College Football MTSU vs. Kennesaw State

welcome to Murphysboro Tennessee and Johnny red Floyd Stadium home of the Middle Tennessee blue Raiders and Raider fans have been clamoring to get this one started all week and this is the kind of game college football fans love because they don't have to wait for the weekend for this Conference USA Showdown and as we'll see a team fresh and ready to go off of by week the Kenesaw State owls the kickoff team out there getting [Applause] set he'll start the return inside his five nice job executing all of the assignments they put a stop to that return at the 22 so kenesa State's offense takes to able to start this game off here he comes and obviously defense is always going to be aware of a quarterback but boy he finds a way to put defenses on their heels all the time David I mean what can't he do he's got the weapons he's got the confidence he's got the experience Jesse these kind of guys are so hard to defend you're right they better be able to find a way to get pressure on him cuz if they don't this is going to be a long day going with the counter play here gets it out to the 25 Y Line a gain of three I'll tell you this is a running back who's very very dangerous and the defense did a good job getting him down there but they got to do a great job gang tackling because this is a guy that can break tackles and turn those types of plays into home runs he's brought down but there's a flag on the field let's see which way that's going to go [Applause] holding amazing how many times an offensive holding p y will stall a drive we'll see if the offense can overcome it second down coming [Applause] up looking for a man it's Bryson quickly out to the tight end and good coverage by the defense just a short game you know I know it seems like an easy pitch and catch but for the tight end there that route potentially changes if it's man coverage so good job by him knowing it zone I'm just going to sit down this is basically like a checkdown right let's just take the easy pitching catch and keep this drive going fires to the middle and the ball is intercepted God room on the return he'll go out of bounds but he gets the ball back takes it the other way and he has created a great Sudden Change opportunity and that right there is a huge reason why this team has a winning record coming into this game their defense takes the ball away and here on the opening drive you see the athleticism in the back end of the defense picking it off and putting it in Great field position for their own couldn't ask for better field position for this offense they'll toss it to the left got some room headed to the goal line he finally goes out of bounds after the explosive play but now the question is did the official see something to bring it back just an obvious holding call there and one that just kills an offense's momentum the line gets set first [Applause] down the run to the right and he's knocked down but there's also laundry on the field we'll see what the officials have called we'll repeat the previous down but this time the offense has 10 more four yards it has to [Applause] cover looking for a productive play on first down moving the running back trying to get the D to tip its hand catch in the middle it's Willis and they'll knock him down he came into this year with big expectations everybody expecting him to stat it up and now with that last completion he's already over 2,000 yd passing Season Power football with the Run he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose a couple man what a spectacular play by that defensive end to come up with the tackle there and you see those guys get off the football so fast most of these guys are 250 to 275 lbs but they get off the ball and he strides his way into the end zone touchdown Middle Tennessee middlee number and got the extra point and it's 7 nothing to start this one quick strike offense on that three play scoring drive and they cap things off with a nyd touchdown pass here he comes from inside his own five and the return man showing great vision to be able to find some space and put his team in much better field position guys we'll get another look at this Kennesaw State offense boy they hope this next Drive is more productive after throwing a pick last time Jesse Yeah and the coaches did a good job on the sideline there just talking to the Young quarterback and making sure he's able to turn the page calm him down to go out and refocus this drive there yeah and some people do that better than others but you got to show some trust in him maybe get the ground game going help around him a little bit with this system well the short passing game is a great goto for any offensive coordinator in the first quarter because it's reliable but it also allows you to see how the defense is going to react and play so this can certainly open things up later on throws into double coverage and it's picked off not a lot on the return but they can wi with that as theyve got it at the 49 this is obviously not a great start for this quarterback here two interceptions already in this game he's got to do a much better job with his decision [Applause] making the offense set for a first down [Music] play they'll try the run nowhere to run on that one he loses four on the carry how about the defender being a heat seeking missile he was on radar lock he found the football and flew down with some bad intentions a negative play to open the Drive let's see what they've got on second and 14 back to throw it's battiato wide open downfield TouchDown MTSU that is the ultimate grab and go for the score and the defense lets the big tight end get behind him and you can see it when he saw his tight end streaking down the field he knew he had throw it up in the air let him go make a play he does it big play for this offense he'll bring it back from inside his SP not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 guys we're about to see this Kennesaw State offense go back to work to say this has been a slow start is a bit of an understatement and they really need to get it going here Jesse that's right the opponent they're firing on all cylinders right out of the gate offensively for this unit they've been slow and struggling they need an explosive play to wake themselves up yeah and it's just the first quarter so it's not the end of the world you've seen slow starts but you got to continue to pick and pick and the ball's on the ground oh it looks as if the defense got it and he's brought down and this defense gets the ball back foro I'll tell you honestly I don't know what that player could have done to hold on to that football that Defender absolutely popped him he knocked him in the next week there was no chance he was holding on to that ball this is a good sign for this defense the rate they were going not touching the quarterback him already having two touchdown passes in the first half this was not going to be a fun football game to watch now now they're turning the tide a little bit getting a little bit of pressure getting us off what a hit by the defender that's a good throw and that was going to be caught but how about the defender dislodging the football from its intended target nice [Applause] job on third and long doesn't need to take the check down he's got it in the end zone touchdown blue Raider they are seizing control and taking away away hope as they push out the lead in this week eight Showdown and the extra point is true and the lead balloons to 21 about to kick it away after scoring the touchdown on the run from inside of zone five really disciplined job by the coverage unit to get down there and make the stop at the 19 guys we'll get another look at this Kena State offense that last fumble proved to be costly as they cashed it in for a touchdown yeah and so this defense now is Juiced they're excited and ready to go this offense David they've got to get something going yeah those turnovers can be contagious man it get you excited and then when your offense takes it down the field and does something with it this offense better be ready to play against the motivated defense give to the running back shakes off the defender they make the stop but not before he takes a chunk out of what they need to move the sticks after the strong run on second down third down coming do they do it again looking downfield it's Bryson trying to get to it and the heat gets there and they get him down at the 14 yd line Kena state will have to putt this one away doesn't say much for your drive when you're looking forward to the [Applause] punt on the return it's Kelly little pressure on the coverage team there and they'll stop him at the 47 yd line the Middle Tennessee offense will go back to work from the gun they'll try to impose their running game and a decent gain there before the defense makes the stop well it's plays like that that will help this offense stay in Rhythm all game long if you can have that kind of success on first down running the football it just opens up your entire Playbook moving for and the defense snows him under after a very short game oh man there's some big hitting going on in the trenches right now this defense they take a lot of pride in stopping the Run let's keep our eye on them throughout the course of the game and see if they can contain this running attack now with a great opportunity as they pick up the first down they've got it at the 40 here's this offense with a fresh set of downs wide receiver shows motion he wants to throw fires to the middle got him downfield and they'll finally catch up to him but not before a big chunk of yardage is picked up it's first and 10 from the 1325 from the Red Zone looking for a space caught new the sticks it's Stewart touchdown Middle Tennessee and they take it in first 6 more points really nice job working the route getting himself open he was able to locate the football snag it out of the air and this guy now has five receiving touchdowns on the year Z on the move from inside is five and good work by the coverage team to knock down the Return Man K guys we're about to see this kenas state offense go back back to work maybe they learned something from their opening script of plays David but other than that this has been an abject disaster and I think they learned what not to do I mean this has been an abject disaster they haven't done anything right offense defense this one's ugly and it's still early yeah I'd normally say well it's first quarter just don't worry about it there's time but worry this is the worst start you possibly could have had so they need to score a touchdown right now and they're able to shove him to the turf as they stop him for a short gain didn't get much on first down it's second and [Applause] nine they go to the draw and he's able to find a little bit of Running Room before they get him down as they get set to snap at time winding down here in the quarter alert alert he's looking to throw on Third and short quick completion on the out he's run out of bounds but not before turning in a big pickup and moving the sticks for a first down at the end of the quarter guys it's Middle Tennessee on top really strong performance so far to be able to build a lead here in the first period as we look at the stats he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose a couple well the linebacker showing you read and react he knew exactly where that running play was going and he beat the football the line of scrimmage and force the tfl the negative play leaves them with second and 12 it'll be a draw nowhere to run on that one he loses four on the carry and what a great job by a defense getting penetration quickly forcing the running back to get outside to try to make that thing go wide which that's what you want as a defense when they run the draw they want you to run up field and you run right up the middle patch and stride inside the 15 he is down at the one a terrific run after the throw and catch how great is it to have a running back who can basically run your entire route tree you don't see a lot of guys line up and then run vertically down the field get open and make a big play this dude is special and the runner is down and so is a flag hold it they say you could call holding on every play well they did on that one kenas state has a chance now on first and goal the corners are walked up tight the give to the tail back he's dropped behind the line of scrimmage that'll be a loss of three well there's a statement by the defensive line first down play expecting run and they just dominated up front beat their one-on ones and force a tackle for a l he a catch in the end zone you don't give a hoop Kena state does Touchdown out and man that was a nice job by the tight end finding the soft spot in the defense in The End Zone on that TD and they pick up the extra point kicker knocked it right down the middle almost ready to kick it away after scoring the touchdown from inside his own 10 let's see what he gets couldn't find a way to create that Broken Field as he stopped at the 25 let's see what the blue Raider offense can get going this offense has really been clicking in the game so far Jesse no doubt everything their play caller is dialing up these guys offensively have been able to go out and execute yeah and it's just maintaining the lead keep doing what you've been doing you got a big lead let's just keep piling it on until they find an answer a strike downfield and they finally get him down but not before he he's got him set up for business at the 49 yd line they were backed up and then suddenly they weren't they've got it first int 10 now inside the 50 able to scr three yards out of that one somehow it's second and seven the Run game just has not been working for this offense all game long you saw it on that last play as well just not getting enough push up front on the offensive line they haven't been physical oh so close to paying off the tip really had it in his hands but it falls incomplete they couldn't make the connection on second down now a third and seven to keep the drive [Applause] alive back to pass it's vattiato throws for the tight end makes the grab he's out of bounds after a big pickup but there's a flag on the field and this might be coming back holding penalties the ultimate drop five killer we'll see if it cost this offense here the D thinking bring some heat on Third and long from the 44 looking to throw and he needs a bunch and he was drilled just as he released the pass it's incomplete coming up yeah and this defense hadn't had a lot of success this offense has been doing what it wants at will finally get into the QB finally getting some pressure finally getting a big hit on him that'll pay some dividends down the road puts a boot to it didn't see a lot of him in that loss last week only called on twice was looking for more Running Room but found nothing but more tacklers he's down at the 24 here comes the offense on first [Applause] down going to the ground shakes off a tackler still running at the 40 the express way is wide open pass to 10 touchdown owls and once he found daylight it was ktie Bar the Door baby man this guy is such a weapon because he's so dangerous if he gets into the second level great vision and then David shows you the speed just straight Wheels erasing angles a lot of times when you're chasing guys that are so fast like this you're like I got them I got him no I do not what a big long touchdown run had those stats young fell we check in with Kevin Connor what's going on Kevin week in and week out guys you never know what's going to happen in college football check this out South Alabama is trailing right now but I'm not ready to say this team is out of not after the way this group has rallied around that coach it really has been something ran the ball on first down let's see what they do on second dropping back it's Batio he's got his man and the defense had that one well covered just a short game there third down conversions always a huge stat and they've got a third and long from the 27 from the gun wants to pass grabbed over the middle it's Stewart and he's knocked down immediately but not before he moves the chains lining up from the 34 on first down the give out of the gun he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose a couple they're trying to run the ball on first down guys but just nothing doing up front their offensive line got blown up on that play there was nowhere for that guy to go they'll run the screen they stop him almost immediately short gain there and still a little ground cover to pick up the first well a nice Gainer on that running back screen and how about the offensive line getting downfield and getting blocks to really help out the back find some space to go to work pass on the way it's picked [Applause] off and they'll drag him down after a good return on the interception a veteran in this defense stayed locked in on his rules and made the interception guys will get another look at this Kennesaw State offense got it behind the line it's Clemens and oh did they know that one was coming they'll knock him down in the back field you know as a quarterback you believe in your matchup and then my running back if I can get him the ball in space he's going to win a lot of times he didn't that time the defense was ready nice job in the open field making the nice tackle and a good solid pick up before the defense Cuts him down they within field goal range at the 29 let's see if they can pick up a few or the first down on Third and long snagged in the middle it's Daniels good tackle there to stop him short of the first down it'll bring up a big decision now on fourth down here comes the field goal team the kicker will try to punch one through from 41 yds away it's good they'll kick it away after putting up a field goal on that last Drive 2 from inside his own 10 he'll try to help out their field position couldn't find a way to create that broken field as he St stopped at the 25 the Middle Tennessee offense will go back to work after that last pick David they really need to take care of the ball this time no doubt and makes the catch down the right side major gaps in that defense and he got loose and they finally knock him down at the 41 that last play is the kind of thing the offense can really build some momentum on and now they've got it first and 10 outside the 40 quick strike complete and this defense is a half a beat behind they just can't quite keep up they got it down to the 21 well this defense is being challenged in this secondary in particular and I know ad DB made the tackle there but we're only in the second quarter and already this quarterback has over 200 yds passing man that's a couple bad throws last possession obviously ends in an interception but this back and now you throw another one you know In Harm's Way you got to make sure you're throw to the open guy make sure you're taking care of that football we can't have any more turnovers dropping back it's battiato going for it all and swatted down by the defense to stop the scoring opportunity this drive was clicking along but after a couple of misfires threatening to stall out on Third and 10 makes the gra it's Stewart they'll get him stopped just short of the end zone but they're in business here with a first down this offense has been a juggernaut and they have a chance to had their total just before halftime flushed out of the pocket trying to buy a little time and he cannot but he does get it back closer to the line of scrimmage the offense uses a timeout to stop the clock and they'll get a quick breather ready and the D deny them on second and goal get set get set with Jet Sweep pass and he's going to score touchdown Middle Tennessee and this receiver is on fire he's got all the skills that you look for in a big time Target that's already his second touchdown of the game so it's a 77 yd touchdown drive and it was finished off with a 2yd touchdown toss and they desperately wanted to attempt a return but decided not to instead they'll take the Touchback offense set on first down they'll try the left side that run epitomizes a veteran Savvy senior who knows how to find Space there's a timeout called as this offense tries to find a way to draw a little closer looking to go up top on first down finds his tight end the pass on first down caught by the tight end no game on the Play Running Out of Time here in the first half they're going to have to be efficient to put some points on the board before the break to the air it's Bryson fires to the big fella that's a really good tackle there giving up some size and still making the play here's a Timeout on the field tight game here late in the first half they'll have just enough time to get one more snap before the half on Third and long try to convert through the air pass is incomplete and half comes to a close on that play of the first tenas state ready to kick it off to start here in the second [Applause] half fielded In The End Zone it's lacy really disciplined job by the coverage unit to get down there and make the stop at the 19 let's see what the blue Raider offense can get going they had this lead to start the third quarter because of the passing game didn't get a lot done on the ground they didn't but the quarterback is in a rhythm that was obvious in the first half and so this first drive you want to continue that you want to see good decision making you want to see him playing on time and as always delivering the football I I mean I don't know how I don't give him the football it's the reason I built the lead he's the guy that I can trust this offense is built and he breaks into the open he's at the 30 inside the 10 touchdown MTSU and the punishment has been extended if I'm a play caller nowadays man I want more guys like this just versatility you can see he can catch it out of the back field like a wide receiver or he can run it nice job catching the football with his hands using his speed to do the rest and get into the end zone and he takes this from inside the five he was looking for some Running Room but not much to be found as he stopped at the 18 guys we're about to see this kenesa state offense go back to work they face a pretty tall mountain here Jesse down 24 but if they're going to climb it this is a good time to start sense of urc's got to be big right here you just get the feeling at this point of the game David they've got to score on this drive obviously their defense needs to get stops but at this point offensively they've got to execute much better they they got to be super aggressive down 24 you're going to need three touchdowns three two-point Converses everything to kind of go your way so fast and throw in the football they're able to find the tight end for an easy completion but good job tackling not allowing him to get the first down they'll try it on the ground running the counter he believe in that running game got six before he stopped at the 23 when you're a defense it is stop the run first that is your first responsibility it makes the whole game easy and right now they got it going on the ground the defense is going to have to change something up these little tiny Dink and dunk Dink and dunk you keep doing this they'll go all the way down the and he's picked off again his night vision hasn't been up to speed his third interception no real chance on the return but they've got it at the 34 what a nice catch by the defensive back listen a lot of times you see DBS get in position to make plays but there's a reason they play DB and not wide receiver great job finishing and that pass intercepted didn't really have room to operate on the return but he hands him the ball at the 32 and we know turnover margin is a huge part of winning ball games interception number two his quarterback has to do a better job taking care of the football Don't Force It take the high completion percentage stuff don't always try to go for the big [Applause] play guys we'll get another look at this kenas state offense one of the most valuable things a quarterback can have David shortterm memory just forget that last pick you dang right clear the mechanism it's over move it behind you some players can't do that real well and it leads some more mistakes Jesse you got to just forget about it and move on and I think the coaching staff can help him too David I think you can get the running game going here and also give him some easy throws the sweet feet byy a little time turns it on to Midfield and he scoots his way to the first down and then slides to avoid the hit and you're seeing here the difficulties defenses have trying to contain this guy if you leave a lane opener you don't sack him right away you allow him to get outside the pocket it he is going to take off and he is very difficult to tackle in the open field he's got running back likability out in space after picking up a couple at second and eight the handoff as they run the counter play here and he was fortunate not to lose yardage on that play able to wedge it back to the line of scrimmage stopping the run is about physicality it's about I'm bigger than you I'm stronger than you front really nice job by the defense showing their strength bowing up stuffing the run on Third and long trying to have a big completion here and the quarterback will be slung down back at the 43 you know when you go down Personnel package you got extra DVS in the game so it's harder to throw if you're the quarterback there's just not as many windows they've got more guys in coverage you're expecting to at least have a little bit more time but your offensive line man they just couldn't hold up [Music] [Applause] the Middle Tennessee offense will go back to work let's see if this drive goes better than the last one they were in and out quickly after the quick pick David yeah first play big mistake man now get this offense in a little bit of a rhythm maybe before you can open it up again Palmer or you trust him right away uh he seems to me like the guy maybe that just needs to kind of get into the flow of the game so maybe you get the running game going here and just give him some e hit the gas kid wide open thee defense on skates that time they finally drag him down at the 42 that big play is just what they needed now they have it first and 10 just outside the 40 feeling some heat hit hard just as he released it on first down and just couldn't get it to the receiver this QB has been so comfortable all day long obviously having a ton of success you've got to affect him you got to put some hits on those body blows so you can make him wear out and physically feel you this is the first time really getting to him his defense needed this bad offense threatening first and 10 from the 31 used the play fake now to throw he spins that thing down the middle and he throws another interception his third one of the night and they'll close in on him after a good return on the interception well I think it's pretty safe to say this guy's going to be getting a helmet sticker that now his second interception of the game he has just been lights out here today Hees it deep and it's incomplete they were looking for the huge gain on first down well at this juncture in the game with how the scoreboard looks no question this offense is going to have to throw to get back in the game and it's going to be tricky now because the defense is expecting it you're going to throw into a lot of big big Zone coverages with everybody's eyes on the quarterback not going to be easy he makes the stop almost as soon as he catches in their short of the first down if every Journey begins with a step this offense needs to step into a third down conversion and then try looking deep down the right side and it's his fourth interception of the night looking for more room he's inside the 40 and he was looking for the pick six he'll have to settle for getting it inside the 30 let's see what the blue Raider offense can get going boy they had that last Drive moving a little bit David but then the mistake just crushed it yeah those mistakes are going to happen you going to throw the football you're going to throw interceptions but I think I stay aggressive with this offense I get back to what I did in the first part of that drive what made me successful I agree David just turn the page if you're a quarterback right on this drive you did a lot of good things there leading up to that pick forget about it move on play the next play pcket starts to collapse that pass is incomplete and they might be fortunate it wasn't knock free for a fumble it'll be third down that last incomplete pass has him staring at a third and [Applause] three back to pass it's battiato throws to the wide out and man oh man he is in the dark tonight his fourth interception and he's brought down and this defense gets the ball back for its own first down here for the offense 29 Philly the running back has it at the 20 he's got space after burner's coming he's at the 40 the 20 he's at the 10 touchdown Kena State and once he got away from the D they had no shot at catching it what a big time run he's still running over 90 yards that's one of those when you're run into the end zone you're looking behind you you're looking on the Jumbotron to see if anybody's going to catch you and nobody's going to catch him on that huge touchdown run they knock him down at the two and what a return to put it right on the doorstep lining up to cover the kick after that touchdown Drive bringing it [Applause] back not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 the Middle Tennessee offense will go back to work mistakes are going to happen as they did on that last drive now how will they respond Jesse and this is the kind of he's got it downfield for a huge gain and he's to the 48 yd line that would be good enough for a first down that's a way to start a drive now they'll snap it just shy of Midfield the receivers telling the quarterback what they see and a nice run there before the defense finally makes the stop want to talk about making itasy easy for an offensive coordinator you pick up a bunch of yards on first down make that second down really really manageable that's a great job by the offense just carving up this defense and getting it down to the 24 I love that play call this offense is going to run the football they're not just going to do it between the tackles but they're going to attack you outside you saw that with that handoff they get to the right they get him inside and here's the fifth interception by this quarterback going me the way and he's got room a sweet return after the pick and they'll have it at the 43 one thing I love about this linebacker guys he's really good against the run but he's also nice in coverage too that time a cover two look by the defense so he's just playing in space he's watching the quarterback's eyes he's able to jump the route and Come Away with a turnover complete downfield Lally run out of bounds but he has this offense rolling with a first down new set of downs after that [Applause] completion they're going to test that run defense to the right here able to make the tackle but not before he gets five yds down to the 21 hey five to six yards a pop I don't know if you guys are really good at math but that usually equals a first down every couple carries so don't forget about the Run game keep them honest pound that rock and the heat was all over him and that's the way the Third third quarter will wrap up with a big sack at the end of the quarter guys it's Middle Tennessee on top let's take a quick look at the national rankings to see how this playoff race is shaking up they're close enough for a makeable field goal from the 26 but they'd love to convert this third and long and the pressure is coming in and they get him again how about the offense man you went a little play action I I can just tell you third and long as a pass rusher I'm going to get the quarterback I don't care about the play action I'm not biting on it and neither did the defense he off one deep down the left side and is fifth interception of the game a miracle they haven't pulled him yet taking it the other way at the 20 touchdown blue Raiders how about that D coming up with a play like that boy do they need that score gave them a little cushion as they trying to put a stop to this two Game Spot and for a quick update let's go to Kevin Conor's in the studio boys if it's happening in college football we've got eyes on it check this out South Alabama is in front they've answered the bill today but they still have to finish the job and that is no sure thing right now they're up by 11 over Troy we'll Circle back if anything big happens like he's run into a buzs saww in this game he has been under duress all game long and that's a big reason why he's thrown multiple interceptions in the game too nothing coming easy to him it's hard to see the field when your internal clock he lost it high and deep down the left side and that deep shot's going to wind up incomplete but we do have a flag on the field let's see what the official says that penalty moves the ball back 10 yds will replay the down line getting set on second down looking to throw it's Bryson quarterback now breaking the field and he can't find a receiver and down he goes and this has been the story of the night the offensive line getting beat up and this is why this team is losing you got to protect your quarterback this defense has had a field day and the defense gets loose bringing the Heat and down he goes again man I think this quarterback needs to take his offensive line out for dinners more often because they're not protecting him and sometimes it doesn't does even look like they're trying that now the sixth sack of the game for this defense trying to pick up the first out of the back field he's not going to make it and what a big stop for this defense and they might be able to put this thing away let's see what the blue Raider offense can get going that last Drive was promising for a while but you just can't mess it up at the end with the pick Jesse no You' got to be able to finish drives especially in this game if you're going to win it David they've got to be able to eliminate the metal mistakes yeah and I don't think you get conservative play safe you can trust your guy I think you put the ball right back in his hands and let him do his thing they're getting this guy lathered up determined effort to pick up six and get it inside the Red Zone and down to the 16 I like it just frustrate the defense get that five to six yards make him honor the Run make them know that you're willing to run the football and run it effect they'll keep it on the ground to keep this clock moving slammed to the ground but not before he gets the first down this guy's been special today coming into this one they thought they had an opportunity really to get him going running the football and he has delivered you've seen the speed the vision his ability to break tackles well over 100 rushing yards in this game and that's why they have a nice lead operating in the Red Zone here on second down fire from the gun they're running back looking for room touchdown Middle Tennessee and the beat down has ensued that one puts them in really good shape to get back on the right track and get another W points points and more points this offense has had their way they just keep their foot on the gas keep putting up points keep putting up touchdowns and you know what this is one of those stats days you look back and you're like that guy had 12 touchdowns in the well four or five of them might have been in this game guys we're about to see this kenesa state offense go back to work he wants to start this drive with a pass got the back over the middle yeah and you see running backs in today's football they play a wide receiver basically for you but you got to find a guy that you can throw it to and you know he's going to catch the ball consistently we reached the two-minute warning and we see miracles in college football all of the time and they could use one here here comes the offense on second down to throw it's Bryson looking left it's caught downfield a quick tackle made but he's got plenty for the first down need to do a better job as a Defender tackling the catch on the curl route he had a chance to break on the ball get the receiver down couldn't do it and as a result they give up an explosive play complete and this game is obviously out of hand but I think the fans would argue too at this point like all right well let's not throw checkdowns right let's throw some deep balls and continue to open up this offense and keep fighting I think that's what you want to see you want to see your squad not quit keep fighting until the very end of the football game didn't have much of a choice there but to get rid of it and this defense has put a game together like it is hard to put all the facets of Defense together run defense pass defense they've been so good man dialed in you could tell they were ready they were fast they were physical they dominated this football game and this is just one of those days man where everything has gone wrong right like they just haven't been in a rhythm they haven't they haven't got it going and never built the momentum this is this is what of those days you learn from you try to grow from a lot of things that we're going to show in the film room that
