welcome to yolman Stadium in New Orleans home to the D Green Wave oh and the twain fans are certainly ready for that we believe we've got a great one in store today and we've got a team that makes it into the top 25 now when you go on the road that's when you prove you belong as we'll see the number 19 team in the country the Kansas state wild cats taking on a team from the AAC the two- Ling green wve for EA Sports college football I'm Reese Davis joined here in the booth as always by David Pollock and Jesse Palmer guys let's tee this one up to will kick it off to get this game underway from inside own 15 looking for a premise nice job executing all of the assignments as they put a stop to that return at the 22 the Wildcats offense takes the field for the first time today and this guy feels like a throwback back in the day the running backs were always the stalks this guy fits that mole and he can do a lot of different things too he's not a one-trick pony this guy can Tote The Rock he can catch the ball he can block we might even see him throw the ball in this game this is a jack of all trades yeah and the running back didn't get much here but you know you clearly want to always establish the tempo run the football be consistent make that defense physically meet the challenge didn't get much on first down it's second and nine Johnson looking to throw just a short pass to the tight end and that is good versatility there and a big hit from the backer in pass coverage third I'll say this man in college football you see a lot of bad tackling didn't see it right there that was an awesome job first off being there at the point of attack once the tight end made the catch there was no doubt he was going down great job form [Applause] tack here's the snap itching to fire down field they'll run the screen they finally get him stopped but what a good job by that front wall to set up the screen and create some lanes for their running back great job too by the QB there holding the ball as long as possible allowing the pass rush to get up field and at the very last second getting it to his guide so that he can go get the first down they'll throw it on first down got it in the middle it's cus and the defense drags him down early in the game I love getting my quarterback in a rhythm easy pitch and catch you've thrown him 4,000 times not big shots but just put you in nice positions on the next Downs coming up set up for second and short after that completion they'll leave it with the lone back really nice stop there from this senior leader third and now on third down after that last run trying to pick it up on the ground at the 35 he's got room and they explode on that one and they've got it down to the 20 this guy going early in the game and they're doing a nice job of that right now remember he's the kind of running back who gets better as the game goes on that's a really good omen for this offense considering his success now early this Kansas State offense is moving quickly down the field using his legs it's Edwards able to move it ahead a couple of yards he gets it down to the 20 man down on the play as the officials take a break to let him be checked [Applause] out picked up two yards on that last one they need eight on second down it's reverse and he's a real Nowhere Man tackled in this no game land it's so easy to let your eyes lie to you to see the ball kind of go the other way what's my assignment my assignment is to make sure I contain in the back side great job by the defense not getting fooled playing their assignment making the play on third down he'll try to pick it up through the air rush coming in hot and they got him at the 29 yeah that's just kind of frustrating for an offense you move the ball all the way down the field you got an opportunity on third down and you can't protect your quarterback you get the sack and now it's probably field goal time if you make a field [Applause] goal it's fourth down and they'll try the field goal this is going to be a a 46 yd field goal attempt and it's right down the Boulevard and with that they break the seal on the scoring it's three nothing I know one thing this head coach does every week is he challenges his guys to start fast and it's so important today playing on the road in this kind of environment you saw a nice drive they didn't get the touchdown they would have loved but still kicking that field goal and taking this early lead that's a statement for the visiting team [Applause] so after the last Drive ended with a field goal the kickoff team out there to send it away he'll start the return inside his SP he was looking for more Running Room but none to be found as he stopped at the 23 so the Tain Green Wave offense will have its first chance to go on the attack and how about this matchup of a couple of guys who just don't get tired and don't mind being handed the football Jessie and I love this matchup too because in modern football it's all about throwing the ball and spread and Tempo and Aid offenses let's go back to toading the Rock old school two of the best running backs in the business here and the defenses now like they know the challenge they know these guys are going to tote it they got to be physical committing guys to the Box not letting these running backs have success today didn't get much done on that first play of the drive it's second and 11 rides to the backat nowhere to run on that one he loses four on the carry and what you talk about on defense is speed is penetration getting in the back field making something happen and you could tell they got in there so quick the offense couldn't recover couldn't do anything with them nice job getting the tackle for loss and the running game has gone in the wrong direction the offense tries to turn it around and go forward oh what a grab by the defense going the other way and he's got room and they capitalize not only on the pick but on the great return to improve this field position not the start this kid was looking for very first pass of the day gets picked off this is a defense that's got a lot of ball Hawks on the back end and he's got to be real careful with his eyes not Telegraph throws like he did right there he's going to have to settle in on first and goal let's see what Kansas state they'll try to get it in with the run and he takes it to the house touchdown Kansas State well well well somebody's been doing their box jumps you ain't lying getting up in the air Hey listen I'm taking a picture of that saving it that might be my screen saver on my phone that vertical way up in the air he'll try to add another to their [Applause] lead and and with the extra point they're now up by a touchdown and a field goal at 10 that's exactly what you want to do when you have that high of field position strike quickly and they did one play and they put it on the board lining up to cover the kick after that touchdown drive to advance on the football and he's going to bring it out of the endzone nice job by the kickoff team everybody stayed in their lanes and they'll stop him at the six Tain has it back in the offense coming out to go on the attack he kept those legs moving got three out to the 19 I like feeding my guy I like getting my running back touches feeding the ball so he can break some of those big runs but I'm also okay with these little ones set the tone stay balanced you kidding me really after the three- yd pickup they come to the line Second and seven caught behind the line it's brown and he'll be taken down but he does have enough for the first down but we knew coming into this game this offense was going to try and get this receiver involved and get him involved early so here they are just finding an easy completion it's not a touchdown but they just want to get this guy lathered up and get him into a rhy offense has it at the 28 on first down hand off from the shotgun they open the lane and he hit it a gain of five out to the 33 it's going to be important this offensive line is able to get a little bit of push just got to give this guy an inch a little crease and he can make yards for it halfway there on first down it's second and five trying play action and that one is incomplete at the end of the first quarter guys it's Kansas State who carries the lead into the quarter break they wanted to strike first and strike hard and they've been able to do that here in the first quarter as we take a look at the stats just about ready to get things started here in the second we'll see if they continue to flex that muscle he'll try to pop the draw just buried it and they did not let him reach the line to gain it'll bring up a decision here the Run game just has not been working for this offense all game long you saw it on that last play as well just not getting enough push up front on the offensive line they haven't been physical Tain forced to send out the punt unit they'll have to punt for the first time this afternoon looking for a block it's locket everybody stays in their Lanes well enough and they stop him at the 31 yd line first and 10 trying to start the drive with a pass and oh what a grab on the layout on the right side man that's a tough play to make when you're that far down the field and you you're trying to control your body and run as you're laying out that's a really great effort really good concentration and that is how you make your quarterback look really good one big play can really flip the script of a drive it's first and 10 from just outside the 30 they pick up half of it it'll be second and five hey five to six yards a pop I don't know if you guys are really good at math but that usually equals a first down every couple carries so don't forget about the Run game keep them honest pound that rock halfway there on first down it's second and five they go right back to to him and he fights his way forward gets away from one but not much doing on that one it's an offense that takes pride in being physical they try to get it going on the ground but no gain on that one does knowwhere to run not a lot of wiggle room for the ball carrier this defense came in knowing that they had to match their physicality let's see if they can keep it up Johnson wants to throw it quickly complete just outside the red Zone as they pick up the first down they'll spot it at the 22 this offense is clicking and clearly everything is working the offensive coordinator calling good plays the quarterback and his unit is executing and this defense right now they have no answers and the wild cats are moving quickly down the field off the play fake on first down to throw got him downfield and he strides his way into the end zone touchdown Wildcats look it's still early but we have some real distance being put on the scoreboard right now you do it's early but you got to find something positive right now everything going in the other direction so how are you going to respond when you've been hitting the mouth early in this football game got to find something positive quick [Applause] he'll try to tack on one more for the extra point and the extra point will tack another one onto this lead a very efficient five playay scoring drive and the scoring play comes on a touchdown pass for 22 yds out kickoff team has the ball teed up in there about ready to go on the run from inside his own five he was hoping for something a little more Dynamic but they get him on the ground at the 20 the twain offense headed back onto the field after giving up that score now it's incumbent on this offense to kind of get a back and forth going Jesse in this game they got to put some points on the board here there's obviously a lot of football to go so it's not necessarily Panic time just yet but I'm getting the ball into the hands of my best Playmakers on this drive I I hear you Jesse but not panic time have you seen my defense I I mean I'm not trusting them to get a lot of STS so it puts a lot of pressure on this offense the give on the inside offensive linemen love to run power why you run power you run power then you can play action you don't want that defense to be sitting there saying it's a pass it's a pass having the pass block every play you got to keep defenses off balance fairly m manageable distance here on third down from the 27 off the boot looking for his man fires to the wide out a strike downfield great pick up as they'll keep this drive moving and they've got it at the 45 well I think on that play you saw why this guy's such a big weapon in this offense that receiver he does such a nice job with his routes he's patient and he's consistent and he's got good hands you don't see him put a lot of of balls on the ground nice job there picking up the first down they'll put the tight end in motion the give to the back that's what you expect from a senior don't give them any extra yards great tackle there and these defensive tackles just eat people they swallow human beings when you get near them they're so big so strong on a running back and he usually falls to the ground just because their sheer mass and strength they'll ride the running back and leave it with him he had all kinds of company as soon as he got and he had to fight his way back just to get to the line of scrimmage man oh man the ball carrier was just shut down and I tell you what they need some push up front too right they got to move those defensive linemen out of the way at least create a hole so your running back has a chance not there he didn't have it it's third down now and they ought to be able to get off one more play before the two-minute warning unloads to the wide out wide open downfield and he's brought down after a huge completion we've made our way to the two-minute warning and now they'll try to at least cut a little something off of this lead before the break this first half of offense won't go on the Highlight Reel so far but starting to get things moving it's first in 10 that's caught it's Hughes and that's a very productive first down play and bringing up second and three and this offense I think will do a good job in this game divvying up the football and distributing it to different guys in the passing game it won't just be receivers it's not going to be tight ends this running back he's a weapon too after he catches it m saw right there operating in the Red Zone here on second down now the play fake skips away from pressure hard running there picks up the first down and gets down to avoid contact I love the play call there too because second and short defense is thinking you might run it so you try to catch him off guard with the pass nothing there even if you throw an incompletion you're going to have a chance to run it the very next play but doesn't matter this guy's just so athletic himself he's able to go get the first let's get a fresh set of downs pre- snap motion quarterback trying to get a read unleashes to The End Zone it falls incomplete he was trying to find his man for six and that is a huge missed opportunity for the quarterback you've got your guy wide open in the end zone you're not under pressure you just got to hit him that ball got away that's one he'd like to have back and the D deny them on second and goal Thompson wants to throw using his feet to buy time and he'll step into the end zone touchdown Jan and that's a nice drive a nice physicality punching in with the Run game and here's the thing I like where this offense is going nice job creating some momentum going into the half cutting down the lead this thing could get really exciting nice job answering the Bell right before the half [Music] [Applause] P unit on the field is on for the extra point and it's up and good as they draw Just a Touch closer so it's an 80 yd drive and they finish it off with the score from the four they got the late touchdown on the board now about to kick it away and hoping the defense can keep them from answering here he comes from inside his own five and the Turner will be knocked down and here comes the Kansas State offense back onto the field they've got time they've got the lead and David is sort of like a doctor first Do no harm Do no harm but also momentum is hard to create and sometimes hard to stop you have it so Jesse don't do anything stupid to create some momentum for the other side I think a lot of this comes down to your quarterback and whether or not he's making good decisions in this game if yes be aggressive if not let's just take the lead into halftime and get ready for the second half on second down wants to throw it pass is incom complete and that's going to do it for the first half we played two quarters here time to go to Kevin Connors in our halftime update guys who's had a better seat there in New Orleans for a fun first half than you and it's been said football is a game of inches and guess what based on the comparison between third down conversion rate today and the average yard per play how can you argue that I mean the low-lying fruit is to look at some of the explosive plays we've seen in panic but really this game is going to come down to which team is more efficient when they have the ball and how they play when it matters most and with that let's send it back to the fellas inside yolman stadium Kansas will kick it off to start things in the second half on the move from inside is five and the returner could find no daylight he goes down Twain has it back in the offense coming out to go on the attack maybe adjustments or attitude or attitude adjustments they've got to find a way to run the ball at least some here in the second half I do think you said something that's important I I think running the football is an attitude like it starts with the offensive line and being pical having a nasty attitude running back same thing I think they need more of that in the second half you know what I think even if you're this defense you have an opportunity to make a statement here yeah I know you guys went in at halftime and you riled yourselves up and you told yourself that you think you can run the ball on us on this very first drive we're going to prove to you just like in the first 30 minutes you cannot right back to the well good solid run on that one as he gets it up to the 33 yd line I know it's sexy to throw the football but if you can pound it away and get these kind of gains they will just add up wear the defense down get first downs and ultimately get some points good spot after that seven yd pickup on first down it's second and three the playaction fake here he goes breaking the pocket and he can't find a receiver and down he goes on the yeah and man you talk about being down at the half what's one thing I need to do I I got to protect my quarterback in the first series here now you're getting your quarterback hit and taken to the ground this offense has to protect that dude at all [Applause] costs third down and this offense is already in a world of trouble they could really use the conversion not to mention multiple scores Thompson to throw fires to the wide out and that ball is picked off just a short return but that would have been icing on the cake they've got it first down at the 42 and the offense came out aggressively here in the second half but they can't put the drive together and spit it up on the turnover I'll tell you this defense has a lot of athletes and they've got a lot of guys with ball skills if you put the football anywhere around them in their vicinity and their ability to catch the football they'll come down with it this quarterback has got to be way more careful here in the second half leaves it with the running back nice solid form tackle from this sophomore and a lot of times you want those big plays you want those Splash plays but sometimes you're going to take some losses you're not going to run the football overly well but if you continue to run it you can at least create some balance you at least have the threat of it otherwise you're just going to abandon it and now it's just going to be a passing game give to the running back and they'll bring him to the ground after a short gain tackle is made at the 37 yd line third down [Applause] coming now on third down after that run from the gun wants to pass caught near the sticks it's gens makes the grab and it's enough for the first down before he's dragged to the ground I was starting to think about what they would do if they didn't pick up the first down here but I guess that's a moot point now moot point for sure and the head coach was probably telling them four down territory we're going to kick a field goal whatever the next decision was going to be and now the OC is like don't worry about it new set of downs nice execution by this offense deep shot for the End Zone fires into traffic picked off and they'll close in on him after a good return on the interception not all guys have the ability to break on the football go make a play and catch it you know you play defense for a reason a lot of the wide receivers the ones that do most the catch and great job by the defense securing the [Music] int the twain offense headed back onto the field one of the most valuable things a quarterback can have David shortterm memory just forget that last pick you dang all right clear the mechanism it's over move it behind some players can't do that real well and it leads to more mistakes Jesse you got to just forget about it and move on and I think the coaching staff can help him too David I think you can get the running game going here and also give him some easy throws after the productive first down play it's second and six Thompson wants to throw fires to the right makes a connection and he's brought down after a nice game and you run those routes those cow routes just like that those DBS are going to break when you go to throw the football so you better put that thing on a line and the QB did there put it on a line great job great catch first down ball is at the 35 it's first and [Applause] 10 from the gun they'll try to impose their running game that play just never had a chance they knock him down for a loss of five so you get stuffed on first down you had an idea of what you wanted to do on second but I'm guessing it's back to the drawing board now yeah you got to figure out who you are and what you are uh what's your next best play or what is the defense going to do they've been aggressive okay well if they've been aggressive I'm going to throw that deep ball if they've been sitting back I might sneak a draw with him they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that one awesome job up front by this defensive line being so good at the point of attack and eating blocks eating some double teams that allows these linebackers to run free unencumbered and get to the football Ball's at the 29 defense can taste getting off the field it's third and long finds a man on the left he'll have enough for the first down and they stop him at the 45 and that's a really good example of why offensive coordinators script plays you know the down in distance and you know which routes can get you to the stick so there's no waste of time that coordinator got the play in early to his quarterback no knowing that his players were going to be able to execute wants to throw on first down off the play fake makes the grab it's Williams make the stop at the 40 but he's got 15 yards on that one and a first down man this guy is so Dynamic and that's why you want to try to get him the ball as many ways as you can that time it's a screen throw and he had some nice blocks downfield but with his speed and Elusive running ability this dude is dangerous Here Comes Tain after picking up the first down the give to the lone running back and a nice solid pick up there before the defense wrestles him to the ground and it's just simple simple first down run showing your physicality setting your offense up in a good spot as they get set to snap it just about to reach the end of the quarter Thompson to throw spits it out to the back gets it out quickly they make the stop but not before they do their work up top and pick up a first down guys it's Kansas State who carries the lead into the quarter break three quarters are in the books time becomes a factor both in trying to hold the lead or cut into it as we take a look at the stats not only is the scoreboard on their side but so too is time as we open the fork used the play fake now to throw got his man on the right a nice job by the defense there tackling the catch and smothering the tight end they know this offense is going to try to find him in the passing game and a lot of different situations that time perfect coverage and nice job bringing the big guy down not easy to do two lane looking to put one on the board from the red zone running it to the right he's dropped behind the line of scrimmage that'll be a loss of three how about the job by this defense today they knew what they were getting into a really good running back we talked to him this week it was the main focus point of this offense stopping the Run game stopping the Run game boy have they showed up and showed out and answered that challenge facing third and long from the 21 and hoping not to settle for a field goal he'll do it himself and they're able to get a third third down stop here see if they go for it on Fourth well not much the defense could do there the defensive end crashed down thinking the running back had it but nice job of the ball handling there by the QB just trying to avoid negative plays continue to put stress on the defense that's what he does there and that's a play this guy can run in his sleep too they rep this over and over and over it's like clockwork for this guy right down the boulevard it's good that the score [Music] so they were able to put up a three spot on that last drive and now the kickoff team out there as they prepare to put boot to leather looking for an alley from inside his own 10 he was hoping for something a little more Dynamic but they get him on the ground at the 20 K ston has the ball back and the power cat offense returns to the field into the pile maybe got one he stopped at the 21 at this point of the game the offense has the lead the offensive coordinator knows they want to keep running the football so he's going back he's looking at his playlist and he's saying which runs work the best for me in this game what can I lean on right here to make sure we win this one didn't get much on first down it's second and nine Johnson looking to throw fires to the big fella and just a short safe pass play they pick up a few I think that time offensively just trying to take what the defense is giving you right they playing Zone coverage you got your big fella just working right over the ball it's an easy pitch and catch just take the profit let's keep going so they're facing third and short from the 25 from the gun wants to pass grabs it in the middle they'll keep this drive moving by picking up the first down they have it at the 36 and you just get the feeling that this defense has to find a way to get off the field and get the football back at this juncture of the game trailing late if they're going to win now from the 36 yd line it's first and 10 they'll go to the round just sort of a Relentless run getting everything that was available to him and they'll Mark him down at the 40 it's a point in the game I think as a coaching staff where you really challenge your offensive line to go win the football game right we've got to lead late we're going to run the football and the defense and everybody in the stadium knows that's what's going to happen can we run the ball down their throats and impose our will that's what this offense right now is trying to do and they'll stop him after a m pick up great job on first down great job on they got to get the stop Big Time moment I got to get my offense the football back they have it at the 43 third and short trying to avoid making a decision on fourth down looking to throw for it and it's picked off that's the turnover they desperately needed not a lot on the return but they can live with that as they they got it at the 49 well this offense is trying to ice the game they've got the lead here in the fourth quarter but it's only by one possession so you got to be so careful with your decision making and that was not a good one by the quarterback they now turn it over and they better hope their defense can play well in this Sudden Change situation Tain has it back in the offense coming out to go on the attack guys that last triple little disappointing having to take the three yeah I think Jesse you see so many offenses talk about he's going up top BR it inside the T and he'll take it to the house he got loose touchdown Green Wave quarterback's abilities to read the field is huge and also the anticipation the timeing to be able to throw the football Jesse and hit a guy in stride so he can get run after the catch and get in the end zone that was a nice job by the P yeah it's critical dve and listen a lot of times touchdown passes aren't thrown into the end zone you got to read the coverage hit the open guy and let him do the [Music] rest ling up to add another on for the extra [Applause] point and the extra point was good and we are all tied up in the four that's the kind of Drive everybody loves so see qu back one snap put it in the end zone coming down the stretch in the fourth and we are all tied up about set to kick it away from inside his own 10 he'll try to help out their field position and he's able to pick his way through the traffic nicely for a good return on that one before he's brought [Applause] down oh it's a reverse they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that way what great discipline showed by the defense when your jobs contain you're supposed to contain the football not let your eyes deceive you ball starts to go away your job is to still contain the backside great job staying disciplined great win for the defense didn't get much done on that first play of the drive it's second and 11 got it in the middle it's brown and he'll have enough for the first down at the 42 you got to give the old line a lot of credit there because it gave the receiver time to work all the way across the field on the drag route against Zone coverage quarterback gets it to him he's able to turn it up and get a first down maybe this will breathe a little life into this offense which has been flatlined in the second half here's first and 10 running back searching for a hole the clock has stopped as we have reached the two-minute warning here in the ball game halfway there on first down it's second and five Johnson wants to throw it he finds his man slammed to the ground but not before he gets to first down sometimes it's easy for the receiver to get lost running a drag through all that traffic Jesse Yeah and this is a receiver too Reese who's dangerous once he has the football in his hands so I like the idea on offense of trying to get this guy the ball quickly to see what he can do once he has it wants to throw on first down got his man good solid pick up there now they can start to smell it with a first down at the 31 I know we're a long way up here in the booth but guys y'all remember that ball you could throw that whistled that thing was whistling it had so many RPMs on it and the Wildcats have it with a first in 10 they'll go to the counter just a solid stop by this sophomore timeout called by the defense it's their first of the half as they'll make some adjustments I never know if it's grammatically correct to say a team is being out physical you hear it a lot in football though that's happening in this game they are just not getting the push they need all game long up front to have any success when they decide to run it defense did a really good job stringing that one out you got to see the counter when you start to pull guys understanding I'm going to spill that ball make sure it bounces outside out wide doesn't come downhill great job by the defense understanding that and pursuing to the football Indie Car tempo as they head to the line for this third down play clock running he's looking downfield to throw he got a hand in there knocks it away incomplete one of the reasons this defense is so hard to move the football on they've got a safety back there who's just reading the QB's eyes and he's so athletic and so fast he's able to break passes up and right now it's like he's just toying with the quarterback he's inviting him to try and take some shots knowing that he's going to get there to disrupt The Ball fourth down and the punt team sends it the other way the punt goes out of bounds and a nice job to get them backed up I think they'll spot it right around the [Music] [Applause] 15 they'll throw it on first down now quick strike complete time out on the field and everybody want to make sure they're organized as we come down the gut of the game great recognition by the defense on that pass play they knew exactly who the quarterback was going to and they got there quick Thompson wants to throw finds his big tight end how about this backer in pass coverage and bringing the big hit stick with him too and that is a big one not content to go to overtime they're going to try to get into position to win it here great execution there on that throw by the QB and his intended target keeping this drive going getting chunks of yards trying to get themselves in position to win shotgun snap wants to throw it on third unloads to the wide out it's incomplete in the clock strike zero and we are headed to overtime four quarters not enough to settle this one we are headed to overtime and these teams have played so well back and forth evenly contested game how about a little free football Jesse yeah I love this David free football and finding out which of these two teams is the most mature who can settle down now with a game on the line and make the big play all right guys so here we go in overtime and just to refresh everyone's memory alternating possessions starting on the opponent's 25 and it's so nice to be on defense first to to set the tone to understand what you need try to hold him to a field goal the offense knows they can do their job to go out and get a win just two possessions Palmer like you got to be at your best yeah and I love the new rules too because in the third overtime possession it goes to alternating two-point plays back and forth who's got anything left in the tank here in OT finds his man down the middle they bring him down but he's got a first and goal from the 10 [Music] go here comes first and goal as they try to strike here in overtime going up top on first down got his man quickly that completion gets them inside the 10 and the defense is running out of room to defend second and goal coming [Applause] up grabed behind the line it's brown and they get him in El R yardage on that [Applause] completion brings up third and goal they've got a little work to do here on Third and goal in [Applause] overtime they're going to throw it on Third and goal touchdown Green wve they jump on top here in OT a methodical drive that they finish off by tossing it to the tight end and the tight end I tell you what this is a position that's evolved so much right and you see him move all over the fields kind like where is wall although you got to find this big fella especially down in the Red Zone area this is the guy they're going to Target and make the big play get the [Music] touchdown now to push the lead to seven in overtime and the extra point is true and on top by seven now on first down they need to answer with a touchdown they're going to open this drive with a pass complete to the left and the defense was right there to make the tackle but not before they get it to the 12 and set up in the red zone the Wildcat SE moved it inside the 20 he wants to throw pressure coming and the pass rush is effective and they tackl him at the 19 [Applause] after the big first down sack for the D it's second down Johnson looking to throw he's got touchdown Kansas State they got it in and now an extra point away from the ti number that's number two on the day having a day I mean you know he's going to catch the football and you know he's going to make plays after he catches those are the kind of guys that you feature and you find him and they produce like this you Johnson he's brought down solid pickup but a little bit short of the first down third com [Applause] the defense is backed up as the offense is in the red zone on Third and short they'll try to pick almost had the huge interception there man what a change that would have been instead we're looking at third down third and long and they don't want to move backwards to make sure they have a chance by the defense as they want to make sure they avoid any hint of a mental WP here in overtime so here comes the field goal team and they'll kick for the win and he got it the kick is good the game
