tonight man well you know it's hard not to be uh you know uh biased in this situation man they're both uh from Florida you know what I'm saying uh you know you want to go with the uh Winnie University of Miami the hurricanes have been definitely dominant uh here in the college series uh they've uh you know they've had their up and down battles against teams uh but there's something special about this Florida team as well um I know the overall uh doesn't say or suggest uh that this team should uh you know maybe contend uh with Miami uh but uh I do believe that uh you know there's still something special about these guys man they've got some Talent uh on um on on Florida as well with the case see obviously here I see you're showing the uh impact players and Carter and markx and there's a lot of other guys on this team as well so uh we're going to see if they can um is a tough place to play here in Miami man you know so we're going to find out uh if uh this is going to be a home game or an away game for Florida in this one here because you already know the Hurricanes been you know they're claiming the whole state of Florida man hey man palm trees already in the chat I yd line as Florida will'll take this out to the 20 and we will get our first look at KC Robinson the highest overall rated player on the team a 98 overall they're saying with a boost he's a 99 yes he'll come out here in the shotgun yeah he's got his work cut out for him against this defense here we're going to see what he can do against these hurricanes and Miami has shut out two teams already this season out of three games and the two wins that they've got man so this is a very tough defense as they start out with just a two-y gain on the ground Casey Robinson trying to hand the ball off again and that Miami defense just looking sniping yeah I think the key for Miami here is going to be to press up against these wide receivers like they're seeing right now and try to get some pressure around KC Robinson as they shut down the run there man great job never had a chance shut down in the back field for a long Lo for in this Miami defense already coming out strong the punts going to be off and this will be fielded at the 35 yd line big shots will have him down at the 43 and we are now get a look at true freshman quarterback Dante Taylor marching out to a field his top receiving weapon Cory py will be matched up more than likely against JoJo Carter Dante Taylor uh started to become the the best QB we' seen that Miami in the series she could be and already you can see the Gators reciprocating the same energy as they'll have in the back field for a loss of three this is going to be a very tough game to run run on and for both of these teams already third and 15 for Miami this might just end up being a defensive game somebody's got to start throwing the pig skin as this will be the first pass dumped off for the screen and he's just utilizing his blocks as best he can and still be six yds short the first down Force the punt that's a great effort there by Maddie unfortunately man there's just so much speed on both of these both the sides of the football here man it's going to be very difficult to get off those big plays that was a horrible punt too right there for Miami is yeah Florida going to start out at the 38 yd line here goes a touch pass KH Lyman hasn't fixed that where you know guys are sitting out for a first quarter as a running back seems to still be an issue as KC Robinson looking a pass gets outside the pocket using those legs and he fumbles and recovered back by Florida for first down oh man you got to learn to slide man you got to slide KC Robinson getting saved there play action looking to try to pass and nearly throws an interception that was right in the hands of the defense yeah he he got down the field got very lucky on that fum recovery there got to calm down a bit here he's in a great position though play action there's a flag throws an interception oh my and Miami will take over at the 23 and this is more than likely going to stand because this penalty is on the offense yeah and you know right there man you got robbed by your Center there and you got robbed as well by John Kennedy what a big int that was Wow first and 10 here's a handoff matty King stretching to the outside's got a good block and a good run for six yards star to see the ground game starting to open up a bit Now shotgun for Taylor he'll Motion in the slot receiver and still hand it off as maty king goes nowhere in the back field for Blitz sent by Florida trying to get the receiver screen and that will not be caught honestly a good decision not to catch it cuz would lost yards a great game so far man these guys are definitely trading punches right now and there goes a big completion out to Cory P down inside the 30 yd line to the 25 oh man P's all powered up right now man what a great reception that was big time gain as well wow he's coming across manto man and this is the matchup I talked about JoJo Carter versus Cory the third and there he is getting the best of Jojo right there I mean he was right there as pretty good defense just a really good ball there by the true freshman Taylor right back to the ground game not much [Applause] going as you mentioned earlier it's going to be extremely tough for teams to try to run this football against their front sevens we try it again only get yeah oh it's a great inside uh uh tackle there I think that was uh yeah I missed I missed the uh the jersey number there man so apologize about that trying to set up the screen and cannot get it off but they at least in field goal range this their first opportunity to probably see some points on the board should be makeable from the 24 yd line and this is a 41 Y and it's good Miami goes up 3-0 yeah was a great tackle in the back field there by Eric Shaw on that previous play Man except this field goal here Unfortunately they get three out of the situation so Florida going to have to you know uh try to try to you know not allow these guys to creep up on them in a long part of this game here this is going to be quite the match up man I really feel like this is going to be defensive but you never know maybe someone pops off some huge plays but I feel like the issue more so is just the ground game most likely won't be there and both of these teams have to commit to possibly just passing to try to get those points on the board yeah definitely think it's going to also you know just come down to MCH matchups and mismatches son who which team is going to be able to exploit the mismatch when that occurs down the stretch finally Zack tank gets in the ball game gets Airi but only can get back to the line of scrimmage he'll be in the back field here in the pistol right back to tank and tank gets [Applause] through third and seven five wide empty set KC Robinson's got some pressure throws good Ball but even better defense it's incomplete oh great deal on the sideline I thought he actually had that football there J loose the last moment same guy who got the interception John Kennedy knocking it away as Miami takes over at the 40 I really like how John Kennedy plays man guys just real physical uh DB and I've seen him make a lot of great plays on the ball so far in this uh College Series yeah Florida right now making a great play right there four yd loss by Johnson again try to set the receiver screen nearly KCK off and boy he gets Flatline man oh man he was just immediately taken down on that one what a big hit that was you can just feel the intensity in this game here goes Taylor taking off and a step for him still going first down hurricanes hey that's a great play there how about that that's takes guts by the QB he's not going to slide he gets the first down great job trying to bounce it outside gains a yard as he handed off to King Miami across Midfield just by a yard in the gun Taylor dumps it off into the flats starts out of bounds this is a big third down now for Florida here they got to get a stop thir heavy Blitz throws got a wide open and he's going to beat him to the house touchdown hurricanes well will be this will to be that RJ riddle wide receiver man getting down the field oh my and he was wide open there easily read that route love the pass from Dante there and riddle into the end zone and this guy Jim Cary like man r r with a huge play running down the scene and the Florida defense just left this guy completely uncovered wow that's that's a absolute Big Time touchdown there and boy you're just looking at Cooper Zigman the free safety like man where's the Jets at my guy got to catch him extra point is good first touchdown of the game's going to give him a two possession lead it's 10 nothing here at Hard Rock stadium this is one thing that's uh you know true about Miami you know when you allow them to get you allow them to get uh small leads uh their defense plays so spectacular man it's very difficult to you know come back on him and here goes Zack tank big run I think that's their biggest run of the day as he'll pick up a first down first Carry of the drive picks up 11 they'll come out here in the pistol trying to go right back to tank but he's in the backfield and this kid right now has been all over the place Johnny John Kennedy man make a place make it plays quick throw got him man over the top and I don't think they're going to catch him to the five touchdown Florida man is that Jason John Pierre think that was man up the sideline what a big time catch that was I mean that was just blowing coverage there nobody was even around him he just goes for a trip up the sideline easily yeah he's just running straight I'm not not sure what John bow was doing there he commits inside yeah leaves him completely wide open and do can't get there fast enough for the tackle so man both teams giving up big plays through the air off of blown coverages yeah yeah caught him snoozing on that sideline there man cannot leave a wide receiver on the sidelines wide open with no man over him and no safety High either so it's a three-point ball game once again 10 to7 as Miami gets the football on this kickoff taken from the one and boy he is blasted down at the 16 John bow on the return there pistol formation they'll come out in with Taylor and Matty King play action Taylor fires catches made and he's still running Jamie Tyler the third moves the chains man love this awareness nowhere he was on the field man went backwards and hey ended up making it a first down great job oh nearly intercepted trying to set that receiver screen dangerous yeah Kamari Wilson a strong safety jumped on top of that here double clutch in round play trying to throw it and down he goes for a sack as we hit the two-minute warning Dante's lucky that was not a fumble yeah I saw the red come I thought that's what they were going to call breaks the tackle here Matty King can't shimmy pass another Defender and they'll have to punt it yeah not sure about that run there on third down man third and 17 we want to try to take a pass there so they will bomb this one off nice juke move nearly gets to the 30 minute and 47 seconds left we've got a touchdown from each team but Miami with a field goal lead can Casey Robinson lead the Gators down the field here on this drive Heat's coming and down he's going to go for yeah Bo that boy jais Edwards the defensive tackle got back there quick in a hurry and KC going down again they got to get some better protection for KC man got this kid got a nice arm but he can't do it all he's got to get his lineman know to block these guys here you can see Edwards just gets right back there instantly and that was one of the biggest concerns for Florida coming into this season was their offensive line how would they hold up against top tier defenses that have that pressure that they can just build up off their D line and Florida excuse me Miami is definitely one of those teams as you can see from that pressure there and they're going to need that same energy right here on Third and eight as KC Robinson trying to get out of there sacked again y I was talking about this earlier every time Miami is able to get into that press jamy wide receivers and make KC stall boy they can get these defensive ends and defensive tackles around him quick and in a hurry and right there you saw him swallowing up the gator there oh my God big laying hits big shot down at the 25 minute and 13 seconds can Miami get some more points before this first half is over dangerous pass there great on the R by Nick there down second and 10 all in the back field by himself Dante Taylor hits over the middle weird Fallout but hey nyd game for rhc third he'll fire deep down the field and the double coverage got put some arrow on that fourth down I don't know why they tried to pass to that situation there just run the ball third one the defenses have been absolutely [Applause] strapping get this one to the 23 yd line Casey Robinson in the gun three man Russell he'll have some time finds Lyman as he'll push forward to about the 30 and this is going to be very critical here Florida can get down the field in this 43 seconds he either tie this thing up or take a lead he's got some time finally here throws great ball but he drops it oh he dropped it good defense who was that believe that was Savage my goodness Robinson oh Savage tried to jump it but it went right through his hands for a first down I know Savage is kicking himself right now man he won it that one that would have been six casy Robinson fires got an open man first down Gators as he finds [Applause] Williams getting close to having a chance to tie this game up KC Robinson wisely throws it away 17 seconds Robinson breaks the sack and throws it away and they got him in the eye of the score man he's just turning left turning right spinning around just trying to find something down the field here Robinson again breaks the first set and goes down as the time that canes have been able to get to him in this first half and that's it man this defensive line yeah terrorizing terrorizing that o line right now they're just happy to get out of the half wol still haven't changed this guy's name but the sack there nonetheless and that is it for the first half of play 10 to7 is the score it's just been an allout defensive Warfare and look at these Rush TOS my goodness oh my negative 9 and N we we we're talking up the Run game you know and then look at this here jeez Dante Taylor has had some explosive moments such as this run right here but he's also just recently had some struggles almost throwing some interceptions Casey Robinson was able to find the end zone with this pass as well both quarterbacks have got a touchdown but man this second half will it get more explosive off defensively only time will tell but I think again the only way you figure that out is just going through the air cuz a ground game just simply not working hopefully that can break open for somebody here in this second half yeah we we'll start to see how stamina you know falls into this we and tear is going to fall into this in the second half here trips to the left side counter Run play and that's shut down by marks oh great job again by Florida's defense there again man this run game looks like it's going to be the same old same old that's six yards lost opening up this drive on runs another third and 16 for Miami he's got to throw this he does Big Time catch first down and what an amazing catch that was there by Neil Jacobs tight end I thought that was going to be an incomplete man he he threed the needle on that one yeah had to get rid of it in a hurry here's a in round play to the Running Back Matty King doing way too much back there but gains a yard mty's back there dancing and everything man yeah hit the hole man go for iter screen not getting the block and lose that yard back excellent defense great hit there by Justin Turner the corter back for Florida yeah they're all over these screens man yeah Taylor we were talking about that speed got a completion and mat King fights for first it's a big first down there for mty King there lot of speed on this field you got to take what you can get you found a nice little uh route there on the SE on the uh slant what a stiff arm but he loses his balance No Game No on the flight second down look for their ninth first down of the game so far if they can get it counter Run play and this backup running back man he could get busy that's a nice run right there big down Dante Taylor empty set there you go with a quarterback draw wow big first down play love the play call man that was an instant decision there by Dante Taylor and he got a big reward out of it love how he switched that up goes that end round nice Cut Matty King learning from his mistakes earlier gets three yards Miami is pushing here's a throw good defense by JoJo [Applause] Carter he and Cory py going at it here's a throw up the field and conter with another pass break up as he tries to go to Jamie Tyler the third and that brings up fourth down forcing the field goal just great covers there man it's one-on-one and hey they get a field goal so a six-point ball game now as score is 13-7 Adams knocking it through the uprights I'm be honest I didn't expect this game to be as defensive I'm more so shocked in the sense of Florida right now that they're able to hang defensively a bit with Miami not shocked by Miami's defensive prowess right now cuz you know they're just known for that but man these defense is really getting it done here tonight yeah I want to say in the back of my mind I felt like this was going to be a very close game for just some reason you know it's a rivalry game uh know like I metioned in the uh the pregame that you know you got the overall it favors Miami but there's some studs on the floor Florida you know and they're they're putting themselves in and making plays in this game against really good opponent as well play action Casey Robinson fires got a man breaks the tackle and John Pierre gets across Midfield to about the 45 and he got a good football there to him had Savage on the run there P the formation throws hits the check down underneath and the tight end thrown out a stiff arm on D for another first down wow there was some kind of uh blowing coverage over the middle of the field number five missed that tackle not sure who five was don't have him down uh but boy joh he's he's on uh Florida never mind yeah yeah yeah he's well that's nine I'm sorry that was nine over him so that's uh John Kennedy on him five did miss the tackle though trips look to the left side for KC Robinson looking to pass trying to set the receiver screen should have dropped that one caught it and lost two yards down the pistol play action and before he could dump it off he gets crushed by at least three hurricanes oh now getting back there big defense by Miami and it continues for KC not having the available time that he needs to get that football down the field great defense he put on a nice swim move and he caught at least about three pairs the shoulder pads to the ribs need to change that guy's name to Roby throwing the screen here goes Zack tank and they'll get some decent yards but still 13 yards short here's a field goal attempt to make it a three-point ball game again from the 25 42 Y and it's good so Gator you know still out here fighting still trying to you know get this game uh you know keep it in reach I guess you could say but it just kind of seems like you know they're stalling themselves in key moments when they you know really H honestly man they need to try some [Music] something yeah um still there oh yeah that's my few different things I would have to say uh [Applause] offens get a up yeah yeah you know just it's throwing my rhythm off but I'm trying yeah not bad man it's all good man yeah yeah my God all good still going to keep the energy though here goes the throw outside first down nice shoot move as that'll be all the way down into Florida territory there goes the Ridler gu he's got himself a nickname now and man Run game scoring absolutely [Applause] nowhere and this is blown up oh my God three sacks for Florida hey good defense there by Florida starting to see Florida gain a little bit of momentum here what do you think spy yeah I I on this they definitely have a good chance to at least get the ball back tied up or take the lead and so I kind of feel like these teams you know they they do like to run the football and try to you know open up the pass game off that play action but when you got a pass rush coming like this from both sides somebody's just got to open up with a regular pass fstep drop back something cuz man this play action is not working and he's sacked again for the fourth time this game and I think what you know we're recognizing as well uh we have probably haven't mentioned it but you've got some excellent DBS on both sides of the football here and you also got some good wide receivers and they're at War right now and unfortunately neither one of these quarterbacks really can go down the field like they want and it's resulting in things like this sacks and that is it for the third quarter lows scoring battle between these two Sunshine State teams as Miami leads by three here with the home field advantage we haven't even had one team at 10 yards rushing kind of crazy because at the half it was uh Nega five for Florida and nine for uh Miami now it's Nega 9 for Florida and five where Miami man defense is definitely real try to lower the shoulder gets tackled down inside the 20 so great job by the Special Teams pistol formation play action Casey Robinson sets his feet and throws and he just couldn't stand bound but still a nice [Applause] game back in that pistol hand off to Zack tanker still on his feet get six yards and honestly that pistol might be what they need to go to seems like that's actually going to allow them to hand the ball off quickly on these runs and maybe get inside a little bit better KY Robinson with the jump off into the flats and they're tight end gets to Midfield nobody around him for a while and Soo with a big catch [Applause] there goes that play action that heats coming and that's the issue with it seven sacks for the Hurricanes no protection blz comes in yeah and knowing that you have these struggles on this in this aspect of your offense I mean I just don't think play action is the right call at all for quarter yeah definitely is uh something that the defense has ke in on and it almost just gives you know the defense an extra second or two to get back there and get the set they were handed off as somehow tank gets back to the line of scrimmage third and 12 here goes the screen tank trying to hit a spin move and that did not fake out the defense whatsoever they'll Force the punt great defense there by Miami can't say it enough in this ball game8 minutes left man who's going to hold on pistol formation Taylor trying to extend this lead there goes some play action but he's got time and he's got a receiver on the comeback rout that's Jamie Tyler the third working up against JoJo Conor great catch there great pass love the play call isolating Jamie Tyler out there making a nice catch of the first down pistol formation here's the hand off mdy King tackled by three Taps might need to be abandoned that run man over for that second and nine and yeah they should have abandoned did on that play call he's in the back field for a loss of a yard yeah I don't know why they keep setting Taylor up like this third and 10 he's going to have to come through now for the offense Heat's coming checks it down mdy King trying to get all three possessions there but yeah as you said great defense by the Gators yeah that was uh Calvin wack the third too man 99 overall linebacker made a big hit great play there for the Gators they start at the 16 yd line goes tank good tackle by Kennedy get been balling man yeah another great play on the ball this guy on a scout list Casey Robinson throwing into the flats big hit catch still made though third and [Applause] four thir and on this big down can AC Robinson deliver nearly delivers a second pick to Kennedy kid still balling yeah just we mentioned it earlier it's just way too much speed a lot of you know impact players on both sides of the football it's going to come down to who's going to make the first mistake right now it's the street points separating these two teams here under five minutes Jamie Tyler in motion oh big explosive run there by Matty King he had broke loose one more tackle he might have been gone second and two and that is shut down Johnson's just dominating up front at that defensive tackle [Applause] position two nose guard got a mismatch here going with the motion and setting up the screen oh boy not going to work man I'm not sure that that looked like that was going to be beautiful had he got all those blocks on the outside there so the punt is off gets it at about the 19 tried to hit outside but Mario Williams down at the 31 this is KC's moment man 99 overall QB can he take over this game right now here he is squeezing one into Deuce actually and Antonio the deuce sounds crazy here goes dump off to Zack tank nice shoot move gets out of bounds stops the clock for him 45 yd line empty set KC Robinson wow guy doesn't turn around and catch the ball bounces right off the 11 on the back of lineman's Jersey great pressers coming up the middle got to dump it off lineman will make the catch this time seven yards and we've reached a two-minute warning man this is it this could be the last time that Gator touch the football dumps it off
