probably expecting Blitz that's why they dialed up the screen but it did not fool the defense great job defending the SC green setting up fourth on fourth down going to the air that's reeled in it's Smith got room at the 35 and they finally get him to the ground an easy conversion for this offense defense not exactly the perfect fourth down not going to lie I hat this show my partner is a monkey we'll give him a couple on that one second and eight coming up and the running back didn't camlo good has [ __ ] party drive there of 84 Y and they pay it off with a stri from 3 y out in my free time on the from inside five nice job by the kickoff team everybody stay in their lanes and they'll stop him at the 16 he drops back he's supposed to pass but you know what I'll just scramble around and I I'll just go get plenty of yards and pick him up and put him down and I'm faster than most of your other guys too so good luck stop hit the gas kid wide open ahead he is feeling it a huge play almost took it to the house but they got him at the 24 that last big play has them in just outside the Red Zone it's first and 10 unleashes one deep and that one's going to be incomp foot down along the back of the End Zone after the misfire now on second down from the shotgun the hand off to the [Applause] back already well within field goal range wonder how aggressive they'll be on Third and long from the 22 on the option now the toss they'll finally make the tackle but that option was executed to Perfection North Texans in the hurry up they'll run the option he'll toss it and he's a real Nowhere Man tackled in this no gain land they go to the ground HS his way ahead for about three it's down at the eight these rpos always put the defense in a but listen you give up the Run they get a short little gain no harm no foul looking to move the chain they throw it complete to the left that's a really good tackle there giving up some size and still making the play Here Comes the field goal unit it is perfect so after putting three on the board the kickoff team is out there ready to boot it [Applause] away here he comes from inside his own five and the returner goes down Wyoming has the football back and here comes the offense wants to throw on first down off the play fake and the sack all the way back at the five they've got it at the 20 on second and five they'll try the Run Wows through the defense good solid tackle and I know it's not a first down um but I still like the way they they ran the football here just try to make the next third down manageable try to get it where it's not as predictable I think the offense did a really good job being smart there taking what the defense gave complete in the middle gets it to the 46 yd line first down for this offense the Cowboys has come to the line with a new set of [Applause] downs quick pass on the jet motion running with power makes that one pay off and they finally get him down at the 38 it'll be first down and the Cowboys are moving quickly down the field they'll go to the ground [Applause] didn't get much on first down it's second and nine Anderson wants to throw fires to the wide out wide open down field he's there to make the stop but the damage has been done as they pick up the first down on the throw and catch the Cowboys have moved it inside the 20 they're going to run it they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that one sometimes for the defense it just takes one play right to create some momentum obviously this guy's been eating him up he's got over a 100 yards rushing on the day but finally David they get something positive here in the Run game defensively but you kind of know that coming in he's going to get his such a great back and he's had a great day need to put more plays together like that right there from the gun on third down quarterback feeling the pressure and down he goes at the 22 and here comes the field goal unit and he's already one for one so this time he'll try to put one through from 39 yd out never doubt so the kickoff team is out there ready to boot it away after putting up a field goal let's see what the defense can do and he takes this from inside the five nice job executing all of the assignments as they put a stop to that return at the 22 one final play before the end of the quarter they'll throw it on first down looking for a deep man and that one's incomplete as they tried to hit him with a big play on the final snap of the third quarter fourth quarter is coming up that's the end of the quarter and North Texas has the lead they've done the work to build a nice cushion now to bring it home as we check out the stats after three quarters one more period to go to see who can make the winning plays and come home with the victory we'll get this quarter going with a second down play using his legs it's Evans maybe picked up a couple he's down at the 24 north in the hurry up third on third down he'll try to pick it up through the air he took a hit as he threw it and couldn't deliver the football it's incomplete and fourth blood in the water you can tell they getting to this quarterback over and over and over they've already sacked him a couple times they're just winning up front they almost got another sack on that players on more skilled players more speed on the field to defend the P that completion gets them inside the 10 and the defense is running out of room to defend and you're seeing why this guy is on the field during two minute situations he can catch the football and make things happen nobody open down field you just dump it down to him and let the guy go to work pick up a huge play and help this to get him on the ground well and on these little push passes timing is so important trying to snap it right see him when he play Georgia this is this is kind of w this is B immediately to's no we
